Was there for the first time to pick up lunch for my Daughter and her coworker's. Went inside to order, since my order was a little big..I was surprised, and happy to see a Senior Man working there,and being very friendly to customers, and helping them with antthing they needed at there tables... I usually only see the younger crowd working at In-N-Out. Thanks for looking out for the older group!!! 😁👍 And food and Service was excellent..👌

Special lunch date for my daughter's 7 year old boy. Service was great, this little guy ordered for himself, 'I'd like an animal cheeseburger with lots of pickles please'. He was so excited about the scriptures and couldn't wait for his mom to look up each one. We enjoy the fresh food prepared here, the clean restaurant, the cheerful employees, and clean restrooms.

I’ve never been compelled to leave a review of a fast food restaurant before, but this particular location deserves a shout out. I’ve been to probably 25+ different In-N-Out locations and this one is the absolute best. The food is consistent as always, the restaurant is VERY clean, and the customer service is top notch. I’ll go out of my way to come to this location again for sure! I definitely need to shout out Vincent as an absolute rock star employee here. I’ve never seen this level of customer service from anyone, period.

Best in n out dining experience I’ve ever had and every in n out meal is great. The experience here was great due to the service. Came here with 3 small children which is always challenging. Vincent was helpful in every way he could be from opening doors, helping carry food, bringing boxes, to playing with our kids. Someone in in n out put that guy in management or corporate. He is an asset to any company. May come back to this in n out just for the service even though its not the closest to me.

In-N-Out is basically the fast food version of that friend who’s always on time and never disappoints. You roll up knowing exactly what you’re getting—juicy burgers, crispy fries, and somehow, the most satisfying soda on the planet. But let’s talk about that drive-thru line... it's like they’re handing out gold bars in burger form. Yet, it moves fast enough that you barely have time to rethink ordering an extra shake (spoiler: you’ll always get the shake). Honestly, In-N-Out has mastered the art of making me feel like I’m cheating on my diet without any regrets.

There is a young guy here named Vincent and he made our dining experience SO much better. First of all I think he loves his job. He was smiling the whole time we were there. It was our first time dining in and eating burgers with our little girls and Vincent offered them stickers and hats and was so smiley and kind. He helped us clean up afterwards and offered to help us take a family photo… he deserves a raise and a promotion and a free meal.

Just visited Foot Hill Ranch restaurant. First time from Auatralia. I have never been in such a sparkling clean fast food restaurant. The gentleman on the counter is an asset and Terrence the Manager runs it like clockwork.

Fantastic burgers. Simple, high quality ingredients, fresh. The wait is a bit longer then normal for fast food but it’s worth it, I’d recommend trying the yellow peppers along with your burger, they are spicy but nothing ridiculous.

We went in for our babies “in-n-out” pictures, and the whole staff was SO KIND and couldn’t have treated us better! Vincent was very sweet and gave us a hat, stickers and made us feel so special! The food was very fresh, delicious and we got it pretty fast as well. Overall 10000/10 experience! Thank you guys!!!

I don't have any of these in the Northeast. And my California friend said I must try these burgers. It was the best damn fast food burger I've ever had. I wasn't enthused about the fries but maybe it's just because of that day. But the burger was awesome.

I was impressed by the girl working on the floor. She was great, I have not seen that type of dedication in long time (for minimum wage), but what really impressed the most, was her enjoyment on what she was doing on that dining floor, she was on top of every single detail (with a naked eye). It was busy (as usual, In and Out) I saw her delivering drinks to patrons, cleaning and wiping (sanitizing properly) every single corner that may collect dust, or been touch by a patron, greeting patrons, asking if the need anything, and making herself noted with a "hey, I'm here to serve you, what can I do for you" attitude, her job performance, was beyond any training, it was her taking care of any detail to enhance all patrons dining experience, she was not doing her job, she was living it and representing the In and Out brand from her heart. I definitively will love to have team members as this young woman, who I will classified as a brute Diamond, that with some polishing and simple tutoring, will turn out into a great management operator. Kudos for her. On the other hand, while eating my animal style burger and enjoying observing this young woman, enjoying doing her job, and actually half way onto the burger, I noticed that one of my burger patties, were not completely cooked (still raw, pink in color, raw, especially with grounded meats). As you can see on the pictures, so in just less than an split second, the wonderfull dining experience I was having, turned bitter and it was my lunch time, so no to me to complaint and wait longer, so I tossed the rest of the burger, eat my fries and left. Please, please In and Out family corporation, which products are an Icon of the American eatery culture, take care of such great team member and also, please, please we can compromise public health and safety, to make a few bucks $$$. Remember Jack in the Box, years back, kids died due to not properly cooked burgers. Cooked fresh, cooked properly, we patrons and our families deserved, and ultimately, is our responsibility with our patrons.

Clean, fast, & happy, In-N-Out is the burger joint you didn't know you needed! I'm on a low carb diet, so the double-double protein style is my go to. It's like a salad with two burgers tucked in. Very satisfying. I can't have the fries, but they smell great and my grandson solemnly swears by them. I wish they'd come east.

