Have not been to ARBYS in a long time. Wanted to try the sliders. Pretty good and a variety to pick from. Wanted the roast beef & cheddar junior tho. So heart broken u don't have the junior sizes sandwiches any longer.
The drive through is always quick and the service is great. The Fish Deluxe Hawaiian sandwich is back and it's good! They also have the regular fish sandwiches too.
It was not that busy and it was quiet and I really love Arby's
We got our order to go and everything was as was suppose to be. Which is a rarity as you know. Food was good also.
I had the Greek Gyro for the first time...it was delicious. The fries were fresh. The girl taking our order in the drive through, misheard our order but corrected it quickly and we did not wait for our food. A great visit.
The young man working the drive-thru window last night deserves a raise! He was so kind and polite even though I know they were getting ready to close in 15 min. Definitely showed the holiday spirit!

I made the 45 minute (one way) drive just to go to Arby's and get lunch for my employees. We had a fairly large order!! The 3 employee's this evening were awesome. Service was excellent, they had no qualms with such a large order (that wasn't called in ahead of time). We received the food timely. Everything was correct. And tasted GREAT!!! Will definitely return!!
We have been going to this location for several years and have always had a great experience, especially when Darell is working at the drive thru window. He remembers our order every time, is always positive, and always gets the order just right! Even tonight, when he was clearly in the weeds training a new staff, he went out of his way to take care of his regular customers. The great service is always very much appreciated!
They understand the assignment! When I took mayo off my chicken sandwich and put in ranch dipping sauce, they knew where that ranch was headed and put it right on my sandwich for me. Love that! I just wish I hadn't forgotten the Arby's sauce for my fries!

This place was very clean, especially for a fast food restaurant. Smells good when you walk in and you can tell by looking around that it’s clean and well taken care of. The food was well prepared and tasted great!

Sandwiches were great tasting and fresh. Employees were very friendly and courteous. Miss the potato cakes that are no longer offered. No dining in at this time was detrimental.

Can't beat this locations sliders, from 2-5 they are only a dollar. My husband ordered a sampling of them and really liked the chicken buffalo. Nice clean restaurant in Terrell Texas, with clean bathrooms also. Give a shot!
The food tasted great and they had good service. But they put whipped cream on my shakes. (For some reason most fast food places that sell shakes have started doing this.) I ordered 2 packs of their jalapeño bites, but I only got 1 packet of Bronco Berry Sauce. I would typically go into the store to get drive through mistakes fixed, but they had the doors locked (at 7 pm). So I just walked up to the drive through and asked for more sauce.
The steak bites were overcooked and tough, and only 2 people working 1 taking both dine in and drive thru orders and one cooking.
Great until the counter lady started coughing all over everything not sure why her peers dint say anything but luckily I got my food first. Cheese steak was not good. The cheese was the only flavor you taste. Gyro still delicious. Cheddar n RB still amazing.
Food is good but i live a hour from here and when we cone to town arbys is what we want. But lobby is closed way to much! And they lose buisness because of this.

The food would be amazing except that when asked which sauce I wanted I said Arby's sauce. Because Arby's sauce is amazing. But not only did I not get any extra sauce but there's not even any sauce on my sandwich. Thumbs down, Arby's Terrell. Thumbs down smh
Not as good as it used to be and costs a lot more. Sandwich thrown together, very messy. Looks like the same folks that decorate cheap motels decorated this place.
Food was closing time fresh,meat a lil skimpy,I asked for "Red Ranch" at drivethru spesker,speaker, again at window ,then had to drive back around to get it..Got home the Smokehouse Brisket rather dry.Suppose to close at 10 closed at 8pm.Hopefully this was just a off night .Food and Service usually much better.
I love me some Arby's. However this location was lacking something. Not really sure what it was, The service was good, the food was Status quo. My wife was not happy because they said they stopped carrying Jalapeno peppers to put on the sandwiches. I think the place just needs an uplift inside and out. Oh and the cost , $5. and change for a basic Roast Beef sandwich. I will be back when its 2 for $6.
