Anthony was so sweet for some reason my car did not work and he paid for my meal. The best customer service that I ever had. He didn’t even have to he did. I have money on my card, but my card was not working offered to pay for his meal he just only want a genuine review, and he deserve it. I've been hooked on their dogs since high school, and that was "several weeks" ago. The dining area was very clean. Employees were professional and obviously enjoying themselves while working (in a good way).

Awesome Memorial Day special for members. Two corn dogs, two chili cheese dogs and chili cheese fries for eight dollars. Server was very nice. Quickly took my order. Got my order quickly and it was correct. Like good service.

Love this Wienerschnitzel. I love having the online coupons. Makes eating out cost effective in this economy where everything has gotten so expensive. I choose Wienerschnitzel every time over any of the other fast food places in that center.

Visited after the Cardinals game and was extremely hungry. Front cashiers were very friendly and informative when I asked a couple questions about the menu. Our food was hot and prepared in a timely manner. Thank you to Troy and Elena but I didn't get the other young lady and young man cooking. It was great to see them having smiles and working together as a team. Thank you for ending our night full and very satisfied.

If you're craving a classic corn dog, look no further than the Wienerschnitzel on 91st Avenue and Northern. Everybody loves a good corn dog, and this place definitely delivers! The corn dogs are perfectly fried, crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. Beyond the corn dogs, the service is fantastic – friendly and efficient. I love this place and will absolutely be back!

I went Sunday to eat and Aaliyah took my order and she was super fast and very pleasant! Also seemed to have been helping another employee, he looked new. Tables were kept cleaned(which was great!) and the bathroom which was also clean.

Ok, don’t sleep on this place for a quick lil hit!!!! Had the Chicago Dog, yep I’m from Chicago, and it was very tasty! Place was clean, good counter service, then the Tasty Freez Dessert…. Awesome!!!! Tasty Freez (along with Dairy Queen) was founded in my hometown (born and raised) Joliet, IL!!! So I was super stoked to come to Phoenix and be able to try it! Soft Serve is phenomenal!!!! Thanks!

Wienerschnitzel is one of my favorite far food places to eat. I can also order extra to eat later that's just as good a when it's fresh. Their jalapeño poppers with their diced jalapeños are amongst the best! My one and only complaint is that I wish there were more locations. Most are pretty far from me. Wish it was more popular creating the need for more locations.

Wienerschnitzel is my one guilty pleasure. My wife and I are organic. We grow our own food for the most part. I grew up eating Wienerschnitzel and love their basics. Corn Dog, Chilli Chesse Dog and Large Fries. This particular location well managed. The staff is younger folks who in today's environment you wouldn't expect much from. But these kids are awesome. I usually use the drive through but go in on Veterans Day every year and am always impressed with the condition of the facility.

All of the staff had very great customer service but Troy was very outstanding and truly made me feel wanted back as a customer. I love the chocolate Oreo milkshakes. They are the best all around. Went through the drive thru. The staff was polite and friendly. The wait time was short. My boyfriend ordered a large order of chili cheese fries. He liked them, but I couldn't bring myself to even try them. They had a pungent sour odor about them, similar to vomit. He says they didn't taste bad and that they tasted fresh.

Went to Wienerschitzel for the first time about a week ago and it was delicious!! I got a sea dog, chili bacon ranch fries and of course the jalapeno poppers! I even got a hat as a birthday gift for my boyfriend!! Everyone was so nice and I can't wait to go back!!

Delicious, All beef chili cheese dogs and perfectly cooked french fries. I don't know what it is about their French fries but they are my absolute favorite. I drove 45 minutes just to have this for lunch. It's a good location.

The people who work the drive-thru are very polite and courteous. I went to a McDonalds not to far from there and they were just rude. I ordered a chili dog and corn dog combo. The food was good. Just wish there was a way to get fresh fries. That's only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

I tried the Thousand Island Chili Fries for the first time. It actually tastes similar to In-N-Out Burger Animal Fries, which I like. Adding extra chili mix to taste even better!

Great place to get a quick bite. Especially if you're in the mood for a good hotdog. I absolutely LOVE the pretzel bun! Yummmm! Not bad prices too! The bundle deal definitely feeds a hungry family!