The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. One of my new favorite ways to order from here double double protein style, animal style, +extra sauce +extra tomato +extra pickles + extra onion & chillies +extra chillies. Usually just order water with that when I'm being healthy, if I'm indulging I'll order a neapolitan shake strawberry, chocolate & vanilla.

Super friendly and warm service, the dress and tone of each clerk made me instantly go back to the 1960s, and I felt very kind and warm! Everyone is so heartfelt love! I like it here very much! Hamburgers are still super huge and super delicious! I hope to come every day and chat all day! Relax every day!

My patronage of this establishment dates back to 1983, and I have consistently encountered a welcoming and positive atmosphere. In particular, I would like to commend an employee named Kaylie for her outstanding service. Her friendly and professional demeanor made me feel valued as a customer. After speaking with the manager , she granted me a free shake for my birthday. She made me feel special ✨️☺️. It's been a year since I've been here on vacation. This time I rode my eBike here from the hotel. Same exceptionally great service. Ryan is the most outstanding employee I've ever encountered here ! He saw me get up from across the room to pick up my order and insisted yo bring it over to my table. Not only that, he refilled my soda cup and was very attentive the entire time ! I went into the In-N-Out in Foothill Ranch on Friday around 7:30 PM with my three kids, and I received the BEST customer service in the dining room. A team member named Rem went above and beyond for us. She opened the door for me when I came in and even opened it again when I left — such a thoughtful touch. The dining room was spotless, and she offered to refill my drink, brought our food to the table, and even got us ketchup and spread. She cleaned our table, swept underneath us, and even threw away our trash. The whole area stayed incredibly clean because of her. I was so impressed that I tried to give her a $50 tip, which she politely declined. She truly did an amazing job. Give this girl a raise!

Yep, this is indeed THE BEST In n out Burger location of all time. The staff treats you like you're the most important person to exist. Every single time I go with my co workers, Justin, Daniel, & Robin always make sure we are doing ok and enjoy our food. This is by far the best In-N-Out burger in the Orange County. The drive thru service is super fast, the food quality was exceptional, the staff were super nice and friendly. It is located in a great spot in Foothill Ranch. Very easy to access. Also there are plenty free parking spots in the plaza. The food and the service is a well deserved 5/5 stars.

We visit the In-N-Out Burger in Lake Forest at least once a month. Expect many customers, but the wait is never too long. My kids love their cheeseburger with grilled onions and the meat patty only.The combo meal is perfect for sharing, and the food is always delicious. The service is friendly and quick, with at least 15 staff in the kitchen to keep the order process running smoothly. 1 staff member is assigned to clean tables and floors and also greet customers, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. My kids really love a clean environment. Dining in is always a pleasure, making each visit a wonderful experience.

The wide variety of of food sold on the secret menu of In-N-Out is very impressive. I got a burger animal style and protein style and there was a glorious amount of cheese/onions/sauce on my burger. Fries are uniquely fried in sunflower seed oil, and have a very distinct taste due to the fries always being fresh. If you want a burger early in the morning, arrive around 10:30am there is no wait. I wouldn't recommend waiting too long for a burger, but the burgers are great!

During my recent trip out to the West Coast, I couldn't pass up getting a bite to eat at this In-N-Out Burger. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Their service and professionalism made waiting in line, for my food, a no big deal. I got the double-double, and boy, was it an experience for my taste buds. I would definitely rate the burger, fries and strawberry shake 7 Stars. Being from the East coast, the only burger place that comes close is 5 Guys, and I would have to say that In-N-Out burger to be far superior in quality and service to 5 Guys. Kudos to the staff for their enthusiasm and they sincerely appreciated their customers. I would definitely recommend anyone who hasn't had an In-N-Out burger to make it a point to visit them when on the West Coast. It was so good that I went there again the next day and had the Double-Double "Animal Style" burger with "Animal Style" fries slightly well done as a recommendation from a local. Whatever your choice, you can't go wrong at this In-N-Out burger.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It reminded me of a Chick-fil-A in that respect. They were very busy but did a decent job of filling orders. I respect the fact that they do one thing (burgers and fries) but do it well. For fast food, it was very fresh and reasonably tasty. I was in town on business, and this was only the 2nd time eating at this chain, as we don't have them on the east coast. I was impressed. The only downside was the chocolate shake. They claim that their shakes are made with real ice cream. I don't know if that's true, but it was one of the least tasty shakes I've ever had. It had very little chocolate flavor and was very full of air, almost like a whipped dessert. I wouldn't order that again. I've had far better shakes at McDonald's, and theirs are about as artificial as you can get.

Great food and staff but poor parking and drive through design make it a hassle to get to. When they are planning the place it's like they didn't understand that people used to drive through at In-N-Outs. And so it has to be routed through the parking spaces, which limits parking and makes entering and exiting available spots a hassle. That said, the staff are great as always, and the food is just you know and love!

In and out is always a good choice when getting something to eat, especially compared to other fast food joints. The quality is superb considering the industry they operate in, and the food is very satisfactory. However, I do wish that there was more transparency on the menu, such as the option to add yellow peppers, being visible. At other times, the food may have too much or too little salt. Overall, the in-and-out experience in this location is good; I recommend it.