Review on older order. My husband and daughter ordered 2 Diablo Challenges was told no vanilla snack shake unless they purchased the meal. (Keep track of your company's sales pitch.) Not that they needed it, my jalapeno slider was hotter and tasted better.
Not the best customer service... this is where you will lose me every time. I picked up food for someone else, and they had a special request, and the employees complained about it the entire time 😐🙄. It wasn't anything hard or major, I asked if there was an extra charge for it, I could pay for it? They said no, but continued to complain... smh, I watched as they honored the extra items, thanked them for their services, told them to be safe, and have a Blessed day. But not impressed at all.
Placed order through doordash. After returning 3 times to attempt to get the right order they still couldn't get it right. I did let my anger get the best of me but how hard is it to make a double roast beef sandwich. Edit, things have gotten better. For now.
Love me some Arby's. The did of course I'd typical fast food, but there you find the gyro and Reuben- my two favorites. At the Terrell location, the for came out quickly. I ordered the Reuben, distorted onion rings for fries and agreed a cherry turnover. All was great except the turnover. It tasted like it had been made several years ago, was cold, with hardly any icing. In bringing the substandard on to the attention of the counter help I was meet with a blank stare and no resolution. Apparently, it's terribly difficult to comprehend solving the problem- such as providing a great turnover with icing. Instead, this location now will be avoided as I instead choose to do business with those businesses actively engaged in having customers come back again. This is not because the one item was substandard, but instead the apathy experienced which may also be apparently in such items as food safety, cleanliness, etc.
The food is as good as expected, but the service and staff is terrible! This place is in need of a restructuring and restaffing. They act like you are bothering them by being there.
It was super slow! Our order was 15 minutes late. Fish was a bit burnt and the fries old. Probably won't be returning to this location.
Ordered only 2 meals and got both orders wrong as well as forgetting to give us straws. Food itself was pretty good, but it wasn't ours lol
Food just doesn't have any flavor or the quality like it used to. More bread than meat. Cheese has no flavor. Cutting corners gonna cost in the long run. Won't be thinking of them as an option next time I'm hungry!
Dined in 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Food was great. Young gentleman was very attentive to cleaning the lobby. The music was pleasant. However a female employee dressed in all black, with hot pink hair was obnoxiously laughing our entire stay. She was very rude, and had extremely bad customer service. It was an unpleasant dining in experience.
We live in Kaufman and husband often picks us something on his way home from work. Was happy to see crinkle fries added to the menu, husband especially was, he doesn't care for curly fries. We like pretty much everything except the onion buns. He specifically requests your regular buns you've used for a long time. He made that request again today and we had onion buns on all 4 of our sandwiches! Maybe it's time we cut Arby's from our list.
Ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and everything was so wrong with it. Turkey tasted old and expired, tomatoes were dry, cheese that was added to it wasnt even the cheese it should have. Lady that took my order on the drive thru was very friendly which is why i gave a 2 star but the sandwich over all was disgusting and just threw it away.
This was my first visit to an Arby's in decades. A friend of mine was craving their sandwiches so I offered to pick it up for her. I decided to order as well and set up an account on the app. The app kept kicking me out of my order. I had to use the website instead. As I waited for my order, I noticed that it was over 3 minutes from the time it said it would be ready. I didn't hear anything happening in the kitchen and finally, an employee came up to see if I'd been helped. I said I had an online order I was waiting for. She checked and the order was all ready but left under the heat lamps unattended. The cook came out, held out his arms and said, "Sorry. That was my fault." I might have forgiven that if the food wasn't tough to chew and missing the cheese. I ordered the chicken sliders. I agree with other customers that the portion was small for the price. I guess I should be grateful for the offer of 50% off my first order. My first impression of this location was very disappointing. Don't think I'll return.
Stopped here for lunch while on a road trip and wished we hadn’t. Food was awful. Chicken nuggets were dried out and old. Fries were cold and tasted like old grease. Roast beef sandwich had a sour taste to it. Fountain drink drain pan was full and almost overflowing. Shift manager seemed stressed and was very abrupt, so we did not say anything at the time. Waste of time and money at a fast food place we frequent.