The chili dogs are good but very messy. Their southern lemonades are a bit on the sweet side but I love the hot fudge sundaes the most.

Their corn dog nuggets are really fresh. They make everything fresh. Also their dipped cones are amazing. I love their Double cheeseburger, by far better then the Golden Arches.

They had great deals!! Sometimes when you use a coupon to order at other places it can be difficult, but not here! They made it super easy to order using the coupon! The cashier was super sweet and patient. The only thing was she forgot the mustard I had asked for. And I wish they put a fork and napkins in the bag. I mean I did order the chili fries. We don’t come here very often; honestly I’d say this is the first time in over a year. Before that probably a decade. I can’t even remember, but someone in my family was craving a chili dog so we headed over. Service was great and food pretty good, but when I say this place needs a makeover I mean it. Think 90s but with things breaking down and falling apart. On top of that we had to ask a table be cleaned and the floor definitely needed picked up as food was all over. This place definitely needs some help or more staff to keep up on the lobby and such.

It's a fast food hotdog shop. There is nothing fancy here. I tried a dipped ice cream cone, and there wasn't anything special about it. I appreciate no beans being in the chili dogs. Each day of the week has a special item. This place can get pricey for just one person. The drinks are much bigger than anticipated, so order down a soze if you aren't much of a soda drinker. Staff were juice and got me in and out like you would expect for a drive thru. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but it's not a bad option for a quick lunch. The jalapeño poppers caught me off guard with a nacho cheese instead of a cream cheese filling.

We got charged $43 extra because the guys did not understand that it was an extra $4+ to make it all beef hot dogs and not all of them were supposed to be all beef. Very bad communication between them and the cashier. We chalked it up because they were too embarrassed to complain but I think they should have been clearly explained that the 3 for $5 chili dogs will be about 3 for $20. You can't just assume people understand what a little extra is because to me this is alot extra.

Giving 5 stars for Martin C at the register he was very nice and professional. Ordered chilli cheese dogs with cheese on the side and this is what I got soggy bread no chilli. Had to go ask for a side of chilli and showed Martin he was very apologetic asked the lady in back for a side of chilli she rolled her eyes and mumbled something. Received the chilli and sat in the lobby directly across from the counter and enjoyed my meal. The lady cook thar rolled her eyes started talking loud and cursing about something. Not professional at all. The jalapeño poppers were great. Thank you Martin for making it worth it even though the lady cook dropped the ball.

Overall service from employees were great. Building was kept very clean and the food was hot. I ordered a number 1 and is it was very lacking and just looked sad to eat. Could do so much more with very little changes.

Prices rise and the food you receive is less, ordered my hubby chili cheese dogs and there was maybe a teaspoon at the most of chili on the dogs. Anyway AVOID this location....I normally go to the one at 59th Avenue & Thunderbird and have never had a problem with the food or service.

Food was disgusting. Got a cheeseburger, fries and a meat ball sandwich. The burger was under seasoned and was nasty. Could not eat the meatballs, flavorless, texture was wrong and I had to throw it away.

Went there today, opened my drink and found a dead spider. Manager on duty did not seem to care, this is just disgusting. I work in for and never would serve something like this. This location is awful will never go back.

Not happy! Came in at 930, ordered $70 of food... the guy from the counter asked "for here or to go?" We replied "here"... he brought our food to the table we were seated at... all in"To-Go" bags and said "We made your order to go, we are closing the lobby in 10 minutes"... Would have been nice to tell is that BEFORE taking $70 for a dine in meal... Very Poor Customer Service

Drive thru box is bad, the workers/customer can't hear thru it. When I went inside to correct the order. The cooks still smashed my order before rushing me out. Haven't been back since and haven't heard back so I guess that's where we leave it.

I asked for just a little bit more cheese and chili and they said they would have to charge me extra. This was all I got for the chili and cheese.. sorry but this location is just plain ol greedy and needs new management, this is not what it used to look like. Smh.

For some reason I never get the right change back at the drive-thru. The size of the sundaes are also about half the size of the cup they come in. When questioned about the wrong change giving back, we get arguments and after we show them that we are right, there is no apology they just walk away without giving the correct change back. Not all locations are like this by the way.
