This is the best panda in solano county. You can tell by the amount of cops that visit this location. You can also tell it’s a good place by the fact there is low staff turnover. Food is always fresh, consistent, and they have always made items fresh if you ask, but you will have to wait for them to make it fresh. My new favorite item is the apple pie roll. I wish you’d think about almond cookies though.

I feel this panda is set up a little funny...there isn't really a clear path to the start of the ordering area. There is to the cash register though! Which can be misleading. The employees are all very kind and quick to help. The watermelon refresher is downright magical!

im a commuter student. I stumbled upon this panda once on my way to class, and have come back so many times since. I don’t know what they are doing differently from other panda expresses in my area (Solano AND Napa county) but this Panda Express is the BEST location I have had. On god. I don’t even like Panda Express all that much but i genuinely love the food here. Whoever is cooking….dont leave…. Please. It’s good food, and cheap. The staff is also really nice. I love this panda and express location. Just trust me…even the fortune cookie I got says im honest. I felt god in this Panda Express.

Exemplary service showed by the staff. I arrived at a busy time of service while traveling 2 hours west. The staff was kept busy by the rush of hungry patrons. They immediately greeted me as I walked through the door. After the line, I had to wait about 5 minutes at the counter due to the rush in service and the sheer load of orders placed between the drive thru, front counter and even DoorDash! The staff took very good care of me in my time waiting and assured me several times that I would be served as soon as they possibly could. For such a rush in service, they exceeded my expectations. A week later, same ordeal, but service is slower. I just happened to come in when they ran out of what I wanted. The staff were very respectful and reassured me that I would be brought my food as soon as it was ready. As soon as my food was ready the young lady brought me my food posthaste. Even the young gentleman at the counter was kind enough to ask me if I wanted a gap in my watermelon mango drink for ice. The staff service on these two separate visits was well beyond what I expected for two inopportune visits on my behalf and the atmosphere was completely comfortable and relaxing, and let’s not forget the food. The food was excellent and freshly made on both occasions. The staff made this simple and ordinary experience into one that is unforgettable. Side note: My fortune cookie told me I would have an unforgettable experience. I might start believing those little strips of paper more often.

And the food always matches that! There have been times I have had to wait at the drive thru for over 8 minutes but people such as Ismael make it worth the wait! He always greets me with a big smile and never fails to apologize for the wait- he is quick to correct any mistakes and is by-far one of the best drive-thru workers I have seen! We even share the same hello kitty obsession! I just wish I could get his number…but this place never fails to make me enjoy every bite and every seconds!

Wow, what can I say about Panda Express? I love the food there, one of my favorite places to buy lunch or dinner, but do it to the circumstances and prices when up, i don't go as often I used to do it. The portions in woodland compared to the Davis are very decent 👌 👏 😏 👍.

It makes the difference in any dining experience. My order was correct, fast and plentiful. Bigger Plate was actually the full entrees. Not just three small scoops in the "Plate" like I've gotten from other 🐼 experiences. So again, give kudos to your staff. Greeted upon entering. Used the bathroom to wash my hands, which was clean, and then greeted again. Upsold pleasantly. And even nice chit chat while dining to make sure my meal was everything it needed to be. This is the kind of service that will bring me back for more Panda!

Good the rice was a bit dry and hard but everything else was great. Place is clean food could use more refilling and one employee grabbed a piece of food from hot counter walked to back to eat it.... at least he used a tooth pick

Usually, this place is great! Maybe I just came at the wrong time. Everything looked old, and some entrees were empty. The ones I got were luke warm and not fresh. We all have bad days. I'll give them a pass. See.ed fully staffed, so maybe they had a rush.

Rude rude rude. Had no food ready except a few entries and she wanted to dish them ahead and then she wanted to dish them up ahead and was tell me it would be 10 or more minutes for chow main. All my years in restaurants never have I had such rude service. Huge disappointment. Hopefully Davis Panda is good.

This last trip, the portion size on protein was small, and my online order took longer than expected but normally ok.

I ordered mushroom chicken, orange chicken, and chow mein. I received chow mein and my orange chicken but I got something very spicy with peppers in it for my mushroom chicken. I went through the drive-thru it did not notice this till after. The orange chicken seemed a little overdone and so was the chow mein. Guys you need to work on this.🫤

Gave them a few chances and they just can keep up. Small portions and the foods does not taste good. Orange chicken feels old or re-heated. Over all not happy with this Panda Express for the food quality.

