I usually have a banana split but today I went with a Hot Fudge Sunday, wow it was really good, especially when you pick your ice cream, my friend had a large Vanilla shake and let me tell you it was LARGE. They also have very good food and a small food market so it is convenient if you need milk bread or whatever, sure gives you a good reason to eat ice cream.

I gave 5 stars because the food here is so good but not once but twice my burger came with mayo. Like about 15 mins ago I got a burger and reiterated like 3 times saying no mayo. I pull off then get ready to eat and what do you know.....MAYO!!!!! Me: May I get the #2 Braums: Yes is there anything else Me: It comes with Mayo? B: Yes mayo and Braum Sauce Me: Well I do not want Mayo B: Okay so no Mayo? Me: Correct No Mayo, just Braum Sauce What did I get?.... you see the picture

Braum's has everything you need for breakfast, lunch and even dinner if you are ok with frozen. Additionally there is a fast food menu and yummy ice cream and/or frozen yogurt. Reasonable prices for a convenience store. I love it.

We enjoyed the chicken strip combo and a wonderful vanilla shake. The price was good, service was pleasant and the facility was very clean.

Despite a sudden high volume of demanding customers during dinner, this establishment was well-staffed and maintained a positive attitude. They were clearly overwhelmed but at least three workers went out of their way to provide extra customer service by bringing us our receipt to the table, reassuring us the bathrooms were going to be tidied once they were no longer occupied, and providing what they could when to go supplies got low. I was impressed by how hard they all seemed to actually be working. Training was still a work in progress, but they seemed to be trying. That is unfortunately becoming very unusual in customer service related businesses, especially in fast food. I plan to return during my next visit to the area.

Not a bad location, just always busy. You know what I mean if you’ve ever been here. The line will literally wrap around the parking lot, but they do their best to service all their customers. Definitely would recommend!

Cozy, can be busy at times. Burgers are great, ice cream options are wild, and also a built in mini mart for convenience.

Customer service has been top tier each drive through visit. Staff is pleasant and seem happy for your business . Order is correct and processed timely.

The food has always been delicious, well prepared and freshly made. Shakes are an alternative to drinks so take advantage!

Only been here a handful of times but each time I’ve had a pleasant experience. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but the lady working drive thru who took my order & payment was super polite & professional in a way I can appreciate. The young man who handed me my ice cream in the second window was also professional & polite. After he handed me my ice cream he told me to have a good night & all I did was smile & then drove away. I just want to say I am so SORRY!! That was so rude of me! I always say it back! I felt like such a punk. I really am sorry for that. But again, this Braum’s is definitely worth 5 stars. My chocolate chip sundae was freaking bomb and so was the customer service! 👏🏼 thanks y’all!

This is one of the few fast food restaurants that actually serves real hamburgers. I like this location but tend to avoid it because they’re always busy. The Bacon Cheeseburger had bacon in every single bite!The fries are always perfectly salted and cooked. Customer service is always good here. I just wish there was an option for lemonade :(

Food consistent with other Braums. They we're busy and looked to be short staffed. Tables needed busing/ cleaning. The employees we're a bit too relaxed & playful w each other..Restrooms we're at the verge of needing attention. Overall regular experience. Will try again.

Everything was pretty great! The food was perfect ... the sweet tea was on... The only bad thing is the men's restroom need a little clean up!!

When you think of Braum’s, you think of ice cream. A lot forget how amazing their burgers & fries are. I don’t come often for a burger but when I do, I’m never disappointed. Their crinkle fries are delicious too and sub your drink for a shake.

Love Braum's! Their chocolate milk is the best in the region. The long line and the wait for our order to be taken requires much patience. The staff are always nice, but always overwhelmed.

The sundaes were delicious, but the service was so-so. One lady abandoned ship in the middle of another customer's order.

Another awesome Braums location, always busy at night on a Saturday. Take not of that drive thru is packed and the inside the lines are long. I don't know about other nights but Saturday is a busy one. The store side is always free so if you want to grab and go. Grab a pint of ice cream and you set. But you want a cone or shake or any other item off the menu just be patient and wait a little the are usually really quick at fulfilling orders.

Typically, I go to the location on my side of town, but I stopped by this one because I expected the same quality and service as the one I frequent. Not so. When we got our food, our burgers were soggy, and my milk shake tasted sour. I whipped back around immediately after tasting my shake and asked for another drink but didn't realize that our burgers were soggy until several minutes after leaving the store. Lesson learned, had I gone inside that night instead of going through the drive through I'd probably not placed an order to begin with.

