From the second Kim walked up to our table she was so genuinely sweet. She had such a jovial smile and sense of humor. When she greeted herself she said “my name is Kim or Kim Possible if you’d like” and I thought that was amazing. She was super attentive but not overbearing. It wasn’t just with us, we watched as she treated every one of her tables with the same happiness, respect, and care. We highly recommend going up there and specifically requesting her section if you want excellent service!

Ava was fantastic! Told as we were getting ready to go that this was her first solo shift and let me tell she stayed on top of everything and took very good care of us. This has been the best experience I’ve had at this chilis in a long time

7/23 - Decided to celebrate my 45th Birthday here with my husband and kids and I am so glad we did. We were very impressed with the service. The manager on duty (Paul) and our server (Morgan) were absolutely amazing. They were very attentive, making sure we were good. Our food was quick, fresh and delicious. We never had to ask for a refill. We had a fresh drink before it was empty. I received a birthday song along with a free dessert that topped off my night making me feel very special! So glad we came to this location. We will definitely be back! **I forgot to take pics because we started eating so fast 🤦🏽‍♀️** 12/15/24 Update - Another successful visit! We had a gathering for my daughter’s graduation celebration. Our waitress Kiem was amazing!! We were glad to see the manager Paul on site again as he remembered us and also assisted Kiem to make sure we were good. The gathering was a success as we were so impressed with our service and how fast we received our food. Thank you again Chilis! 🤗

Most gracious experience I've ever had. I have never been to another Chili's like this, I came here for a late night celebration with my theater mates from north forney high school. They were so nice and were understanding with what we needed. The person who I believe to be the manager even came out and sang us a high riff happy birthday to one of our members. The food was alright. 10/10 would recommend.

We visited Chilli's today, despite noticing a decline in their food and service in previous years in other locations, both here in Texas and in Florida. Today's experience was a pleasant surprise! The food was absolutely delicious and bursting with flavor. Our server, Keim, was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making excellent recommendations. The quality of the food and exceptional service were a welcome return to the old times when Chilli's was such a great restaurant, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Kudos to the team for a fantastic experience – we'll definitely be back!

This Chili’s is so great!! The food comes out quickly and the service is amazing! Keim was our server and she took such great care of us. As a party of 15 she gave us all great service as if it was just a party of 2. The manager, Paul, even came over to our table and greeted us. I will definitely return back to this location.

We had an amazing experience with Ava our server! She was absolutely wonderful and on top of everything! The manager checked in on us multiple times too! They were fast and efficient! We love Chili’s and the Forney location is quickly becoming our favorite!

Server was busy as it was lunch but had a big table as well. She served our food piping hot, filled our tea and popped by with extra napkins. She had a bright attitude and was enjoying her job. The burgers really hit the spot and were large with plenty of fries. All the reasons we return to that location. My husband misses the chili. But the restrooms were clean and had paper towels.

Well, the waitress didn't come to our table for at least 15 min. When she got there everything progressed pretty fast! The atmosphere was very electric & evidently there were (2) ppl with birthdays! All the wait staff went to each groups tables to sing "Happy Birthday!" The staff made for one helluva great time for everyone! The food was GREAT, & our waitress came by at least 5-6 times. When we were ready, however, we asked for our check to pay & leave. Evidently I must have grown up in the 1980's or something because I didn't know we could all pay at our own tables? 🎉FUN🎊FUN!🎁🎉

Wow. Completely and genuinely impressed. Had a very difficult day. Came in to unwind and immediately was greeted by the bartender which felt like an "old friend". Sat down. Ordered a beverage and she worked with me, with a smile and understanding on modifying my meal to a Vegan version. Grateful beyond words. However you found your bartender, Ashley, you have truly outdone yourself. Humility, sympathetic and delightful to be around. I thought I wanted to just take a few minutes but I feel like I am with friends. What a difference good people can make. This establishment has a "gem". Keep her. My perspective of this entire place and atmosphere has transformed to another level of comfort. Highly recommend this establishment. They are doing a lot right. And food is absolutely delightful.

Sometimes we want food we're familiar with. The staff is great. The food is fantastic. When I wait inside to pickup our order, the bar staff is friendly too. They all provided great service.

Chili's is consistent from store to store, so you can count on the food tasting right. I'd never been to one that was as crowded as this one was at 9:30 on a Friday night, but the staff was quick. When I get the Cajun Pasta at any location, it always tastes good, but it seems my server can never get it out to me while it's hot. Well, that, or the kitchen doesn't heat it up enough. Still, a favorite destination for dinner.

The triple dipper will do it for me every time. Delicious and tasty. I spent time here with friends and we enjoyed our dinner here. The service, food, and atmosphere were all lovely and I had a good time.