Food was cold and hard, there was no one at the counter to take my order. It took them 10-15 minutes to get someone to take my order. Then I had to repeat it at least 10 times for them to be able to put in the computer correctly. They kept messing up. This has happened each time I've come here, I've come here a total of 5 times. Would not recommend. I just like the curly fries but they're always cold and hard from here.
Food: White Cheddar Mac & Cheese was dry, French Onion dip was a Brown Gravy dip, Lemonade was watered down. Service: Fast w/ a smile:) Atmosphere: Female Bathroom had a horrible, strong sulfur smell and no paper towels.
The only reason I'm not giving one star is there is one manager that actually does his job, an older guy who we usually see. Then there is Selena who is newer and didn't even properly refund the worst chicken sandwich I've ever received. We never received the money back to the account. She refused to refund our hard, crunchy end pieces that were supposed to be actual curly fries, because we had only brought the sandwich with us. We were treated as though we were lying and even given little reaction from the guy that made the sandwich or the manager once we presented it. I'm including the photos so you can see for yourself. It's supposed to be a buffalo chicken sandwich. But it's beyond drenched in cheese sauce for some reason (I ordered a slice of cheese on it) and the chicken patty is beyond dry and leathery. It obviously sat in a warming drawer way too long.
Messed up twice in one week. I went earlier this week, ordered 4 of the classic beef n' cheddars and they forgot half my order, I tried calling to get it fixed but no one answered the phone. I thought oh well, brushed it off and tried again. This time I got all four sandwiches but they left the cheddar off of all four beef n' cheddars and burned the burns 😑 it's not even like I ordered a bunch of other stuff, I literally just ordered sandwiches and that was still too much to handle. Tired of wasting money so I'll wait a few weeks til the staff turns over again and maybe the next crew will be more capable. ***EDIT - after placing this review Arby's did reach out to me and send me two free meal vouchers. It doesn't fully compensate for the money I lost but it was a a good step in the right direction.
6 out of the last 7 times I have gotten an order from here I ask for Arby's sauce AND Horsey. I still haven't got the Horsey Sauce. Why?
I just went through the drive thru ... the closest Arby's is a 30.minute drive for us and the customer service is horrible. Girl in drive thru had an attitude for no apparent reason. However was really disappointed today especially for the drive and spending 30 and some.change for lunch for 3. Sad
The store I will say they’re open till 11 get too the store at 10:24 and there say they Closed I drive 12 miles

La' Quana needs an attitude adjustment and to stop being so stingy with Arby's and Horsey sauce. Asked twice for lots and lots, got 2 and 3 🙄 asked a 3rd time and I get told she can't give me much more as if I was frustrating her smh... customer service is dead with this lady
Well just got my order in the drive thru I ordered the special 2 for 6 I told them no sauce on both only want the meat,cheese and bread only well just got home and got meat and bread and sauce I tried to call but they wont answer and I live 15 minutes from there.I want this fixed.
The manager Ema was very rude and dirsepectful for no reason. Had a high and mighty attitude while taking my order and giving me my food. Will not be visiting this Arby’s again due to the lack of customer service.
The Gyro is the most disgusting thing and shouldn't even be in the menu. Everytime I order a beef abd cheddar, the cheddar is lacking
The manager with the green color hair is so UNPROFESSIONAL and Disrespectful with the Hispanic community we were planning to have dinner but it seems our group of 8 were not business for her. We were talking Spanish she decided we were not welcomed there. This business not only lost 8 but 23 of family members whom live in Terrell we will NEVER come back to this place! Arby’s owner Hire professional personnel check cameras often etc so you don’t keep loosing business.
Ordered the new garlic butter steak sandwich for $6.99. Don't waste your money!!!! You cannot taste anything but the bread, lettuce, and a few strips of bacon. Nothing like the ad on tv. Where's the meat ? Not on this pricey sandwich. Very disappointing.
Needs a overhaul!!! I did not get anythang because thay started the order than stopped, didn't say just a moment please or nothang. Just went silent. Before that a girl started the order than another person started to take over. We left never to come back. If I could put no stars on the service I would.
