Our waiter Jack is EXCELLENT! Jack is very polite, professional, and GREAT at his job. It is such a nice and rare treat to see a young man with Jack's qualities. Kudos to Olive Garden for hiring Jack. I hope that Jack is appreciated by his management & his coworkers. Yaaay Jack!!!! Give Jack a raise!!! Oh yeah, the food is always really great too! 😏
I bring my family here more and more simply because each time we've come we've enjoyed our experience thoroughly, the service is always quick and efficient but always friendly and personal with a smile! Last time we went chastity was our server and she was amazingly friendly, attentive and very quick with everything! Thank you for the great meal and service! Highly recommend this location.
Great food and great service for the past 20 years! I’ve only ever had 2 servers here that were awful and haven’t seen them since! Definitely try the chicken & gnocchi soup and crispy chicken carbonara! Iced coffee is delicious too!
I could not be more impressed with the catered meal that we ordered for pick up! The food was fresh delicious and plentiful. The serving containers were sturdy, and some reusable. They included everything we could possibly need including serving tongs, serving spoons, Plates and utensils for our gathering. We will definitely be doing this again. Thank you so much, Olive Garden!
My favorite place to eat out with family. There's something for everyone in my family to choose from.
This place was packed but service was amazing. Good food, awfully big portions. Tiramisu is not to be missed!!
It's always a pleasure to eat at Olive Garden. The food is always fresh and tasty. Waitress was very nice too! This is a very nice atmosphere at this Olive garden.
Our server, Jazmyn, was wonderful. She was friendly and made sure we had what we needed
I highly recommend this place the food was absolutely Amazing and our server was absolutely Amazing I'll definitely be back.
Very nice restaurant. Excellent waier and delicious food. Very timely and efficient service.
I love this olive garden it's always top tier service the waiters and waitresses are always so joyful and helpful I always come here and definitely will be back thank you for always being welcoming and giving the experience of a great evening
Olive Garden spaghetti hit the spot . perfectly cooked pasta, rich meat sauce, and that cozy, familiar flavor that just makes you smile. Simple, delicious, and exactly what I needed
Had a great time. The food was good. It was a nice time. My waitress was awesome. Sam, I appreciate your service she was attentive fun! Checked on us regularly. Thanks
Lunch specials were very good and affordable. Server was very attentive.
My family had dinner here on 2/22/2025. The restaurant was slammed. No room to even wait on your table kind of slammed. The hostess was so calm and polite. Our 25 minute wait was not terrible but others were quoted an hour wait, so you can imagine how piled up they were. We were seated and greeted by a very friendly waitress. She was rocking her job with a smile DESPITE the circumstances of the environment. There were a few hiccups during the night, as expected with an extremely full house BUT she handled everything with grace and a polite demeanor. It was so nice to see some one DO their job with a smile even though the people beside us were cranky and rude and took advantage of a situation instead of giving grace and enjoying their time out comfortably. Our experience was not perfect, but under the circumstances of the night, I give this restaurant and its staff, a 10 out 10, and Sam, you get a 100 out of 10! It was awesome!
My family were able to get there at around 9:50 and they still got us seated and fed, Elevelyn did absolutely amazing and is a perfect employee and help. If we lived nearby I would definitely comeback with the way she treated us even though that we came in 10 minutes before close
Ordered to go. They brought it out 1-2 mins after I checked in. The food was piping hot and servers were very friendly..
Hands down best service i’d had in a long time. the energy from the staff and our waiter, erik was unmatched. He was incredibly nice & his jokes had our whole table laughing. The manager also checked on us multiple times too she was lovely also, great down to earth people that made the atmosphere amazing. Would definitely recommend this location above the others in rochester area!
They have good food and great staff. Service was prompt and we had a very friendly waitress. I love how you can have the option to bring home an extra entree for only $6. This is the olive garden I remember.
Great place. Good prices. Very enjoyable
Loved the lasagna roll up appetizer. Large portions allowed us to enjoy leftovers. A little crowded but not too bad. Will definitely be back.
