They told me 45 mins. I placed it at 2:45pm and it was delivered to me by 3 on the dot food was fresh hot and nothing was wrong with my order. After reading all the bad reviews I must say my experience was awesome this is the BEST CHINESE SPOT IN THE CUSE.

The food is fine. However, I've ordered here a handful of times and it always seems to take forever.

This is my "go to" Chinese take out. The food is good, there are a lot of options, and pickup is usually on time and easy.

Kung Pao chicken was overcooked and dry, and General Tso chicken while tasty was all sweet absolutely no hint of spice. But the Lo Mein saved it from getting a lower rating. Quite possibly the best Lo Mein in Syracuse.

The sesame chicken was tender, not chewy like I’ve had elsewhere. And the ho fun was perfect, not drowning in sauce. The only negative was the egg roll, which was small and dry.

When I had my first meal at this Chinese restaurant or takeout place it wasn't that good but then in time it improved and now this date and time August 21st 2019 the food is actually pretty good the egg foo young is excellent I like that. I definitely give this restaurant for stars and the staff is courteous and friendly.

When I'm running errands and want to plan an easy lunch, it took 40 minutes and not the 20 that was quoted. I passes by several other Chinese Takeout restaurants on my way because the others didn't offer Bourbon chicken. It was dry and disappointing. Other times, food has been better. Not my first option but I'd give it another try.

Ordered shrimp and broccoli. Received just broccoli.

How hard is it to get fresh food why call in the order then when you get it the food is old dried up and cold dam egg rolls look like they been there since last year Christmas. Dam shame

I generally like this place. They deliver fast and are efficient. However, in my last order I saw little pieces of bone which hurt my teeth. This should not happen. If it happens again I will stop ordering from this place.

Ordered the Pepper Steak. It consisted of about 85 percent onions, and 15 percent beef. Wish I was joking. There was about 4 or 5 peices of beef, and only about 2 full sized peices, buried in onions. I really like onions but come on. Terrible.

Will not return if delivered and demand that you somehow get it back to them by the next day as if you weren't too bust to have it delivered in the first place!!! This isn’t bourbon chicken 🤢. Dry and absolutely no flavor whatsoever. There’s not enough soy sauce in the northern hemisphere for this tragedy. Lesson learned and never again.😢

Most of them were hollow - a literal scam. The steamed dumplings were so thick of dough, the filling and sauce were tasty but the heaviness of the dough ruined each bite. The beef and broccoli only had maybe seven thin slices of beef. It was mostly broccoli but the sauce meat and broccoli tasted good. The egg rolls were not good and the crab rangoon were mostly empty and the filling was bland and not good either - I’m Pretty sure those were purchased frozen. Thankfully, Uber eats gave me a refund, but seriously do not order from here🤮🤮

The food that is breaded looks normal until you bite into it and realize it's mostly breading. Every single piece. This place is a rip off. Don't order from here.
