When I had my first meal at this Chinese restaurant or takeout place it wasn't that good but then in time it improved and now this date and time August 21st 2019 the food is actually pretty good the egg foo young is excellent I like that. I definitely give this restaurant for stars and the staff is courteous and friendly.

Kung Pao chicken was overcooked and dry, and General Tso chicken while tasty was all sweet absolutely no hint of spice. But the Lo Mein saved it from getting a lower rating. Quite possibly the best Lo Mein in Syracuse.

The sesame chicken was tender, not chewy like I’ve had elsewhere. And the ho fun was perfect, not drowning in sauce. The only negative was the egg roll, which was small and dry.

When I'm running errands and want to plan an easy lunch, it took 40 minutes and not the 20 that was quoted. I passes by several other Chinese Takeout restaurants on my way because the others didn't offer Bourbon chicken. It was dry and disappointing. Other times, food has been better. Not my first option but I'd give it another try.

NOT impressed. I did not get to try the food, but the service needs improvement. I walk in, tell the employee that I am deaf, and I order some vegetarian food. He returns some cash, and said something. I wait a few minutes, and the cooking hasn't started. Armed with a pen, and pad, I ask him if he understood what the word, "deaf" means. He writes down all he said (way too complicated, and a lot of words to read. I reply that all of those words would have been impossible for me to read on his lips. Fortunately, there is another Asian take out a block away.

Absolutely terrible nothing was edible. Do not. I repeat do not order from here!! This is GLOP not made for human consumption. I ended up throwing everything away. I got the sweet-and-sour chicken which was teeny tiny pieces of chicken inside a huge amount of breading. Some pieces were so tiny and crunchy that there was nothing in them. Most of them were hollow - a literal scam. The steamed dumplings were so thick of dough, the filling and sauce were tasty but the heaviness of the dough ruined each bite. The beef and broccoli only had maybe seven thin slices of beef. It was mostly broccoli but the sauce meat and broccoli tasted good. The egg rolls were not good and the crab rangoon were mostly empty and the filling was bland and not good either - I’m Pretty sure those were purchased frozen. Thankfully, Uber eats gave me a refund, but seriously do not order from here🤮🤮

Ordered sweet and sour chicken for my 2 twin children, but the chicken was too hard to eat. Only 3 pieces were good out of all of it. Called the restaurant multiple times to explain the situation just to get hung up on and wouldn’t take our situation further to a refund or replacement for the chicken. This restaurant owns a vehicle, but told us to come back after they messed up our order. Watch out before you guys have no teeth. This is no joke smh.

Unfortunately I could not eat my food. I ordered shrimp with asian vegetables. There was a slimy substance in some areas. It looked and had the texture of aloe vera, hog spit, or something even worse. It also took a long time to fill my and the only other guest in the restaurant's order. First and last visit. I will leave the food on top of a nearby garbage can.

Look at the beef fried rice. Even it’s still warm and I re heated it again the grain of rice still hard. It seems it’s not cooked well or they used artificial rice.

The entrees came in containers that are half the size of typical Chinese food takeout. I ordered quart size and pint size rice. The quart size was actually a pint and the pint size measured 1 cup. The food that is breaded looks normal until you bite into it and realize it's mostly breading. Every single piece. This place is a rip off. Don't order from here.

Worst chinese restaurant ever. I ordered the chicken wings and it was 4 of the smallest wingettes I ever had. Been eating Chinese food my whole life and never seen nothing like that . You use to get 4 whole chicken WINGS now the have lowered there standards to this and they wanted 6.00 dollars for it and tasted bad . They need to sell their business because they are ripping their customers off and selling bad food.

I ordered the baby shrimp with shrimp fried rice. The shrimp were hard and overcooked ! The rice was disgusting. It tasted burnt as well. I asked them to put soy sauce in the bag, and they couldn’t even do that ! Save your money and don’t order from here !

The only Chinese place that has gotten my order incorrectly , I placed order through uber eats and missing items . Call the restaurant and someone who isn’t at the restaurant answers , transfers me to manager who goes straight to voicemail 3xs . Never again
