Ordered tailgate of 25 strips through the app. The food is as always fantastic and delivered to my car in optimal time. I love having the extra toast with my strips and the fries are always crispy and great.

Good food. Very fresh. Great customer service. Everyone seemed happy to be there and were customer focused.

Service is good and the kids are great hosts but the place is showing deteriorating signs rust all over the metal exposed parts and seats are worn Just a little paint and new Cushions will go a long way

Customer service is just horrible. Bunch of kids that don’t want to work. They won’t let you talk and will cut you off mid sentence.

I've been to this Cane's on many occasions. I don't know what has happened but tonight was different. First went and used the restroom. It was a mess, I just looked pasted it. Then there were cups and napkins all over the floor in the dining area and the floor was sticky and wet. They were out of sweet tea. So I just left. I'll drive the 8 miles to the other Cane's.

I placed an order and waited 20 minutes as they were busy. I asked where my food was and waited another 10 minutes as they served 5 other customers after I checked in. Maybe 15 orders after me were all served first. Staff didn't seem to care.

Probably the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. They always rush you through your order and before you can finish your sentence it’s “anything else” and when you get to the window they basically throw the food at you. At this point I’d rather drive the hour to rockwall.

We were visiting here and the service was not great at all. The guy at the register looked like he didn’t want to be there. ALL the floors and tables were sticky and dirty. We had to wipe down our own tables as you can see there. The cleaning supplies were just thrown by the seats. No it wasn’t even packed. I see the other reviews and wonder if this is the same canes cause at night it was terrible.

Terrible service , no structure Girl at counter had terrible attitude!! I understand it can get busy on weekends but when there is a line to order and the people at the registers just standing around it makes for an uncomfortable scene!!!