The drive thru line take forever. You will be in line about 10 -20 minutes

Food was good after I removed half a small onion and unstacked my pickles. Also, I removed a star for customer service. The lady at the 2nd window didn't say anything just handed me my food and closed the window.

They got my order wrong. They didn't ring up the 2 orders of fries that I ordered. They put onions on my burger and I told them I didn't want onions. They gave me a double burger when I ordered a single. The guy taking my order didn't seem to know what he was doing. The food was very good though.

Place was a mess, service was fine, and the ice cream was delicious. Went in for a carton of milk and a strawberry shortcake. In the ice cream area it was messy and the kitchen needed to be cleaned but they also didn’t seem to have a lot of help.

Really need to train the staff to do better on making ice cream. And placing in bag, receiving my banana split upside down with water on bottom of container was very unpleasant.

I go to this Braum’s often since I stay nearby, and the service is “hit or miss”, for the most part. Sometimes good, sometimes a little below good. On this day I went though, it seems no one in that kitchen knew what they were doing. The ice cream line was busy but there was no one in the food line, so I ordered a combo w/ a cherry limeade and a med. shake. Although my food came out quickly, It took them 20 mins to get my cherry limeade and shake to me, and this is after me continuously having to come upfront and ask different employees about my missing drink items. One employee came and told me, “ I can’t find the thing to squeeze the limes with”, and stared me in the face. I asked him politely, “what do you want me to do, did you tell your manager that?” The reason I even gave a 2 star is because of one girl who was sweet, who finally brought both my drinks to me after waiting so long. They also had no plasticware and straws available.

Employee Hugo needs not make his own policies on when ice cream can be ordered in the food line! I couldn't of it was over one so but that's not the case when asking SEVERAL other employees there.

I came here after trying to find ice cream at another Braums who was out of several flavors of quarts on the grocery side. I found what I needed here and this location is bigger. But when I went to check out I stood there in line with another customer just waiting for a cashier for 10 mins. Someone finally came up. She did not apologize and made excuse that she didn't work in that department. When I said thank you she didn't say anything. Terrible customer service. I love the ice cream, but very disappointing in the treatment and the attitude of people there in general. The employees all looked miserable.

I like Brahms, but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. You almost have to ask them to clean. The managers aren't in retested in cleaning either. You can see them working on the line, but no leadership. They're not trying to help the people working & not trying to keep things on order. It's a wonder how more people haven't gotten sick.

Food poisoned yesterday! Brought 2 packs of ground chuck beef. Made meatballs and after 30 minutes family was having diarrhea several times. Everybody that ate that meat! We filed a food poison report. I called customer service. A language barrier with store employees. Owner cares more about one community in hiring. I won't buy this again. No one is taking responsiblity.

Not pleased when the server lays the bananas on the bottom of the container and then adds small scoops of ice cream on top? Huge difference when a manager (👍) makes it the n the employee (👎). I wanted to ask the young man, "are you trying to keep money in the company's pocket or just being lazy?" Remember customers are always watching.

Came in here on a Friday evening and it was packed out (which unfortunately means that the tables and counters were filled with trash that the staff didn’t have time to clean up). Braum’s prices are still quite low and the employees were friendly and quick! Would love to see this place cleaned up, but I understand the staff seemed stretched thin. Tip: The line is usually shorter inside if you are deterred by the long line of cars in the drive through.

Workers were very rude and flies were flying around come case was also opened after it was supposed to be closed.

Went here and ordered a banana split for my pregnant wife. Chocolate makes her nauseous and sick so I ordered it without chocolate, no chocolate ice cream and no chocolate syrup. Got to the drive through window and they handed it to me and it had chocolate syrup. I let them again know it was to be no chocolate and they took it back and then basically just tried to scrape off the syrup and brought it back. I had to go in and get it fixed but the manager that was at the drive through window didn’t seem to care about anything and kept doing what he was doing. They get 2 stars only because it was ice cream and the young kid that helped me inside fix the problem.

