Complimentary soft serve ice cream is tasty. The salad bar offers a variety of healthy and tasty options. The tomatoes are not the most flavorful I'd find at Whole Foods, for example, but the salads and sandwiches have been satisfying. Also, in looking at reviews, I was impressed that the owner, Ian Tucker, took responsibility for a problem, offering to resolve it with the customer. How often does that happen! That's impressive.

Sandwich quality has improved since once I stopped frequenting this location after we moved farther away and closer to the Roanoke location. But after stopping by and having a great Reuben and tomato bisque I'll be coming back here more often.

I ordered the chicken pesto panini. It's boring and it wasn't very good. Not a lot of substances, aka chicken. Too much pesto for my liking. The other sandwich was tasty and very filling.

Really busy place but the wait wasn’t terrible. Food was mediocre. For a 10$ Turkey Wrap it was hardly an appetizer. We sat down at a table and all got sticky mystery stuff stuck to our pants. Just wasn’t what I hoping for after a 6hr flight. Texas doesn’t always do it better.

The $9 one trip salad bar is a deal killer, I won't be back. ...The chicken pot pie was delicious. The chicken nutty salad was scrumptious. The panini was perfect. Service with a smile.

Location gets 5 stars. Corporate loses them 1 star for removing the bottomless salad bar option. Reducing the cost is not adequate for me but I would pay more for the return option. Manager Ian was very kind & gave me a second bowl. The plastic gloves they make you wear are a joke and are contributing to global pollution. Whoever in corporate approved these decisions should be questioning if their mission really is "to make every customer happy", because I'm no longer one of them. These are the things that make businesses stand above the crowd. Congratulations on becoming mediocre.

Good spot for soups and sandwiches. The seasonal lobster chowder is very good. The quarter muffaletta special is less than $8 for a good size sandwich, chips and a cup of soup.

Called in an order to go ..told them I wanted the regular chips with salsa that it comes with .when you get the regular chips you get more than just a tiny bit You get from a small bag, of specialty chips. what they gave me was chips in a bag that a cookie would fit in, didn't ask or tell me Pretty crummy, pretty cheapskate.

Came hungry, left hungry. Not a fan… at all $10 for so little in the turkey wrap. Water filter needs changing or they need to add salt tablets to the system. Honestly it’s undrinkable without 7 🍋 lemon slices. Perhaps I should have ordered something of substance maybe that’s my bad. But I feel that my grandmother 👵🏿 could have made a better turkey wrap… and she’s dead. Wifi is excruciatingly slow. Didn’t have 15 min to wait for the download of a 3mb photo on my laptop, switched to hotspot. The workers are kind and friendly which helps JD retain the 2 stars.

We tried to order. We were standing in front of the main dining room register for over 5 minutes. Everyone working behind the counter saw us and looked at us including the manager on duty. A line formed behind us, and a woman decided to cut the entire line and go up to the catering register. One of the employees then decided to completely ignore the line and go over to the catering register to take her order. We raised a concern that there was a line and we had been waiting. The employee completely ignored us and continued to take the woman's order. I have never had an issue like this before at a Jason's deli. I had already felt like it was unacceptable to completely ignore us, at least give us a "we'll be with you in a few moments" something that acknowledges our presence, but to complete ignore us and then take the order of someone who cut the line. I'm just glad there is a Jason's deli in Lewisville where we have never had a problem.

Horrible experience! I got a couple of to go bowls and had 2 people question me why I grabbed them. I literally put ranch in one and a couple muffins in the other and my niece and nephew used the other one to split their meal. They acted like I was going to steal something. I was told to use the tiny ice cream cups if I needed a bowl. Are they serious?? I will never be going back there. So disrespectful. They made me feel so guilty. Even though I had done nothing wrong. Very unprofessional and very bad experience.

Paid $60 for three sandwiches and soup delivered. Forgot a soup, only one set of silverware, and you can see (maybe) the “turkey “ the put on the sandwich in the picture. Will not be going back.