I like the zupa taskana there and my last visit the soup was so watery not like usual. Less amount of potatoes and kale 🥬 we told the waitress but she said it's always like that. And I'm the one eating it. Pasta with shripm was terrible and so bitter. Idk what was wrong with it. Manager did take 1 meal off as he should to keep us coming back.
Pros: - Our waitress was very nice, -We enjoyed our pasta and garlic bread, -The Sagaria was SOOO yummy and fruity, Cons: -The restaurant was a little bit to loud for me[ not their fault, I know] - i had ordered the meal with the sausage, and it was BURNT. To the point there, it was CHARED [ WHY??]
Dining here after a shopping trip and I have Dalton as my server. He’s super pleasant and has fantastic table side manner. Very sociable and charismatic. The food is great, I got the stuffed ziti fritta and the cheese ravioli lunch special and it came out super fast and is very tasty!
Great service and delicious food. With what is going on in the world today was happy to see Olive Garden has kept their prices relatively affordable. $11.99 for unlimited salad and breadsticks. Its not a bad price considering it is unlimited. The asiago alfredo chicken tortellini was delicious. My son had the ravioli and devoured it. My husband said the shrimp scampi was tasty.
Service was excellent we came in during a busy rush on valentines day and had been waiting with 2 kids over an hour the manager quickly got us a table
We had lunch today and the food and atomosphere were great, but our waitress, Jazmyn R. was exceptional. She was kind, prompt efficient and very very patient with us as we gathered more to chat than eat. I cannot thank her and the Olive Garden enough for a fantastic afternoon!
I don't often eat at Olive Garden as I live in Canada. However, when I do get to eat at an Olive Garden, the service and food is always top notch, no matter what location. My boyfriend and I came in around 8:30pm after a long day of traveling from Boston. We shared the cheese ravioli with meat sauce. He also had a salad and I also had the chicken and gnocchi soup. There was only one gnocchi which was disappointing but not worth taking a star away from. The ravioli was hot and tasty. I love ravioli and this hit the spot. I had a virgin Pina Colada, which I didn't even know Pina Colada's were an option. Our server told me about it. OH MY GOODNESS! The best virgin Pina Colada I have ever had! It was so rich and creamy that I used my spoon to finish the last little bit in my glass Kirsten was our server and she was friendly and patient with questions we had. There was another employee (I didn't catch her name) but she was vacuuming-we spoke to her for a few minutes with some stories of our travels and getting ID. My boyfriend laughed that he got asked for ID for his beer when he's 41 years old. Last week, my boyfriend and I had a terrible experience with a waitress at another chain restaurant-worse waitress we ever had. It was so refreshing having Kirsten as our server and having our faith in servers restored. Thank you, Kirsten!!! Ten out of ten stars for you! Keep up the amazing service you provide! Hopefully the manager passes on my kind words to you. Overall, what a terrific dinner!
My fiancee and I went to Olive Garden last night and had a great time. I didn't get pictures of everything we had. We both had the raspberry lemonade. We also split the fried mozzarella which of course fried cheese can't beat that. He had the 6oz steak and fettuccine. I had the chicken and shrimp cabonara which was fabulous it was so good. Of course we had to have dessert so we got the black and white mousse cake and we also got a strawberry cream cake. We had a great time
Our server, Millianna, was wonderful and so was the food.. Eric, the fellow who delivered the food to the table, was also very friendly and capable and we had a wonderful time. The manager visited our table and we gave him good feedback about the quality of the food, the timeliness of the servers and the atmosphere of the restaurant.
Went to dinner here! Family ordered a variety of pastas with soup and salad and dessert. Waitress was very good, food came out quickly and was quality!
My husband and I recently ate there and it was absolutely delicious!!!! Also the portion sizes were large and the staff very pleasant. It was a great dining experience. I loved it!!
We were recently in the Olive Garden in Victor NY and had a wonderful experience! Our server Mofosa was absolutely fantastic- we had a full table of 9 (4 being kids)! He interacted with the youngest being 4! The food was delicious and just an all around great experience!!
