The staff was super friendly. The food was fine; they made it fresh. Because we had to wait they comped our drinks. It is nice they let you sample before you commit to an entree. Overall a pleasant experience.

Hannah and Kelley were the nicest people I have encountered over the past few months at a fast food restaurant. I wasn't even the one making the order, my sister was. From the greeting all the way until she reached home to open her fresh food with a sincere note, "From your new BFF". These two sweethearts are GEM's and we need more employees like them.

This panda is pretty quick, clean and has friendly staff. If they’re out they’ll tell you accurate lead times of when the item will be replenished, or offer a good alternative. Keep up the great work.

They were extremely nice. Food was great. As a truck driver and not being able to go thru drive thru Jennifer was very nice and let us come in and order. They were very busy as well but she was very efficient.

Got what we wanted at the level we expected. Customer service was superb. Pricing was fair. They even had brown which some restaurants of this chain do not bother serving. Food was good. Atmosphere was pleasant. Bathroom was clean. Had a good visit with family. This was one of the Panda Expresses that we have eaten at.

The service staff were very nice and helpful. The food was fresh and full of flavor with full bowls of appealing food to select from. The restaurant was clean and we'll stocked, the bathroom was clean. It cost us about nine dollars for a full plate of food, we didn't leave hungry....

Amazing is the one word to describe the experience. Food was hot and fresh. The orange chicken was great, the honey sesame chicken was awesome, and kung pao chicken was powerful. The fried rice was tasty as ever. Of course had to get spring rolls and crab rangoons.

Ate here on a Saturday for Lunch. Did drive through. 3 cars ahead and still didn't take long to get my food. I got fried rice, Orange Chicken and grilled teriyaki chicken and 2 apple pie rolls. Everything was wonderful! I especially love the apple pie rolls. I could eat those things all day. They are yummy!

I desired Panda Express, for dinner, therefore, my husband and I went to purchase our meals. We also purchased a meal for our daughter. I love Panda Express food; it's always fresh, hot, and beautifully seasoned and prepared. I love to see the workers cooking the food; you can see the experience, the pride, and the joy they display when they are doing their jobs. Thank you for serving sure good food and for serving your customers so well.

Just visited this location and it was probably the cleanest Panda Express I have ever been to. The staff greeted me when I walked in and they had all their entrees full and fresh. The manager Mario took care of me and was very professional and kind. He was cleaning tables and working the line simultaneously. Very impressed with this location!

A big thank you to the staff working tonight. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and turned off my truck to order. When I tried to start it back up it wouldn't start, so the staff inside came out with jumper cables and helped get me going again. They're amazing people and definitely deserve a raise.

Okay. Lomein dry. Their new Sizzling shrimp is kinda a rip off. Pay extra for less. Get only 5 little shrimps. The veggies it is sauteed with are the leftover hard stems of vegetables. Not worth it. Plus, they always do weird flavored tea. How about 1 normal unsweetened tea, then your weird flavored sweet tea.

Food is good, service could improve. I'll second the comment about portions. I too, always get the kids meal. Rockwall and Forney locations both serve more on their kid's meals than this location. If they improve the portions and work on good smiling faces, this place will be 5 stars.

I had the orange chicken and sweet & sour chicken with fried rice. It was delicious. My only complaint is the rice was a little too dry. The portions were great and the staff was very friendly.

They had fast good service. However, the beef had gristle in every bite. When I told them I couldn't eat it, they gave me a card for a free meal. So, I have to give them credit for taking good care of their customers.

Love the the food but the RUDE woman working the window needs to go! It wasn't even just a "bad day" she is just rude to people!! My daughter stopped the next day and she was RUDE to them also. I will find another restaurant before I subject my family to that! The alternative for her is not too good!