Ordered alot of food with no napkins at all. I hate stopping and walking in to get napkins. Walked in, waited. Wasn't acknowledged so I had to cut in front of someone to get napkins. One guest told me ", yea they have to count each napkin before giving them out." I said I didn't get one. The worker just sat them on the counter with no apology.
Ordered 2 Fish sandwiches and 2 large curly fries today. Got home and looked under the napkins that were covering the food and noticed the fries were only 3/4 full.
The worst experience like 3 mos ago. Gave me a worn down dry 15.00 brisket meal that was that mornings meat at 5:30 pm in Terrell. I did a complaint twice and never ever received a answer or sorry..so. sorry Arbys..you suck for us in Forney!
Sandwiches were cold cheese was hard ends and cold. Au Jus was luke warm. I love french dips and consider them a monthly treat. Not such a treat. Order was also wrong.
Took longer than all other places. Incorrect food items and missing items . Forgot to check everything. I should have went somewhere else . Try to call the office line busy. .. haven't ate their in 6 months . Let's make it never again!!!!!!!
I eat at this location tonight after I drove 45 min to get there I was so disappointed the bread was burnt very little meat and even less cheese on a beef and cheddar lesson learned was the absolute worst Arby's I have ever been to someone needs to do there job
WHEN I ASK FOR MORE MFN SAUCE. I DONT WANT TO HEAR ANYTHING OTHER THAN HERE YOU GO MAAM!! I am a frequent customer and I always have to ask for extra sauce. I don’t care if y’all are waiting for a truck. A space ship or a horse and carriage. Yall aren’t busy enough to deny customers something that YALL don’t pay for. Sincerely someone who needs more that 6 packets of sauce for two peoples meals, without getting an attitude, an Iroll, or slamming the sauce into my bag at the window. Absolutely ridiculous!
I paid extra and ordered a chocolate shake on DoorDash with my meal and they substituted it with a regular drink and did not ask me what I wanted to substitute with. Food was also really cold as well.
Staff is very unprofessional here. They are allowed to be RUDE to EVERYONE, customers and coworkers with no consequences from upper management. Ashley the girl who takes orders in drive thru talks to people hateful as she possibly can, she has no respect for anyone at all. Must suck to be SO miserable at your little fast food job.
RUDE! The little girl at the window was so rude and disrespectful. Tried to over charge me. I asked for a #2 large. I repeated it twice. She didn't even ask what kind of fries I wanted. Went to the window and repeated myself yet again. A number 2 and an extra half pound sandwich. She fixed it and thrusted my drink at me almost dropping it . She rolled her eyes at me. I pulled up and checked my order.. and guess what it was still wrong. I tried calling but couldn't get through. This is ridiculous!.I don't think I'll ever go back.
I thought they were closed because it was so dark outside, turns out the lights don't work, so you can't even see the menu. When I asked the girl how much a few items were she had the biggest attitude. Wanted to rush me and ask if I was done after each item. What is wrong with these managers that they allow this even after all of the comments?? The girl working the window is why your pockets are hurting, listen to your customers and you will find the problem.
Ordered a sandwich, with a special request to leave an item off, garlic sauce. Repeated it twice to the order taker. She repeated it back to me. Drove up to get my food, server repeated my order, was repeated correctly. Got home sandwich was not correct. I tried to call them, phone range for 15 mins then was disconnected, called back same thing. This place lacks good customer satisfaction.
Do not eat here, I used to eat here all the time and had no problems, but I guess Arby’s has changed workers or managers because their sanitation is not what it used to be. I ate an Arby’s burger Wednesday afternoon and ever since then I have been extremely sick with food poisoning. I am 5 to 6 weeks pregnant and I can’t keep anything down liquid or otherwise, I feel like I’m going to have to go to the doctor if things don’t improve because my throat is raw from throwing up and my stomach hurts so much I could cry
So bad. Confusing when taking order. Let me leave without getting my $7 sandwich. Charged me over $1.00 in tax for sandwich costing $5.99. I came away from Arby’s overcharged and with no sandwich. I can’t wait to tell my friends about your good service. I hope ya’ll go broke. Normally I’m passive but things being the way they are I had to say something. After all I’m the one who is now dead broke with no supper.
