Maya is amazing! That woman deserves a raise. She was friendly, professional, and on a roll even on a lunch rush. Made the sandwiches on point with no issues whatsoever. Kept her cool and reminded awesome. Thank you Maya!
Went around 11am this past Tuesday, so definitely not peak hours, but WHOA. Maybe they had JUST deep cleaned, but it was the first subway I've walked into for a while now that didn't stink and wasn't sticky! Staff was a bit quiet but very friendly and double-checked all their own work, I hope this location keeps it up as I know how HARD a 24 hour location can be in this area.
Wendy B (IYKYK) - I have ordered DoorDash from here a lot calling for special request (extra onions) and they always do it. They even know to do the special request when I don’t call, I assume they see my name, and know which shows effort and care. Great people and workers here. Appreciate them, always accommodating my special request! Great subway great people!
Went here about 8 or 9 pm the other day & the lady that helped us was amazing! She gave us outstanding service which seems rare nowadays. She made our sandwiches/subs 🥪 which they have a special BOGO free & was so good w the Subway Series.
The employee Asia had a really mean attitude. Slopping my fiance and I sandwiches together with no sort of neatness or professionalism. Didn't listen to questions asked and rolled her eyes at simple questions like "can I have it toasted". Snapping at her coworkers and beung rude all while having airpods in. Not allowed, not sanitary, not becoming of a woman her age. overall ruined my appetite. Very upsetting from my local subway.
I'm so damn tired of every employee of every restaurant having a crappy attitude. The girl who got my order didn't even acknowledge my existence, no greeting no eye contact nothing. Rude as hell
Stopped at this location while on my lunch break and the old lady there was very rude. I wasn't able to enjoy my food because apparently Subway doesn't have the fresh mozzarella anymore which I usually get on my sub every time. Overall very unsatisfied with the visit and probably won't be eating Subway anymore.

They didn’t let us use the bathroom at night while open. In our state that’s a health code violation. I filed with the health dept in Phoenix but they replied that there isn’t a code violation in Arizona for this. Lucky them. Either way the management employees and business owners are trash. Not letting someone wash their hands while eating at your restaurant is disgusting. I got ahold of subway corporate. They probably won’t do anything either. Can’t believe it’s legal to operate a sit down restaurant in Arizona with no bathrooms. Or that a business would let people eat without hand washing
This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had in all my years as a Subway customer. My entire order was completely wrong, and the quality of the food was the worst I’ve ever received. The service was unacceptable, and the situation was handled poorly from start to finish.
I went in around 5:30am Saturday dec 27, 2025- terrible, the meat look old, I asked for spinach and she gave me literally four pieces of spinach, I said more spinach and she grabbed literally three pieces of spinach and ripped them in half then put them on the sandwich, I asked for other toppings and she did the same thing. I went and ate my food right out front and I’m watching the workers from outside and I see the lady with the blonde and gray hair coughing in her hand with the gloves on. And she started making a guys sandwich after. I’m so disgusted with this place and the sandwich had literally no meat and no toppings mostly bread for $16
so dirty . bugs and nats ALLL over the food and drink station , ive never gone to such a dirty subway. nothing ever works and theres one a variety of stuff u can get cause its either broken or not ready or they havent got food in. manager rushes you out & its just bugs EVERYWHERE
I ordered two subs on Oct 1 around 930 on the subway app and I got my food late due to this being my fault my ride didn't show up so I had to walk but I did call the store to tell them I was walking there and I still wanted my food they said ok when I got there I then walked home with it figuring it was right they had the sandwiches bagged and stapled shut so when I got home I was extremely hungry I took out my sandwiches and was so mad they gave me a sandwich I would never order I ordered a spicy Italian with everything on it and vinegar and oil what they sent me home with was turkey and tons of mayo with was soaking the bread barley any lettuce that's it it was so horrible of a sandwich infeed it to my three dogs I couldn't eat it and I sure as heck wasn't walking all the way back to them I called to complain yesterday Oct 2 and still haven't got a response back from them the second sandwich was just as bad as the first one the meat was right but the toppings were all wrong and it also was drenched in mayo and again I had no way to eat this sandwich had really nothing but picked and mayo on it. I want my money refunded or two subs credited to me to get the. Replaced I love subway but this was just so bad I think it was done on purpose that's how bad they made these sandwiches They didn't even use the correct bread I asked them to give me and here it is the 3 and still haven't heard back from subway I'm very mad will turn this into bbb if they don't fix this I work hard for my money not to be taken advantage of. Because I got someone who wanted to play games with my food
I’m 8 months pregnant and have a harder time holding my bladder. I asked if I could use the restroom before ordering as I know it will take a while between two orders and was having a hard time containing myself. They denied me any access to the restroom until I paid. The older white lady interrupted her male coworker and told me the code would print out on the receipt and that’s how I would have access to the restroom, however the gentleman helping me out just told me after I paid so she lied. I spend 36 dollars if I didn’t have to use the restroom I would have taken my business somewhere else.
