I love this place. Always happy vibe, great staff, friendly and welcoming. Food is so good. My wife and I try new things every time and have never been disappointed!

We love Salt! We bought a house recently and took far too long to stop in. The atmosphere is amazing and we love Ryan, the bartender! Food is fantastic and the wine/beer matches on every level. We met the owners and they were gracious and remembered us the next time we stopped in. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a casual, yet lovely evening out with great eats and tasty drinks.

We had a fantastic lunch at Salt Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a great spot for the whole family—everyone left full and happy. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Katie is extremely accommodating every time we visit! They were fully booked with reservations on Valentine’s Day but she called me back to welcome our family including two kids. I know this took some maneuvering but she made it happen. Extra bonus on this trip was our server Eden. She had extraordinary people skills and was very attentive throughout our meal. We will definitely be back to visit, probably next weekend and I highly recommend visiting if you haven’t experienced their delicious food menu!

We stopped in this past Sunday after a hockey tournament and stumbled in to their brunch menu. Everything was fantastic! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, our server was extremely sweet and attentive and the food was delicious! I had the brunch burger but swapped the bun for their salt bread and my husband got the carbanara brunch pasta with a side of salt bread. Everything tasted great. My husband and I loved the salt bread so much he asked if we could purchase a loaf of it to go. 😂 they don't normally sell it by the loaf but we're very nice enough to sell one to us. It is very kid friendly, we had 3 kids with us and the brown paper on the tables with crayons is a fun touch. Everyone that worked there was friendly and inviting and the foyer was decorated nicely and a welcoming entrance. Highly recommend!

If I had to give my top choices, the Peruvian chicken, burnt ends, and split open & melt definitely make the list! There is no bad option to choose from when coming to eat here. Aside from their every day menu, the Sunday brunch is amazing - the chicken and waffles is a close favorite to the salt breakfast sandwich, literally cannot get enough!!! Salt is a must and always ends up being a go to for us when we go out to eat

Had a lovely meal with family here, the broiled fish was fresh and delicious. Get the smashed potatoes with your meal, yummo! They also had a few vegetarian options that looked amazing and I was told were very good! Staff and atmosphere was welcoming and cozy! All the food was very fresh and seasoned well : )

Great food and drinks. Fabulous, friendly atmosphere. If you like fun, delicious cocktails- this is the place to go. I enjoyed The Ernest and a spicy margarita! My husband had an awesome burger and I enjoyed a chicken melt with their homemade chips. We met and connected with so many great people.

My Fiancé and I had a fantastic dinner here! We finally decided to stop by after wanting to for the past few months, and we were not disappointed! The food was delightful and we can't wait to go back and try a ton of other dishes that sounded great. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly as well! The food was good. They were out of 4 items we wanted and it was only 7 pm. I understand restaurants run out of an item, but 4? It wasn't very busy. I want to support local business and am sharing this for helping improve the experience.

Much better than it was before. The bleach smell is finally gone! Good service, decent food and on par drink prices.

Food was good, but overpriced. No bread served while waiting for entrees. Drafty or cool by the front of dining room. Asked to have heat turned up. Others wearing jackets inside. No soap in men's washroom. Staff was annoyed with me when I told them about it and was waiting to wash my hands.

Staff was rude to kids. Bartender stayed at one end with regulars, had to call her over when we ordered another drink. She never checked in with us. Food was bland at best.

I don't know why this place is drawing a crowd. The food is okay but it's nothing special. The first time we came here, we ordered the poutine. Over $13 for a small handful of fries. The portion was tiny, no meat, just gravy covered fries with a couple crumbs of cheese, so we went somewhere else for dinner. Months later we thought we should give it a 2nd try. I ordered the salad with a protein and chose shrimp. The server says, sorry, we don't have shrimp, we can do chicken. Well, it's lent so no thanks, I skipped the protein. Mind you, the special was " SHRIMP and Grits"! The table next to us ordered it, funny they had shrimp for their overpriced special but not my salad. House wine was $10/glass! Then my husband asks the waitress if the chicken tenders are hand breaded inhouse, she says yes, so hubbie presses on with the questions, they bread them here? Answer: Yes, well yea, I mean they're breaded elsewhere but we cook them here. Huh? So it's really overpriced frozen chicken tenders. Lastly hubbie asked about a high ABV beer, and if it came in a smaller glass. Waitress says no, it's 16oz and then returns with a 10oz glass! That was the 3rd strike! We don't need to be lied to. Ridiculous. We don't mind paying for high quality and great service but this was just all around disappointing.
