Always clean, smiling face at the front counter, hot food and yummmm good!
Went here for family dinner and what a satisfying experience. The food was delicious, quick, and fresh! Golden Chick also offers free ice cream for dine in eateries. A wonderful place for a family meal.
I like the way they fry their chicken. Staff was patient being that it was my first time. Looking forward to trying everything else on their menu.

Our favorite chicken place! Best pecan chicken salad anywhere!! Best roasted , too! It is well-seasoned and juicy! Their french fries are above everyone else’s. We love getting a mini self-serve ice cream when we dine in at this location. Love the freedom to choose an additional side dish in place of a drink. (And they will still give you pristine, cold water.) Staff is always nice, place is clean, and the ceiling is a beautiful antique-style copper tile.
Love how all the Golden Chicks continue to remain consistent across the board with serving good quality food. Haven't been to a bad one yet. Got my food quick inside even with a line of cars in the drive through.
I can’t remember the last time I was disappointed by this golden chick location. I’m a sucker for the roast chicken and I had it delivered tonight. Everything was super hot and yummy. Great job to everyone at the store that works hard for customers like me.❤️❤️❤️❤️
This is an older store, but it was clean. I received friendly service, with a smile. I think their fries are the best in Georgetown! I ordered the he kid's meal if 3 tenders, fries, drink and a roll. The tenders were very large, and the serving of fries was also large. I am a Senior and got 2 good meals out of it, and also enjoyed a Senior discount!
I’ve been a fan of Golden Chick since they were known as Golden Fried Chicken. This location gives the chain a good name, in my opinion. I placed an online order a got there a bit too early. They courteously asked me to pull up and they’d bring the food out. They also came out to let me know that there was a slight delay on some fresh dark meat. Even so, they were still getting the food out to me right around the time of my order. I’m very impressed with their customer service. Regarding the food, everything was packed well and accurate. The food was as good as I hoped and the okra was really good!
Fast food isn’t really our thing, but every now and then we get the craving—and the Golden Chick here in Georgetown is one of the few places we trust to get it right. This spot has always been solid for us: the app is easy, our orders are ready whether we walk-in or hit the drive-thru to pickup, and everything’s been accurate every time. Even when it’s busy, the staff is friendly and makes an effort to be attentive to everyone who walks in. When we do opt for the less-healthy meal option, this place never disappoints.
The work staff was awesome and very helpful. They were fast with the service and the food was delicious.
I was very pleased with the service provided by Randy! He treated my family and I very well and made sure the food was on point. Will come back for more!
Love this location. Pretty consistent in quality of food, and wait time. Customer service is hit or miss, but never had a bad experience.
The fried chicken is crisp, juicy, and flavorful with their signature spicy seasoning! 😋 😋 😋 I only wish the entire piece was covered in spice instead of just the top portion.
I ordered the 3-piece tender meal. It was not bad, but I can definitely tell the chicken comes frozen. I came during the winter storm and the staff was extremely hospitable despite it being not busy inside. They actually gave me four tenders, which was generous. The yeast roll was delicious, the fries were alright, but if it weren’t for the gravy, this meal would’ve been mostly tasteless. Would I come here again? Maybe. There are a lot of local restaurants in that area that offer chicken tenders that are superb, albeit just not served as fast.
The manager was rude at Window and would not make fresh orka .said they don't put salt on their food. Had to toss it when I got home too salty to eat. Chicken wad gross a waste of $11.00.
The worst food I have ever eaten.. they even got our order wrong.. the coleslaw tasted like fish I am allergic to fish.. I hope I will be okay!
Yall forgot my corn nuggets, no straw for my Bev and made me wait 15 more minutes when I arrived on time for my online order. Yall moving bogus and I’m a believer in golden chick!
Food was over priced and all but inedible. Never ever had bad food from golden chick but this junk in Georgetown Texas is pathetic, I want money back and money for my time. And spend money to address the drive through communications. Neither I nor they could understand . Extremely warrants management.
I ordered 6 piece Golden Tenders® combo and only got 4 tiny tenders in a super small box .. Called the store and spoke with the Manager Ricardo and he was very rude and unprofessional i told him the situation and he said come back and I will give you 2 tenders "really" they messed up not me .. after it was 1 hour late and the driver was lost had to call him and give him the address again.. that is the whole point of doordash's because you cant leave work ..the point is the manager Ricardo in charge did not do his job good ..
