This is my favorite Chinese takeout place. Food is quality. Not greasy at all.

This might be the best take-out Chinese food in Rochester. They probably have the best General Tsao chicken around. I was less impressed with the Spicy Tuna, but all around a great meal. In all fairness it is hard to find an Asian food place that can be great at both Chinese and Japanese staple items.

Went recently for the first time. The sit-down area had sticky tables, and smelled odd inside. We ordered Sushi. It was alright. Portion sizes are on the smaller-end, but the price wasn't too shabby. Great alternative to Wegmans Sushi across the street. I would stray away from sitting inside due to a odd smell, and favor pickup.

Good food. Could use more cleaning of tables. For the cost expected bigger portion especially for the soup and appetizers.

Dined in for lunch. Aesthetic in restaurant was poor. No music, visible boxes behind out table. We weren't sure if we should seat ourselves or wait, eventually we were greeted after a little bit and sat. Restaurant is clean and service was quick. Spouse and I both ordered from the lunch special menu. Pricing on the menu was appropriate and options are varied however I was surprised that tea was not on the drink list. Our sushi rolls were made fresh and tasted great. I do not think I would dine in again but would consider a take out order.

I ate at this place yesterday, and the server was mean as could be. I just wrote it off that she was probably having a bad day. I went back with my wife today though, and the experience was the same, the server/owner seemed angry and didn't want to help us with even the simplest thing. She seemed to be annoyed and inconvenienced about everything. Really, who needs to put up with that kind of service when you just want to relax and have a bite to eat? We'll never go back. I told them so at the restaurant. I talked with some relatives afterward and they said that they had the very same experience at this place and they also vowed to never go back. There is surely much better places to go where the people are relatively kind.

When this place first opened everything was amazing and you could tell it was cooked fresh. That is no longer the case.had it tonight for the first time in about a year. Ordered sesame chicken that was obviously cooked days ago. My 8 year old daughter use to eat the whole dinner by herself today she had one piece and politely refused anymore. I tried it and it was hard and just gross. A shame Bc this place use to be so good.

Fried dumplings were horrible! They were white inside...no meat ! sesame chicken was way too sweet. will not order again. so disappointed.

Hands down the worst Asian cuisine I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting. Fried rice was burnt, chicken was gross and bland. Lo mein was flavorless and sweet and sour chicken and soggy and oily. Nasty.

Employees were very rude and had zero interest in helping me. Then a lady finally came and gave me my food. I asked for sauce and she argued with me and gave me a small tub of mayonnaise for steak hibachi. A complete joke. Everything about Sakura Garden is pathetic.

I ordered lunch from here: sashimi with soup, salad, and a side of rice. Altogether around $45. The sashimi was very fishy and didn't taste fresh or the right grade, the salad was literally turning brown, and my favorite food ever (rice) that is so hard to get wrong was awful. The rice tasted like old cigarettes or something. I've never tasted rice with this old stale flavor. Maybe it's the rice cooker? I don't know. I was so excited to eat this and was left throwing most of it away because it was inedible. :-(
