Preguntas frecuentes sobre Four Cafe
Opiniones de Four Cafe Eagle Rock
Local favorite in Eagle Rock! Fish burger is a must!! Seasonal menu so surprises come often. Honestly never been disappointed on food, service, & hospitality. Great mint lemonade, desserts, and much more. Faithful customer for years & will continue.
If you are craving something delicious - and want to feel great after - go to Four Cafe. I love their creative, energetic, healthy salads & soups. Friends have loved their sandwiches too (I just love their salads too much to try the sammies). I always feel invigorated after dining here. Extras I love are their iced coconut green tea & the lavender shortbread cookie.
Really enjoyed this spot! I had the coconut green tea and the Buddha bowl, both were excellent. The Buddha bowl is DELICIOUS. If you like the Humble bowl at Cafe Gratitude, this bowl has similar flavors but might be even better! The Kabocha squash is excellent, and the curried cauliflower and sautéed mustard greens are so flavorful, and the apricot drizzle adds the perfect sweetness.
Ok…. Best panini I’ve had in YEARS! I’m truly blown away at the deliciousness I just experienced. It was my first time eating at Four Cafe and I’ll definitely be coming back. The chicken panini had fluffy bread, crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside. The melted Brie is incredible. Salad was good too!!! Everyone loved their meal, thanks Four Café!
The food was very good and the staff was very friendly. Clean and cozy environment.
Fabulous meals! So fresh and healthy! I loved the vegan posole'! Delicious! Very friendly staff!

Nice place for lunch or dinner. I had the beef dip sandwich and found the meat to be tender and the sauce was a good compliment. Excellent sandwiches and very tasty cookies for dessert.
best fish sandwich in la. yes i had the $80 caviar one from daybird, thays second best to this LoL
The food is wonderful. Everything on the menu is made from scratch, and you can definitely taste it, the salmon I had was well seasoned and cooked perfectly.
This is nice, small, quaint cafe. We stopped for brief sit down and bite to eat. It's a smaller, more quaint and cozy place. There were 3 of us and we all ordered the 1/2 sandwich and salad combo. I had the Chicken Chipotle sandwich and the Picado Salad. I had the Strawberry Mint Lime lemonade. Everything was very good. I kind of had to hold onto my sandwich really good because the insides kept sliding out. But it was very tasty and so was the salad. Would definitely go there again.
We had Four Cafe cater our wedding, and we highly, highly recommend them! The food was so delicious. Our guests keep bringing it up, and we were wowed too. They nailed everything from the cocktail hour appetizers to the main dishes to the sides. They were also very easy to work with—responsive throughout the process, and they even tweaked a few dishes for the dietary restrictions we had in the group. We can't wait to visit the restaurant and order what we ate again.
You will Love the soup options! Ingredients are very fresh and you can taste it. Feels fancy yet casual. The staff has always been very friendly and reliable here! Deserts range from diet friendly to indulgent.

FOOD SERVICE ATMOSPHERE this place has it all! Richard is a total rock star - always super kind! The menu is thoughtfully designed and food is delicious.

Came here in a recommendation from a couple of locals who’ve been around for 15 and 20 years. We needed to go somewhere quick and yummy. They have indoor and parklet seating. We both ordered the salmon plate. We weren’t super hungry so the salmon was just right. There was slaw with light dressing and not slathered with mayo which was perfect. device was quick yet friendly.
Excellent meal, service was below average. Granted, you order at the register, and you get a number and find your own table. But considering there were maybe 3 or 4 others ahead of us, a breakfast/lunch took over 20+ minutes to get out to us. How are there over 6 workers behind the counter and less than half empty restaurant and food took so long to get? Pictures of the food below. When it did get out to us, we had to request things like syrup, condiments, etc, since none were brought out. Anyone eat pancakes plain? Once again, 3 or 4 tables besides us, and the server forgot. There were at least 3 different people bringing out food to 3-4 tables. They don't have to take orders which is why I find it strange that service is so subpar. So I had to go get it myself at the front counter. Back to the food. It was prepared perfectly. Flavors were fantastic, quality of food on par with Urban Plates or True Foods in Pasadena. Vegan options available. None for me thanks. Parking is streetside only. Plenty of meters up and down the street. Would visit again. 3 people, check came out to $52 with tip. Chicken panini was good, 2 eggs and bacon breakfast was great as the potato's were seasoned perfect, and the rustic sourdough toast with whipped butter were delicious. Meatloaf topped with an egg reminded me of a more hearty version of eggs Benedict. And the pancakes were crisp and light. Not too dense. Their fruit compote (not pictured ) was homemade possibly, but the actual fresh fruit came out Frozen in bits. Overall, still a 5 for food, 3 for service. 4 stars. Solid.
Came here for an early dinner after shopping at Leanna Lin's Wonderland around the corner. I had a cup of the vegetarian chili and cornbread. I skipped the chipotle crema and cheese b/c I'm lactose intolerant, but if you can do dairy, definitely go with it. The chili is on the soupy side with 3 kinds of beans (garbanzo, lentil and kidney). If you're vegan, they'll give you the chili minus the mini cornbread muffins (contains butter), chipotle crema and cheese. For dessert I had a slice of flourless chocolate hazelnut torte. It was ultra rich and a bit dense, but a good deal. My friend who's a raw vegan went with the Living Salad which had kale, crispy chickpeas, broccoli, avocado and nori in a lemony vinaigrette. (If you don't like nori, they can omit that). She's into raw kale and loved how Four Cafe used kale in the Living Salad. In the past when we were on this side of town, my friend and I would go to Cru in Silverlake, but since that place is kaput, it's likely we'll get our raw salad fix here.

