I recently went to visit Freddy’s at the Fort Worth area. Just so happens I’m visiting family from Dallas and decided to go to the Freddy’s at summer creek because they have been recommending me to try the food at that location. So me, my wife and my daughter decide to go grab a bite. We ordered 3 number 1 combos Ms. Brianna asked if we would like to make those combos a large which we did. She greeted us with a smile and I quote she sad “Hi Welcome To Freddy’s my name is Brianna will you be using the mobile app today”?. She offered custard which we all got a Oreo shake. When our order was called out I was greeted by another manager his name was Xavier. When I went up to get my order he asked if we wanted any fry sauce we got 3 spicy and 3 regular. Once we got our order he told us “Thank You Let me know if there is anything else we can get for you” we sat down while we were there Ms. Brianna would check up on us to see if everything was good and if we needed anything else. The food was amazing Ms Brianna and Mr Xavier along with their staff were amazing. I will definitely be returning again.
The food's awesome. Always hot and fresh. The staff's super friendly. The place is always clean. I've been there 4 times just this past week. It's my go-to for a good burger.
The new "Hot Choclate Shake" was the best $2 spent. Jaylynn made our shake and was super sweet to follow up with us to make sure everything was good. I had the smashburger taco as it is taco Tuesday, it was delish.
This was my first time visiting and I got there 10 minutes before they closed, but they definitely didn’t make me feel unwelcomed. Jaylynn took my order through the drive-through and she was very sweet and kind and gave me her favorite recommendation being strawberry dreamcake. Olga made my Concrete dessert and did an amazing job as she confirmed Jaylynn’s recommendation of being a 10 out of 10 dessert. Thanks to both, I will definitely be coming back.
WOW! Came to visit some friends and did not realize that this location just opened not too long ago. The service is so great and everyone is so nice. I ordered my food and when it came out I was excited. Everything looked delicious and accurate, and man it was so yummy! The manager Brianna is the sweetest. I will definitely be coming back here to enjoy a good meal!! Stop by and check out this place 😊
We have grabbed Freddy’s for take out multiple times at this location. It has become one of my families favorite places to eat out. Staff is friendly and checks the order to make sure it is correct before giving it to you. Custard, burger, fries, fry sauce are all amazing.

Let me start by saying, my experience as a customer was excellent. I was the third person in line and I noticed the two young ladies that were running the cash register and orders out had very positive energy (Mya on the left and Kennedy on the right).
Wanted to say thank you to the worker Jazmine for her good drive thru service also the food was Amazing me and my kids loved it. Jazmine also offered a pup cups for my 2 dogs and they also love it. Thank you and thank you Freddy’s
I would recommend everyone checkin out this new place here they got some good foods and desserts their I’m so glad I came to this place here cus it my place ya which is Freddie like me ya lol but I enjoy my meal here 💯💯

Food was fresh, nice and hot. I enjoyed the grilled steak cheeseburger but would prefer the Texas toast to have more of a buttered or grilled cheese type taste as it was a little bland. The appearance of the odd red sauce was kind of off putting and I didn’t notice if it made any difference to the tase so I will opt of it in the future. The cheese curds were delicious & surprisingly I was quite a fan on the cheese fries which is shocking because many restaurants cannot pull off good cheese fries. I think they should be a bit thicker because they get cold way too quickly. They also have some pretty tasty sweet tea. Customer service was amazing and service was quick.

First time at Freddy’s the wait was long for a Saturday late afternoon but it was worth it. The burger was good, loved the fries and the fry sauces. I had a combo meal with a snail strawberry custard. Which was good also and I paid $20. I think it’s kinda over priced. But if you’re willing to pay for it the food was good.
Preface this is a review, strictly on their custard and the service. I have not tried their burgers yet. We tried their custard for the first time and it was real disappointing. Ordered three different kinds of custard for the fam and none of them had chunks in it, it's basically just flavored ice cream in a sense. if you're looking for good portion, quality and overall bank for your buck for custard...Do yourself a favor and go to Andy's across the street. WAY BETTER 👌🏼 and their service was poor. They got young people in there who show no customer care or excellence. I walked in and two employees were ordering food. One at the register and one behind the register. Took them forever to greet me and to ask me anything in regards to me waiting next to the pick up to go order area. please teach these young people how to uphold excellent customer care.
I feel like I just lit 52.52 on fire. The only one of three burgers finished off was the Prime Rib. My Patty Melt had so much butter on the toast it wasn't good. I ordered 3 concretes that were soft right after given to us. Had to drink 2 of them on the way home. I put one in freezer so maybe husband's dessert will be salvaged. The French fries, tater tots and onion rings were edible but not great. Very disappointed that this is a brand new location that I probably will never return to. Our cashier was very sweet, the rest if the staff needs to be retrained.

