Stopped for a drink and a quick snack for my kids. We went through the drive-thru and the service was slow. The staff were pleasant though, which is always a plus. The inside of the restaurant didn't appear very clean and the area outside was lacking in upkeep as well. The food was decent, but not very hot. I'd stop somewhere else next time.

Service was super slow. My fries and sandwich were barely warm. And my Hot honey crispy had the smallest piece of chicken breast that was placed in the middle of the buns with a ton of lettuce to fluff the sandwich 😡

You order and they tell you to pull up to the first window. You pay at the 1st window then they tell you pull up to the 2nd window. 4/5 times the 2nd window makes you pull over to a parking spot ro the right and wait 2 - 3 business days for a value meal Double Cheeseburger. Why?? There is nothing Fast about this Fast food.

I could not get anyone to help me. Went with my daughter to get a happy meal, and needed help went to the counter and was completely ignored. So I pressed the help button, 4 employees looked at me and the help light and still ignored me. Wait for 10 15 minutes and left. There was hand sanitizer ozzing off the catch tray with fruit flys stuck through out it.

The food is mostly the same at all McDonalds. This location is usually busy and the staff is trying their best but they cannot keep up. The sit down area is usually messy because of how busy they are.

Came to McDonald's to order breakfast and I always order the meals because you get a hash brown and a drink with it which makes sense instead of just a sandwich, order two meals and only got one hash brown and yes obvis the ticket said one hash brown which makes no sense the person who took my order even heard me say two meal.. I come home and 4 outta 5 sandwhichs with no egg!!! Y'all gotta get you stuff together or find a better job or need a whole new management and team. Theirs always something smh 🤦‍♂🤦‍♂

We went thru the drive thru for some breakfast sandwiches at 8:30 a.m.just 2 small sandwiches, they had us pull into a parking space with 6 other cars waiting for their food, waited 12 min..and its always like this, they cant always be short staffed, either hire people or close the drive thru, i only go there because its by my house and my grandson loves the egg mcmuffin

Service was good but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Had to clean my own table because it had dried food on it. The cleanliness in the ladies restroom also left a lot to be desired. The floor looked like it had been cleaned in days, yet, the caution slippery when wet sign was in the middle of the floor.....making it hard for me to navigate my wheelchair through the bathroom.

Dining room was packed after I came back because 2 separate orders were made wrong. Waited 15 mins for manager to come out to talk to him, waited another 15 for food. Everyone in the dining room upset over 45 minute wait time for their food. They only care about drivethrough times.

Always slow. Manage to mess up parts of your order more than they should even after communicating the specific change in the order before getting it.

If its busy pick somewhere else. The lady working the register is sweet and funny but they messed up a plain double cheeseburger n normal mcdouble TWICE. The slip was right but food was not. When I went up to have em fix it they ended up doin the exact thing but took em 15 minutes to mess it up again. I didn't bother trying for a third time.

This is the worst mcdonalds location you can visit. Has been for years. The only reason I go is because it's so convenient from my house, and every time I go, I kick myself in the pants for having gone there. The service is unreasonably slow, and usually wrong when it finally does get to you. I waited 28 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese mcbiscuit, hasbrown and orange juice. Today I had to pull over to the side and wait for my food which is no big deal, and when it came out, they forgot my drink. The inside is hit or miss, but the main issue is the extremely long wait times and inconsistent service.

McDonalds has declined over the past 10 years. Burgers are so thin anymore that the slogan I'm reminded of is "Where's the beef?" Big Mac used to be my favorite. Hate having to order on a kiosk. Almost every drive thru order is messed up. Last visit I dropped in for just a drink at drive thru. From the time I placed my order and then drove away it took 43 minutes.... They handed out my drink and 3 bags of food that I didn't order. I asked the girl if the order was right and she looked at me like I had a third eye and said "of course" so I drove off with them. SCORE!