This location is my favorite. The service is always efficient and friendly. We were on the way to the airport and she made sure our order was brought quickly withiut any hassle. I love that it is conveniently located near tons of shopping. After a long day or taking a break this restaurant doesn't disappoint. The bread sticks are plentiful and the soup and salad keeps coming. I recommend this location whenever you go to the Victor area.
We celebrated my youngest son’s 8-year-old birthday at Olive Garden in Victor, New York, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Olive Garden is his favorite restaurant, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team made him feel incredibly special. Our server, Addison M., was outstanding — attentive, kind, and genuinely warm. She made sure everything was perfect and treated my son like the VIP of the day. The General Manager, Nicole, was leading from the front by example, checking in on guests and creating such a welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant. When the team came out to sing Happy Birthday, it made his night. The front-of-house and back-of-house staff worked together seamlessly to create a beautiful memory for our family. On the ride home, from the back seat of my truck, my son Mateo said that this was “the best birthday ever.” As a father, that meant everything to me. Thank you, Addison, Nicole, and the entire Olive Garden Victor team for your professionalism, kindness, and heart. You didn’t just serve dinner — you created a lifelong memory for my son. We will absolutely be back!
Excellent service as we were seated quickly. The menu choices were filled with Italian dishes to soothe your appetite. Fresh soups or garden salad are offered with your meal, as well as delicious warm buttery breadsticks. If you are looking for a casual place to enjoy a fine Italian meal, look no further than Olive Garden
Ordered drive up. Food was hot and fresh. Our server was fantastic. Tip was not included in the final bill. I gave her a $20, she was over the moon.
Our first time at Olive Garden - tasty food and excellent service! Our server (Nunu?) was very friendly and gave helpful suggestions on what to eat. We got the Tour of Italy to share and it was more than enough for 2 people! We had to minestrone soup and zuppa toscana, both were good but i like the minestrone better Not too busy on July 4th, just a 15 minute wait.
I would come here late after work sometimes and they would quickly supply me after ordering my breadsticks to go. Breadsticks were always fresh and delicious. 10/10.
I don't have a photo to share. Olive Garden has been around long enough. That people know there food. I went with a friend, because it's been awhile since we've gone. The service was great. Our waitress Kimberly was very attentive to our service. She was very pleasant. Always on top of things. Even though she was busy. The food was very good and hot when served.
Hard to beat unlimited soup and salad; soups are fantastic. I had stuffed chicken breast with mushrooms. Fantastic! Waitress was very attentive. Two of us met there to catch up and talk a little shop. We stayed for over two hours. No pressure to move along and coffee refills and breadsticks were offered the entire time. Big tip for great service. Well done.
I work not far from this Olive Garden location and often come here for lunch. The restaurant has a beautiful, cozy interior that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The service is consistently high-level, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The food here is exceptionally well prepared — compliments to the chef. Everything tastes fresh, satisfying, and feels like a proper meal, not just something quick to fill you up. This is my favorite place to enjoy a delicious and wholesome lunch. The prices are very fair, especially considering the quality. Don’t destroy your health with expensive fast food — for the same money, you can eat real food here. Highly recommend this location!
Food has improved dramatically in the last year or so. Pasta was al dente, tomato sauce a little sweet, but it had been simmered long enough to develop a nice taste. Soups are very nice. I'm not a fan of the breadsticks, but realize that many people are in that they are made the taste of regular customers . The salad is always fresh with good quality ingredients, Even the tomatoes, which are so often tasteless a restaurant salad. Service and cleanliness are excellent. Lunch specials are a bargain.
Very busy with a 20-30 minute wait. Server was very busy and stressed. Observations: Only 5 breadsticks for a table of 6. Soup bowls are smallest of any OG that I've been to. Rigatoni had been sitting out (crusty). Huge amount of angel hair (seriously, twice as much as other OGs)! Parking limited. Would return in future.
