They take forever to bring out the pizzas, and they kicked us out early to wait outside. Although they should let the last people who ordered wait outside.

Waiting time of 1 hour, it's almost always packed, the service is very unfriendly but the hot food is acceptable; only once did they give me a pizza that seemed like it was from the day before because that's all they had.

We left empty-handed. It was our first time at this Little Caesars, and we went to the drive-thru and waited 20 minutes without even a greeting from the window attendant. After 25 minutes, we left and went to Domino's.
Terrible service, they gave me a 1-hour wait time, it took longer than expected and when I went to request it they told me they had forgotten the order, there was no apology from the manager or the staff who do not do their job well, on top of that they told me to wait 20 more minutes.
It's always incredibly crowded, the cheeseburger specialty is never available, they always try to sell you specials and refuse to sell you the basic one, and the minimum wait time is 40 minutes if you buy between 7 and 9 pm.
The pizzas are very good, but the treatment of the supervisor is terrible, I no longer feel like returning to that branch, because I placed the order for a 99 pizza and immediately asked Lara to give me that order so that she could give me another one with a higher cost and give me the deposit. She told me that it was not a game, that the order was already made, which we celebrated in front of all the other customers and she told me that just because he didn't want it, he wouldn't do it because of his balls.