Terrible staff. I was there 3/2 4:30 as the shift was changing. I had to repeat myself 3 times to one staff member who seemingly couldn't be bothered to listen two of those times. My order filler dropped some of my food and tried to just move on as if I would pay the same for less food.

Just had a very upsetting meal the teriyaki chicken was lukewarm and not fully cooked rice and chow mein were astonishingly bland and the orange chicken tasted as if it were battered in a soy sauce… the service was great and people are really nice but please work on your product

I didn't even want to give them one star the employee or manger couldn't even answer a allergic reaction question,they couldn't even tell me what type of shrimp they were serving people then she gave me one napkin when I asked for more she looked at me like I was crazy an it took them 20mins to serve me I was just left standing there

Terrible management. Orange chkn solid but not worth the 25 min wait as they ran out of chow mein, orange chkn, steak shanghai, spring and egg rolls, kungpao during that time. First time in years and wont return.

I have been to several Panda Express in other towns. This is the worst I have ever been to. The food taste horrible! Which is very sad. It's never busy and I can see why.

At 5:42 today, I ordered a family meal to be picked up at 8:30 (which was fully supported by the Panda Express website). I got to the store at 8:15 to pick up and was told they cannot fulfill my order because they close down the kitchen at 7:00 pm. I said, no problem, can you please refund my order because I paid online. I was told it’s third party so I have to come back tomorrow to get a refund. This is unacceptable.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. The worst Panda Express I have been to. I live in Dixon and I prefer to go all the way to Vacaville. Every time I go the food they have is dry and old. The portions are very small. I asked the cashier Stefany a question and she replies with a very bad attitude. The cashiers always want to do two things at once, they try to take orders in the front while taking orders in the drive thru at the exact same time and end up ignoring customers mid order. I ordered double chicken and they only gave me one portion that was dry and burned. When I asked if it was only one portion they said they had no more. This Panda stinks. Sincerely, Me

Prices up over 40% and I got "chicken jerky." I am done! Never eating there again because you cannot get your money refunded. All they will give you is a gift card and why would I want that!!

Waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes to get home and find out they didn’t put my second entree in the box that I paid an extra $1.50 for. Not a huge deal until I called the store 4 times in a row and nobody would answer. Unacceptable service honestly

The food is ALWAYS DRY. I have to add water to the chow mein to make it edible every time we go there. The food is NOT FRESH as at other Panda Express locations. Now I know why there is never any cars in the drive through!

“I’m very busy” Is how staff responded when we had to go back for plastic fork and napkin after receiving order ... does that mean they have too many customers? Too much business? Or staff that doesn’t believe they should provide service without a comment? Guess I’ll look forward locally owned next time ...

Ordered online because I thought it would be fast, walked in and watched 8 people order and get there food before mine is even prepared. Then half way thru they stopped to make the drive thru orders. So I got two plates at different temperatures. Well done microwaved panda

Only come if you want to eat air. Not only did they not pack the food well, their customer service is awful. Highly recommend not to come or needs seriously new management.

To start of Xyra is so rude, we tried asking for something else through drive thru and straight up ignored us, we get to the window as we are asking for water she walks away.. then we got our meal handed so disrespectful. We go drive off and honey walnut shrimp is OLD and so dry.. charged so much for so litte, food was so disappointed don't waste your time and your money when you can get way more at a small business

This site is the worst. They never have enough food prepared and there is ALWAYS a wait 15 mins or more. I would Never go through this drive thru, they literally scrap the bottom of the nasty dried out food and serve it to them. Everyone seems only concerned with the drive thru and will ignore you standing there so with the fresh food coming out you're lucky to be able to order standing there before they've served it all to the drive thru.

When has Panda Express ever had small chopped ramen noodles?? Like what the heck is this, no flavor at all. Mushroom chicken and orange chicken was good but these noodles ruined my experience. If this is a change in all Panda Express to have skinny noodles I hate it. Please go back to the other ones

Asked for brown rice they put white on the bottom and brown on top and asked for broccoli from the broccoli beef and they literally gave me the steam broccoli with two from the beef and one piece of meat from it like it there were slick ...... mmmmm... you taste the difference smarty’s

This place cheats customers by charging extra for certain items then gives less than what you buy. Buy LG shrimp & get less than 1/2 because they count each shrimp. The place is a total rip off!

As I was taking my bite, I saw something moving on the ground. Lo and behold, a giant cockroach the size of my palm was making its way through the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting, someone needs to check up on this place and make sure it’s not got a bad infestation of them. I couldn’t get a picture in time as another customer also noticed and killed it quickly. I would not recommend putting your trust in this place as any good food restaurant would never have a cockroach free roaming the place.