I had the pleasure of being served by Erik at Olive Garden, and he was truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment we were seated, his warm and welcoming personality set the tone for the entire meal. He has an incredible way of making guests feel comfortable and cared for, and his attention to detail showed in every part of the service. Erik’s exceptional knowledge of the menu and cuisine made our dining experience even better—he offered helpful suggestions and made sure everything was exactly to our liking. What stood out the most was how genuine and personable he was, creating an atmosphere that felt more like dining with a friend than just being waited on. It’s rare to come across someone with such outstanding service skills, and Erik definitely elevated our visit. He’s the kind of team member who makes you want to come back again and again. Olive Garden is lucky to have him!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Evelyn is truly one of a kind! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—always so attentive, quick with refills and things, and checking in at just the right moments. What really stood out, though, was her personality. She is absolutely hilarious and had my friends and I laughing the entire time, which made our meals so special and so memorable. I can happily say this was the best experience I have ever had at an Olive Garden, and it is all thanks to her. From now on, I will be requesting Evelyn every time that I visit this location. She deserves more than five stars in our book—she deserves millions of them and also a raise! Thank you, Evelyn, for not just serving us but for making both of our nights here unforgettable this weekend. You did not just serve us—you made us feel like family. We appreciate you more than words can say! 💛
Stoped in a lunch it was very busy because a bus tour visitors were just got seated and had to wait for few minutes before they found a seating booth for me.. other patrons were there ahead of me too.. Sny way my waitress was very efficient and brought my glass of red wine right away with my lunch special salad and bread sticks .. Part of special eggplant parmigiana came at later stage. E
Laura was excellent and attentive. Service was fast and accurate.\nEveryone enjoyed their lunch.\nSat us right near the fireplace which was nice on this cold winter day.

Olive Garden never disappoints! I had the Tortellini Alfredo and it was delicious. salad and breadsticks were plentiful and satisfying as well.
Awesome place for a Lunch/ dinner! Great soup, main courses, entrees ECT. Malaysia is THE BEST waitress I have ever had, so kind and remembers my order in a heartbeat.

You can always count on the Olive garden to be fairly good The service was great
First time in 5 months my wife was able to go out to lunch. BIG blessing for us. Everything was awesome!!!! We will be back as soon as we are able!!!
We stopped here on our way home. We had a drink and nothing to eat so my review should be viewed in this context. As a gluten free person (have some serious allergic reactions) i had very little to choose from which is why we only had the drinks. The service was amazing, friendly, polite. The restaurant felt a bit old and in desperate need of a refresh. I haven’t been to other Olive Gardens so it’s something that might apply to the franchise. Will I go back? Not on own accord but this says nothing about the awesome people that work there.
The food was good. They had a promotion going on, which was confusing to me and the waitresses. The manager explained the issue but didn't offer any compensation for the waitresses mistake. Corporate handled the mishap very well. We went at 5 pm on a Monday and even though they were staffed well, the place needed a good cleaning including the bathroom.
Came here with a large group for dinner. The food was good. It's the bread sticks and salad that are my favorites. But the best part was the service. It was excellent! I'd recommend this restaurant to everyone.
Had dinner with a friend. No reservation but we were seated immediately (6:00pm) It was quiet enough for covesation. Our server, Macy, was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. A minor problem - his wine was wrong, but the problem was quickly resolved. We both like our food. I had the shrimp carbonate. It was excellent and the portion was large enough to take some home. Definitely a return visit coming.
Each of the last few times we have gone to Olive Garden they have been out of one thing or another. The last trip it was no angel hair and then this time it was no mushroom sauce. The service has been great with really personable servers. However, it seems that each time we are there we a seated near a group of teenagers that just have no idea how to act in public. Overall, we enjoy ourselves enough to go back and try again.

We waited for 1hr20mins before eventually leaving. Checking in with the hostesses 3 times to remind them we were still waiting clearly made no difference. Truly disappointing visit.
As expected, great food. service was a bit slow but friendly. We enjoyed each entree. (The salad was a little heavy on the dressing)

Food is ok, it's seems like it's changing though. Even though we were told 15 mins for our wait it ended up being an hour. While we waited we were never checked on. Out server was the highlight of the night as she was prompt and courteous.