9/21/24... The manager said they were "short staffed due to the local high school homecoming dance, so please be patient with us." A large party was seated before us. And there were 11 of us. They did a fantastic job. I would not have known they were short staffed. The team worked together nicely to provide coverage and great service!

This location is way too slow. The husband and I went out for a meal and thought this was fast casual but it took almost an hour for two entrees. For appetizer I ordered fried pickles. While the pickles were not my favorite, I'm sure they would suffice for others. The bathroom smelled terrible and should be cleaned better for patrons. As far as my waitress, she was mechanical and stoic. Service was not customer oriented, but more like getting people in and out....more money oriented. I always leave a tip, regardless of whether I've received good or bad service. Good service will always get a minimum of 20%. I know some livelihoods are based on tips; however, this time I wish I hadn't left anything.

I got the Ancho Salmon with steamed broccoli and garlic butter mushrooms. The best part of this was the mushrooms even though they were over salted. The steamed broccoli was well cooked but completely devoid of seasoning. The worst part was the tiny slab of chewy overcooked salmon jerky with a teaspoon of virtually tasteless Ancho chili sauce over the top. If this is the new chili's, I'm done with them.

Afternoon Sunday after Christmas - ordered Skillet Queso and Kid Crispers. Queso came first. Queso was good, probably half the chips were soggy with a few being less than medium temperature. Crispers came out and they were good. I asked for honey mustard and a refill of water after waiting more than a few minutes for the waitress to check on me. Fries were fine, but the bottled ketchup was disgusting. Love Chilis and have for. years, but this location in particular does not seem to be living up to their standards food-wise. I would definitely recommend going elsewhere.

I ordered curbside and had to go inside to get it. The fries were old, hard, not fresh! The wings were old, hard, and dry. The kids sides were inconsistent. Both sides were the terrible fries but one came in its own container and the other little sprinkle of fries were just thrown right on top of the pizza. I rate a lot of restaurants to include many Chili's and this is by far the slowest and worst of them all across the 20+ states I've been to. Order togo, you'll get your food in about an hour. Eat inside, 1 hr. Order door dash, 2hrs. Go to a different location.

On February 1, 2025, CHilli's called stating that the meal I order online could not be prepared due to no having the ribs. I asked the manager for a reimbusrment and he says it was okay. Today I cehck my card balance, showing the he did not reimbursed the card. Now I have a battle in getting the money back.

We went and had dinner Saturday April 27 we got seated by the hostes, 15 minutes later got our drink order after we got our drinks we placed our order and our appetizer....our waitress was the bartender she forgot about our food because she was "too busy" laughing and giggling ( flirting)with the MANAGER . I live 10 minutes away from this chilis and because of this I would not longer be going to this establishment again. WORST SERVICE EVER

Our server Alex was the absolute worst. Omwe ordered 3 sweet teas. Took 10 minutes before he brought them. Then, they were all unsweetened. Asked him to get us sweet teas again, 10 minutes later, he came with sweet teas. He was extremely slow all night. He had 2 tables and was just spending all of his time in the back. Doing non-service stuff. Worst service I've had in a long time. Actually asked us to do a survey on him before we left. Wow. Seriously? Don't sit on Alex's section!! Better yet. Go to another location. The Forney location needs to get their stuff together!

Their curbside is terrible! I was craving a molten chocolate cake and when I went I received just cake no toppings, no ice cream or anything. And I trusted they’d make a simple order easy but this has been a hassle and my craving for the cake was ruined 😞.

I went to Chilis joint the wait-list and the girl told me it would be 20 minutes before we can be seated. There were two other couples before us , which were seated after a little wait. While we were waiting another large group came in and the girl proceeded to tell me she took my name off of the waiting list and she seated the large group. I will never do business with chili's in forney Texas again.

We got seated during lunch hour, and the place had a few guests, not busy at all. We waited there at our table for almost half an hour with no one acknowledging us at all. The waitresses walked by, not even looking our way. Same for the manager, he just kept walking by like five times. We got upset an left, never have I've gone to a restaurant that didn't cater to its customers. That's the whole point of going to a restaurant. Enjoy yourself and to unwind from the everyday. We wouldn't have been that upset if someone would've just came by and got our drink and appetizer order so we could sit down and talk till we were ready to order lunch. We might go for dinner with a different shift staff to see if it's any better.

Took way too long to be helped in the 2 Go. They only had the person having trouble with a gift card 2 employes til they called a manager (twice) and myself in there. Finally, 1 employee walked away twice, failing to even acknowledge me. Since I was picking up a Doordash order. After 7 MINS, I had to stop her the third time she walked by to get an order that only required a handoff that was sitting there the whole time.