It took 45 minutes to get our food and they were rude and threatened to physically remove me. Food was decent but somewhat cold because I waited 45 minutes for it. Never going back, very disappointed.😡😤

Went to this McDonald's and ordered a big Mac meal medium and a crispy chicken sandwich. Sat for over 30 minutes. Woman brought out the wrong order and we necer saw another person again. Literall6had to go inside to find out what happened to our meal. The staff was clueless and this is what I waited so long to receive. Where are all of the lettuce and tomatoes? This sandwich was literally thrown on the bun in an attemp to get rid of us. I will drive to Utica before I go back to this place again. The owner of this franchise need to clean house. Every time I come here there’s only one person taking orders, but there’s two lines. What’s the point of having two lines if it’s only gonna be one person taking the order you might as well only have one line. It always takes forever because there’s such a long pauses in between meals. But this morning, I got a Steak, egg and cheese meal. They never gave me my hash brown and then after I paid for my meal and got my sandwich, they told me to pull up to The third window For my orange juice. I pulled up and waited 20 minutes and still nobody came with my orange juice and I had to get to work so I paid for something I didn’t even get to have. Waiting 20 minutes for an orange juice is ridiculous and then not giving me all the food I paid for to begin with.

Each time we go through the drive thru we have had to pull into a spot and wait about 20 minutes. This has happened every time. The poor employee has to walk in the rain trying to find which car had which order. The franchise owner needs a system to allow patrons to choose to wait before they pay and come up with a number system for the employees to locate the orders and cars

Absolutely disgusting place bugs all over us as we're trying to eat. There was NO toilet paper in the womens bathroom. The seating area hadn't been cleaned probably... ever.... none of the sodas worked they had no chocolate shakes, on top of all that we had to wait forever any time we needed anything (like a drink for our meal because the sodas weren't working)

We ordered on the kiosk . That part was very easy and I truly wish I didn’t have to deal with the workers …..They forgot our hasbrowns , side of bacon and when we went up to let them know they were gossiping about what they did last night VERY loudly. The young lady says AYE “ they don’t got no hashbrowns “….I’m sitting here slightly uncomfortable. The seating area was so filthy , we had to wipe two tables. The chair had syrup on the back of it . They almost never have frappes available. The excuse usually is that the machine isn't working or they just don't have any. We have gone on all different days and different times, but they never have it. So we drive out to Apalachin and find the service fast, friendly, and they always have frappes. It just a further distance for us. But I guess it is worth the distance. Never going to Endicott McDonalds again.

I think I'm going to contact corporate: Main Street, Endicott Mc Donald's.... At 807 in the evening I paid and was then pulled in drive threw and so was someone else. When I went in, I heard from a different customer that one girl was the problem, another customer said No, it was that the 2 managers were fighting. The behavior was horrible. Thank Goodness, the one girl took it back and gave me a plain cheese burger. I think Corporate needs to speak privately with each employee and find out what was going on.

I work overnights, so I was looking for something quick that was open. Their website said they were open, so I drove 45 minutes out of my way to get something to eat, only to be told, after waiting at the drive-thru order board, that they were closed. How are you going to advertise you're open, then tell customers you're closed after making them wait 5 minutes in the drive thru? Don't waste your time, people!

This is the only food spot open in our town after 11pm. First off I have to say it’s the worst service ever. The two different managers that work the evenings are equally terrible in there people skills and there attention to detail. Ten out of ten times our order is missing items and where to feel we are bad people for speaking up. After midnight every night they only take cash. We never get a receipt because they do the math and add up the costs. There never right with the total after tax. Tonight was the final straw she treated to call the cops because she messed up with our order and we wanted our food that we paid for and never received. I hope as a ‘empire that MCDonalds they will train there people better and make us the customers feel like we are valued not like where crooks. I hope the right person sees this. Was refused service last night at 10:30 because I did not have the mobile app or doordash. No signs up anywhere about this, so wasted 30 mins in line. Employee also made rude and degoratory remark calling me honey. Should close early if staffing not sufficent.

Staff was friendly & food arrives quickly, but the order was errored: half filled fries, root beer instead of Dr. Pepper, plain burger ordered, but regular burger delivered. Of course, using the drive thru makes this too easy to happen and too hard to correct.

Ordered a Hi-c and sprite. The hi-c looked like water then I noticed what looked like bugs in the ice cubes the lady said oh its coffee grounds I asked her why the hi-c was so light in color she said oh I don't think the machine is working (then why would you try to serve it to me) the sprite also had something in the ice I handed it back, she dis t look very pleased with me. My fries came out cold and old.

