My server was Katie C. She was bubbly, funny, and very personable! Josh, one of the cooks made delicious country fried steak! I believe he was training someone new and she did phenomenal as well! I don’t remember her name, but everything was great! I don’t know if they changed the recipe for the country fried steak, but it was very delicious! Been to the Dunkirk location many times and today was great! ☺️

My boyfriend wasn't excited about his chicken-fried steak meal. HOWEVER, My lunch, 2 Liège-style waffles made with real butter and pearl sugar, topped with seasonal berries, caramel sauce, and powdered sugar were AMAZING! I have never cared for syrup so having that caramel sauce was perfect, I seriously could have licked my plate! I thought I was going to have some leftovers but my boyfriend ate what I had left...he said he couldn't stop himself! Good thing I love him because the leftovers sound good right now! 👍

Mind you it’s during peak hours. So be prepared to wait if ordering food. Tesla charging station is right behind and it’s very helpful for washrooms etc.

Our server Kristin was amazing and fast with service that she could provide. Kitchen staff was moving super slow and it was busy. both acted as if they couldn’t care. one was a manager.

Visited the Bennet Rd location yesterday. My autistic granddaughter wanted the sirloin dinner with fruit instead of broccoli and a medium steak. The steak came out raw and had to be sent back. I had to ask again for her fruit. When she was done eating my chicken and my meal was consumed, the steak finally arrived. This time the steak was we'll done. The servers are usually the best part of our visit but the cooks never seem to get things right and for the cost of the meal, that shouldn't be a problem. Very disappointed in this location. The only thing consistent is the inconsistencies.

The food was good quality typical of Denny's but man was the kitchen slower than molasses in February. The food was cold but when you're hungry it fills the hole. It took over an hour to get a club sando with fries. Sad day at Denny's for sure. The manager took care of us and discovered our meals by $5 each so it's worth chatting with him about the slow kitchen service. Our server was pleasant and apologetic for the kitchen.

I wish your cooks would read the special instructions. What’s the point of it, when they don’t read it? When you ask for something extra crispy, you would think they would oblige your request. Nope. Hashbrowns take more than 30 seconds on a griddle. My hashbrowns were still raw! This is why I ask for extra crispy so they aren’t. But apparently they just don’t care. My meal was terrible.

This is what they give you for $20–scraps. The scraps aren’t even good. Everything is extremely salty. The gravy they packed (without any mashed potatoes) is lumpy and flavorless. The only dishes they do consistently well are the burgers and pancakes; everything else is almost always disappointing.

While this location offers the same menu and amenities as other Denny's, my visit was less than ideal. The service was slower than expected, with a notable delay in receiving menus and utensils. The food was not up to the usual standard, lacking in flavor and quality. However, the convenience of being able to charge my car was a helpful feature. I hope my next visit will be more in line with the typical Denny's experience.

Jessica and the manager on duty on the night shift at 12 am monday morning 02-16-26 was absolutely rude to me. I tried to be friendly because I saw they were busy. When I showed Jessica my VET ID asking for the military discount, she said she had to grab the MOD which she did. The MOD came over and asked "what were you trying to do?" And I asked her if I could just get the military discount and I showed her my VET ID issued by the VA. Which by the way, the newer ones are electronic. You can confirm it yourself by simple research or call the VA yourself. She took my phone, studied it real hard making me uncomfortable questioning if it was even real. And then told me my new total with the discount applied. Which was literally for only like 2 bucks, but still, if I was going to lie about a government issued ID I wouldn't front it over $2. So she then gave me a receipt, not my receipt, and MY total was $16. She handed me a receipt that totaled over $86. When I saw that receipt I got scared like "What just happened what did I pay for?" And she was like "Obviously thats not your order you saw what you paid for on the screen" and im like Jeez sorry! You handed me a receipt that said $86 I was scared of what went wrong! Sorry to be such an inconvenience to you!! I literally did NOTHING to you guys and yall acted like I was such an inconvenience to be concerned about the money I give to you and a liar claiming stolen valor which is absolutely offensive, if I have to start bringing my DD-214 or showing you pictures of my service then I will but its ridiculous when I just want to pick up my food and go and eat and my VA ISSUED ID THAT STATES, "This card serves as proof of service in the Uniformed Services of the United States", veterans come in all shapes, genders, sizes, that was completely rude the way you took my phone and had to analyze it with disbelief.

I would love to write this Denny’s on their food and other things however, I cannot. I sat at a table for 20 minutes without a drink a menu or a waitress. I was told I could sit wherever I would like because there were only about four tables occupied worst service ever I do not recommend this Denny’s to anyone for any reason.

It was 4:30 in the morning Dunkirk route 60 location my friend and I were the only two in the restaurant one cook one waitress we both got the same thing. We each ordered two eggs and toast add an order of biscuits and gravy. The waitress hour eggs and toast but didn't bring us some sausage and biscuits for another 15 minutes from the loo6 of the picture you could see I don't believe the cook knew how to make biscuits and gravy Billy's absolutely no gravy on there I had to ask for a side of gravy and then they charged me for it. After 20 minutes waiting for a refill on our coffee we ended up deciding to leave still had to wait almost another 10 minutes just to get the check to cash out I will never go to that location ever again. Worst experience ever

The main problem I had here was the food. I came here to eat. I got eggs and bacon with pancakes. Immediately after eating something off the plate, I got sick and had to the bathroom. Something on the plate I was served gave me diarrhea. I wasn’t feeling sick before I came in to eat. It was only after I eaten their food. I talked to the manager and she completely brushed it off and made an excuse saying that it was just because there was a lot of people and germs inside. Be careful about eating here.

So how is it ordered 3 meals and all 3 was wrong they said they were redoing it, but still wrong. I ordered country fried steak with corn and red potatoes they send me the steak with fries and eggs and bread. Like really, what about if I was allergic to eggs. And waited 45 minutes for the food to get redone. I don't care how short staff you are, need to read the order right.

Absolutely horrible service our food took almost an hour to come out and when I finally got my food it was cold and made incorrect. When I told them about it they asked if I just wanted bacon put on my sandwich and have it warmed in the microwave. The waiter never came over to see how we were doing or how the food was. We were also never asked if we needed a refill on any of our drinks and it took 45 .min for them to bring my mom her pancakes. I would not recommend eating here. I will probably never be eating here again.

Absolutely disgusting!! Had scrambled eggs that were runny, hash browns that were supposed to be extra crispy, not crispy and SOAKED in butter.. Asked for dark wheat toast and it was hardly toasted. My husband had nachos and they were cold and meat sauce that had no flavor. The server was a sweet young lady. We asked for our check and when asked how it was, we said awful. We didn’t eat only a couple bites. The woman was just going to charge us for the food we didn’t eat. I had to ask her if she was charging us for food we didn’t eat? She went and got the manager who was very cold and questioned us as to if we told our server.. What does it matter? It was not edible. We didn’t pay for our food and I did tip the waitress because it was NOT her at all. Maybe take the time and cook the food before you send it out.

Our visit today was very unsatisfactory and no one seemed to care. My BLT was supposed to be serviced on sourdough...it was not. When I told our waitress she explained the difference between white bread and sourdough to me ....which I knew. She said she would tell the kitchen....she never returned to our table. My sandwich was just thrown together. When paying the bill I mentioned the issues to girl at register and absolutely no response.
