I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here, and I've been to multiple locations. Environment is upbeat, staff is friendly, food is excellent and they have an early dine special M-F. What's not to love! ❤️

When we first got there the hostess told us 25-35 mins but we were seated at 15 mins. Our waitress Melanie is very attentive and sweet. She was fast with getting our order and then bringing it out. The food was good. Couldn't finish it all so went too the rest to go. Melanie definitely deserved a raise and a shout out.

Appetizers: Fried Pickles ✔️ Entree: Smothered Steak Tips w/ Brown Gravy, House Salad w/ Blue Cheese Dressing, 1/2 &1/2 Tea. Started out @ 💯 , ended with a hair being in my Entree💔! Mgr was nice enough to give me Voucher the $ of my meal & that's that. MY SALAD WAS DELICIOUS & COLD💚💛!

Came in to roadhouse today and was seated with Benny he showed great hospitality, very attentive honestly service was 10/10. Now as far as whoever was on the grill could not get my steak temp correct and was sent back twice I ordered it medium. It came out medium rare. I asked them to cook it just a little bit longer and was brought out well down. No biggie it was able to get fixed. The manager Zack brought it out and was very nice as well and helpful. Overall service was amazing!!! I will come back to visit and ask for Benny every time!

Food was okay. Menus were dirty with food on them. I like the Tyler location better.

I love this place. The service was great and the food was great tonight also. I got a Ft Worth Ribeye cooked medium and it was very good and tender. My waitress was nice but over used the word "girl and girlie" after learning my name.

This is for a To Go Experience, the food was good and hot, from the first time, of calling to the order being ready was great, The only thing was, my two sides in those sides containers were on top of my Chicken Fried Steak, which I just dont like, things like that on top of my food. I would have just liked the two sides in the bag with the main entree. Some people might not care, some might. Otherwise than that, I would recommend.

Texas Roadhouse is now the #1 franchised restaurant in the USA bumping off Olive Garden. I must agree that I prefer steak over pasta. But seriously is it the steak or rolls with cinnamon butter that are the major draw at steak house? I will let you ponder on that., My weekday dinner stop was somewhat brief being on the road with a schedule. No problem parking, or waltzing in and being offered seating. But first a look at the case to choose a steak. The dining room was tidy and hostess friendly. Soon after being seated my waitress arrived with drink order and rolls. I wasted no time lettering her know a Ft. Worth ribeye was chosen from the case and medium temp. The sides loaded sweet potato and mixed vegetables. For drink a tap beer. As I waited on my dinner the rolls smothered with cinnamon butter helped my appetite after not having lunch. The bread was hot and yummy! Within 20 minutes food hit the table and everything was correct. I love a great loaded sweet potato and hit that first, so good! The steak was a bit overcooked, but still delicious and no complaints. The mixed vegetables were fresh. I did receive a follow up and offer for more rolls. The check was taken care of at the table on their machine. Although prices have skyrocketed I feel they have done better than others trying to hold the line. This Terre Haute Roadhouse was a solid stop and got me down the road.

We waited a while for a table and we’re looking forward to a good steak. We were very disappointed in the steaks. They were not as good as usual. Mine was so full of fat, 3-4 oz I couldn’t eat. Went to road house on 2-6-26 and was not happy with the service. I order cactus blossom and I asked for a ranch because I don't like the sauce. They brought the blossom with wrong Sauce. I ask if I could have the ranch to the person who brought the blossom. She told me yes they will bring it. I waited and waited and they finally brought me ranch with the entire meal I order. I didn't get eat the blossom. I will say it was not my waiter fault because she put the request in.

I ordered two side salads and a sweet potato. I’ve ordered side salads before and they’re filled to the top which is what I was expecting and which is all I wanted as a light dinner. But what I got isn’t even enough for a light dinner portion. If I had known this I would have ordered from somewhere else or made my own. This is not worth $5. Very upset with the lack of attention to serving size and inconsistency. Very disappointing! I spent $15 on two less than half side salads and a small potato and I just feel ripped off. Not the service I was expecting!

Very Disappointed. Ordered our food and asked for extra croutons on my salad. Received no croutons at all.. Asked for some again and she never brought any. Asked again but at this moment my salad was basically all eaten.. She did offer to bring another salad... but at this point I'm over the salad situation. I Had a bowl of chili. She didn't bring a spoon to eat it with. Asked for a spoon. Waited for 8 minutes and it finally came. Steak had a line of fat all the way through, sent it back. Asked for a manager when the steak was brought back out. Jessica listened but didn't seem all that concerned.. We have ate here many times but it seems like a refocus needs to happen with all employees on what customer service is and what good food and a good cut of meat is supposed to look like. BTW please do not post your Generic response asking me to copy and paste my comments on your website...

Customer service skills lacked, steak came out rare instead of mid well done as asked they took it back to re-cook it I guess that made the cook mad,cause then it tasted super salty.! I will not be back to this location

I used to love this restaurant, but it has become unbearably loud. The music is so high that it’s impossible to relax or enjoy a meal. I asked the manager to lower the volume, and he simply said it was a house rule. I won’t be coming back.

We dined in tonight and we were very disappointed in this steak. I asked for medium rare and I got THIS!! This ruined my family’s dine in experience and I was disgusted to see the steak basically RAW and not at all what I ordered. Other than that the service and staff was up to par, this was the only flaw that I encountered in my dining experience, disgusting!