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt. Three times, no charm. First time, I waited 20 minutes for fries, second time I went for breakfast, they had to make oatmeal, today they had no coffee made during the breakfast hour and I had to wait 5ish minutes. There’s no sense of urgency when they work. They move so slow as if there’s no rush. It’s a shame that they’re in a convenient location, but their service is an inconvenience.

This was the absolute WORST experience & food we've ever had at any McDonald's. We waited for almost 15 minutes for our food. The lady taking our order kept getting it wrong. We told her 4 times what we wanted. When the doors FINALLY came our, it was cold and practically raw. The muffins are barely cooked. We had order them well done. There were over 10 of us waiting for our food and all of us were getting wrong food! We spoke to the manager and she acted.like it wasn't a big deal. We also did NOT receive a receipt with our order. I normally don’t write a review but this place is terrible. If you go in there they can take up wards of 25 minutes to get your food out, go through the drive through instead of handing you the money they will almost throw it at you. Tonight I order from them was working a long day didn’t have time to eat they didn’t give me half my food 2 of the sandwich’s was wrong. If you want 15 dollars an hour at least do your job right.

Literally the worst McDonald’s in the 607, I’d rather drive to Whitney point than ever war here again. All the employees are nasty to customers except the purple haired girl that works nights and the little old lady that works days. The wait’s always ridiculous and no matter how busy they are the back staff is always just messing around. Last three times I’ve been here I’ve either been missing items or had to have them fix the food and half the time I’m here I have to wait 10-15 minutes just to be helped. Unacceptable experience in every aspect.

Workers are unsanitary & have bad attitudes. I deliver DoorDash & I've witnessed workers wipe their snotty noses then put drink lids on. I've witnessed employees drop food on the disgusting floor out of the wrapper only to wad it back up and toss it into the bag for curbside customers. If you try to get food here it's usually a 20-25 minute wait.

Anytime you come late evening between nine and midnight. The wait time is extremely long. I waited 40 minutes. unfortunately I was stuck between two cars and could not back out of the drive-through line. Once it was my turn. They said that the lobby was extremely full. that’s why they’re not taking orders so I went into the lobby. There was literally a half a dozen people waiting for DoorDash orders, and nobody sitting at the tables. For the amount of time I waited, I should’ve had fresh food. The fries were extremely salty and the burger had a hard cold chewy. They seem to only care about the DoorDash orders and not their regular local customers. it’s the worst location in the cities. if they’re going to make you wait in the drive-through line for 40 minutes they need to put a sign up or come out and not let you sit there for that amount of time and then tell you they’re not taking orders. It’s extremely disrespectful to the locals.

I go to McDonalds probably once a month, and this is hands down the worst one in the area. It’s not uncommon to be waiting in the drive-thru for twenty minutes or more. I highly recommend not stopping here unless you have the time to wait, it is certainly not “fast” food, and staff is very clearly overwhelmed and unhappy. Ordering online doesn’t seem to help either.

We used the drive through. I was told there’s no such thing as a strawberry shake so we settled for a chocolate shake. Paying took no time at all. We were given the wrong food but we had already started eating it before we had gotten the rest of the order. The lady at the window asked for it back then said to just keep the fries we were already eating and I gave the rest back. She tried to make me feel like I was wrong about what I had ordered. The manager stepped in and corrected our order. The food service window took about ten to fifteen mins.

I drive up to the window and I’m sitting for quite some time, so I’m thinking my food will at least be fresh… nope, the fries were nearly stone cold. I’m surprised I even got all of my nuggets. Literally DO NOT COME HERE. If I thought it was worth it I’d ask for my money back

Main street endicott mcdonalds is a joke placed an order online and still ended up waiting over an hour for my food mind you I placed the order 20 mins before I even got there. If yall can't handle the amount of orders then maybe hire more staff this is totally uncalled for and then they refused to give me a refund when I said I dont want the food anymore.

Used to be one of the best McDonald's in the area. But now they're slow and the lines take forever. They move you to reserved parking and let you sit there for over 10 min and then try bringing you the wrong food. Better off driving down the road and going to the Main St JC one.