The super greens were fresh, I like my broccoli crunchy and my kale wilted so it was perfect for my liking. The chicken was good as well but they didn’t give me the sauce that goes with it so I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise, the service was great. I asked for a cup of water and they provided that so I can appreciate it. Be sure to ask for soy, sauces, and chili pepper if you want it because otherwise you will be disappointed.

Dissappointed..Disappointed... I ordered the plate with the black pepper steak and the sweet fire chicken... I usually love the sweet fire chicken but today it was soggy no where close to crispy and I didn't get any soy sauce for my bland rice that I asked for. I gave 3 stars because the new black pepper steak is good.

Food fine but why open lobby if patrons can't sit inside and enjoy their meal? Just do drive through only. Then we know before we go inside and can enjoy a different eatery that allows indoor seating.

I was going to give four stars because I like the food, but the last time I went they implemented a new, and I think illegal rule, in which they charge extra if a credit or debit card is used. They're already expensive, so I don't understand how they can get away with this charge. Also, I wasn't informed of the new charge before I paid. It was sneakily added in. I felt like I had been robbed, since I had been. If I had been informed of the new charge, I would have paid cash. I haven't been back since, and I don't know if I will be back. What are they going to do next? Charge extra for using cash? Maybe charge extra for not having the correct change? Seriously, is it even legal to charge extra to use a debit card?

The Shanghai Angus meals had potatoes in it and almost no mushrooms. We also paid for two orders of spring rolls and only received one. I gave three stars because the girl that took our order was very nice and friendly and the rest of our order was good .

Will never return to this location. I typically would never do this but this location does not do a sample or a military discount. Buffet style, how do you know if you like an item? Forney location does. Fine to not offer a military discount but to be a bit snarky about it all was icing on the cake.

Rice was hard, veggies were too hard. Soda was good. Dining area was semi messy. It's a busy location. Maybe the cooks are pressured to put out food before it's cooked fully???

Great location, parking area is small for the potential customers. Facility is nice and clean. We arrived a little after 8:00 on a Sunday evening and there were 3 empty serving bowls and at four more that would be empty in a matter of a couple more customers. I was lucky and my entree was restocked just in time but my order was the last one filled before it was empty again. My wife had the orange chicken but not until we were halfway through eating. Please cook enough routinely so that customers can get their orders and not have to make alternate choices, I heard several people choose that option.

I’m not sure what has happened to this location or any for that fact.... I’m guessing due to the fact that customers aren’t stopping in due to the no dine in restrictions food is just sitting. Most items on the line were dried out, some of the items that were nearly gone the bottom of the bowl was burnt where sauce had sat for too long. Today was my last stop at panda until something changes.

Probably one of the worst I been too. They don’t give a proper portion, didn’t get any sauces, and the employees were taking their sweet time just hanging out moving super slow while the dining room and drive thru were busy

We have come here several times after opening hours to find them not open yet. Sometimes the service is below par. Always out of something, today was even worse they were out of over 6 items and they were stingy with the food as well. The cook is rushimg the food out and it does not taste as good as it usually does.The dining area and soda/utensils area was filthy and they did not have forks out. I think we will start making the extra miles to eat at the Forney Panda. Very disappointed since we love Panda express.

Food is good… but EVERY TIME I go through the drive thru their greeting is “Do you want to know what we have left?” I understand when it’s close to closing but not 2 hours before closing…

I genuinely love it here but every time I get the Shanghai Angus they charge a buck 25 extra which is no big deal if I were getting what's shown. It comes with asparagus on the menu but every time you order it's made with green beans if I'm getting charged extra and having to wait ten extra minutes for it to cook put the actual ingredients in the side.

I went through the drive thru at 6:30ish pm. The woman working wouldn’t let me get two words in without cutting me off or being rude. I gave the utmost respect and still was left with the worst customer service. We chose to not get our order. I get if you’re having a bad day but come on. There was no reason for that. I hope whoever that was has a better day.

