Everytime I go to this Chick-fil-A I have an issue with them giving me the crumbs of the fries it's not full and they are cold. The sandwiches as busy as they are is never fresh. I usually do not go to this location my granddaughter wanted to go this day we recently went. I recently moved here from Forney and started going to the Terrell Chick-fil-A since it’s closer. I usually order a wrap and substitute the regular chicken with spicy chicken strips because I don’t like cold chicken. I was told at this location that they “can’t” make that substitution, even though the Forney and Mesquite locations have done it for me many times. Can someone from Chick-fil-A please confirm whether this substitution is actually not allowed? If it isn’t, I’ll just continue going to the Forney location or choose to eat somewhere else. We have been to many Chick-Fil-A over the years. This particular one ranks as one of the worst that we have been to from a food quality and getting the correct order perspective. The drinks were not correct, both fries were 90% small pieces and not edible, chicken sandwich was greasy and warm-not hot. Would not recommend this particular Chick-Fil-A.

Quality control is needed here! More than half of my minis were almost just fried batter and no chicken! Unfortunate breakfast… 10ct of almost no chicken in the minis and an extremely small orange juice for $16… not coming back.

This is like the second time my order has been completely wrong. I can understand stuff happens and miscommunication is usually the culprit. But when you put in a mobile order and all the boxes are checked, and even the receipt says extra egg extra cheese with a large plus sign next to it. The sandwich should not come out with 0 egg and one slice. First graders know plus and minus. And on the paper order it's pretty hard to miss it. This branch is super inconsistent and will inconvenience you.

I ordered my food on the app. When we got there, they had us park in the VIP parking lot. It was 30 minutes before they brought us our food! I’ve used this location before and they’ve messed up orders. Previous I had to drive 45 minutes back from my house to this Chick-fil-A to receive part of an order that was missing. Only to be questioned as if I was lying about the order. Not impressed with the management here!

This is the worst CFA! Management needs some organizational classes. The drive thru sucks and the lanes are way too narrow. The person who orders after you in the lane next to you can end up 4 cars ahead of you because they don’t keep you in any kind of order. Purchased the new pretzel bun spicy chicken club no pickles on 8/23 & they gave me a regular chicken sandwich with American cheese & Pickles. I couldn't keep eating after I took a bite and tasted the pickles. Called the store and all they said was sorry for the inconvenience. Called again today and they couldn’t find my app member # to issue a refund. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. I understand it gets busy, but to have a customer wait 10mins for their order and give them something completely different from what was ordered is upsetting.

I purchased the new pretzel bun item, and I asked the lady if the dijion mustard was in it. She said yes its in the bag. I start to look to make sure. She then tells me it wouldn't be in the sauce bag its further in the bag. I drove home and open my bag there is no dijion mustard. So then I call and ask about what happened. As she was very adamant it was in the bag. They say that person doesn't pack the sauce so they dont know. Im like okay then why did she say that. I wasn't so mad about the sauce missing. Its just you told me it was in there.

Terrell Chick-fil-A I’m so disappointed because I found a hair in my chicken sandwich and then when I called to speak to someone about it they wanted me to take a picture and send it to them like as if I would actually lie about it. There's no control or respect in their lines. The staff stands around on their phone instead of helping guide all the people that have NO RESPECT and skip the car in front of them. They gave my daughter a kid's meal with "5 nuggets". They are a joke! How could you even count that piece of fried stuff a nugget! Then they gave me my ice cream melted, and the condiment bag with open sauces spilled in the bag.

OWNER NEVER ADDRESSES BAD REVIEWS… Ordered a market fresh salad with xtra blue cheese and it came without any. I was told to pull around it was not ready. I asked the guy standing by the drive thru window to make sure it had the xtra blue cheese. He told me if I ordered it, it would be on there. When it was brought out I said let me check the salad. It had zero blue cheese. The young lady said she would go get me some and I ask for xtra since I paid for extra. I also said the salad was skimpy looking. Was hoping the ingredients were underneath. When I got to my destination it had 1 flipping strawberry cut twice to give me 4 pieces. 5 blueberries and 4 pieces of apple. Sandwich was ordered with pickles on the side. Since there was pickles in a container, thought it was right. They put them on the sandwich xtra ones too. Wet chicken. No sauces and asked for 2 original. Done with this store. Not the 1st time they messed up my order.

I've tried my best not to file a complaint because this is one of my favorite resturants, but today was the final straw. Everytime I order a large fry, my fries are NEVER fully cooked. They are always extremely soft, mushy, and consist of end pieces of waffle fries. As you can see in the picture, my large fry isn't full, becuase they gave me abunch of broken soft nasty pieces of waffle fries. Please cook your food throughly, I wanted hot, crispy waffle fries and you all failed to deliver (just as you did the last 5 times I've came). Such a disappointment. Pictures below: And NO I haven't ate ANY fries out the box, below is exactly what they gave me. A dirty box, half filled with soggy, mushy fries.
