A fantastic experience at La Tagliatella. The food was delicious, with generous portions and great flavor, but what stood out most was the service. Our waiter, Pablo, was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our meal, making sure we had everything we needed and always smiling. It's a pleasure to encounter people like that. The food is fantastic. I went with my two granddaughters and my wife. We're planning to return. We'd never tried stuffed pasta before; it was our first time and it was delicious. The service from our waiter, Pablo, was also fantastic. We hope to return soon.

The staff have always been nice to me. Their salads are excellent. The pizzas are thin, so not for you if you like thick dough. I love it being thin! The quality of ingredients is high and delicious. Their tiramisu is amazing! I see many low scores but don’t feel an average 4 is correct. The price is spot on for the quality of products used. The best Italian restaurant in any Spanish mall! P.S. I avoid the mall on weekends, explains why I’m extra happy! P.S.S. La Tagliatella staff really saved me once—I was able to charge my dying laptop and grab a meal after a successful online meeting there.

We found this spot close to our hotel and came every day. The prices are reasonable and the breakfast sandwiches we had were good. The best thing is the bakery. Loved the almond croissants

Tagliatella inside the Serrallo shopping center. This shopping center is a bit run-down, so it's easy to find a table. The service is quite good, quick, and helpful. As for the food, the new menu has significantly increased the prices, but there are still some surprisingly good dishes, like the Tagliatella pizza, which was delicious and perfectly cooked. The only downside was the very strong air conditioning; we left quickly because we were freezing.

An Italian restaurant that you'll love if you have even a passing interest in this type of food. Their artisan bread with onion, tomato, and olives is delicious. For a starter, their fried tortellini filled with roast beef and served with a yellow confit tomato sauce are also highly recommended. Very good. One of their star dishes, the Lomo al Pepe (pork loin with peppers), is a must-try. That sauce is simply superb. The Rigatoni Bolognese could perhaps use a touch more tomato flavor. Their pasta with carbonara sauce is excellent. Order it if you enjoy Italian cuisine.

This Italian restaurant, located in the Serrallo Shopping Center square, belongs to the renowned La Tagliatella chain. The place is beautiful, with tasteful decor and a spacious layout, offering plenty of tables both inside, where there are several different areas, and on a large covered terrace overlooking the square. The staff is quite friendly and attentive. The food follows the franchise's standards, allowing customers to create their own pasta combinations (traditional or filled) with numerous sauces. They also offer a good selection of pizzas and other dishes such as salads, caperpaccio, risotto, and gratins. In the autumn, they often feature special dishes called "edizione," which I usually enjoy.

The food was good, but the dishes never arrived at the same time. Mine arrived after everyone else had finished eating, and it's not the first time. There was no music playing, but we ate while a child was watching cartoons from quite far away. The volume was blasting, and when I told the waitress, she didn't react. It was a shame because it was quite annoying.

I booked online and received an email saying my reservation was pending confirmation. I received the confirmation the next day, two hours before my reservation. I think that's terrible, because what if it hadn't been confirmed? Also, the second course didn't arrive; either the order slip was lost or the information system malfunctioned. I had a very inexperienced waitress. On the plus side, the food was good and well-presented.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) The food was generally good. I quite liked the pizza, especially the dough, although the pasta wasn't anything special. I've had better options elsewhere, but it wasn't bad. The fried tortellini, though... I wish I hadn't ordered them. Now, what was truly special was the service. They made us wait outside for a while, even though there were free tables inside. A curious detail, especially since other tables did receive olives while they waited, but we apparently didn't qualify for that privilege. The drinks took a while to arrive, and although we ordered the sharing plates in order, they brought us everything together, as if we were in a race against time. To top it all off, when I asked for another soda, they didn't give me a clean glass, so I had to reuse the remains of my previous drink. An innovative touch, indeed. In short, the food is worth it, but the service... well, let's just say it's not their strong suit. I might return, but only with a lot of patience and a spare glass in my bag.

Comprendo que en este sitio trabajan habitualmente jovencitas que están estudiando y quieren ganararse un dinero extra, pero quiero pedir que cambien el sistema porque así no funciona. Me atendió una chica con aparato, que me dio mi pedido incompleto, a falta de un helado. Cuando volví a reclamarlo, la chica me ignoró unas 5 veces mientras ella seguía sirviendo otros pedidos. Al final me tuve que enfadar para que me lo diera. Todo esto no hubiera pasado si ella hubiera servido el pedido completo desde un principio, pero si ocurre, lo normal es pedir disculpas y terminarlo, no ignorar al cliente.

Es una VERGÜENZA pido una hamburguesa doble, se equivocan y la traen simple además de tardar, luego me la ``arreglan’’ hechandole la carne que le faltaba, pero esta vez se les olvida el queso…… en fin un fallo tras otro se me quedó la comida fría y perdí mucho tiempo por culpa de que no sepan ni hacer una hamburguesa de verdad es vergonzoso

The pizzas are good, but the crust is so thin and mass-produced that you'll need two or three pizzas to eat. The pasta, for example, spaghetti—anyone who makes pasta at home can do better. They don't have basic sauces like tomato or ketchup, which are essential for meat dishes, for instance. The desserts are €7, not homemade, and also hard (like the brownie) and bad. Don't even think about ordering any of them. I'll never go back; any Italian restaurant in Granada is far superior.

We had dinner at La Tagliatella in the Serrallo Plaza Shopping Center, and the experience was frankly disappointing. The pinsas were some of the worst pizzas we've ever had, with a clearly industrial dough, typical of a franchise: it comes pre-made, not homemade, and that's noticeable from the first bite. Furthermore, they barely had any toppings: practically all dough, poorly balanced, heavy, and unappetizing, a far cry from what a well-made pinsa should be. It's worth clarifying that this is what happens in many franchises outside of Italy: the pinsa arrives pre-cooked or frozen, is finished on-site, loses lightness, flavor, and balance, and the result is usually a dry, heavy dough with very few toppings, completely removed from the original Italian concept. The situation was worsened by the lack of hygiene: napkins full of crumbs, and dirty cutlery, something unacceptable that negatively impacted the entire meal from the very beginning.
