Had a buddy from out of town passing through today so we decided to grab breakfast here at the local IHOP. Service today was great all around. Food was spot on, and it came out fairly quick. The staff member with the fluffy hair, good looking out for the personal items that we left behind. I appreciate it!

I’m a frequent visitor and big fan of IHOP restaurants I travel all across United States and this specific place caught my total attention because just to mention some of the things that make this place unique Staff is very helpful professional and friendly tables, halls, restrooms nice clean organized utensils coffee pots very clean waitresses very professional and educated, they understand your needs and always paying attention to details, they make feel like home the food was fresh, hot and served on time overall my wife, sister in law and me definitely love this place and we strongly recommend to come to visit this location I promise you will have a wonderful experience I congratulate to all staff for their dedication and commitment to excellence service

This IHOP also houses an Applebee's, so there's an expanded menu. We dined at a training event for the new joint venture at this location. Husband had the Oriental Chicken Salad and it was excellent!! We split a sizzlin' butter pecan blonde brownie with ice cream...delicious and just right with coffee. No notes I had the four-cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders; the sweet coating of the chicken melded with the taste of the cheese sauce in an odd way, but it was otherwise satisfying. I think if this chicken was with a waffle it would absolutely hit. The servers and other staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The seating and tables are comfortable, the interior was bright and fun, and the lighting was good. Will definitely dine here again when in the area!

Kimberly was great, and attentive to our needs. She checked up on us and made sure we were ok. The atmosphere is relaxing and the new remodel is beautiful!

Saw server to take order then once after food and drink refills had been done by runners. Lack luster inter action with server. Food was actually really good. Love the Applebee's and I Hop concept! Atmosphere wasn't their fault one table with screaming kids. Will come back to see if staff can match the food. They seem to be still working out kinks.

We went on the first day. Everything was going okay.. food came out and some stuff was over cooked or cold. Also not prepared per requested. The ranch was not Ihop.. and the salsa was watery. I will be diffently going back once they been open for a little while. I love the idea of the dual restaurant.

You definitely don’t get what you paid for when ordering to-go. Poor advertising of what the pancake should look like vs. what you actually get! When you dine-in they are fabulous but they really slack with the toppings on the to-go orders. Very disappointed that I have to dine-in to get what I paid for. The rest of the meal(eggs, hash browns, bacon) were delicious but please do better on the pancakes. Thanks ☺️

Received the attached notice yesterday in the mail and I was very intrigued by the $7.99 lunch. So I went there today and asked about the $7,99 lunch and the server knew nothing about it. She went to the manager and asked them and they didn’t know anything about it. Instead she redirected me to the breakfast savings menu, but I was interested in lunch. So I left. I went home and looked at my notice and you can see in small letters. It says “over 30 options to choose from.” My question, considering they have a huge menu is, “Where are these items??” Be aware there is no $7.99 lunch menu and I can only assume that you would have to review every item on their menu to find those that are less than $8. A bit deceiving for a restaurant that just opened. They need to educate their servers and particularly the managers that if a guest asks for this that they can redirect them throughout the menu on lunch items that fall into this category. I may go back knowing this, but then again I may not. Very interesting way to potentially lose a first-time customer.

I understand it is the grand opening, ans i understand that many new employees are starting. But we had 3 orders, one for a child. The child's order came out within 10 minutes, however the other two meals took almost an hour. Finally had to get a managers attention, and within 20 minutes we had our food. We showed up at 6pm, and didn't leave until right around 8pm. The management did their job, but definitely need to get a bit more training to the waitstaff. Hopefully they can get more experience, and I do not mean to be that B word. Just trying to make sure that they work on the points that are a bit weaker than others. I have done management and been a waitress, so I know how hard both are!

If you like Applebee's this might be a good location but if you want IHop you should go to a real IHop. It's only been open in this new combo franchise location for a few weeks but the staff is still getting a hang of things, there were people shouting across the floor to tell them where to take parties to sit and other staff literally sprinting around which gave a chaotic vibe to the placs. It took about 15 minutes to be asked what our party size was (just me and my 4 year old daughter). My daughter's pizza came out uncut, I had to ask for creamer for my coffee about 4 times, food got placed at the wrong table at first, server was too busy or overwhelmed to check on our table but maybe 2-3 times. With all that being said the staff was really sweet to my daughter and overall were very friendly which is the only reason I gave 2 stars. Maybe they will get better in a few months.

PICK UP ORDERs seem to be a problem at this particular location. Waffle was just ok. I wasn't given any butter. Like cmon that's one of the many reasons we all love ihop... the whipped butter!!! Anyway the chicken strips were terribly overcooked. Just awful but my main issue is the service or lack thereof. I placed my order online using the IHOP WEBSITE not a 3rd party site. It asked me to put in my phone number so that I could notify the restaurant when I had arrived. Well when I got there I was already 10 minutes BEYOND the quoted pick up time and I still had yet to recieve a text or email that the order was ready. I thought okay maybe they're backed up in the kitchen. I'll still give em a few more minutes because I was expecting to get a text message stating the order was ready and for me to text back a number stating that I've parked or something to let them know that Im ready for them to bring the order out. I never got a text message so I finally called and she said oh that order has been ready. I said well I'm out here waiting. She says oh we don't do that here. I asked so why do you have curbside parking and she literally says "I don't know what that is" i said you guys have actual parking spaces out here that display "curbside pickup" so why are they here if you don't bring out peoples food and all she said was ma'am your order is ready inside. That is a sad representation of this corporation. This lack of customer care is disappointing!!!!