The food is always either a hit or miss, recently it’s been missing every point, customer service, quality and speedy food. Customer service is bad, they never answer the phone and are always rude when I ask for extra teriyaki sauce. Quality because numerous times the food is cold and sometimes even uncooked. Obviously the speed is because they take over an hour to get the food out when they have less than three customers in the buildings. I have worked in the food industry and I understand that sometimes we all have those days and other things, but this has been happening for weeks now.

Not one piece of beef in the broccoli beef (all broccoli), teriyaki checkin was not fresh - tasted old. On a plus, the food came out super fast, like within 60 seconds. So, if you're in a hurry, and you want gross food, this is your place.

Not impressed by this location. The food was about same, maybe a little less. The employees r not friendly, i was waiting to be served for awhile and i was the only one there everyone was in the back socializing and carrying on. The cook was working at the wok making noodles only to not say " hello welcome to panda" but to answer his phone to text. REALLY. I THINK I'LL STICK TO THE ROCKWALL LOCATION. Better service, better food and they say hi.

Some of the food was not fresh looks to been out for hours so I passed it up looked so dry even turned black. Had to also tell the cashier/server to put out fresh rice because their wasn't very much left . Then they try very hard not to give you a full serving and for the money I spent I think I should have got my full serving . I want be back to visit at this location

I give this location 2 stars because I eat here often, several times per week, I wanted string bean chicken breast but there wasn’t enough for a full serving so I asked if I could get what they had left and then get a little of another entree to make it equivalent to a full serving and the owner said no. I don’t understand why they can’t accommodate customer; it’s not my fault they didn’t have enough food ready. I won’t go back. It’s a nice location and the food is usually good but they clearly don’t care about customer retention. There are 2 other Panda’s within a few miles radius so I’ll go there going forward.

As a trucker I eat at Panda Express all over the country, so I have a lot of experience. This location was a little slow on serving and the portions weren't that large. I also read many reviews and I didn't see a single positive review. So, it looks like I'm going to reach out to corporate and leave them my comments!!! There are a lot small restaurants that give weigh bigger portions. People if you're ever in the Denver area visit a " dollar a scoop" restaurant !!!!

Food is definitely not fresh. Noodles were undercooked and cold. The last two times I ordered Uber Eats from there I ordered 12 crab rangoons and only received 3. It says it on the receipt and they even put a sticker on the package that says an order of 12. I don’t understand how they messed that up both times I’ve ordered. The 3 I did get were old and chewy. I tried calling and asking to speak to a manager and they hung up.

They are getting stingier by the day. I used to go because the food was good, always fresh, hot, and plentiful. People were nice and friendly. I stoped going awhile back because the food wasn't hot nor fresh, also the small portions. Now the food is still always cold and less portions. 1390 FM148 Terrell TX. Would not come back here or recommend anyone to eat here. I drove an hour away to get food. They charged 1.50 more for each portion of meat. I just bought the same thing at another Panda Express in corsicana 3 days before, and they didn't charge the extra 1.50. The rice was extremely dry, also. We will not be eating here anymore. I would recommend driving an hour the other direction from here to get any Panda Express.

Had to wait to be served longer than I anticipated, not sure if it was a staffing issue. While standing in line waiting there were two people taking drive through orders but no one took the time to say "sorry for the delay someone will be with you shortly" this was not one of my better dining experience.

Customer service was fine, food was well presented & fresh looking/smelling. I bought a 3 entree plate,eggroll w/ half rice/lo mein. The noodles we're flavorless, the veggies in them made them a bit better, same for the rice. The Walnut shrimp, beef broccoli and Kung Pao chick we're excellent; they were hot and flavorful. The eggroll was below average in flavor, like a frozen one.

2 yrs ago, this was the best Panda Express; I just discovered it passing thru town. I marked it on the map for the next time I was passing by. Today the Chow mein tasted/looked days old. Entree portions are smaller (couple tablespoons), prices are higher. PE going thru McDonaldsization- “Pay more, Expect Less”. They’ll be nuking before long…

Food is fine but service blows ass, constantly leaving things out of meals. I just had something left out of my meal and called back and basically had to explain why I deserved anything, and then was told they will "replace it next time I come in" yeah right, never coming back.

