IHOP

First time at this IHOP location. :(Sad that the IHOP on Calle Real near Fairview is gone): We were seated right away. Our drink orders were taken ten seconds after we sat down. So far the server is great. We ordered the waffle griddle combo, the breakfast sampler and coffee. Our orders came out correct and prompt. The server was obliging with my request for honey instead of using the syrup. All in all it was a pleasant breakfast.

This was our first experience with IHOP. The extensive menu offers a lot of choices, and the breakfast was tasty and filling. The staff was very friendly! It was (for us Europeans) perhaps a bit on the pricey side, but I think it's about average for the US. Overall, a positive experience!

Our waiter Leo was very helpful & has great customer skills. I wanted to know the ingredients of the veggie sausage (which is “Sweet Earth”), & the manager Miguel went out of his way to check for me, I will come here again because its great customer service. Definitely 5 ⭐️!

This is our family go-to spot for vacation. The service is always good. The food is always perfect. We get full for the road trip a head. Price is fair. Will be back soon

The service was fairly quick and food tasted good . Not too busy around 8pm

Food was delicious but our server wasn't up to par in the least. We had to ask for utensils and she never showed up with them, we finally asked someone else for them and they brought them. She got one of our drinks wrong and one of our meals wrong.

They need to train the servers for more welcoming attitude and smiling face. We are here for breaksfast, maybe dont ruin it with grumpy faces.

The food was good and the staff were friendly and responsive. It is what you expect from a IHOP. Everything was very clean so you could tell they take care of everything. They is also a telsa charger nearby so we could charge the car

They have a wide selection of food. The service is always good. It's a nice place for a casual bite for all ages.

We live a few blocks away from this IHOP location and we usually came here often when the place was Itsuki Japanese restaurant. On our first visit IHop here, we had an okay dinner. However, on our second visit last Sunday, it wasn't great at all. I liked their concept of egg Benedict on top of spinach and mushroom, but the hollandaise sauce was missing a taste compared to other places. I ordered add on bacon and sausage sides with hope to bring up more flavor to my dish. However, my bacon wasn't crispy and the sausage had a somewhat "fallen out texture" like doughy/flour. Not sure what it was. My Benedict included my choice of side fruit, but the food runner failed to delivery it in whole. He accidentally dropped some fruit on the table when he placed my meal in front of me. He said oops, I am sorry and then left.😅 I guest he saved those fallen out fruit pieces on the table for me. 😂 My husband ordered orange juice, but it doesn't taste like real juice. It tastes just like powder drink.( It was like Vitamin C pills taste) I tried their watermelon lemonade. They added fresh water melon n blue berries for topping to make it look nice, but that couldn't fool my taste. I take one sip and push it aside because it tasted like a fountain lemonade with soda while the drink weren't listed under fountain drink options on their menu. Our drinks are refillable, but we rather it was served with quality @real juice instead of quantity. In my opinion, what is the point of being refillable when we can't even enjoy our first. I replaced my drink with Ice coffee. And..Oh Well, another wrong decision was made, my bad! 😕 On the bright side, We enjoyed their sunny Patio seating. We will probably come back once in a while for dinner because it is nearby, but definitely stay away from their cold drink options. We hope someday the company will consider changing their fresh drinks options such as fresh brewed ice tea, fresh lemon, fresh juice, etc.Until that is happened , I probably order water or hot tea and make myself an ice tea from.it

The service was good. The waitress that served us was good she was friendly and courteous, as well as the manager. The food was all around good. The only thing that could have been better. The breakfast sausage and bacon was under cooked. They need to cook that more, especially pork.

IHOP is IHOP, food is ok, but I have a question ? I ordered a breakfast to go and ask for two eggs scrambled , dry. When has two eggs filled up the almost the entire bottom of there two layer take out tray, hmmm. Natural eggs or liquid eggs for a carton 🤔 hmmm?

I will say that I am not usually a fan of IHOP but this one is different. Not sure why, but it's just better than most IHOPs. The food isn't incredible (but it is still quite good) but the staff is fantastic, caring, and attentive.

The pancakes was dryer then the Mojave desert! I didn't talk to anyone regarding the food based on the fact that when the waitress brought the food she said it looked dry lol.. Outside of that everything else was on point

It seems like our instructions were either ignored or misunderstood. This level of inattention to detail is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for accuracy and professionalism.

The food is basic greasy-spoon fare, servers are great. They send out coupons that have so much fine print you almost need to hire a lawyer to decipher them. I tried to use a coupon only to find out in 2-point font I can barely read that it's only valid Mon-Friday. Stay home and make your own pancakes, people.

