Panera has some of the best comfort food and everyone was friendly. Took my cousin to eat and greeted by Addyson who took our order and had a great smile and gave the atmosphere a warm welcome. To me the best part was the Mac and Cheese with bread. I would definitely come back again. I have it 4 out of 5 because the establishment didn't offer any military discount.

Its been a bit since I visited Panera. The service was wonderful. Super nice counter folks. Food was as good as expected. But I was really disappointed to see they've joined the fast food world and no longer have real utensils, just cheap disposable plastic wear that is really useless when trying to cut it one of their sandwiches, scoop up more than a meaningless amount of soup or pinching some lettuce within the fork, spoon or knife bending or breaking. I saw people using their hands to pick up the lettuces. Panera please bring back the real utensils made of metal. Thanks

Line moved quickly in the drive thru, at 6p, food was well prepared, but the bread bowl soup was a small portion and the mac 'n cheese had the sauce run off the noodles. Not the best Panera I've had, and they forgot utensils. Glad they at least got the order right! The smoothie was okay. (Added my own cheese in the photo)

I ordered through uber eats. I pull up to the drive through. She asks me what my last name is at the kiosk. I pull up to the window and she asks me my name again. 1 min and she asks me again. She comes back and says she can’t find it. I show her my uber eats and it says (First name) H. She says they can’t give out doordash at the drive through. I park and go in. My order is the only one on the counter. I start to walk away and wonder why my cup is warm when I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie. They gave me a coffee instead. Manager tells them they need to make sure to get the orders right.

Told me mac and cheese was included in you pick 2, then proceeded to charge me separately for it. Forgot my sandwich, and also extremely overpriced.

So in the past, we have enjoyed eating here, but this time my stomach was completely turned the entire time because when we got our food, my daughter was eating her soup and she pulled out a big hair. They are not wearing hairnets… I looked🤮 then, I saw a worker push out a big moving cart with trays of prepared sandwiches and do a big uncovered sneeze right beside them. At first, I thought it was like dirty plates, and then I realized, no that is the food going out to people. I could barely eat, I was just so grossed out. Also, I didn’t think the workers were very friendly that plated the food. One dude was lamenting to them bc he was waiting for 25 min and they were like and… and then 10 min later he was still waiting.

DIRTY!!! Not a single clean table, trash on the floor and dishes piled up at trash. 1 couple in the whole place so they were not busy. Tables are in rough condition. The lack of attention and care to the lobby most likely means their kitchen is maintained in this same way.

Very disappointed experience, at 10.30 in the morning we were told that cappuccino and other coffee are not available anymore as in not breakfast time, only regular coffee or tea. Bagel was cold, tough, not good at all and with frozen butter, my friend’s baguette was frozen too, not tasty at all. Service can be much better and the food too. Nothing to compare with cute panera bread with super delicious bakery store in another state I have tried before.

This teriyaki bowl cost $11 and it’s not even half full. They forgot the sauce for the bbq chicken sandwich so essentially I just had a chicken sandwich. They give you barely any dressing for salads.

2 stars because the drive-thru staff was very friendly. Take a look on their website or signs for what their new Chicken Teriyaki bowl is supposed to look like. This is my first time ordering here and this is what it actually looks like when you get it. Cost over $11 for a half filled bowl of rice and chicken with a few pieces of broccoli. Never coming back to this rip-off!

Order at the place kiosk and waiting there to pick my order for more than 40 minutes. They have display to show my the order progress, But it is meaningless, order comes to the top and going down that is just to entertain people. I inform their assistant 2 times to get my order as others did. Finally one gave me the bag of order. When i return to my car, Panera Assistant came to my car and gave me the other piece of the order. But we found some of the order items ware missing in the order. I wanted to inform it to store manager, He he/she was not there during that time. This is a horrible place to go. Some bagels like throw away food. NOT Recommend anyone to go to this place

I am a regular customer at this location and usually pick up my order through the drive-thru after ordering online. This time, the drive-thru line was moving extremely slowly. I was 4th in line, and it took 45 minutes to reach the window. That’s fine — I understand it can get busy sometimes. However, once I reached the window, my order was already prepared and sitting right there. Even though they knew I was just picking up, no one came to hand me the bag. I waited patiently for about 2 minutes, then waved my hand to get their attention, but the staff just looked at me and didn’t respond. I even honked a little, but still no one came. Finally, after about 10 minutes, someone handed me my order. This is ridiculous, very frustrating and disappointing. NO ONE SHOULD BE KEPT WAITING 10 MINUTES AT THE WINDOW TO PICK UP THEIR ORDER WHICH WAS ALREADY READY.

Saddest sandwich I've ever had. Ordered the half size steak and cheddar sandwich with the pick two meal and there wasn't even enough steak to have a taste in each bite. Pathetic and expensive. Employees were rude and dismissive. I won't be going back.

Did delivery through Panera bread and the delivery was super quick—5 stars for that!! BUT I ordered my favorite sandwich and It was so disappointing … I basically ate bread with nothing in it for $12.00.

This costs $5.19. And it's about 4 bites. I also got a steak and egg sandwich and the bread was stale, the egg was lower quality than McDonald's, and the steak was chewy. They didn't even layer it correctly, they laid egg down on one layer, and it didn't fit the entire bagel... Then they surrounded the egg with bits of steak. It wasn't two different layers! Also my souffle was crammed in a box and needed to pry out of the paper cup it's cooked in. Panera bread in Texas is the worst panera bread. This place is overpriced with tiny portions. Is no surprise I haven't had panera bread in over 3 years.