In drive through at 9pm. Our three year old had to use the bathroom so my wife tried to take her to the bathroom and they would not let her in She told them I was in the drive through and she just needed to let my daughter use the bathroom and they were very rude. Online it shows that the dining room is open till 9:30 If this is true then they should have let her in .

I order the Beijing Beef and sesame chicken. Well both were dried out. Absolutely horrible the one in Canton serves their food same way. I just thought this one would of been better. But not. They don't answer the phone so you can complain. either .

Food was dried out and had been there for a while. Beijing beef, fried rice and teriyaki chicken were very bad and dry. Was told it would be 8 minutes in order to get the greens as a side which seemed excessive if you have a hot wok it should only take a couple minutes. I have a feeling the workers were being lazy and not wanting to cook the food. Will NOT be back.

Went in for dinner 40 minutes before their advertised closing time. They let us know that our only options would be the 5 or so half portions they had sitting for who knows how long behind the counter. There were also 3-4 employees just kind of milling around or sitting in the dining room eating. Extremely poor customer service. All the other restaurants around were bustling and now it's clear why.

Been going to this place since it opened and it's gotten bad enough to where I have to say something. The quality of the food has steadily gone down hill, especially at pm hours. They didnt have what I wanted and what I got was ice cold. I had to heat it up in the microwave when I got home and throw the teriyaki sauce away because it tasted off. I love Panda Express and I hate to say it but I won't be coming back to this location again.

Waited in,line for 17 minutes to be waited on, only one person up front, she was making plates and checking out. .That wasn't the problem. .The whole time I waited in line they were out of Beijing Beef; by the time I was waited on they told me it would be 7 minutes til it was ready. .They had only one cook and it took another 12 minutes,not 7..It cannot be good business to go 29 minutes without an entree ( certainly one of most popular available )..My response from server was a shrug of a shoulder..Extremely disappointed

Make sure you check your order before leaving the drive thru as they repeated exactly what I ordered but was not what I ordered. And if you did not know yet they Now only do military discounts to military in UNIFORM, so congrats to the reservists in Terrell. My last time, retired Marine. Not that this will make any type of impact but veterans who served should be treated just like active duty for your discounts

The food is always cold. The rice is either not cooked all the way or its cooked way to much. Its dirty a place. I will not return to this panda. Forney has a Panda Express it is way better. Canton is getting one here pretty soon. I wouldn't go to this location.

So the food was ok. However while I was eatin you had one employee watching loud videos. Another one started to pick gunk off her shoes in the dine in part. Then when she was done she went and started Makin food. Without cleanin her hands. So I won't be back.

Tried this panda a few times, rice is usually over cooked and most of the entrees taste like they’ve been sitting out for a while. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and went to try them again, filled out the survey to get what’s advertised as a “free entree item” for doing the survey, but instead of it being free they make you buy a regular sized plate and just give you an extra entree. Won’t be back here.

