Very slow service. And the Jr. Cheeseburger deluxe was not cooked enough. Cheese was still cold and solid. It should be melted on the burger. Anyway, I cut class from FPM once at this place when it was the old Wendy's. 😭

Changed from my initial score of 5 stars to 2 star because of a bad experience today with a few employees. Cashier did not understand when I ordered 2 Biggie bag meals and an extra order of nuggets, she only gave the burgers and 1 order of nuggets no fries no soda. When I expressed she got it wrong on the receipt she just said "fine here" and gave 1 order of fries and a cup for soda. This didn't resolve the issue that this was an order for 2 people... afterwards she went to complain to the other workers in Spanish not expecting people to understand her. When I ordered another cup, just a cup for soda, no one would give it to me until I flagged the drive thru manager(?). I had to explain all im waiting for is a cup mind you there are no other customers around me waiting for an order. This is a one off experience but that's all it takes.

Just went through a drive-through today 6/1 ordering three large chili with cheese. It end up the proportion looks like three-quarter and it’s not full. Here is the image we’re not go back to this Wendy again.

They always mess up my order it’s. Been messed up 10 times since the new manger

Recording at drive through speaker greets you to take your order then a human never came on speaker to take it.

"My family and I have given this Wendy's several chances, but each visit has been incredibly disappointing due to the appalling cleanliness. From the very beginning, weeks after opening, garbage overflowed and tables were constantly dirty. Today's visit reached a new low when I discovered a cockroach on the floor near our table. It was only dead because my husband unfortunately stepped on it. Although the staff cleaned it up quickly, the experience was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. We weren't the only ones; another family also left due to the unsanitary conditions."

Ordered 4 sausage English muffin when we got home they only gave us 4 egg English muffin. Drive thru took 20 min, they told everyone to go to the parking lot

It is a very lovely event, this space travel with the all Women crew. Wendy's was wrong for their bullying. Commercial Space Travel advancement, Joy of experiencing space, often associated with a positively drastic change of one's holistic view on life, seeing the beauty of earth in all its glory, Each of these women have likely done incredible things for Humanity, Katy Perry supports LGBT+ communities alone, Someday we'll all be colonizing the Solar System, this is the infancy. We cannot let the tyranny of our current political atmosphere divide us and blind us in ways like this, we will not let it happen. 👭👩‍🚀🇺🇸

A single beef slice in my Baconator? I got ripped off, for sure! And I even had to remind them about my soda, what a chore. Caught a bit of attitude, like they didn't quite care for a white-collar dude.

I literally bit into plastic. This location left what seems to be wrapping on one of the ingredients on my sandwich, and served it to me. After biting in and discovering this I went back to this Wendy’s, and after showing the manager it was treated like a wrong topping. She asked if I wanted another sandwich or a refund and I felt both was appropriate and she shrugged me off and said one or the other. I took the sandwich as I had nothing left to eat after a long shift and decided I will take this up with cooperate. If i feel sick within the coming days I will seek legal action.

Food was terrible! Employees were not following NYS health codes. No gloves no mask! Server shoved gloveless hand inside the fry container. Then bare hand covered the fries as it was put into the bag. Food was just horrible! Will never return due to the lack of care during a global pandemic! If they don't care now I doubt it will get better on a normal day! Sorry to say it was a complete disaster.
