I have ordered from this location twice and so far so good. My only complaint is both times I requested contactless delivery and both times I had to answer the door. I just had a procedure and it hurts to walk down the steps, so I do not want to rush to go answer the door. If it is no longer an option, I would suggest taking it off the website.

We were very pleased with the Evens Mills Pizza Hut's handling of our order. We got it fast AND HOT. The Wings were superb!

It's been a while since I've walked into an actual Pizza Hut. The service was great and the food was good. I've also ordered delivery a couple of time and have not been let down. Delivery is quick and the pizza is hot.

Friendly staff and great pizza. Pretty empty but not surprised. They sell bottled beer and have a salad bar. I would definitely check pizza huts online menu when ordering because this location does not have any of the good box deals and special promotions on their dine in menu.

All my delivery orders have been quick, fresh and hot. The delivery people are courteous. As long as pizza hut keeps up this rhythm. I will definitely continue to order. Way To Go Pizza Hut!!!!

I typically order for pick up and my experience has never been bad. Food is always ready when we arrive. It's hot and fresh. If you order wings you just gotta shake the container a little so the sauce will coat the chicken. I love that they started offering their personal pizzas again (a couple years ago they didn't have them). I order maybe once or twice a month, typically a personal pan or if the family wants it we get one of the box deals. Also if you have never tried their sandwiches, I am a huge fan of the ham and swiss the fries are pretty good too.

What a pleasant surprise! My team and I were in Evans Mills for work and decided to grab something quick to eat at Pizza Hut, not expecting much. To our amazement, the pizza was fantastic! It exceeded our expectations with its great taste and quality. Additionally, the service was wonderful; the staff were friendly and made sure our experience was enjoyable. My family and I just recently moved to the area. We love pizza and have definitely found our go-to for pizza and wings.

The Pizza could have had a little more sauce on top, it could also have been a little warmer. We picked it up within 10 minutes of ready and I live only a 1.5 miles from there, but the pizza was just warm.

We ordered online and picked up at the window! Everything was good and the gentlemen that helped up was very kind. I would eat here again.

I paid for 2 sides of butter garlic that we love to dip our pizza in. The girl told me they were in the sealed pizza box. Got all the way home and opened the box to find no butter garlic sauces *sigh* pizza was good though

It's crazy to spend $65 on 2 pizzas & breadsticks but it was so very good. The waitress applied coupons & even gave us drinks to go. It was hot & came out very fast.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo with pasta. Had it before but this time it had been over baked leaving it dry and poor flavor. Also, very little chicken pieces had been added. Bread sticks were ok. Would not order again.

This Pizza Hut branch is solid. My orders have always been high quality. The food isn't rushed or sloppy like some locations I've ordered from in the past. Food arrives fast for delivery or carryout. Very satisfied with the service from this place.

Stopped in to dine at the Pizza Hut on Patriot Place in Evans Mills while we were on the road. It might’ve been my first time eating Pizza Hut since I was a kid—back when you earned that personal pan pizza for reading books at school. Honestly, still one of the smartest promotions ever. Pizza Hut hasn’t changed all that much since then (the décor is a bit more updated), but the personal pan pizza took me straight back. Even before the first bite, the smell hit and it was instant nostalgia. It was also my kids’ first time ever having Pizza Hut. We usually avoid chains/processed food as much as we can, but road trips require compromises to keep the peace and prevent a full-on backseat mutiny. Everyone loved their personal pan pizzas—it hit the spot, we ate, and we were back on the road fast. One thing that surprised me: it was totally dead inside. The woman behind the counter said we were the first customers in a day or two, which honestly blew my mind. Either way, the service was friendly and the food delivered exactly what we needed in the moment. I was in the area for training and decided to order pizza. Not know of any local "go to's" I just ordered online and went to pick it up. Upon arriving, I noticed this location was very busy. Staff was running around with their heads cut off. They didn't seem to have enough workers for the number of customers. Although I was able to get in and out with little to no wait, the atmosphere seemed in disarray. Food was decently prepared, and the pizza wasn't smashed, hot upon arriving back to post. Overall, I had no issues with what seemed to be one of their busy nights. Again, I read some reviews, and it seemed like it was a 50/50 shot that my experience would be positive. No complaints here! I would order food again.

Heard a lot of bad reviews but prefer my own knowledge. I've been ordering pizza and wings from here since moving to Drum in 2017 and ive never had an issue. Order is always correct, never cold, delivery is fast. It always tastes decent, what else do you need from a chain pizza place?

