Authentic Mexican food and live music on some nights
Went through the drive today and was in store yesterday was pleased to see Manager Janice Oakes working who I knew from the EA store. No matter how early in the morning she is always energetic, friendly and efficient. Drive through has been quicker too.
This is probably one of the better Tim Hortons shops in the Southern Tier area. I've only had a bad (burned) sandwich one time and they remade it for me. The early morning crew is the best.
Love coming to this Tim’s it’s so convenient to go to while I’m at work and Brandon is the best! He starts working on my order before me even placing it since he remembers it.. it’s the little things like that that make me keep coming back. Thanks Brandon!

Stopped here while on the road and was given great service and the food was made perfectly. The store entrance is shared and that part of the store created an obstacle for entry and the employees seemed to not care as they were restocking their shelves. I think this could hurt the business of Tim Hortons but otherwise, I'd stop here again.

didnt get a egg on my sandwich it was sapose to have
The food was good and the speed of service was excellent but they did not get my order correct even though they read it back to me correctly. I ordered two meals and when I received my order there there was no hash browns. I asked where the hash browns where and I was told that they ran out. I asked why didn't you tell me and they said because I did not order hash browns. I said but I ordered meals and they said but we ran out of hash browns. The staff and supervisor were very nice but I left confused and disappointed.
Normally we love stopping at T Ho’s for coffee and a sandwich for our drive home to Western Pennsylvania. This visit not so much. The only item we ordered that was hot was the coffee. The breakfast sandwiches and hash browns were cold. The cheese on the sandwich tasted like it was just slapped on the very stale biscuit that fell apart after one bite. The bacon was cold and rubbery. Very disappointed.
Usually a good place but they gave zero care today. Cold food and this is how the donuts ended after having nothing on top.
Consistent at being inconsistent. Ask for 3 cream 3 sugar, you’ll at least get 3 cream. But never both. Step your game up team.

Tried to go down the road to this location hoping it was better not at the manager was a complete jerk he had no care in the world whatever I can’t keep doing this I’m too old for it
Absolutely the slowest tim Hortons we’ve ever been to. It was brutal. I would drive ten minutes out of my way to avoid ever going there again.
25 minute wait and told us were were getting shorted one hash brown because they didn't have enough. They refunded one but actually shorted us two. I asked to replace the original one with a couple slices of bacon and they chrged me $3.80. Again, we didn't get all of our food after 3 tries and looked at like I had 10 heads when I asked politely for our two donuts. We finally had to leave because my son had a game. Still not refunded properly, still not all of our food. Called and no answer. Worst experience ever at our favorite breakfast chain.
Looked like this place is permanently closed, stopped there after a 15 hour flight to get a a snack but the place looked permanently closed!
Still consistently sucks. Asked for a egg, sausage and cheese sandwich. Received an English muffin with nothing. But they sure knew how to charge that egg and sausage sandwich. That alone is surprising because nobody there can count change. Truly puzzling.
I am an avid coffee drinker. I roast my own coffee from green beans, mostly from Costa Rica and Brazil. I rarely buy coffee out, usually when in a hurry. I am aware that most coffee bought from retailers is already old and out of date. Green beans last longer than roasted beans. Once roasted, the coffee stays fresh for only 10 days. I have only had bad experiences with Tim Hortons. Every time i went there (I've been to several locations), the coffee was like water. They are taking coffee out of the pot before it's done brewing and starting new pots while there's still coffee from the previous brew. This causes variances in strength and flavor. The different franchise stores do not follow the same procedures with respect to using and getting points on a Tim's card. An example of this is when asking for the senior discount. The store on Maple Rd. in East Aurora/Elma says they don't give a senior discount and the other Tim's I've been to do honor the senior discount. Almost all retailers honor some form of Senior Discount nowadays, except this particular Tim's. There is no continuity between stores, and that's not how a franchise works. Continuity between franchises is what keeps people coming back. That's why a Big Mac from McDonalds is the same no what McDonalds you go to. A whopper at Burger King is the same, etc. Because of these issues, I won't go to another Tim Hortons ever again. I'll go anywhere else or nowhere else to purposely avoid Tim Hortons. Starbucks is another great example of continuity between stores. My cup of coffee at any Starbucks is dependably the same every time. Also, it is absolutely ridiculous how many Tim Horton stores there are. Some are literally as far as a block away from each other. I live in Buffalo, NY. There are hundreds of these horrible coffee shops everywhere. Finally, the way points are earned is crazy. If I order an Ice Cap, I have to change the drink preference from coffee to specialty drinks. This is not only inconvenient but also stupid. I wish Tim Hortons would go out of business. Not many people know what a good cup of coffee should taste like. When I roast my beans and offer visitors my home roasted coffee, they are blown away by the flavor and smoothness that good offers.
I went to get a HOT medium decaf coffee with two creams, and a chocolate chip muffin. The muffin was cold, but the coffee was colder, and it took 10 minutes to get both items. The customer service person was fine, but the delay without explanation was disappointing. I work at a nearby office, my day was done and as far I'm concerned so is my time with this location of Tim Hortons. Do better Tim, you ruined my day.
So this morning before work I went to go through the drive thru to get coffee. I do my regular coffee order that I’m used to getting when I want coffee. The man taking the order started to argue with me about what I wanted. I told him I just wanted what I order simply because that’s what I’m used to. He said “I’m trying to tell you” and I asked him why he wanted to argue with me and his response was “I’m trying to educate you”. Ended up getting out of line and not getting my coffee. Who knew at 6 in the morning a grown man would want to argue with me about a coffee. Extremely rude and disrespectful. This is the only tim Hortons that I can stop at that’s on the way to work and now I don’t even want to go cause I feel like I’m going to have to argue to get something that I AM paying for. Tim Hortons do better with hiring people.
One car in the line and you wait 15 mins to get someone on the intercom and then you get a coffee that’s tastes like warm milk. It’s not even just this location all Tim’s are run like no one gives a crap about anything they do. You need adult oversight on these children
Thanks for forgetting the egg and bacon on my breakfast sandwich. You need to hire more competent staff. If you aren't a good enough owner/manager to do that you should consider closing down
EVERY I’ve come to this Tim Horton’s it is by far the slowest one of all. It’s like playing roulette of “do I go drive thru or in-restaurant?” My suggestion is NEVER go in restaurant at this location. This past time I saw a sign that said leave a review on google. Well with all the time I currently have waiting in line, here I am leaving a review.
