I pulled over after getting my order to compliment Conner. I’ve had some mixed experiences with the food being fresh in this location but it’s gotten way better. More importantly the service is way better. Back to Conner, he’s been very nice, attentive and on top of all his tasks ever since I remember him being on staff. Thank you kindly! Keep on the fantastic work!

The food is consistently good and fresh. However, the dining room hours are very inconsistent, and they frequently lock the doors even when their lobby is posted as open and there are adequate staff for dine in service. I came by tonight at 8:15 pm, and the doors were locked despite posted dining room hours going to 10:00 pm. No other sign up. I've been unable to dine in during daylight hours on an unreasonable number of occasions. I understand that sometimes restaurants can't provide dine in service, but the inconsistency doesn't make sense when there are adequate staff and it's not dark outside. It's inconsistent enough that I don't come here often anymore, even though the food is decent.

Using stale bread makes the food unlikeable 100%. If burger king would stop buying next day bread it would become the best burger. Having sesame seeds on the buns doesn't serve any purpose, except picking them out of your teeth. So, based on these reasons I won't no longer eat there until fresh buns are used and sesame seeds are removed . The bread is the worst in the fast food industry. Not soft and tastes terrible. DO THE RIGHT THING. STOP USING CHEAP BUNS. FYI, Hire English speaking employees. This location is terrible for non English speaking employees.

The most boring, mediocre fast food available. Onion rings are still, after all these years, made the same, using diced onion that tastes somewhere between sweet Vidalia (huge no for this use) and sweet yellow onion. Fries are almost tasteless. I like that there's little salt, but where do they source potatoes with so little flavour? Having tried them before, I didn't bother ordering the new "jalapeño poppers." Like the onion rings, they're made from diced jalapeños, and the same breading apparently made from unseasoned bread crumbs. The chicken fries, also boring and mediocre, with thin strips of bland chicken, with what seems to be the same breading as everything else. The only saving grace of my order were the burgers. Er, burger patties. One was ordered with BBQ sauce and mayo, but to my disdain had a glob of mustard. I may go back for a burger occasionally. At least the buns are okay and have sesame seeds, unlike Whataburger (stale texture, no sesame seeds), and the fire-cooked patties stand out from all other fast food places. Warning: this location (G-town, Texas) is a huge pain to get to and from. For me, getting there is relatively easy, if you don't count the poorly-timed stop lights heading west on University, but getting back requires going through the intersection at Williams and I-35. It's not BK's fault, but if you order for pick-up, send it for at least 10 minutes from home.

Multiple times they have messed up my order. One day they messed up a simple bacon king with no mayo 4 times. I went for a drink today and waited over 10 minutes jsut to be asked what I would like. They were rude to my husband multiple times when he wanted the food corrected. Some staff were polite but most were not.

I loved Burger King years ago and today, I wonder what happened to you. The drink area was a mess and staff did not come out clean at all while I sat there for an hour at dinner time. The double whopper was just ok, nothing special. The place dining area was empty and drive through had very little traffic. Burger King, fix your business. Let's get back in the game with better tasting food and a cleaner place. There are better choices to eat in the area.

Edit 2025: they have a new manager food has gotten better but the service has went down exponentially… the food wasn’t the best before but at least I didn’t have any issues with the guy in the 10+ years I known him to be there. 2022: Come on now… I’m the first one in line for lunch and I order a bacon bk burger and this is what I get …

Ordered from this place, burger was hot on edges cold and pink on inside and they put all toppings I requested off on my burger, contacted store for support lady said she was manager and continues to blame me for this and says she will only do smth for me if I come in and watch her make it and continues to have a huge attitude about it. I then get my boyfriend to call her out and she says she can’t do refunds and it’s out of her access and hangs up. We got food poisoning from this place and the manager treated me like this terrible place.

I went to the drive through and this lady named Vivian was the rudest, most vulgar person I've ever encountered!. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what, but she should work in customer service with that kind of mentality. Now, for the most part the dine in is ok, but, they do not seem to know that the play place needs to be cleaned daily. I've seen spillage from 2 weeks in there. I take my own bleach wipes to wipe the area where my little one plays. It's a bit crazy to be honest.

This is not the burger king I grew up with, the meat tastes like microwave food, low quality extremely bland, the flamebroyal cooker can not do a miracle on it, you still have a hint of smoke flavor but just bearly and very rubbery grill marks be bearly visible, and there service on this location is the worst in Georgetown, even McDonald's has better flavor, it pains me to see how much burger king has fallen from the 90s and before, at this point I think is only nostalgia keeping them alive.

Twice now have not gotten our full order. Entire burgers missing. When you live 15 mins away and realize when you get home the food isn't worth 30 mins round trip. Cold burgers and missing items from the last 2 drive thru orders. This place is a mess and I love BK, I'll never come back here again. 13 years of being a patron down the drain.

This place is disgusting. The sandwiches are always old and incorrect. Do not waste your time or money coming here. This Burger King should be shut down with how disgusting it is. This is supposed to be a whopper with cheese and a bacon king, yea it’s missing a lot of the ingredients and the bottom of the burger looked like it had mold on it.