When I got to work my food was cold and the bread was soggy. I don't recommend this place during your lunchtime. Actually I don't recommend it at all. I see why they didn't have any customers. I'd rather go to Whataburger or Chic Fila across the street! Nah! Not worth it.

Process Improvement suggestion: When customers place an online order, customers should be able to retrieve said order from the drive thru. Customers should not have to be subjugated to having to come into the restaurant where the very employee that I’d just spoken to at the drive thru was standing right next to my order. This is lazy on behalf of the employee and is not indicative of good customer service.
When Freddy’s opened they were good for a week. Afterwards didn’t take long to everything went down the hill. They are very inconsistent. Either extremely salty or no seasoning, takes forever to get your order, unprofessional employees… List goes on and on. Nothing but negative. Today was the last draw. I clearly said fish sandwich and I got fish basket. Talking multiple ppl trying to order. Middle of the order ppl are switching. Loud background noises with unprofessional music. What is going on. Please do not go. No wonder it never gets busy.
I first gave Freddy's a try around the first time they opened and the service and food were phenomenal then. I thought we found our new favorite fast-food burger joint nearby. We gave them a few chances between now and then and with each visit the food and service degraded significantly. Today was the last straw and the reason why I will not be giving this specific Freddy's location my business or my money any longer. I went there with my family and were the only customers there. Pulled through the drive through just to be greeted very rudely. Requested my orders, and whenever the employee had trouble understanding me, he shouted a very rude "WHAT!?" over the intercom. So, after completing my order, he starts shouting or arguing with someone in the background and continues to hand his headset to another employee. The new employee I talked to apologized for whatever had happened and took my order in a very rude manner as well. Anyways, I paid, received my bags, drove home and my order was completely wrong. Surprise surprise. As others have mentioned before me, this place won't last long and is ran by mostly rude, disrespectful kids. If you want to wait a ridiculous amount of time for your food, double check your order every single time, deal with rude employees and eat overly salted food then this is the place for you.
My wife and I were excited to try Freddy’s for the first time since we don’t eat meat and saw that they offered veggie burgers. We placed our order online for two veggie burger combos and went to pick it up when the app said it was ready. When we arrived, one of the staff members told my wife that they were out of veggie patties and asked if she wanted something else. Since we don’t eat meat, she declined. That immediately made me wonder—did they only have one veggie patty left? So, I opened my bag (which was sealed and taped shut) and found a regular beef burger inside — even though my receipt clearly said “veggie burger.” That’s not just a mistake; that’s concerning. It looked and smelled like meat, and someone had taped the bag shut as if hoping I wouldn’t notice. I asked about it, and the manager told me to request a refund through the app, saying the store “doesn’t have the capability” to process refunds because they’re new. I tried using the app but couldn’t find a refund option. The manager said she’d contact her store manager to handle it — but it’s been three months, and I’ve heard absolutely nothing and never got my money back. This was my first and only experience with Freddy’s, and it left a terrible impression. Mistakes happen, but accountability matters. I hope someone from Freddy’s corporate sees this and contacts me because this location not only served the wrong food (something we can’t eat) but also failed to follow through with basic customer service and a refund.

I was given a completely different order, not one item was right. So I went inside to the counter, handed them all the food and drink and explained this was not my order. The young girl then took it all and rudely tossed it in the trash behind her and I had to give her my entire order again. I waited another 25 minutes inside for my order. (I’m assuming the order I had was given to someone else, as they had to remake the whole thing) There looked to be 5-6 very young employees standing around, goofing off, while only one employee seemed to be handling the drive thru. For this brand new Freddy’s, in such a good location, it has been extremely disappointing. The manager needs to step up and correct many issues here.

SEAL YOUR DRINKS FOR UBER/DOORDASH. I ordered TWICE tonight just for my drink to be spilt EVERYWHERE. Absolutely unnacceptable.