The food was good and our server was superb. However, the restaurant was not clean. There was a bad smell in the foyer where we came in, as if something was spilled but not completely cleaned up. Also, the coating on our table was rubbed off in sections and is in need of refinishing. Decent meal, poor atmosphere.
Olive Garden has gone down hill. Staff and waiter were friendly. Service was slow. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs, soup and salad, and two kids meals. All of which should have been quick to make. If not already made. We waited over 45 minutes after ordering. We were told the kitchen was backed up but watched others seated after us order and get their meals before us. I wish I could attribute the experience to a busy restaurant but for a Friday it wasn’t that busy. No wait at 5:45 pm. The food portion size has really gotten smaller and prices have gone up. Olive Garden used to be a premier dining location and it’s just not anymore. No mints with the check.
Very warm in our wing of the restaurant. Thermostat should be adjusted
The food was what you would expect from a chain. Our service was excellent tho. The waitress made great suggestions and was very pleasant. I would revisit just because of that. I was happy that the kitchen was able to make my requested substitution and the waitress was more than happy to accommodate it. It did not feel like a burden at all.
Expensive for what it is. Breadsticks are not the same as they used to be. They were flat and hard and only got one round of bread because it seemed like they were always “making more” but never got anymore. Chicken parm was basic and chicken was overcooked somehow and hard. Pasta sauce was not good. The soup was bland and unseasoned. Probably won’t be back. Disappointing
I like the cheap lunch take home meals when they are available. I like the restaurant overall but this location has a problem with the curbside parking often taken up by people not using it because of the small lot. They either need a staff member to monitor this or ask people when they come in not to park here and move spots.
I was pretty disappointed with our experience here tonight. Our waitress rarely checked in with us, and we were left waiting multiple times for things like our soups, salads, and water refills. She also seemed to have a bit of an attitude and spent a noticeable amount of time chatting with other employees instead of checking on tables. The portion sizes could also use improvement. Paying over $20 for a meal and receiving a piece of chicken about the size of a chicken patty was pretty disappointing. That said, the restaurant itself was clean and the food did taste good. I just wish the service and portion sizes matched the price point.
Our server was extremely quiet and meek. He was okay, but did not remove our empty bowls and plates... something that I expect. I do not like being surrounded by dirty dishes while I am still eating. Im addition, the salad plates were warm (ugh) and no side plates were offered. The food was not the same is it once was. For alfredo, it just didn't get it. Not tasty and unfortunately, a real waste of good money as we didn't even bring our leftovers home. Finally, the bathrooms... my fiance went to the men's room to wash his hands upon our arrival and there were no towels to dry them. Then, I went to the ladies room after dinner and walked right out after I could not find one stall that didn't need flushing! Disgusting, to say the least. To top it off, we did not even get the chocolate mints! Do better, Olive Garden, or you won't see us again.

We did a large take out order. The salad was brown and old. Pretty disappointing and rather disgusting. The food tasted good but the salad is a third of the meal and it was inedible.

Server we had was the best ever! She deserves a huge raise. Food was really good. Might want to change the name of the restaurant. I had the never ending salad, first one had one olive. Second salad had two olives. Seriously!!??
Salad had a rancid taste to it. The bread sticks were FAR from fresh. Alfredo sauce was an orange color and just nasty and we eat alfredo on a regular basis. We sent it back and got pasta with meat sauce instead which they charged us for after everything. Our server was super nice. I wish I could remember her name. The backs of the chairs were all greasy/sticky like they hadn't been even wiped off in weeks at best. I doubt I'll go back. We were all disappointed. My son got the kids cheese pizza and grapes and that was the best part of the meal. YIKES!!!
Bartender Syd was doing phenomenal, she had 2 managers just standing around and she literally had to work around them to serve the whole bar and her additional 4 tables. Despite managements best efforts she was doing phenomenal tonight and we got our drinks in a timely manor. Food took very long so maybe we should have been hovering by the cooks to ensure food was coming out in a timely manor rather than badgering the bartender who clearly had enough on her plate without road blocks standing in the way.