Burger and fries like always GREAT.But 30 minute wait in line, is not so good. And because of this is why my wife and I don't eat at N N&Out for dinner often?

Today I ordered 3 items, but 1 is missing, the double double burger. There is a long line. I don't want to go back to the line. Don't hurry~ 😥

I've been eating lunch at this branch for days. I've noticed that the fries here are smaller than other branches and aren't very filling. Also, the fries are always soft, never crispy. I think the small portions are a way to make more money for the branch. The burger packaging is also very poor; they fall apart as soon as you pick them up, and they don't wrap them properly.

The crowds are challenging during peak times. Probably one of the worst milkshakes in the fast food industry--poor. Undrinkable once served, unappetizing, and not full when served. Something is very wrong.

So many people there so the waiting was pretty long for a fast food. The food is good but nothing crazy. I would say better than a MacDonald but less tasty than a Five Guys or a Fat Burger. Service was very nice but there were too much people to provide a fast delivery.

I love In-N-Out Burger, but this location has the worst drive through staging I've ever encountered, with few signs, and unfortunately staff that's not proactive enough to direct traffic. Yesterday at 530PM I staged in the queue from what I'd soon learn is the wrong side. When I joined the line, there were no cars waiting, and I was behind a single car that had approached from the same side of the line as me. Soon a second car approached from what was the proper side, and I yielded to that car as one does in alternatiing fashion when two lines mrge into one. Well, that was a mistake as cars started arriving and would not alternate. What made this frustrating was that the order taker was right there, could clearly see the situation, and did nothing to direct traffic. I had to hit my horn after three cares failed to yield at which point I was finally able to enter the queue.

I don’t come to this location often. This is my 2nd time here in maybe a year and a half. Now I remember why lol. 45 minutes on the drive-thru. Very busy. The staff could definitely use some more customer service training, not very friendly, their faces said it all, like we as customers were a burden to them. Weird feeling tbh! Got my food… shame I didn’t check before leaving (Mainly because it was so busy that I didn’t want to make it longer for others). I am missing fries. 3 burgers, 2 combos. Only 1 fries. Not cool at all! Should definitely check my Yelp before going back here in case I forget lol!

Wow! It was our favorite fast food place for years. But recently the quality of food dropped. This is not a well-done fries (see picture), this is “refried old fries” disgustingly oily. Besides it feels like they don’t use sunflower seeds oil anymore but canola or soy instead. This is third time in a row! (Ordered 8/17/23 around 4 pm).

Food is always great here. I came here for lunch and as I was ordering there was a supervisor or manager yelling at an employee in the kitchen in front of everyone. It kinda killed the mood and felt awkward.

Avoid this in and out at all cost unless you enjoy consistently getting an attitude from person handling your food, get half amount of fries that other in and outs give, and getting your order wron…

Drive thru didn't have clear signs about where it starts so I waited in line for 10 minutes before realizing I had cut the line. The employee standing in the parking lot taking orders didn't say an…

I love In-N-Out! It's my favorite burger because of the fresh ingredients and quality taste. However, this specific In-N-Out is so SLOW in bringing food out. I am so disappointed. Mind you, this location does NOT have a drive through, (dine-in only) so you would think the service would be quick, not quicker, just quick. It's not. I've waited 30 minutes and up to 50 minutes for a single cheeseburger and fries. It's happened to me on multiple occasions. I am so disappointed. The In-N-Out in Laguna Niguel is much quicker, and guess what? They have a drive-thru and dine-in. I wonder what's up with this location. Hopefully they fix this issue as I love coming here because it's close to my work.

This is what sadness looks like. Waited in line 20/25 minutes and they put spread on it. Even though we warned them of allergy and they read back two times. I also blame myself for not looking before I drove away. 😭😭 So no food for me.

My burger bun was burned every time I ate here. :(

Waited 40 minutes for five burgers through the drive-thru. Horrible!!! Never coming back

I’m really disappointed with the service and quality of food that I’ve been getting at this location. The food doesn’t taste as fresh as it used to and the service hasn’t been great either. Today I went through the drive through and ordered 2 #1s and an extra cheese fry. I always make it clear that I want the #1s in a box and the cheese fry in a bag by its self because I don’t want the brown paper or napkin to stick to the cheese. But every time they keep just putting it in the box and arguing with me about it saying they can’t put a cheese fry in a bag. This happened again today and instead putting the burgers and normal fries in a box the girl in the drive through just throws the fries in a bag. When I said they should have been in a box she said they were out and didn’t want me to wait which I would have had to do because one of my drinks was wrong and I had to drive around and go inside to fix it. When I’m finally eating the food, the fries were cold and the buns were partially soggy and really hard one side and just tasted horrible. I’m really disappointed hope they do a better job with their food and their staff.

Team work makes the dream work, I get it, but when the drive-thru is backed up at 11 am, maybe save the pump up speech with the crew. Because as you guys cheers and yell, people are stuck waiting… 3 min average per car is ridiculous. Warm up the grill not your egos.