This location is a hit or miss. I literally asked for toasted bun and a fresh pattie and I got the most lukewarm meal I've ever had. And the pattie was crunchy around the edges. I need to literally try the other location because it's really annoying ATP. I guess due to the fact of the age of the staff working there I should expect it but I don't😒 I just wanted fresh food is it too much to ask for?? I went through the drive-thru this morning at Braum's. When I pulled up to the speaker, the female said "one minute please." and said the same thing again after a few moments. I ordered the Big Country Breakfast with gravy. I went to the second window and paid, and she told me to pull forward and park at the front door. After waiting over 10 minutes at the front door parking area, I went back around through the drive thru. Had to wait for a customer ordering in front of me. When I got to Iher window I told her that I was the person who ordered the Big Country Breakfast with gravy. She then turned around and said "here it is right here." as she handed me a bag with the breakfast in it. I asked where the gravy was, and she said, "it's in there." I corrected her and said it was not, at which time she turned around and handed me the small cup of gravy. I ate the food when I got home (threw most of it away). The gravy and hash browns tasted like they were made in recycled grease and were not edible. I have never had a problem with this Braum's before. The service and food were terrible. If they keep it up, they're going to lose customers like me, and this location will be permanently closed. Employees need to realize that the job you save may be your own.

Wow, worst waiting time ever!!! 1 hour and 27 minutes drive thru. Is now 10:23 pm place is closing soon and people still waiting in line. They were out of some toppings. Girl who made the ice cream sundae had long nails and no gloves. Never coming back! I rather drive 5 more miles to another ice cream store. Wasted more gas waiting in line

Why does this restaurant have a 3 star ANYTHING. I try to give this place a chance and each time they disappoint. the last time I ate here I got sick and was basically told by corporate that since I didn’t have a doctors note there was nothing he could do. I decided to give it another chance because places DO change but I’m mad I even gave it another chance. My coke is definitely a root beer mix and I HATE root beer. The cheese on my burger was just a cold slice they just slapped on there, my fries were soaked in salt and on top of it all, the restaurant is disgusting. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is it’s nasty and I’ve seen workers sweep and clean up then go make food. I won’t be coming back for good I’m sorry. I wish they would replace this Braum’s with a Culver’s or something worth eating at.

Burger and fries were good. No lids for my drink at soda fountain. Waited over 45 minutes for a strawberry shake that was meh at best. Shake was creamy but lacked strawberry flavor even though it had chunks of fruit. Wanted a large malt but out of large cups and malt. Kid was slow as molasses. No sense of urgency by any of the employees. The owner is losing money hand over foot with the slow AF services. Only went here because I had gone to the one in Weatherford a few years back and it was great. This place needs better leadership and a deep clean. Customers were waiting to be checked out in the grocery section. Finally, one had to go to burger counter to let them know. Won't be back and no recommendations to my coworkers. Sorry but you need to do better. Your community deserves it.

If I could rate this store a 0 I would, just went through the drive-thru ladies were rude, ordered food came all the way home with 3 meals and no fries. 1 shake had plastic in it. Just completely disgusting never again. Beware don’t go to this Braums location.

We waited in line for ice cream for 35 mins. I understand not working yourself to death, but some urgency in service would be appreciated. Only one person working the ice cream line, which again is fine, as long as they try to get everyone through in a timely manner. I waited longer for my ice cream than I did for my dinner out beforehand.

Ordered a banna split and watching the person saw he put it s banna that was brown spots on it told him I didn't want it and then another person took over and did a great job and look over and saw the guy moking me was an stupid idiot needs to be fired

On 3/6/2024 at 4:40pm I ordered 2 single dip cones. The order was placed in the drive thru. Upon driving off, after I tasted the cone it was the wrong flavor. I parked and went inside. The guy in the front who handed me the order did ask what was wrong. I explained it was the wrong flavor, he took the cone out of my hand and instantly put the ice cream I had been given back in the larger container! That is gross, so at this point I am wondering if this is normal. I left and called the main number and was not helped. I also tried calling the store, no one answered. I also tried speaking to someone in store but everyone seem to be confused and it was busy. At 6:05 pm, I finally just spoke with someone who said he is the manager. He said this does not happen and he was speechless. He didn't ask what flavor so he could pull the ice cream container from the floor. But heck it's been 2 hours, I am sure someone been served that flavor. This is beyond disgusting. 🤮

For ordering food, if staffing is where it needs to be everything is great. Last night only one person was in the kitchen - handling drive-thru and inside. We waited 20 minutes for food that was barely warm. Love the hamburgers here!

Waited in line for over 20 minutes to order ice cream. There seemed to be over 10 employees in the back, but only one person scooping ice cream and ringing up orders. She was obviously very overwhelmed. There was too much horseplaying and not enough working to take orders and push them out. The line inside was wrapped, and the line outside was wrapped. Let's not mention how DIRTY it was, and I mean filthy!!! Not one hairnet in sight. Employee's dreads were literally hanging all over the ice cream and toppings. There needs to be a complete overhaul of everything to do with this location. You won't get me to believe that this location has a 3 star rating in any area.