I have never been to a subway were they are so rude like these people!! The 2 colored people (black) that work the night shift a young man with glasses and a older lady. Were so rude and didn't make the sandwiches right. Mean faces and rushing to make the sandwiches. No patience. You could barely say what you want on the sandwich because everything to them was like they were getting annoyed. It was written all over them. Very disrespectful, no customer service experience, bad attitude.
I ordered food from here from door dash one sandwich was tuna and the other turkey the tuna was not how I ordered it the sandwich was not at all how I ordered it same with the other sandwich I ordered two bags of chips soda and cookies all where missing except the hot and nasty sandwichs I wouldn't not order here again I filled a complaint to door dash but they didn't. Refund my money shame
I ordered a Footlong spicy Italian and there was a long piece of hair In sandwich both the workers have no hair net on it’s disgusting and then they tell me that I can get my refund back in 3 days by far the worst experience at a subway in Phoenix DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HAIR IN YOUR FOOD
Wasn't aware the restrooms would be closed to the paying public until 5am. (This instance was around 1 am) Thanks for letting me know but I wish you had a clear sign. I offered to pay for an item to use the restroom and was denied. All good, I understand it's for safety but still a lil miffed.
If I could give zero stars I would. I haven’t been to a subway in long time. So long that a lot has changed. Not sure if all subways are the same but I didn’t like that I couldn’t see my sub from start to finish. The windows are like blurred out. If I seen it from the start I would’ve been able to tell that my bread was rock solid!! Worker did NOT wash her hands before she started. Service was terrible. After I tell the girl what I want she either hears something else or says huh or what. If she can’t hear a customer’s order she shouldn’t have a Bluetooth in. Never going to that location again!!
Only had cheddar and wheat bread. Ice machine broken so soda warm. When I poured my drink, black came out of orange fanta so guessing nozzles not cleaned in a while. Only good thing was the lady was fast.
We came to this subway,ordered our food,paid for our food and as we got our drinks one of the workers that was sitter there said they close in 5 mins even though there was a sign that says 24hrs..LIKE WHY WOULDNT YOU SAY THAT WHEN WE WALKED IN???? Why wouldnt you jus let us eat our food like you sitting there eating not doing anything.... She also said they close at 10p.m and its posted on the door... Ans the chips had sooooooooooo much dust on them..... disgusting like her attitude........
I thought I was in line and the woman behind the counter helped the people behind me who CLEARLY came in over 5 minutes after me (who had VERY LARGE ORDER of 6 sandwiches)... SHE knew this, the customer knew this as well, but acted like I didn't even exist.. the employee's attitude was terrible, the store was filthy and stunk. To be honest, I don't think I'll ever return to a Subway ever again. This isn't my first bad experience with them.
May 23rd 5AM, White old lady gave me the worst experience I have ever had. She does not know the menu and has a very lackadaisical personality. I ordered a Monster Footlong Pro (means extra meat), and she literally put one spoon of meat and cheese on it (not what the sandwich is meant to have). The other two black women seem to be experienced, and way friendlier. Yet nobody stepped in to correct her mistake or even apologize to me for her incompetence. Now all I have left is two pieces of bread and enough meat to make me a taco, thanks.
This place is so filthy 🤮you can see how dirty it is … I took pictures. 🙄music was so loud .. staff didn’t care 🙄they were hiding in the back 🙄staff keep saying some word like “ wait or 🛑 stop “ this was meanwhile I was telling her what and what to add to my sandwich… 🙄she wanted me to said one item at the time🤦🏽♀️kept saying no jalapeños 🙄she added jalapeños. Whoever was working on sat Feb 4 at 12:30pm was extremely rude and unprofessional I asked to use the bathroom and she said I would have to buy something so I said ok that’s fine .there were 3people ahead of me and I needed to go really bad so I told her I would buy something but can she open it because it was an emergency and she said no and gave me attitude then as I stood there in line waiting she said there’s a bathroom at qt and I said I was going to wait and buy something then she said I had attitude and she does not have to serve me. By then I had to rush out the door because I was going to pee myself . Why do people act this way and still allowed to work in environment full of people after I had to use the bathroom I got on the phone and wanted to speak with the manager. She answered the phone and saw the manager was not there today and then I asked for a managers direct number or contact information and then when she realized it was me she hung up really unprofessional