Horrible horrible service! Placed an online order as usual, 2 plates exactly the same. Order was placed at 12:29, I pull up at 1:00, I go to drive through and say I have a mobile order. I give her my name and she proceeds with do you have the confirmation, I say no I don’t, which I didn’t cause my daughter placed the order and we have never been asked for confirmation, only ask for name on order Then says pull to the window. At the window they acted like they couldn’t find the order. Mind you it’s been 30 minutes since order was placed. She then says well I need to see confirmation, which I then say ok let me get it, so I call my daughter to send me the confirmation. She says you have to go around park and come inside. I then say no I am not going to pull around and come inside, last time I was told to do that I didn’t get my order til 45 mins later. She said well you will have to move you are holding up my line. (1 car behind me) I said I’m going to go around while I pull up the confirmation but I’m not parking nor going inside. Literally pulled up the confirmation, got up to the window, showed her the confirmation, then she says well I still need a name, which I give her again. Then she says well you’ll have to park, we are still working on it. At this point I tell her ok so what was the point of the “your order is ready confirmation then.” You said you needed to see the confirmation which I showed you just to tell me it’s not ready, it’s still being worked on and I’ll have to park after the order was placed 30 mins ago. This whole time she has an attitude and was being rude. I did ask for her name. She said its right here and pointed to her name tag…AMANDA. This is not the first time encountering Amanda and her rudeness at this location. I told her you are so rude. She said well if you are going to be rude I can too. I told her you were rude first. She said no I’m not I didn’t cuss at you. According to her since she didn’t use a cuss word it isn’t being rude. Um ok. First time I let it slide as we all have those days but apparently rudeness is her go to. Plus food isnt all that and never has it been fresh. And I’m sure all the reviews from this location saying the employee at counter was rude I’m sure they are talking about Amanda. Only reason I went was a request from my husband…next time I’ll send him to experience the rudeness. I’m done with this location. Do yourself a favor a skip this location. It isn’t worth it…service crap and food crap!

Walked in a few minutes before they closed and was immediately yelled at by the lady behind the counter that we had to leave. There was a long line already waiting to get food. I understand businesses close, but if your door is open you should serve the people walking in.when did immediate rudeness become the norm in a customer service business? Way to train your employees Panda Express!

I would give a zero if possible! My sister and I decided to dine here and not only was our shrimp old , but we ended up having food poisoning because of it. I am 6 1/2 months pregnant and after speaking to the manager , we were told there was nothing they could do unless we brought the contaminated shrimp back up there! I do not understand what bringing the food there would have done. I will not be dining at this location again & for anyone who gets their honey walnut shrimp , make sure it is fresh and/or cooked before driving off.

I ordered online, when I pulled up a few minutes after my scheduled arrival time to pick it up in the drive thru I was told that they didnt have enough super greens and that it would be ready in about 4 minutes. I was told to park out front and it would be brought out to me. Twenty minutes later I go inside, i can see the super greens on the counter and my forgotten about order containers off to the side. I explained the situation to the girl at the counter and she quickly put together the order for me and I was on my way. Clearly the team lacks communication, since we were so clearly forgotten about.i could see past it if they were busy but honestly they weren't. I ordered online because I needed it in a timely manner and I was incredibly disappointed.

They sure have lost a lot of their good quality service. The rice was crunchy and the portion sizes were very small. The Coke was good! But for $24 it was not good my dogs enjoyed it

We ordered beef and broccoli with fried rice. Broccoli was frozen The fried rice was hard. My toddler literally started choking on the hard, uncooked, broccoli, and with his beef and broccoli he only got two really little pieces of meat then my plate got two pieces of orange chicken and hard uncooked rice then my plate I got a whole lot of frozen broccoli, no meat and bell peppers then four pieces of orange chicken and one Fortune cookie

So here we are getting our food and the portions are just not what they used to be. You know they have Super greens....well portions are Super shabby. Now we are sitting down eating and the female employee all the sudden puts up a sign "Lobby Closed" ...why? The lobby wasn't full. People would come in and the female employee was getting upset! After about 3 families come in she goes and locks the door! Why??? You need a paycheck Ms. and we customers are trying to support you! Wow! Time for a different Chinese place that appreciates the customers and is not afraid to serve decent portions.....

Food tasted ok but this place is gross. One employee was picking dirt and other things off of the bottom of her shoes in the dining room, right in front of customers. And she didn't wash her hands after she was done and went right to digging in the food. I just threw my food away after seeing that.

$16 dollars for this small plate is crazy. A plate says 9.80 but they charge u for the meat. Plus the food was not even hot.