Ordered a large classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries, a large coke and a 6 piece mozzarella sticks. As the host Meghan handed me my drink, telling me to be careful because it was full she spilled it down my arm and the side of my car.
This was the worst experience I have ever had at this restraunt. First they shorted us on $20 of our change. Then they got my order wrong first with one of my kids meals i ordered specifically two pizza slider kids meals, with curly fries, and juices. I got one pizza and one chicken tender slider. I ordered a half and half tea and got a sweet tea so nauseatingly sweet I about got sick. My husband ordered the half pound beef and cheddar and there was barely a drizzle of cheese on it. I ordered the new sandwich which was supposed to be topped with peppers and there was literally a pinch in the middle of a sub like sandwich. We asked for arby's sauce and got none, or any napkins. It was just awful. It is likely to be an extremely long time before we ever come back if ever. And I had to drive almost 25 miles there and back just to get their food. Thought it was worth is but was sadly mistaken.
Stopped for lunch at this location last week while driving through. Probably the WORST service I have had from an Arby's. We tried to walk in but all doors were locked, so we went to drive thru. They were out of Ham and Turkey, this I get, shortages everywhere. Ordered the brisket meal and asked for side cheese for fries. They stated it comes with it. Asked for no tomato on gyro. We get our meal and pull to the side to check it and shock no cheese on the side, tomatoes on the gyro, slider was DRY like shoe leather. Then to top it off the brisket sandwich had one single piece of meat. So we then had to stand across from the window and yell to them all the screw ups they had. They said we had to pay for side cheese because we didn't order it....ok. then they told us we had to let them finish the 3 cars in line first. Then they look at the brisket sandwich and say it's fine. One small piece of meat that doesn't even cover 1/4 if a bun is not fine. Finally got all the stuff corrected after a 20 minute wait and arguing with them to just fix it. Thankfully we will never have to deal with this location again.
First and last time at this location. Is fresh food to hard to ask for? I didn’t know this needed to be requested… my kids’ meal was very old. The fries were cold and stale as was the 3- day old chicken nuggets. I won’t be returning here! Literally everything was hard and should not have been sold.
Haven't had Arby's in 10 yrs, and o remember why! Went tonight and the fries were cold and old, the meat was literally half of what's normal. For $12-14 spent was not worth it. Will never go back to any Arby's again.
No senior discount for ordering a "meal" off the menu? Really? I'd have more respect for you if you didn't offer a discount at all. You are missing out on a lot of business treating seniors this way. It's bad enough your sandwiches have half the meat they used to contain. When growing up, we used to buy sandwiches and split the meat in half to make another sandwhich with bread. Used to really love RBs. Too bad. That's why we don't eat there much anymore.
The black manager Laquita is very loud rude and very unprofessional.. I came to this location and purchased a Arby’s sandwich and before I orders I asked for my sandwich to be nice and neat. I got my food and checked it and it was all sloppy wragly hanging off the bun just scrappy. So I took it back in she said loudly none of the sandwiches look like what’s in the menu and if you want it like that you got to pay more. Michael politely grabbed my sandwich and went to the back and fixed it. While he was fixing the problem she yelled at him if she want it like that she needs to pay more what are yall doing????? I told michel thank you for his best customer service but because of her I’m not going back.
They so messed my order up. I got the Monday 5 dollar meal deal. I ordered two of them with cheese and two dr pepper. The cheese was not the right cheese. The drinks were not dr peppers. The curly fries were cold and burned. When I spoke up about this the manager she started a full blown argument with me. I ended up just driving away.
Drive through is open. The Lobby is open. But they pad locked the bathrooms. I asked them to open it. They said they couldn’t. Plus they blocked off all seating and shut down the fountain drink station. No condiments set out. They might as well locked the door. Put sign up for drive through only. There is no reason to go in. Service inside seemed slower as well. It looked like they take care of the drive through faster. I’m assuming they don’t want to spend extra money cleaning.
