Can somebody talk to the operator on this location if they know they are not setup to participate in Subways national marketing event. THey shouldn't franchise just run a private sandwich shop.

I ordered two sandwiches through uber eats and they kind of mixed two orders. I ordered one foot long roast beef w multigrain bread and one 6” all American club w artisan Italian. But what I got are one foot long all American club w multigrain bread and 6” roast beef w artisan Italian bread. My brother does not prefer multigrain bread nor roast beef so we weren’t really satisfied. However there were literally no way we could do since we ordered through uber eats. So we just ate what we got and it was pretty good. Hopefully we get the right one next time.

The food is standard Subway which I like. The seating area is always empty. A few walk ins for pickups. Tables, chairs and floor are not cleaned and swept. Bathroom is clean.

Repeat Subway customer, but I will unfortunately avoid this shop. To the reviewer who threw a fit for being denied bathroom without purchasing at this Subway, you're not really helping those who are actually a customer. You should have deal with Vitamin Shoppe instead. Next time try any McDonald's okay? I myself have intention to buy here, and wanted to use the bathroom since it's there. The clerk seemed to be not pleased. I used it and made my order. Afterwards I wasn't feeling too welcomed here anymore. I had went to another Subway shop just the previous day, and that clerk was super friendly. Night and day.

I understand that prices have risen, but I ordered the same manu today as yesterday, but the size has been reduced by half compared to yesterday, and the service people's manu supply is not constant. terrible, i ordered online on the subway app for pickup and they refused to make my food because my account was listed under my old phone number, so when they tried calling that number, no one picked up. i showed them the app and that it is my order and that i already paid. and they still refused service. i have ordered on the app from this exact location and no one has ever said anything about calling to confirm. i didn’t update my number on my account because it was never an issue and i forgot about it. they didn’t refund me or cancel the order on their end, they just confirmed the order and when the app said it was ready for pick up, i went and they told me when i got there that they’re not making it and that i can order again and pay in store. i told them i’m not paying twice, and also i used my reward points on the app so now that they confirmed the order, i couldn’t use them again. terrible service. i have ordered on the app before and never had this issue because my food was ready on the shelf. they argued with me for over 20 minutes. they said their manager would scold them if they made my food. crazy will never be back. and hopefully my money is back in my account tomorrow.

The place is clean but they charge you like a restaurant , I went whit my co-worker for lunch I ordered a foot long sandwich and a soda nothing else and when I pay they say is $20 dollars just for a sandwich and soda my coworker he pick more topics and he pay almost $35 dollars is crazy the price they ripoff everybody.

I ordered 3 different subs for my family and they were all mismatched, it was so annoying. The store only had one other customer so I don’t know what the workers were doing but it was clearly not caring to read the order. Luckily no one was allergic to the random vegetables and sauces they added. But I’m not coming back here next time ugh. Like seriously, read the sandwich order next time instead of assuming it’s all the same veg sauce and bread thanks.

I was born and raised in bayside new york. When this subways first opened up i was one of their initial customers and been a loyal customer ever since. I have put thousands of dollars in this business location. I moved to florida and came back to visit family wanted to stop by the vitamin shoppe next door and needed to use the restroom at subways since vitamin shoppe does not have a public restroom and subways does, in which i had the dire need of using it, which is not easy to hold since i am a diabetic. I asked Natalie who is apparently and sadly is the manager to use the restroom, she denied access to the restroom and stated “its for paying customers only”.. so i explain to her that I’ve been coming here for a very long time and been a loyal customer ever since and she still insisted that i buy something in order to use the public restroom. I have seen Natalie there for years since i was a kid as she has served me in the past. I was denied to use a public restroom as a long term paying customer and dealt with a huge attitude following, rude/snarky responses and embarrassment in the restaurant. This is injustice and i will make sure to find justice to my best ability because this is inhumane treatment and by the way i don’t care if i spelt your name right Natalie per your sarcastic answer when i asked you for your name because a inhumane inconsiderate lady like you doesn’t even deserve that respect. Rude and unfair treatment. I will be making sure that i will take this as far as i can during my visit here for this injustice and i will do my very best to get in contact with the owner and report this to the bbb. Also, the vitamin shoppe next door knows about this and finds it to be very unfair as well, so i will be getting the owner’s info very soon. I am not an animal so do not treat me like one Natalie.