This is the WORST chilli's ive been to. Got ribs that were very tough and undercooked. Was told by the manager that pork ribs are always very tough and that I should try beef ribs if I wanted a tender, pull of the bone, ribs. Said he cooked tons of them at one time for 3 hours. WTH!! Had to cook the ribs I ordered for about another hour when I got home to make them tender. Managers at this location are horrible and have no idea of how to talk to customers and have no clue on how to run a restaurant! Be careful as if you don't like something, the people here don't care. Most likely they will put something in your food from the floor. Don't go here!!

Ordered our usual old timer burger, fries, iced tea. I wasn't feeling well so I ordered the potato cheese soup. The burger had so much mustard we scraped it off. The bun wasn't toasted correctly, the bun top was toasted, but the bottom bun wasn't. The fries were so over salted and peppered we wiped it off. Potato soup was so salty I could only eat half of it. What is going on Chili's in Forney?? We are going to have to find another place to eat.

Ordered Cajun pasta and the pasta was very dry and not hot. It was cold. Not enough sauce. Ordered a old timer burger and it was overcooked and way to dried out. No chili available anymore. Best thing you had on the menu. Ask for fries to be wrapped in foil so they would be hot when I got home. Foil is too expensive I guess. You would think that for $38.00 they could spare a nickels worth of foil. Fries were stale and tough. I’m done with Chili’s

Terrible expiration the first time. I took my kids. I decided to give them another try. Failed. They took my money then closed and delayed my refund. Wouldn't even compliment meal the following day. We were here for about 2 hours. I didn't even eat because the food took so long to come out. Our bottomless chips and salsa hit the bottom for the longest time before I said I wanted it off my bill because it was never refilled. Waitress was sweet and social but the whole experience was trash.

I placed order at 915 pm. System said ready by 10 pm. Arrive at 1005 pm. No one even speaks to me for 5 mins. Told they are waiting on a couple of things. 1020 told they are waiting. Finally received my order at 1025. I don't get why order almost an hour early for it to be ready at 10 if your store is incapable of having the meals (2) ready by that time. Absolute worst service.

So disappointed. I ordered a delivery on the chilis website and they sent it through DoorDash. I got several updates through the tracker stating that my order had been picked up, then delivered…except it wasn’t. I called the delivery person and she tells me she doesn’t know why it says that because she never picked up my order. I call the restaurant and they tell me I’ll have to come pick it up myself. Mind you, at this point I waited an HOUR for my food so now I have to go get it myself, which tacked on another hour because I had to drive in from Crandall. You do the math…by the time I got home with $100 worth of food, it was cold. I contacted DoorDash for the issue and they give me the runaround telling me that since I ordered it through the chilis website that I have to contact the store directly for a refund. I have filled out the online form and not heard anything back yet. Would it be that serious if it were a $20 order? Maybe not. But I spent $100 on this order (including tip), AND I had to go pick it up myself..AND it was cold because they couldn’t be bothered to remake the food knowing it had been sitting there for TWO hours. Never again will I be spending any money at this location

Worst restaurant experience EVER! Do not ever go to this location. We went as a family with our 4 young kids and waited over FORTY minutes for our food after we ordered. Our drinks were never refilled or even offered to be refilled. The food tasted purely awful. So even after waiting forever for our food, it tasted so horrible. The quality and taste of the food is not even worth eating for free. There wasn't one of those kiosk tablets at the table to pay so that meant more waiting for the waitress to take the payment. I asked for an itemized bill and saw we were being charged for a kiosk game that we never had and was impossible since there wasn't a tablet at our table at all! Only when I contested it to the manager did she offer to take that off, but she was perfectly happy letting us pay for it! The manager only apologized for the amount of time it took to get our food after I asked for a manager to come for the bill issue and she knew I was annoyed. It was not sincere or genuine. Just save your hard earned money and NEVER go to this location!

This is a struggling restaurant where the place is empty and other restaurants are 30 minute + wait (Mother’s Day weekend). The waitress disappears and the bartender got so pissed she didn’t care that we had empty glasses. Food just okay for most part but slow. The service made our dinner very unpleasant and cut the night short. I would urge you to go elsewhere

Came here with a coworker for lunch and the meal was lackluster. We arrived around 1ish and it wasn’t overly crowded. The service we received from the waitress wasn’t great and she barely visited our table outside of taking the order. I ordered chips and salsa, a house salad, and the chicken tenders. Out of everything, the only thing that was good was the salad. My coworker ordered Buffalo wings and ribs with sides (not pictured). I opted to taste test it and everything was just… dry. I haven’t had Chili’s in a while.. and now I remember why.
