Excelente cafetería, tiene un hermoso patio abierto en la parte de atrás , bellamente decorado. La atmósfera es relajante. Las bebidas son muy refrescantes , les recomiendo el frappé de rompope y el de chocolate. Ellos tienen su propia colección de chocolates. Los precios accesibles. Los chicos que atienden son muy amables. Te despejan todas tus dudas.

Los sorbetes me fascinó su consistencia y agradezco que el sabor sea natural (nada azucarado). El chocolate de agua normal y con chile son un majestuosos más fríos, para el calor. El brazo de reina es en verdad muy delicioso, sobretodo las salsas que lo acompañan. Sin duda regresaré en mi próxima visita a Campeche.

Es un lugar encantador. La comida y el chocolate están muy ricos. Pero lo que más me gustó es el ambiente, está súper tranquilo, música calmada y en un jardicincito muy bonito bajo las hojas de una gran planta. Está ideal para sentarse a leer, escribir o el home office mientras tomas uno de sus deliciosos chocolates. Si estás en Campeche es una visita obligada. Hay algunos libros que te puedes sentar a leer. También venden algunos, así como productos como chocolate (por supuesto), miel y derivados, artesanías y cosmética natural.

El pan de zanahoria está muy rico, buena atención, aunque no fue el servicio más rápido, y el ambiente con vegetación está muy tranquilo y agradable y hay mucha naturaleza 🌳😌

Una experiencia muy cómoda. Disfruté mi noche con un rico chocolate caliente 100% cacao y el sándwich con todo que tenía un excelente balance de sabores. Dentro de la cafetería también es posible comprar el chocolate entre otros productos, sin duda alguna la recomendaría para ir acompañado o disfrutar de la compañía de uno mismo.

A very welcoming place! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is very peaceful and pleasant, and the staff is friendly! We found this place by chance, and it seemed excellent for breakfast. So much so, that we went there for breakfast both days we were in Campeche. The hot chocolate is a delight!

This place never disappoints! We've been to Campeche at least three times and every time we stop here to eat. Friendly service, amazing food. Often hard to find really great coffee in Mexico but here, it's fabulous!! My husband and I each ordered crepes I went for the ham and cheese, he went for the chocolate and banana. We split, both were wonderful. The atmosphere is also very peaceful, despite being very busy. We stopped here for a latte or cappuccino in the afternoon. We will be back again next trip through the city.

Incredible hot chocolate made with cacao nibs. We went back every day just to have their Chili Hot chocolate and sit in their serene back patio. We didn’t try their food or desserts, but the cup of hot chocolate was worth the visit.

Excellent place to have a hot/cold chocolate and some food. We ordered tamal de chocolate (chocolate baked with corn dough in a corn leaves), chocolate cake, champurrado (corn based drink mixed with cacao) and almond milk with cacao drink. Mmmh all yumi! 🍫

Charming says it best for the location and atmosphere. Very comfortable to sit and relax and indulge. My husband and I had Hot Chocolate, one was Dark Chocolate and a Chocolate Tamale, oh my goodness it was so so good! I can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu. This is a must do in Campeche and right on 59th Street.

Perfect atmosphere and lovely staff. I had the iced chile chocolate and an almond milk cappuccino (believe both were vegan friendly as the chile drink is made with water) and both were absolutely delicious. The inside was air conditioned which was a welcome reprieve from the hot day, and I migrated outside when it cooled off. It’s giving secret garden. Beautiful spot. They also sell chocolate and coffee, among other small gifts - a nice touch.

What a great place to enjoy a nice evening! This location has a colonial - modern twist. Great great great location. The drinks we had were very refreshing the ambience was perfect and the gift shop is perfect! Mariana was an excellent host.

Really good vegetarian breakfast options! A few more vegan options like oatmeal or a veggie tamale would be great. I loved the atmosphere and the kombucha was delicious!

Love the space for its being cozy, stylish and air conditioned on such a hot day. There’s also a garden for those who don’t mind the heat. The coffee was decent and the spinach quiche was good. There are natural and organic products you can buy, such as mosquito repellents, natural sunscreen, soaps, chocolate products, etc... I had a lovely conversation with the owner and she shared with me truly inspiring stories of Chocol Ha and other community projects. 100% recommend this place.

nothing was majorly wrong. the staff doesn’t really speak english. the coffees were really good, however the frappe was mostly ice and the sorbets had quite a lot of ice also. but the juice was marvellous!!

Great location, and I loved the fresh juices, quiche, and the different seating areas. However, the staff experience was very mixed. Some staff members were absolutely lovely and helpful, while others ignored me entirely despite me standing directly in front of them, to the point that it felt strange. On the two occasions I went, some staff even came across as openly hostile when I walked in and said hello. Overall, I found the experience confusing and inconsistent, and I would be slow to return because of it.

Chocol Ha era mi referente de buen chocolate, y ambiente agradable hasta que en julio de 2025 regresé y desafortunadamente presencié un comportamiento inadecuado de la dueña hacia los trabajadores, se me hizo una falta de respeto hacia ellos y hacia nosotros como comensales, ya que los chicos eran muy atentos y buena onda y la dueña prepotente y altanera, solo por eso dejaría de recomendar el lugar

Maybe my expectations were too high, but I had a pretty mediocre experience here. I went during a quiet time, and the staff seemed annoyed that I interrupted their chit-chat. Not friendly at all. I ordered the chocolate banana crêpes, and they had virtually no chocolate in them. Roadside marquesitas are far superior for half the cost. The patio is very nice, I’ll give it that.

A nice place, but we ordered 4 dishes for breakfast and 3 were not available. A breakfast spot where cheese, coco and avocado is out of stock at 8:30? So we left and went to another nice cafe in the same street. Guys, better learn how to run a business.

Came here on the 13th of December 2025 as we read the most amazing and positive reviews. Sadly, the boy who was working was completely rude and WAS NOT welcoming. We then left and walked down the road to La Choco, which gave us a 10/10 service. Shame on Chocol Ha. Welcoming customers with a smile to your establishment should be your priority !

I ended going here with a friend. The atmosphere and drink were excellent. The service and management were not good. The reason being. I ordered a hot drink. The server bought me a frappe. I check with my friend about the order and he confirmed what I had said (he would have told me if I was wrong too). Since the drink was already made I asked the waiter if he could give a discount since he said they would charge him if I changed my order. He went to the manager and they said 10% off the wrong ordered drink. I only accepted because I was with a friend and did not want to make a big deal about the mistake. To be honest, everyone makes mistakes. I wanted to see how and if they would do better and they failed. There is a cost to making a product or providing a service, that is understandable. When you make a mistake you should own responsibility and I feel like this was not the case with the management or server. Bad service. I left it open to them to decide and believed it should have been 50% off the drink but honestly since I did not order it they could have just taken it back. I did not make a big issue but yes, they deserve 1 star for this bad decision making and mistake. My friend said a frappe and crape were too sweet. The drink they mistakenly gave me was good but I likely would have enjoyed the drink I ordered more.