I came for an orange Sherbet freeze and 2 junior ice cream. It was an empty container and he said that it takes 30mins to thaw out. A co-worker told him that some was ready. I specifically ask for not alot of schleps in my drink. My drink was very loose like juice and didn’t taste any of the sherbet. Maybe he was new but man I drove on my lunch break for that drink.

I visited this establishment today. I waiting in line along with 3 other people behind me. No one acknowledged us. I had to ask if someone was working the take out area. I received my food rather qucikly, but when I got home I see why. The fries were warm and the burger was disgusting. The bottom bread was soiled and the meat was dry.

This location is SUPER slow!! The staff is doing everything but working. There's 3 teens at the pay window playing and talking while there's 10 cars waiting.They took my payment at 9:46pm and it is now 10:14pm and I just got my order. Mind you I've been in the drive thru line since 9:15 pm. It's not the kids fault.....IT'S THE MANAGERS AND BUSINESS OWNERS FAULT!! Definitely need to get your staff in line. WON'T BE COMING BACK.

Worst Braum's ever. Never a quick trip. Plan on being in line for over an hour no matter what time of day you come. Customer service is atrocious. My order is ALWAYS messed up somehow. The Portions are gettting smaller and smaller every time I go. Went today and they said they only had 1 scoop remaining of Mint Chocolate Chip, okay regular chocolate chip then, get to the window 28 minutes later and they give me one scoop of each. Then tell me they only had one scoop of each remaining. THAT IS THE LAST ISSUE I WILL DEAL WITH. I AM NEVER GOING BACK. The Ice cream and food is not worth the trouble.

Ordered a burger bit into it and got served trash on a bun happy new year

I visited this Braum’s recently for some ice cream, and while the service was fast, the cleanliness behind the counter was unsettling. Most of the employees scooping ice cream were not wearing gloves. While the person who served me was gloved, I watched others using bare hands to handle scoops, with their knuckles visibly brushing against the ice cream. It’s hard to ignore the hygiene risk here. Those scoops go from hand to container, and it’s almost inevitable that germs are being transferred into the ice cream. One employee looked like they had just washed their hands, but the others were clearly handling both food and money without any barrier in between. For a place serving hand-dipped ice cream, basic food safety should be a priority. I won’t be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they enforce proper sanitary practices—gloves included.

Sad to see a nice location come this far down. Young kids trying the best but they're just don't have any leadership at this location. And it was really dirty everywhere.

I was in at 9:58 pm, order 101 for a bag of hamburgers with no pickle. 18 minutes later I finally got food and shame on me for not checking it - you made it wrong. So, to recap, 20 minute wait and nothing for dinner because you put cheese all over my food. I'd go back but you close in five minutes and I'm fifteen minutes away. I'll probably still occasionally buy ice cream bars but today I placed my very last food order with y'all. I tried to call the store but y'all just hung up on me. So maybe no more ice cream either. Stopped back in on 6/10/25. Eight people making ice cream and nobody to take food orders or work the mini mart. When another customer flagged down an employee to take an order, the employee (who clearly didn't want to be there) informed us "yeah he was taking orders but now he's working on shakes now." I noped out of getting food because she probably wasn't going to enter my order accurately anyway. I want to like Braum's but visiting one of their stores is a major time commitment and frankly just aggravating. Hire some people who want to work there!

I came on 5/31/2025, got off went inside to order ice cream. As we got closer to the front of the line we realized this place was infested with large roaches. As they were getting the cones the roaches were all coming out of the top and bottom of the wall. Several of us left. It is disgusting, how are they still serving the public.

Went through the drive through to get breakfast. Ordered pancakes with other items. The order was repeated to me. When I paid I asked the gentleman for syrup for the pancakes. He asked me to pull up. I waited almost 20 minutes when he comes out to give someone else their order and he said the pancakes are taking forever. I asked how much longer was forever going to be. He said he didn’t know. He then said “did you order pancakes” I said yes then he said did you verify it on your receipt and I said no. Looked at the receipt and it was not ordered. He said the cook heard it but he forgot to charge me and the pancakes take long. I asked him for a refund. Waited almost 5 minutes more and the manager comes out and hands me the coins of the money part of the refund. Then says he forgot to charge me for the pancakes and they take long to cook and starts to walk off. I said umm I need the rest of my money and she said oh yeah. She did not offer a solution “like why couldn’t I get the order I had waited for that I did pay for” no solutions just excuses. We’ve been to this location several times and the service seems to get worse and the management does not care about inconveniencing the customers.