Had a pretty long wait even with a worker standing there looking at me waiting to place my order... the phone will ring and they will look at it and not answer for the longest... which is why I worry about calling in.

Not like I remembered from when I was a kid the dough was tough. I remember it being fluffy and crispy maybe the stiffed crust has a different type. May try again, pretty cool pick up window.

Good pizza, but the staff shouldn't expect a tip for handing a pizza out of a window. I'll never tip anybody for doing the simplest of jobs for less than 30 seconds. Becoming rude for not receiving a tip is ridiculous since Pizza Hut already pays their employees. If you want a tip, be a waitress or delivery driver

Still good food, friendly service. Like many chains nowadays dining in very quiet. 6 o'clock on Friday evening and dining room nearly empty. Drive thru and delivery very busy, though. Even noted Uber eats drivers. We're old fashioned. We order and eat at restaurants, and pay cash!

I generally have a good experience with this Pizza Hut location. Their two delivery drivers (Jean and Glenn) are fantastic, I cant praise them enough. However most recently (during a busy weekend), They forgot my Butter Garlic Sauce for my breadsticks. Now.. this isn't a terribly big deal.. but I didn't have anything to dip my breadsticks in. :( I called and informed the manager, (told her it wasn't a big deal). But meh. Just try to do a better job in the future when getting orders ready to go.

The orders took a long time to come out. Those of us who ordered pasta didn't receive our meal until everyone else was done eating pizza ,wings, and bread sticks.

Ordered dinner box. Ham, pinapple, and mushroom toppings just thrown on there carelessly placed half the pizza had ham other didn't 4 out of the 8 slices had just cheese and sauce. 1 slice had just sauce I mean damn....

I love Pizza Hut but they burnt our 2 pizzas at this location & my husband had to check to see if he got everything before he left; they ended up not giving us exactly what we ordered. The breadsticks were burnt as well but the dipping sauce made them well enough to eat. I was just disappointed because they're not always super cheap...

I placed an order at 9:01pm was said I'd have a 25-30 minute wait online called at about 9:39pm only to be told the driver was dispatched, called back 10 minutes later and was told that the driver was JUST leaving with my food. I got it at 10:01pm it was hardly even satisfying. Please try harder when it comes to delivery, whether you got a ton of orders out of nowhere or not I shouldn't have had to wait an HOUR to get my alfredo pasta.

still havent gotten my pizza. 2 hours after I ordered it, 25 minutes past what the "estimated time" was. And thats not even the worst of it. Last time I ordered from there, they forgot our drinks. The few times ive been able to go get the pizza myself, they employees where complaining about the customers they were serving in the dining hall in front of the ones picking up their orders. Seriously the whole place needs and attitude check. I will NEVER order there again.

Pros: convinient location to ft drum. Cons: flies buzzing inside restaurant, waitstaff is rude, long wait times for service. There were three tables bring served by two waitresses, no phones ringing, mostly people picking up orders. I'm guessing people would rather use online ordering than talk on the phone or wait any longer than needed inside. One star for good wifi, one star for getting my order right

Our Waitress had little to no personality. Only came to the table to take order, drop order and drop bill. No drink refills which my grandson wanted because she only 1/2 filled his cup. We had to take our bill up because she never came back for it. It was not busy at all, so no excuse. When we asked questions before ordering we got one word answers. I had to stress three times no sauce on my grandson's pizza. She almost acted like she was on something?

Waitress was more occupied with gossiping and hanging out in the kitchen. Then waiting on her 2 tables. Waited over 5 minutes to order, then had to wait for the check and to pay.

My family and I have visited this establishment many times and the meal is on time and complete 1 out of 10 times at best......don't chance it if you have young children.....you will prematurely age several years before you get home......

Well your dough was powdery and tasted like a cracker. Your cheesy breadstick was absolutely gross; It was like the cheese was bland and the bread stick dough was worse than the pizza dough. I hate to say it but I think I will definitly not eat pizza hut again. I mean is was horrible I through half of one pizza and 3/4 of the other out. I had one bread stick the rest where tossed as well. To get me to go back you have to change everything about your food.

Ordered a pizza last night arrived at home in timely manner so that was nice but the stuffed crust was nearly entirely black which I wasn’t too upset by. These 15 dollar an hour wanna be’s who make PIZZA all day long FORGOT TO PUT SAUCE ON MY PIZZA! This isn’t the first time they have forgot to sauce my pizza. You literally do the same thing all day long and you forget the sauce??? That’s probably like the 2nd step. Aweful experience won’t be ordering from them again. I’d advice everyone on fort Drum not order from there either dominoes is better and that’s hard to say because usually Pizza Hut is spot on. Don’t waste your money here.