This place is a joke threw and threw. lackluster speed, half filled fries, little to no ice in the soda, or it’s not filled up all the way, i pay for extra pickles and pay for sweet and sour they gave us 1 sweet and sour and no extra pickles. let alone this place falsley advertises hours of operation. they claim 24 hours but shut half the menu down at 12 ,and they completely shut the store down when they feel like. the night manger is completely rude and negative towards customers along with the other workers

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I waited 17 minutes for a Fan Deal and 2 milkshakes. The dining area is so dirty we had to wipe our own table down with napkins. The staff was more interested in giving hookups to former employees that came in. How do I know? They were loud as can be and very unprofessional. I know it's hard to find good people but there needs to be an overhaul of Management here......BADLY!

Every time I come here now I'm in line for 10 plus minutes even when its not busy. Then finally when I get to the window they pull me to the side along with 5 other cars, so the wait is even more ridiculous. I don’t normally write reviews but after the clear lack of common sense and/or intelligence of the employees at this store, warrants it. I understand this is McDonald’s so I’m not expecting exceptional service or even good service. However, what I do expect is that when I order food to receive all of my items. Kid you not, every single time I order delivery from this location, they fail to fully complete it every single time. And that’s the reason why I am writing this review because it is honestly embarrassing to not be capable of completing an order (everytime!!) when the receipt has the items clearly stated on the bag. It shows a clear lack of common sense and/or intelligence or just a disregard for your job. I work in food service too, it’s not that hard to give people the food they literally pay for.

Went there for lunch twice, and despite ordering in advance each time I had to wait nearly an hour for my food. The second time I was scammed, wasting 13 dollars on food I never recieved. The employees are doing god knows what in the back and no one is even at the counter to take orders. The interior is crowded and messy and it's nearly impossible to get any customer service. Don't waste your time here and just order from the Wendys a couple blocks away, every time I've order there the food was finished without error within minutes.

We ordered 2 chicken big macs one order of fries and 1 drink. It wasn't that busy but we got pulled to the side..15 minutes later when we got our food the fries were barely warm, the chicken on the sandwiches was barely warm and either over cooked or had sat too long. Almost 18 dollars for a really crappy dinner. Fast food isn't really worth it anymore for the price and the fact that it really isn't fast anymore. The only good thing I'll say is the older lady that brought our food out was very nice. We still won't stop into this location again .

Drive thru told me to pull off to the side as they had a lot of DoorDash orders to complete so it was gonna be a short wait for my food. After about 20 minutes of waiting and no more cars in the drive thru, all the workers step out for a smoke break. They then return and complete a few more DoorDash orders and then after I’d waited for over 50 minutes they went out for another smoke break and I just left. This was from 2-3am and I want a refund for the food I never received.

Ordered breakfast on the app, it literally took 27 minutes to get my order. And there were only 2 cars in front of me. I had given up on this mcdonalds a year ago because service was horrible, seems its still the same. Don't waste your time, Burger King is just 1.5 miles down the road heading east on the right side..

Kiosk was broken, I placed my order and it said I had to pay up front, I then go to front and wait while the workers stare at me multiple times, I give up, and walk out without my coupon or my damn food after waiting ten minutes at the front counter And I go through the drive-thru instead they take my order and get my food within 2 minutes which means they are purposefully ignoring people at the front counter trying to get help with kiosk orders or trying to order food which is completely unacceptable.

We ordered using the kiosk, and it forced you to grab a table tag if you ordered for here. Or else it wouldn't let us continue. We waited at our table, and this old lady came up to us with our food. She rudely said "You kids are more than old enough to come get your food." We explained that it made us get a table tag, but she just walked away. The other workers called the table numbers when they didn't want to bring the food to the table. I don't understand why she could not have done that instead. Ruined the vibe. Please be nicer next time as we literally didn't have a choice on the kiosk.

I've only been to McDonalds like 5 times in the past two years. Four of them completely unacceptable experiences. All of them different locations. Today's experience was order a double cheeseburger and small fries at the drivethrough. I waited 15 minutes, didn't have fries in the bag. Walked inside, this time I didn't ask for the order to be completed, I asked for a refund. Cmon McDonald's, I order something fast food every week, and no way you are getting any of this unless you figure out these issues. I recommend everyone take the time to get a refund when you don't get the order you placed. The staff was very courteous and the manager was very respectful, accommodating and helpful.