I had forgot to pay my banana split front window so, I get 2nd window Give lady money $5 and she start to roll her eyes with an additute saying she needs to walk to back get change ... I told her ma'am no need just keep cents .. and when I got my order my icecream was melting and she didn't give me a spoon nor napkins... never will I go there no more ...

Please clean up this restaurant and make the necessary repairs. I like Braum's and want the location to survive. The employees looked overwhelmed and the countertops and display cases needed cleaning badly.

This location sucks. Very disorganized and not clean, you have some employees just standing there watching, and everyone else is running into one another. They gave us our sundaes & banana splits all melted. The bananas were literally all green, so obviously not ready to eat, they were hard as a rock. The guy kept adding pounds of chocolate syrup on my sundae i had to yell at him to stop adding more. On top of THAT mess, he took FOREVER to complete the order. I really wish I had read the reviews before stopping by at this location. I wish I can give ZERO stars and I hope that they get a new manager to get this store fixed because it is a total mess. The ONLY good thing I got out of this visit, was that NOW I know to never step foot here ever again.

I've been calling this Braums for a week about my hot, no fudge, or nuts sundae. They stay packed, took us 20 mins the day we went to get our order ,and then have the nerve to have a gang of kids and an old guy working the night shift. He sat there at the grocery register, not coming to help none of the little adolescents or customers. Whenever I find the time,I will be pulling that same sundae out my freezer and returning it with receipt in hand. Who makes a sundae with a swiggle of fudge a gang of ice cream and no nuts?!!!! I tried to add my own nuts, but I just couldn't do all that vanilla with no fudge. Who's training these kids? My first job at 15 was braums,so I know about the square dip and all of that good stuff. My sundae was prepared very wrong, and there's absolutely no reason to get something so simple, so wrong

Okay so let me tell you about my experience. I go to Braums because I wanted to old school burger. I go in I place my order double cheese burger combo. She gave me my cup for my drink, i pay turn and started fixing my drink. Before I could put my lid on the cup, my order was ready. I say what you do not cook the burgers anymore. Like ready in less then 3 minutes. When this happened, I really opened my eyes and started to look around. The tables all dirty, the floors are dirty, I started to smell the stiff smell. The little silver wall area behind the later was all smeared and dirty. I was so hungry, I walked out of Braums in shame. I was praying because I was really hungry. Every bite I was like what am I eating the burger ready fully the way I ordered it less than 3 minutes. I have to be honest it was good. But I will NOT eat there again. Food is to expensive for the fast food places to have such poor quality and dirtiness around food. Someone has to care, no one had on gloves. Seems like they don't wash their hands just like they smear everything. This was a wake up call for myself not to let myself get that hungry again. I had just had a full busy day.

They had my 2 sundaes and banana split sitting out ready in a bag and were making the candy bar mix barely. The sundaes were mostly melted and the banana split DIDN'T have banana. Will no longer visit this location, it's always a mess inside as well. Probably best to not even eat here anymore.

I got my salad fast enough, but it took 32 minutes to get my shake. I stood at the register waiting to ask about it for 15 minutes. Being completely ignored while they made ice cream/shakes for everyone who had come in after me. Abysmal customer service.

This location needs more management. So dirty and messy , so sad to see this good location but going so bad . When I waiting for get ice cream I saw the lady employee worked there changed the trash bags after done she don’t wash her hand at all come bag to scoop out ice cream for customers 🤮🤮. Another lady pick out her wedgie during works, most of employees don’t wear gloves . So sad to telling the truth .

I am appalled to how many negative reviews this Braum’s has received, and yet nothing has been done about it. I’m ashamed to say this place is in our community. I visited the location and this is what I saw. The ice cream that was in drive through set there for as long as I did asking to speak with a manager. No real luck with that. When management came I asked her what was the allotted time to receive your food and she asked me to wait a minute so she could check. That took 12 minutes, and when she finally re-appeared I asked her again what was the time? She said something like 3 mins, well…I was there for at least 20 minutes and some other ppl about 30 min. And the ice cream in drive through they gave it to the customer. I am so ashamed of this place, other Braum’s I’ve frequented are well ran and treated with greater respect. While management was in the back checking on “time” I started asking other employees what the managers name was, they said to me they didn’t know…I am aware that it’s very difficult to be in a management role, however his place is ridiculous and makes our community look like a joke!!! Someone please come and help this place!