Completely scammed me out of my money. Driver went to the completely wrong house and because of THEIR wrongdoings they canceled my food, scammed me and I’ll NEVER order from them again. And you shouldn’t either unless you’re okay with people scamming you but verbally abusing you over the phone when it’s their fault !

There Pizza costs way to much for what you get. Large Pizza looks, like a medium. We ordered x cheese all mushrooms, half Pepperoni. There was no x cheese, very few mushrooms & pepperoni. The franchise does not represent the company. O Yes I forgot we ordered stuffed crust & the whole pizza was such a disappointment. We could of bought a Walmart pizza & it would of been better. In a span of 30 secs i was trying to ask a question and johnson/john from this location acted as if he couldn’t here me. He repeats delivery or takeout and i said I couldn’t place my order because i needed to ask a question. He goes “UGHHH!” Then hangs up . I immediately called back and someone else answered. Im new to the area so if that’s the customer service you all provide to your locals i wont waste a dime at that facility.

Me and my Family went here and when we walked in it smelled so bad like eggs it was weird this is at 5 pm everything tasted ok but we ended up all getting sick very ill almost to the point of going to the ER luckily we didn't have to.. will not be going here again

I've ordered from here twice now and had to speak to a manager each time. The most recent, I placed an order at 3:45pm for delivery, and come 5:45pm I checked the app and it said it had been delivered. When I called, the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude, and argued that the order was carry out. Regardless of the fact that I was ready the email right in front of my face regarding my DELIVERY confirmation. I finally got ahold of the manager, and we identified I didnt put my apartment number. So my duplex is either A or B. So instead of knocking on each door, or calling more than once, the driver just left and then changed the order to carry out. So had I not called almost 3 hours later I wouldn't have ever got my food. AND the manager said she canceled the previous order and put in a new one so the food would be fresh, and EVERYTHING is cold/soggy. I will NEVER order from this establishment again will forever recommend other pizza establishments.

This is my second time ordering from this Pizza Hut and no I’m fed up because I specifically asked for my order to be made fresh . I’m pregnant and I’m tired of receiving old hard / cold pizza and wings ! Nothing annoys me more than my food being disgusting! And I’m emailing the corporate about because I’m not pleased and I need my money back the best part of the service was the delivery driver she was so sweet I don’t mind if she keeps the tip but I need my money back ! I ordered a pizza with BBQ sauce on the top. What I got was not that. I talked to the manager and she said we don't put BBQ sauce on top of pizzas anymore. I did not get what I paid for and in my opinion this makes them thives. You're better off eating a real pizza from a local shop like Last Call.

Not sure why this order caused us sickness although the food wasnt hot. It was rather warm as if it sat for awhile before being delivered. We wont be ordering again.

First of all let me say I NEVER right review s so for me to be doing so the service had to be bad. One thing I hate is spending my money with someone who has a nasty attitude. I did a call in order for devilery, I work from and hate going out at night while on shift! That's not their issue but this is, I called and instantly the woman who was taking my order had no type of concern or customer service for taking ANYONE'S order she was rude and never said proper things like sure, thank you, your welcome let's just say her tone all together was very unfriendly! I was going to ask to speak with a manager but seeing my break is short I just wanted to order my food and move on. However I couldn't shake her nasty attitude and hope someone see's this review and at least teaches her how to have some customer service! I know customer service can be hard for some people I work in it and know the frustrations it brings. But just because she does not like the job she's doing it or could be having a bad day does not mean you are rude to someone else who was completely nice EVER! I could have been rude back but I'm not an eye for eye type of person. I like Pizza Hut but the Employees could learn a few things!

8/15/2016 8:30 PM- If I had the option I would rate this establishment with a half star. I called in an order to an employee who had horrible customer service skills. He kept asking me to repeat my address and then he would giggle like a school girl and ask me again. I could hear other employees in the background commenting on my choice of toppings. I felt like I was placing an order with a 13 yr old who was to busy making fart sounds with his armpit to impress his playmates. I would recommend anyone traveling here to work at Ft Drum to avoid this place. UPDATE - I received the pizza and it tasted like soggy cardboard and they forgot the garlic sauce. What a waste of money.