This is the only Panda Express where they put very little food on the plate, all the other places put 2 chicken breasts, this place only puts one, all the portions are tiny. I do not recommend this location, you will pay too much for the little portions.

Very rude women working the window we just pulled up to get a pick up order and we didnt even get to speak before she started having an attitude with us. Rude people like her need to find a different job.

hispanic older woman with green/blue colored contacts was very rude and has a bad attitude today at around 4:50-5:00 . she couldnt hear me through the drive thru and gave me a very dirty look and nasty attitude when i pulled up to try to tell her my order. she knew she was rude because she sent another employee to help me who was much nicer.

I ordered my food via the app. I get there 15 minutes later and as I pull in, I get the text my food is ready. When I go in, however, I'm told they had just put the food on the grill and it would be a twenty minute wait. This unacceptable. I ordered this food beforehand and it should have been ready when I got there, nor should a text telling me it was ready for pick up been sent to me. This is flat out fraud!

I used to be a big fan. I love panda but this few time I been food portions are getting smaller and smaller. I order a bowl half and half with the blazing chicken, literally I count 4 pieces of chicken I had to walk out no Damm way I will spend 9.00 $ on snack portions...he'll noo

Quality of food was below average. I ordered the broccoli beef and it looked as if that broccoli had been sitting on the steam table for an hour. It was not a vibrant green color and smelled old. When i came back and talked to to employee all they did was throw that old broccoli on top of what they had on display. When i spoke with the GM which seems like he was talking to his supervisor. He never made eye contact or said anything else. Not expecting anything free but if that is all you can do your culture is broken.

Ordered online. Food was not ready when I arrived , but instead of them telling me that they just kept telling me somebody was making it. After ten minutes of waiting and no real answer I left. Very poor customer service. All it would take in as an honest estimate when I arrived. The store was not busy.

They told me it would be a 7 min wait for broccoli beef at the drive thru. I waited in my car for 20 mins. I went inside to inquire. Two female associates saw me and did not greet me or asked if I needed anything. One of them had horrible colored contact lenses. An older associate asked me what I needed only because she was about to ring up a customer. She told me it would be another 6 mins. I was shocked and disappointed. It sounds to me like they made the beef and broccoli earlier and forgot about my order. I asked for a refund. They wouldn’t give me the refund and asked me to choose a different entree. This is unacceptable. Horrible experience!

This location sucks! The quality of the food and the portion sizes were awful. The food didn’t taste fresh at all, and the portions were extremely skimpy, noticeably smaller than what I’ve consistently received at other locations especially the Forney location which is so much better!!

Worst tasting panda I've been too so far. Orange chicken was stale and tasteless. Honey sesame chicken was cold and tasted as if it had been sitting there all day. Couldn't even get my money back for the 3 plates we bought. My wife and the family were very disappointed at this panda and their horrible food quality.

Absolutely ridiculous service and food quantity. To pay 12 dollars for a plate of food and you charge a upcharge for an entree that I get 2 shrimps and one piece of steak. This location is never up to par with the others. From now on I’ll stick to other Chinese locations in town.

Drive through kind of sucks sometimes depending on who’s working, in particular there a woman who can’t understand a word I say and keep forgetting my soy sauce, and I guy who sounds like he would kill everyone there if they gave him a reason, and I keep looking him dead in the eye and saying soy sauce after he asked but he’s forgotten 4 times. This is our second time at the location dinning inside. Yet, another horrible experience. We will never eat at this location again. Food was old, when asked about it - the server just kept adding the steak that looked like it was 3 days old. As you can see by the picture, it was disgusting. They had two chances and the wives was no better. Just a waste of money and time. We should have stuck with Jack n the Box tacos

We did online pick order and I'm disgusted at what they gave us. Burnt noodles that clearly never should of made it out the kitchen and to top it off it had plastic piece in it as well. Don't bother calling in to complain because they dodn't answer the phone. Won't be going back to this location if at all any other location.
