This is a franchise but ran like a independent chain. It's advertised sm MD lrg drinks but only offer small and medium options. 2 chicken wraps are being advertised but they never have any available for sale. The customer service/manager/owner lady has poor customer service skills in properly communicating back to the customers... I waited a while before I made this but today was terrible as there wasn't any sense of order

So the food was overall fresh , but biscuits were dryyyyy, they didnt put butter on the top. And the buiscuits were a bit undercooked. Idk just tasted like water. However at 7pm on December 23 2024 . (Location downtown brooklyn flatbush ave next to the nathans thats closed down. The employees told me this is how they are supposed to fill up the rice and beans! This is literally half !!!! They gave me another one which was STILP half way full. POPEYES MANAGEMENT EXPLAIN THIS NONSENSE. All the workers seemed like they are rushing. Didnt even give me spoon or napkin. Oh they told me they have no jelly for the buiscuit. If u dont like your job managment needs to fire them or they need to quit. Popeyes is not cheap. I expect my food fresh and at lease JELLY utensils and napkins! Rediculous. Are these employees NOT trained to provide proper hospitality?????

Today I went to this particular establishment to pick up my lunch. I ordered 6 wings special and 2 apple pies and went back to work after paying a total of $21.21. I opened my box of wings and found out the they gave me 6 wingettes which are really 3 whole pieces of chicken wings cut up into 6 pieces. If I didn't have to work. My anger would have been on display.

Came in to order two chicken sandwiches at first they said they only had chicken tenders,I said no I do not want that oh well the chicken sandwiches are going to take 10 minutes ok and paid for my order ,the young lady kept on trying to get me to just buy regular chicken I said miss I paid for my chicken sandwiches I want .manager and girl rude and annoying.dont go here

I ordered from their app for an online pick-up on Monday Nov. 3rd at 10:40pm. The store was advertised as CLOSING at 11pm. I figured 20mins from closing isn't bad, guess what my hard working fellow Americans. The store was closed, Popeyes are giving me the run around for my refund. I would like to personally speak the owner or manager for my FULL ORDER or REFUND on the spot or I will make a bigger deal out of this and take it to corporate. This isn't right and they know it but hope you do nothing about it but I will.

Didn’t have two of the three things that I wanted I ordered online so I had to compensate with items. I did not want they didn’t even have sauce. And when I try to ask for a simple mac & cheese, they told me I would be up charged even though they didn’t have the items that I wanted. Food was cold and oily barely any chicken on the racks overall bad experience.

This is the worst experience I’ve had in ordering for food! I had to repeat myself many times and try to understand the cashiers using their own lingo repeat my order in another way. Like why do you need to paraphrase Ala Carte to “itself only”?followed by seeing everyone having problems communicating and returning with their wrong orders and arguing with the supervisor that’s not even acknowledging their mistakes. Like uncooked chicken is the customer’s mistake? First and last time ever going to this branch.

This has been the worst Popeyes experience, i placed a mobile order and was charged for my food and they said there was a glitch in the system and could not find my order i was Charged for. Then the manager tells me she can not give me my food without seeing my order. I had To pay for a whole new order for them to then say the discount code doesn’t work because of there system codes don’t work. Never will be coming back and I want my money back. Customer service is lousy there, they don’t value the customer their motto is hurry up and buy. Over charging for sauce that they are supposed to give with the meal went there 6/11/25 and I promise you I won’t be back I’d rather try the Popeyes on court Street better service and way better food