Popped in just after they opened on a Thursday morning. The man behind the counter greeted me warmly. I ordered a salad with mix green topped with warm fall vegetables, glazed, walnuts, and goat cheese. Ordered grilled salmon as the protein on top. The salad itself was deliciousand generously portioned. The salmon could’ve been a little better. It was a little dry and oversalted. I ate inside and enjoyed the ambience. It was clean. The person behind the counter checked on me several times. I’ll go back.

I have been coming to four cafe for a long time and I have really tried to like this place. for whatever reason I have had quite a few bad experiences. I would say the menu is a hit or miss. Sometimes I order something and am blown away(french onion grilled cheese)! Other times I am left very disappointed. Today, I ordered their pulled pork plate and it really really disappointed me. The pulled pork did not taste like pulled pork at all and the mac and cheese was very very bland and lacked any sort of seasoning (I had to ask for salt) it was all like lukewarm and unappetizing. I feel like it was honestly the worst dish I have ever ordered from a restaurant.... Not to mention have also found bugs in my food before (2 times 😭) Despite everything, honestly not sure why i keep coming back, maybe it’s their desserts and sides which are SO good. Anyway I don’t even know if I would recommend this place because everything there is either super yummy or very underwhelming.
I haven't had a veggie burger in ages so I decided to try it out at Four Cafe. The burger was not bad but it lacked a lot of flavor and was pretty mushy. The staff were very kind and the food came out pretty quickly. I'd consider returning to try something different

Food: 5.8/10 Service: 6.5/10 Atmosphere: 6.8/10 (higher score because of outdoor seating) Coffee: 7.2/10 (cold brew was tasty!) Value: 5/10 TL:DR - Way over priced for a very plain and unsubstantial meal. Ordered the smash burger and substituted the side salad for potato wedges at an additional cost. Ordered a cold brew. The cashier who was taking my order wasn’t enthusiastic and didn’t seem happy to be working on an Easter Sunday (fair enough). Did not expect the wedges to be a small potato quartered… there’s a reason you don’t see restaurants serve large chunks of potato as “wedges”. It was doused in oil and just soft enough to be edible. It wasn’t seasoned and had no texture other than a firm squish. The burger was real disappointing. They call it a smash burger but it really was just a burger, no smashing of the patty. It was a very wet burger thanks to the heap of lettuce they added. Maybe they put the side salad in the burger? They attempted to season the patty but it was very light. Everything was fresh! Just kinda lifeless and super ordinary. Goes to show that fresh ingredients aren’t everything. Bonus point for toasted buns. Server who brought my food didn’t say anything or offer to bring anything. Nobody came back to make sure I was satisfied. Maybe the crew just didn’t want to work today? I’m not coming back. My two cents of advice is to cut down the menu and get real good at one thing. I’m not opposed to a $30 burger meal in Eagle Rock but you gotta at least try to make it a good experience. Paid $26 and change and gave a few bucks in tips.

I ordered some drinks because we had pizza from next door, we spent over 25 dollars. There was no one outside there. The tables had spiders webs, dirty. But we wiped it off and asked for permission. The young lady was so nice and saw we had kids and helped us. However, there was another young man that came out after we ate and hastled us. Told us we were rude and dont ever do that again. We wanted to order a dessert. But instead, we fled, btw, he stole all our silverware we were using to eat. Like what are gou doing? Lol!