Ordered food at 6:59 PM. 2 hours later nothing. No calls no door bell ring or knock. I call the store and the first time they hang up on me after looking for my order so I call back- and she acts like she didn’t just hang up on me and then immediately hands the phone to a manager who tells me the attempted delivery and to contact me. I have no calls on my call log and video from my door bell camera- not a soul came to my house. Just an absolute waste of time.

I live less than 2 minutes away from here and I’ve been waiting for almost two hours for my delivery ? This place sucks. It said it would take 45-55 minutes but two hours really? And people there are rude. California is way better. Would not recommend to anyone.

This is probably the worst pizza hut ive ever experienced. We have ordered here 4 times. All 4 times they have either totally messed up our order or today wr called and ordered breadsticks. About 20-25 mins later they hadnt even started making them. I do not recommend anyone eat or use this resturant ever! I know i will not ever again.

The food was very good. The service really sucked. Our waitress rarely came around to our table. I wanted a refill on my soda and they put the glass on the edge of the table. She walked by the table three separate times and never came to refill it. I waited and waited and finally I went up front to get the refill myself. While I was up there my waitress came up with a pile of dishes thrown on the counter and said f*** this. I got the refill went back to my table. We ate our meal and when we were done we still sat there and waited and waited for her to bring boxes. She kept walking by our table and finally I looked at her and she came over and said what do you guys need. I told her boxes cup and our check. And she left. Again the waiting game began. I went to use the restroom and I told my boyfriend that if she didn't bring the Boxes by the time I came out I would go get them. Of course when I came back the boxes were not there and I had to go up to get the boxes. One of the other waitresses gave me the boxes and our waitress said she would bring me a cup. I went back put her pizzas in the boxes and sat there and waited again. We were debating about whether we should just leave because this was ridiculous by now leave the pizza. Leave the pizza leave the drink everything. But finally she brought the bill but no cup. So again I waited I said the heck with this we went up to pay the bill my boyfriend went out to the car I asked for another cup and I left no tip. I probably will not go back to Pizza Hut again! The pizza hut is in Calcium, N.Y..

I would love to rate this particular establishment with zero stars. My husband and I love Pizza Hut food let me start there...however in all of the Pizza Huts we have visited we have never been treated as poorly as we were at the Evans Mills, NY Pizza Hut. When we ordered delivery our pepperoni lovers pizza arrived with not a single piece of pepperoni and our cheese stuffed garlic knots were actually not stuffed with anything. When I called to inform them of their mistake I had to call multiple times before anyone decided to answer the phone. Finally the phone was answered by the manager on duty. Unfortunately she must have skipped her customer service training, because I was rudely told that we did not receive pepperoni on our pepperoni lovers pizza because we asked for no pepperoni on...our...pepperoni...lovers...pizza. Obviously common sense is running low as well as management skills at the Evans Mills, NY Pizza Hut. We will not be returning to this location and I suggest you don't either.

First off, we didn’t receive our pizza till 2 hours later but not because they were busy but because they claimed to not have an address to deliver the pizza too. But instead of calling us like a delivery place should, they just dropped our order. My husband had to call about an hour and a half after not hearing anything of our order except that the app claimed it was delivered. The woman on the phone told him that she didn’t have an address or phone number, which was a lie because we double checked the app. Very poor customer service tonight and we will not be ordering from them again. Also, we did not receive our cheese sticks that we had placed WHILE HE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM!!!

First and last time ever coming here. 3 sets of people in the whole place waited 10 minutes to be seated. When finally seated the place was a mess food and garbage all over the floors. We ordered a large Veggie Lovers and asked to add pepperoni, but they forgot to add pepperoni and through it on top and so it was all burned. Knew they screwed up and asked if we wanted a new one, sorry but we were hungry so we said no and just through the pepperoni off. Biggest screw you was the extra $2 they charged us for that burnt pepperoni. Along with that was an order of garlic bread, two of the four pieces were also burnt for $7.77. We watched as no one waited on a military customer and so he walked out. Watched as the I assume manager, Shawna, was complaining walking through the dining room about how the last table left her no tip. I know why, the service was slow as death and the food was probably as bad as what we were served. Thanks for the 15 minute wait to get our check, so we could escape this nightmare. Btw your front of the house management of loud mouth screaming left everyone in the dining room knowing your daughter and your husband work there with you.

Free pizza rewards pizza get made horribly because it’s free I guess. Pizza was patchy, dry and only had 1 slice of pepperoni and 1 piece of sausage on each slice. I was not feeling good and didn’t feel like having my food spit on if I asked to remake it. Food workers hate when people complain and they take it out on the customer.