Visited 12/25, I understand that they were busy so I will give them a pass. By the time I received my order, the food was less than room temperature. My daughter ordered crepes it only had strawberries, which looked old. There was no blueberries nor whipped cream. The sausage from the smokehouse combo looked like it was still raw. My daughter put the sausage in the air fryer to be on the safe side. After almost an hour’s wait, I would expect hot food with everything that comes with it (berries and whipped cream for the crepes). I will not order here again.

This was NOT my favorite experience at an IHOP. We were seated fairly quickly. Our server came over and took our drink order and before we could give her the food order she was gone. She came back eventually and took our order. I ordered the breakfast sampler and my fiancé ordered the southwest sampler with chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. He doesn’t eat whipped cream at all, so he asked for the pancakes to be sent back and remove the whipped cream. As you can see pictures .. they removed the whipped cream and chocolate chips and flipped the pancakes over and added some chocolate syrup on top. They didn’t look or taste appealing at all. The chocolate chip pancakes were so dry. The regular pancakes were dry and Luke warm .. the butter didn’t even melt in top. My food (breakfast sampler) wasn’t all that bad. Not sure that I would recommend this location at all. I’m only in town for this weekend but I know for sure if I ever come back Euless, I won’t go here.

I usually enjoy IHOP, but this location was a major disappointment and easily the worst experience I’ve had at an IHOP. From the beginning, the hostess was slow and seemed confused. She asked whether a table would be okay since no booths were available, we agreed, yet she still seated us at a booth. Our server took our drink order, and we received our drinks fairly quickly. However, we then waited about forty seven minutes for our food, despite being a party of two. During that wait, one of us ran out of a drink and no one checked on us or offered a refill. While we were waiting, another customer loudly complained that her food was cold and refused to pay. Instead of a manager addressing the situation, the customer spoke to a random employee, as the manager appeared to be absent. Even more unprofessional, several staff members openly gossiped about the situation directly in front of us. The most disruptive issue was an employee pushing a plate cart through the dining area while loudly playing music and singing along, treating the restaurant as if it were a private space rather than a public dining environment. When our food finally arrived, it was acceptable, but our drinks were never refilled. We then waited an additional fifteen minutes just to receive our check. The restaurant was not busy during our visit, so there is no reasonable explanation for the lack of service and professionalism. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing.

The service here is extremely horrible and the food came out completely wrong. My plate had food missing and my friends dish was not what she ordered. The Manager got upset and was going off on me and being extremely rude. (How) the hell are you going to get mad at us because your team messed up our order. The waiter said she messed which idk how if you took the order! The chef messed up for not putting all the food that was missing, and sending a completely wrong dish. The manager should be terminated, because what you show your team will lead to them acting the same way. Do not come here unless your wanting to be mistreated by the manager and be given the wrong food and called out your name. (If) you do like that rude/crapy service this is the spot for you. If i could leave 0 🌟 I would unfortunately you have to leave a 1 rating!

I am NOT HAPPY. I had the WORST experience ever. I called a head to let them know I had a party of 9 people. From the moment I arrived 10:10am the waitress the manager had an issue where they were going to sit as. We finally got seat. It took 20mins for them to take the order. We waited for 45 mins for the beverages that never arrived. At 11:25am I asked for the manager (Stephany) just to find out the food was never place and they were just now making the drinks. Until then they found out they were out coke/pepsi (soda). My brother had to catch his flight at 12:30pm. At that point we had to walk out so he wouldn’t miss his flight.

We had Blanca, other waitress was Natashak. Waitresses had horrible attitudes, basically shoved the food onto the table. Another table waited over an hour for COFFEE! They got up and left. If we didn’t have kids we would have done the same but honestly we were hungry and wanted to eat. The other waitress kept having issues with all of her tables as well. The coffee was trash. Food wasn’t super hot but wasn’t freezing. We will not be back to the location ever. Horrible experience

I ordered the cowboy bbq,but only thing I got was a one onion ring with a lil dry bbq sauce ring on my bread🤦🏽‍♂️,and the patty was all pink inside,I thought it was gonna be completely cooked,not half way. My wife didn’t get her syrup for her pancakes either,It was my fault bcuz I didn’t check everything b4 I went home. And the girl who gave me my bag had a blank face when I said thank you,she didn’t say nothing back. Never coming to that ihop again🤦🏽‍♂️I got weird vibes there smh,worst ihop I’ve been to,sorry 👎🏽
