Pearl Sushi Lovers

A fairly new restaurant. Limited menu but everything we had was tasty and presented well…house special roll and the beef noodle soup. Really liked the decor too…two beautiful kimonos mounted on the wall. Will be coming back to try more food.

Wow! I have a new favorite sushi restaurant! Service is friendly and speedy. The atmosphere is clean and cute. I love the little boats with the waving porcelain kitties. (We should have eaten in) we order "Who's your Daddy", "Yellow tail lovers" "Red Cherry blossom" and hamachi Maki. And the miso soup is perfect! The fish is fresh and delicately flavored. We will return!

This place was awesome! I was passing south on my way back to Colorado and was really craving some sushi before leaving the coast. This was some of the best and freshest sushi I've had. Add a couple sweet old women running the place, a great decor from the recent remodel, and reasonable prices and its a place to check out. Note, their maintenance (or knowledge of how to) of this listing is low to non - existent. If I would have checked google before coming here I wouldn't have because it said they were closed. They obviously were not. So, swing by and enjoy some wonderful sushi and a delightful environment. You won't be disappointed.

Walnut shrimp IS the BOMB. House special is nice. They can custom- made soup for the little ones. They made fried shrimp ($7.90) for us even it’s not on the menu. Family-owned restaurant, very friendly and chill atmosphere, service somewhat slow but very good conversation with owner and decent food compensated it all. First timer for us and we enjoyed it very much.

Delicious Sushi. Mom, Sis and I were very pleased and enjoyed every bite. I had the sashimi dinner. It came with Rice, Salad and Miso Soup for the price of "fish only" back home. Mom had hawaiian poke with seaweed salad. Sis had The Fantasy roll and Philadelphia Roll. OMG! The rolls were big, at least double a typical roll. So so yummy! Mom had the biggest smile as she ate. The staff was super friendly and gave us great advice on things to do, places to see in town. I will definitely return before returning home to Temecula. (So Cal) Thanks Pearl Sushi for the warm welcome.

Sugar Momma is fantastic! The owners are really nice, the place is spotless and of course, the sushi is superb! Highly recommended if you're in Gilroy and are craving good sushi!

I am so surprised to find such authentic Japanese food in Gilroy! I am so touched! You just have to try out their rolls, they are amazing! I've been going back every few days to try out different food on the menu.

In a peaceful and beautiful setting, we enjoyed the variety of the menu. Food and beverages were delicious, carefully prepared and presented. Family run, their pride in quality is obvious. We can't wait to go again.

Super delicious! Not sure how I’ve been living here this long and never tried this place. Service and food are significantly better than ninja sushi. We ordered the volcano roll, teriyaki beef entree, and beef curry udon. I couldn’t be happier with the food. Every hit just right. The beef curry udon is so good. Reminds me of marugame in Hawaii! Try this spot, you won’t regret it.

Sushi rolls are delicious, especially the Stupid Roll and Dragon roll. I didn't give it a five because the service and wait time is pretty bad. We didn't get our miso soup for 20 minutes or my drink for an HOUR. But.... food made it worth it! Lol

I wont count this as a fresh sushi restaurant. With low quality fish, frozen food brought to sushi case, a little bit decor, and boom you got serve. I would think twice to dine in, considering hygenic wise and my health after eating. Poor fish treatment would cause food poisoning. Dont want that happen to me.
