I go to CAVA all of the time but on this particular day I would like to highlight Kirah for her exceptional customer service. I typically get the chicken and rice bowl but she educated me on the different types of bowls offered so I was able to try the Harissa steak and loved it! Every time we visit CAVA KeeKee always provides great customer service and she always interacts with my son with such kindness.

My family stopped in for lunch at 4pm on 04/25. I did not catch their their name, however the young lady with long straight black hair was so kind with my Mom and offered courteous service. I've eaten here every week since we ordered thru uber eats . I've gotten two of their bowls as well as my husband and each time we weren't disappointed. This is my new go to after church. The young people who work there so far has always been courteous, fast and efficient.

Went in today and Belia ( I'm assuming manager) was working. She was very pleasant to be served by. She helped me through the whole process of creating my bowl, and even allowed me to try the different items to see what I liked!! I definitely recommend this location!!

On my dining tour with my daughter we found this gem. The food is amazing a fresh with great portion size. I had the chicken and rice bowl. With the spicy pita chips . Just mouth watering ! All the ingredients are fresh and I can’t wait to go back to try a wrap. My daughter had the avocado steak bowl and loved it even though hers was spicier.

Love this place! You can order from the menu or create your own. The focus is healthy eating. I did the Harissa Chicken Bowl from the menu. So much flavor and it was a huge portion . I couldn’t finish my meal at all. I will be back.

As a first-time guest at Cava, I was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, Herman made me feel right at home. I wasn’t sure what to get since I’m not usually a big fan of Mediterranean food, but Herman was so patient and helpful. He walked me through the menu, gave me a variety of options to try, and even let me sample a few things to help me decide. The bowl he made for me was nothing short of perfect—it was fresh, flavorful, and just right. What truly set this experience apart, though, was Herman's exceptional customer service. His warmth and attentiveness went above and beyond, and it was clear he truly cared about making my meal special. He’s the kind of person you want to greet you when you walk into any establishment, and I sincerely hope Austin gives him the praise he deserves for his outstanding service. Thanks to Herman, I’m now a fan of Cava and will definitely be back!

Great food- delish. My only observation is that I can taste the tap water in their tea. I’m not sure if they have a water filter but if they do- it’s long expired. I’ll just get a drink from the cooler next time. I love their bowls- you can do a salad or a pita wrap. Many different kinds of meats and vegan options too. All around good food.

**editing this review since I called the restaurant and provided the feedback so that this is not repeated with any customers who are not so experienced in ordering with Cava food. The staff apologized and was polite and appreciative. That counts a better service for me. I still prefer to go this place and recommend to others ** Giving this low rating only because of that one guy at the counter who took up for the second part of the order from the toppings.. around 8:30pm today t this store. He was in so much of rush that he didn’t even give time to decide which toppings or sauces were needed. He just kept on saying “anything else”. He should really be given some coaching, maybe from the Asian lady who started taking the order. Also, they didn’t give the pita bread along with the order which was kept next to the packed box, since he and the lady at the billing were so much in rush to close the billing.

I am a regular customer and the portion size has been consistently disappointing at this location. I took two veggie bowls with falafel today and the portion in the bowl is way too less, even the pita crisps are less than half filled in the cup for two orders. The portion size we are getting here is not worth the price. We really like Cava but nog sure if we will return to this location again.

Cava in general I really like. This location is very subpar. I've ordered from here 7 or 8 times and not a single time have they got our order correct. It's crazy that they can't read the ticket and put the items in the bowl. The bowls here are also a portion of the size of other locations that I've been to and this is consistently the case. It's a shame because I like the other locations but I'm not gong to continue to go here and always be disappointed. Need serious overhaul in their process and quality control. The picture is a $16 bowl that is maybe half full. Nope.