Ordered the smokehouse which advertised sausages but got two small hotdogs instead. The two eggs scrambled was small, guess they be using small eggs. The meal was ~$20, with that amount couldn't afford to put some brown breakfast sausage, hell id take the saucer sausages over those small hot dogs any day. Only bright part of my service were the waiters, they were doing so much to make sure everyone got their meal on time. If you cant afford to make the meal as advertised then 86 it plz.

Disappointing food. Ordered the "smokehouse combo" which was advertised to come with smoked sausage. Came with two sliced, fried hot dogs instead. My colleague got the chocolate pancakes, which were very dry.

If the name of your restaurant has pancakes in it, don't you think they would have the best pancakes ever ? This by far was the worst experience we've ever had. We had to try in once, but really wish we hadn't. My husband got the 2x2x2. The pancakes were dry and cold. Maple syrup ? No. I had the Quick Breakfast. My meal was cold, except for the hashbrowns. The ingredients were not good. The bacon was as thin as it gets, and not tasty. The hashbrowns were why I gave it 2 stars. It was warm and tasted ok, not great. For $30, you could do way better. Joe's Cafe is 5 stars and is roughly the same price.

First time here and was very disappointed. My food was cold & pancakes were hard. Hardly nobody there when I arrived & it took my food & check very long to come out. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros Nunca lo vi hecho de esa manera . Overall our waiter was very nice & helpful.

Shopping at Albertsons next door and realized how hungry I was, against my better judgment I went to new IHOP, the Eggs Benedict banner lured me in. The place was practically empty 1:00 PM. Blasting very loud hard rock at IHOP! Weird! It gets weirder.. After sitting at my big, barricaded booth where nobody could see me, for over 10 minutes… servers kept walking by me as I were invisible, I finally flagged one down and she said she’d get my server… 10 minutes or so later my server graced me with her presence! I told her I was in a hurry and had been sitting here for over 20 minutes alone at lunch time ( I’m not there to hang out ). She giggled … “sorry”. I asked how the Eggs Benedict was, she replied “ everyone takes it back because the new recipe for sauce was sour and not good”😳 I asked for a ramekin of sauce Hollandaise, she reluctantly brought it over for me to taste, it was the new recipe that “everyone” hates… well, it was actually the near perfect Sauce Hollandaise I’ve had! I told her that THIS IS WHAT HOLLANDAISE SAUCE SHOULD TASTE LIKE! It’s not sour, it’s a touch of lemon juice! Long story short …. The Eggs Benedict is legit at IHOP ! Service is ridiculous though.

Cutbacks are Real! Maple syrup is maple water now. Bacon has no taste anymore. Received 4 different menus . Requested a fifth that had the hidden discounts! No explanation needed. Will not return.

I know things have change after covid but this restaurant should not. I went there for the free pancake 🥞 day but I was told that this location wasn't doing that. They gave me no utensils no napkins the food was way too salty and over price. I will not come back.

One of the worst IHOPs I have been to. Did not receive what I ordered, food was undercooked, and server did not check on me. No thank you.

I love IHop but will never return….. I went with my family and we were all starving after a long hike, we ordered our drinks and we noticed it said “free refills”. That was a scam. The waiter came back to check on us only once and it was five minutes after she brought us our drinks. She did not come back to check on us after that. We waited 45 minutes for our food when the restaurant was completely empty besides two other tables. The waitress was dodging our table and only attended the other two tables and actively gave them refills and chatted with them. By the end of this meal we were left scavenging for any bits of our drinks that were left. They brought the receipt, basically kicking us out because we weren't even halfway through our food and we had planned on getting dessert. Keep in mind the restaurant had 3 hours till closing time. Everyone at the table agreed we should have gone to McDonald’s instead.

The waiter Carlos failed to provide excellent service. I never received half of the order and the other guest was finished before the rest of the order came out. We had to go back to work and only 1 of us ate. He offered to give us the food to go at the register with a smirk on his face. I waited 20 minutes for a burger that never came. Sad but I won't go back to this location as only 30 min for lunch was all I had. he failed to ask if the food was good and to our liking. Don't ask for Carlos.

Recently tried the new location, and I must say the old location was better even though It was to noisy the old location was more convenient, the current visit was a family gathering at the new location and it was overall a bad experience, did not like the new menu, food was just ok and was very over priced, terrible cold atmosphere, the only thing nice about the experience was the server. I will Not be going back again and sadly for my Dad who used to love the old location never wants to go back either, the rest of my family is undecided. Sorry I-Hop I am a hoppin and a skippin away and away and away!!!

I got something about an eighth of an inch thick wasn’t a T-bone and it was not edible. I couldn’t even drowned it with A1 steak sauce enough to eat it. I took two bites one bite, and then the other bite with A1. All I ate was the mashed potatoes and gravy. I gave them a second opportunity and I’m going home to eat Ramen noodles.