Food is almost always wrong. Wait times are crazy just for your food to be ice cold, rock hard and half the time it looks like Edward Scissorhands made it. Looks don't really matter with McDonald's food but you should no be sending food on buns that look like they were stepped on. Been here like 6 or 7 times in the last year at various times and it's always miserable.

Jan 12th around 2pm, we went through the drive-thru and ordered a couple burgers, fries, and a coke. The next day I was destroyed with what I believe was food poisoning. It is Jan 14th now and I'm just beginning to feel like myself. Is cleanliness and proper precautions being implemented here? I won't be able to eat here again anytime soon.

Don’t try go to this McDonald’s! Don’t care about customers business. Got gift cards here a different amounts they mixed them all together. Call and complained they said to bad. I even went at 6:30am before they got busy. Last time at McDonald’s

employees are insanely rude. first window employee snatched my card out of my hand and slammed the window then practically threw my card back at me. didn’t say a single word, not even a smile. second window employee just about tossed my food out of the window, still no words and no smile. i understand having a bad day in the drive thru but this was so unacceptable. asked for sauce and recieved absolutely none. ordered two burgers and they were a greasy mess which shouldn’t have even been put in a bag to go to a customer. it’s always dirty in there as is but it still doesn’t make up for their poor attitude and lack of enthusiasm.

Horrible service, probably the worst service I’ve ever had at McDonald’s, and that’s saying something. Told to pull over and wait in the parking lot after placing a drive through order, left to wait 40 minutes before giving up and going in, and they had my order sitting there.

I ordered my foods at 640 and it came out at 715. I was in drive thru. I ordered no pickle on my sandwiches and there were pickles on them. The burgers tasted like they were sitting for a while. I ordered 2 med fries and I only received 1 of them so I had to go inside and get the 2nd one. The second order of fries were soaked in grease and under cooked. I will NOT be going to that one again.

Dining area was filthy. There were tons of fruit flies,trash and food scraps on the floor. Workers were not using gloves for food prep. Forgot to mention customers brought in booze and profanity was at an all time high.

I dislike lazy bums

For atmosphere, I'm giving you a star for each person that drove off before getting their food, even after paying. You'd think that waiting 30 minutes for fast food, it'd come out burnt or correct or warm or taste remotely not like a chew toy. But no, I paid 16 bucks for a meal and cookies. The part that really blew me away was for the 2 snack wraps that I got in my meal, 1 was no ranch which was correct. How they both should have been. So after getting past the fact there was barely any lettuce or cheese on my Kong toy, they put ranch on the 2nd one. Like how do u even do that other than taking 30 minutes for every single persons' orders and mixing up the expo line bc you're so far behind and not trying at 9 at night? This store really makes me wonder if they have like a sign over the kitchen when you walk in that says "there is no try, only don't or do not" or "set the bar lower than they think possible, that way they won't think youre a waste of air, water, space, effort, and life. They'll think no way could ppl be this bad"

Want to drive-thru on 8/20/25. Ordered 2 McChickens, a double cheeseburger with extra pickle, 2 four-piece nuggets, and 2 small fries. We only got one McChicken and no honey mustard sauce as ordered. This was after waiting over 20 minutes! Sadly, this is not the first time our order was incorrect. It seems the rule is inaccuracy, rather than the exception. Disappointing visit -AGAIN! Looks like we’ll stick to Wendy’s.

Literally the worst McDonald's in existence. Went there on lunch break and waited 20 mins (almost my whole 30 min lunch break) for a 2 cheeseburger meal and 2 hamburgers. They got my WHOLE order wrong too! Asked for no pickles, both cheeseburgers had pickles. Oh, and the hamburgers were replaced with PLAIN MCCHICKENS! If you have the option, do NOT go to this McDonald's. They are slow and incompetent.

DO NOT EAT HERE. SUPER UNSANITARY AND VERY DANGEROUS PRACTICES! My pictures will show that the top teflon coatingings on their grill were scraped onto the burgers. At best they were scraped up from the bottom grill but by the straight and jagged lines of the black materials it appears to be the Teflon sheeting that is supposed to be replaced regularly before it gets this bad and is NEVER to be scraped. This McDonald's will get you sick and potentially kill you. Stay far, far away.