I placed a online order for pick up tonight for Chicken Alfredo. When I got home and opened it you can easily see how small of a portion I was given compared to what you receive in the restaurant. The chicken was fatty and there was little hardened burnt pieces mixed into the pasta. This was my birthday dinner for myself, highly disappointed.
The food was not great and place is dated. The main dish was merely okay; they seem to place it in the oven before serving, probably to melt the cheese not sure, but it only made the pasta rather dry by the time it arrived at our table. They had run out of breadsticks, which meant we had to wait longer than expected, and by the time the fresh bread arrived, the dip we ordered had already gone cold. It felt like poor coordination on their part, and it definitely detracted from the meal. To round things out, we decided to try dessert, but sadly, it didn’t help improve the experience. The cheesecake, in particular, was disappointing because the crust tasted off and had a texture that just wasn’t right. Overall, I wasn’t impressed by the food or the service, and I’m not sure I’d rush back any time soon.
We walked in and there was a gross smell. We still decided to give it a chance and sit down to dine in. Our table was gross (hadn't been cleaned) so were the tables and booths around us. The floors were gross. We ended up not ordering anything and just walking out because of the lack of cleanliness.

So my boyfriend and I were in here 9/9/2024 at 9:02pm, and I know they close at 10, but some of the services we received or lack there of were crazyyyy. So I know every body hates having those last-minute customers, but we made it very clear we were aware of their closing time and that we were going to be quick about our meals; I feel as though the looks and attitude we received was no where near necessary. It took them 10 minutes to get us our drinks, to the point where we got our entrees before our drinks and we had to ask for our drinks as our server ‘forgot’. I was made to feel as though asking for more soup was a major burden (Jada was our server) & the staff was loudly talking negatively about our orders in ear shot of customers and myself. I just feel as though going in an hour before a business closes doesn't warrant this type of behavior. I felt almost bullied out of there, and that's probably exactly what they wanted. Food wasn't too great to be treated the way we were either. Very interesting experiences, probably will not be going back.
Our waiter was terrible, her name was Roxann. I was with a party of three for lunch and we ordered two lasagnas and a spaghetti with marinara sauce. And two bowl of chicken gnocchi and one bowl of minestrone soup. We ordered our drinks and they came with barely any ice in them (we ordered two lemonades and two waters). Then, she took our order. We just wanted to order soup and breadsticks and enjoy that before getting our actual meal. Well we didn’t get that, our soup came and she (Roxann) told us that our main coarse meal was ready, that wasn’t what we had asked for and she should’ve already known that (that’s how it works). Then she told us how she feels sorry for herself and she’s 65 years old (she did not need to tell us that, weird and rude). We had all wanted to have two bowls of soup, we did but while we were eating those, our bowls of pasta and lasagna were sitting on the heaters. Then when she finally (like FINALLY) brought our food out, the spaghetti with marinara was spaghetti with meat sauce. Not what we had ordered again… so I told her and she went back and again took ages to bring it back. We ate and one of my party members said their lasagna was dry (it looked it too) and said it wasn’t very good. Roxann barely came around to assist us and when she did she was quiet and didn’t really care. She only had two tables we was waiting on and yet she still took a very long time to assist us. She never apologized for her service or food quality. We did talk to a manager type person (he wasn’t really the manager) and we explained our bad experience to him. He gave us a $40 gift card. We probably won’t be back and we will look for other Olive Gardens in Rochester to go, Olive Garden has amazing food (or it used to) but this has gone downhill. All in all, our experience at this Olive Garden wasn’t good at all.
