Buen servicio
The pastries are excellent, always warm, and reasonably priced. They also offer a variety of flavors, both savory and sweet.
Recomendable
The pastries are delicious, but they don't have the same variety of flavors as the chain. I recommend trying the esquite pastry (esquiteko). The place is clean and pleasant; it doesn't have restrooms. They also sell coffee, soft drinks, water, and popsicles. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it.
It's very hidden, but they're good and there are very few people, so the service is quick. The downside is that because there are few people, there's a lack of variety in the flavors.
No se escucha radio pasteko y para mí eso hace el ambiente
During my visit to this establishment with my family, we ordered two cappuccinos, both of which were very weak. The pastries were undercooked, especially in the center of the dough. It's important to mention that although it was early, at 10:00 a.m., this is no excuse for the first items served not being properly prepared. 30/12/2025
It's a shame, the pastas are good, but it turns out they don't have the classics available at 2 pm, lunch time, it takes them an hour to get more, and you order from others and they only have two or three of each, terrible!!! And then when it comes to paying, they don't accept card payments, and they don't mention it from the start so as not to waste time 👎
Regular servicio..
The employees on duty were rude and unfriendly. We asked if they had everything, and they said yes, but then when we were ordering, they told us which items were out. We paid and then made another purchase. The girl said, "Is that all?" There weren't many other customers. I mean, what would have been the problem if we had made one or more purchases? Bad service, but the pastries and popsicles were delicious.
Hello, I just wanted to comment that the young lady who serves provides terrible service. There should be a supervisor monitoring her customer service.
The service is bad and the pastry is so-so. They also don't accept card payments.
There's no one to help; they need to improve or replace the staff who work there, they're never available.
I was definitely used to a different kind of service. They don't have the tools and items that characterize the company. That place is very neglected. I wish the owners would take more care to maintain the quality of the Pasteko company.
I was just at this branch and waited 20 minutes to be served while my husband pumped gas ⛽️ and during that time, no one came to serve me. The branch was completely deserted. We finally left, and when we tried to take Central Avenue, we noticed the employee was involved in the neighboring business, chatting and chatting...
The customer service is terrible. They serve you reluctantly, make faces, and seem to hate having customers come in and having to work. I wouldn't go back to this branch. Reading other reviews, I realize I wasn't the only one who received this kind of service; it seems they have no interest in improving it.
I went today, March 30, 2024, and received terrible service from the young woman who served me. She was completely unenthusiastic and didn't put the pastries I selected in the bag labeled with my name. I asked for the box for the pastries, and she reluctantly filled out my order. To top it all off, I paid with a 509 peso bill, and she said she didn't have change. I gave her a smaller bill, and they still laughed at my complaint because I told her they had bad service. I've shopped at other branches and haven't encountered such poor service. As a customer, it's not my fault they're working on this day, or if the company is so stingy that it doesn't pay its staff properly, that's not my fault either. Very bad service.
Terrible service. They don't provide good service, and they never have any products. This is the third time they've been out of coffee and pastries. They should just close this branch.
The young lady seemed to be in a bad mood. Some pastries were cold and others were hot; obviously, the cold ones were lacking something. When it came time to pay, we ordered popsicles, and she continued with her dismissive attitude. She handed them to us without letting anyone touch them, and my husband asked her what flavor they were, but she remained rude. Finally, she said my card was blocked, and I replied that it wasn't, since we were going to use it. So, she had no choice but to swipe the card again. They only give you one napkin per customer, and lastly, I don't know if she prepares them herself, but they didn't taste the same, or maybe she was just having a bad day and cooked poorly.
There is never a variety of pastes and the people who serve are very rude and never have change. It is truly terrible service, not at all recommended.
The flavor is good, like in every franchise. But by 12:30, all they have is sweet pastries (and not even good ones, just pineapple and blackberry). They have their "Café Punta del Cielo" sign trying to impress, but they only have Americano and they ask you, "Do you want it very hot?" LOL. Deplorable service...
The food was good, with each pasty costing 25 pesos. I only had a slight issue with the Mole Rojo and the Pasteko. The Mole Rojo one tasted like they just threw raw paste into the dough; it's a shame, since I had high expectations because the competitor's is my favorite from their selection of flavors. The Pasteko has good flavor, although you find a crust of dried chili when you bite into it. The guava one surprised me quite a bit; it tasted pretty good. However, not all the flavors were available, and we were specifically looking for the Hawaiian Pizza ones, but they weren't there. I'm giving them one star overall because the atmosphere is hostile. The staff treated each other quite disrespectfully. They threw the keys at a girl to go clean, and to top it all off, after that humiliation, they rudely ordered her to wash thoroughly and not use so much bleach. They could have asked her respectfully, but it seems they only hired despicable people with no manners or values for this branch. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience for my girlfriend and me, who were shopping there. To make matters worse, they weren't just hostile to each other. They pressured us to order quickly, which didn't allow us to choose the flavors we wanted properly, and we forgot to order blackberry pastries because of the rush. It was a frustrating experience shopping there. Would I go back? Honestly, no, I recommend going to the Shell gas station branch between the Mexibús Expréss 1o de Mayo station (Line 1) and the Las Américas station of the regular service (Line 1). That branch has friendlier service and you'll avoid these kinds of inconveniences.