We went here for dinner on 10/19 we waited abt 20mins to be seated( told a ten min wait) okay whatever no big deal. Our order was then taken and we waited 2 Hours for our food! Only for it to come out burnt hard cold and some even tasted spoiled. Only to meet with excuses as to why from the manager! It took our server coming back over to talk to us to get us taking care of! The manager was only gonna give us a 20% discount on food we didn’t even eat. The server we had was amazing he went above and beyond and made sure we didn’t have to pay for food we didn’t eat. Don’t get me wrong I get things happen employees walk out…. Power outages happen etc….. but as a customer that’s not what we wanna hear
Raw chicken was served. I received a 10 dollar gift card. We still had to pay for the meal even though they could have killed someone. I do not recommend this establishment at all.
The service was great . The waitress Super nice . One big issue. A family came in on 1/25/25 . SOON as they walk in the door, they should have been decline service for bringing a rodent inside the place , calling it a emotional support animal. definitely a health code violation to the place and the people around . The Manager did everything he could to be nice to that family . The family with the bunny was very rude and just lied about everything that they were doing wrong etc. Making customers and employees, very uncomfortable making us feel like they were untouchable and just plane rude . definitely uncalled for that family to be there . I hope they never let that family back in at any restaurant. if you’re going to bring a rodent inside the place . LEAVE IT HOME .
Never again.!!!!! My friend asked for the eggplant to be prepared with a ligt amount of cheese. It came out with NO CHEESE. When we refused it everything went downhill big time. On the way home I came to the conclusion the eggplant was probably pre packaged so the cook just removed the entire cheese covering to reveal two pathetic things slices of "naked" eggplant. I really wish I had taken a picture of it. I never had any problem at other olive gardens but this might cause me to never go to any olive garden again.
So I came to pick up dinner tonight, breadsticks were amazing, pasta was so-so and underwhelming, and same with the salad. The soda however, when placed under light and I had removed the lid, had this gleem to it on the surface almost as if someone dipped their greasy fingers into it. Obviously I didn't drink it. On top of that, I made the purchase online, drove out there, and when I got there, they told me the card declined. i dont know exactly how the system works but you would think that it was paid for already that's why they make the order and bring it outside curbside. unless i ordered over the phone and agreed to pay inside, i don't understand how it let my card go through and then when i get there it's declined. luckily i had another card and used that, only to eat underwhelming food. the soda thing and the credit card situation upsets me the most.
Was there the other night and my girl friend got up to use the bathroom and one of the staff was incredibly rude to her when she tried to go in, blocking the door and staring at her and saying "excuse you." Maybe train your staff on himan decency. The guy who waited on us was amazing and the food was amazing but we wont be back because my friend felt so uncomfortable trying to use the restroom, totally uncalled for.
My husband and I came for lunch today (12/15/25 at 2:00pm). I ordered the Grilled Chicken Parm with Gluten Free Pasta. Our server even made a point to ask the severity of the Gluten request. I told her I was Gluten Intolerant. We had a good 2 minute conversation about it. After I had my salad, she asked us if we thought our food was taking too long. She said she'd go check on it. About 10-15 minutes later, she brought out our food that had clearly been sitting under the heat lights for a period of time. My pasta and chicken had dried sauce and just didn't look appetizing, but we were hungry and I wasn't going to get another chance to eat for a while due to work meetings. I started eating the pasta and soon realized - IT'S NOT GLUTEN FREE PASTA!!! Great, now I get to be in pain and uncomfortable for the rest of the day in all my business meetings. Not the day I had planned. Thanks for not taking people's food restrictions seriously. Even the receipt didn't specify Gluten free pasta, so she took our conversation and decided it wasn't important, but apparently going outside for those cigarettes was!
Worst experience I’ve ever had eating out. Server had a language barrier, and said he’s sorry but it’s only his second day working there. Which I totally understand. What I don’t understand is why even when we got the totally wrong food delivered to our table why the manager wasn’t helping this kid. I was ready to leave and wasn’t interested in even eating there at this point. My baby was crying and we’d been there 45 minutes. When I took daughter to the restroom they cleared the table including her food she wasn’t even done eating. Shed only taken a few bites. All the manager could offer was a $25 gift card. I WANT A REFUND. I still tipped the server $15 because I grew up with family that did not speak English and it wasn’t his fault. He had ZERO support.
