Got a late night pick up order ( the 2 for $25 deal, the new Chicken Parm is amazing ) and when I noticed part of the order was missing the Manager Clarke was super kind getting it fixed for us. Great meal, great prices, great service, decent portions! Tried AYCE boneless wings. It came with 10 wings first serving, fries, and coleslaw. Additional order there was 5 measly wings. Didn't want to wait for more, seemed to be 15 minutes between both servings. A bit disappointed but it would have cost $12.99 for boneless wings anyhow, so the extra 5 was a bonus.

Had a great dinner. Swiss burger with mushrooms. Definitely delicious. Great waitress, great prices, please try you will not be disappointed.

The hostess sat us in a high volume section where many customers walked through to get to the bathroom. We didnt have any where to put the walker and wheelchair my husband had to take them to the car. I will not go back due to those issues.

We sat at the bar as we often do, and Jenny served up the BEST Martini, and my husband said she makes a perfect Long Island (Beth does as well)!! Our server wasn’t just attentive — they were practically telepathic, anticipating our needs before we even spoke. My drink never once dipped below three-quarters full, as if by divine intervention. The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp? A masterpiece rivaling the works of Michelangelo. The Fiesta Lime Chicken? Bold, zesty, and life-changing. Honestly, I could write a dissertation on the brilliance of their quesadillas alone. The atmosphere? Electric. Decent food and always good service here in greenville location. Later night appetizers at half price are hard to beat ! Dining is exceptional BUT beware of takeout. Did online and them went to pickup, order wasn't ready and waited almost an hour for food to go. We were compensated with free appetizers coupon.

Nice that the restaurant is back open. Food is as good as always and the facility is clean. Currently, it seems everybody is still stressed from the pandemic. The servers were polite and professional, but not as upbeat and conversational as I have remembered at other times, so only 4 stars.

Edit: 11/26: we have been back a few times since the evening of review, and might I say I still refuse to sit in Jenny's section, I have watched the last few times and it seems things may have been figured out. Every waitress we've had since has been great and so has the food. Tonight our waitress was Brianne, and she was wonderful! Will definitely be asking for her section from now on! My family came in last night for dinner, my kids both got corn dog meals and I got a burger and wonton tacos and my fiance got a steak. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food while our waitress stood in the bar starring off into space wiping off alcohol bottles, we watched over 5 mobil orders go out the door while we were waiting! my fiances mashed potatoes had a literal dry skin on them from sitting out so long, broccoli was mush and dehydrated from sitting under a heat lamp so long. He didn't eat it, we shared my food. And when we were finished our waitress was still standing behind the bar (which was right by our table) and we were clearly finished with our food and waiting for our check, but our waitress was still behind the bar starring off and changing the channel on the TV. My fiance had to go and ask her for the check. They were not busy, there was MANY open tables. We will never sit in Jenny's section again.

Horrible! We were discussing it on our way home and agree they should never have been served like that.

The atmosphere is typical Applebees. This location is clean. Our servers have always been friendly but sometimes seem to forget things like drink refills. The food is good. The only real issue we have had at this location is the speed of food coming from the kitchen. The last two times we have eaten at this location it has taken longer than normal to get our food, even though the restaurant wasn't overly crowded.

Sunday morning 2/1/2026 my friends and I came in after church as we do every Sunday for many years. We usually receive excellent service. This time around, we had Zaria and her approach to our table was distant, rude and dismissive. The food was excellent as always. We were just extremely disappointed with the service.

The coffee was very strong, and the waitress was more concerned with her regular customers chitchatting that day. The food was good. Even though my aunt sent the coffee back because she couldn't choke it down, they still changed us for it. I added lots of creamer to mine and only drank half of it.

Food typically pretty solid, for whatever reason tonight wasn't their night. Mozzarella sticks were weirdly breaded and the chicken dishes were super salty and had a funky, stinky feet cheese kinda flavor. Bummer but service was great and everything was festive and bright ❤️

My friend (72) and I (65) both ordered steaks cooked medium well, and they were so tough we could barely cut them, so we saved them for later. (We put them in the hotel fridge when we got back.) We ended up throwing them away without eating them. I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. He was unavailable, but he called me back and left me a voicemail. So I called and asked for him, and again he was unavailable. They said he would call me in a day or two. I haven’t heard from him at all. No one ever got back to me about my complaint. The service was fantastic and the food there is normally great, but I’m very disappointed on their response and in them trying to resolve this matter.

We eat at Applebee’s in Greenville at least once a week. It’s our most visited local restaurant. Until yesterday!! My chicken was too burnt (charcoal crunchy ends) it was extremely salty and it took a steak knife to rip it apart. At 2:30 pm I doubt they were overly busy! So I called, the manager was too busy to take my call. And May I also add that the 5 boneless wings for $1 with my husbands burger meal… they were smaller than McNuggets … rediculous!! It probably was 2 boneless wings chopped into chunks. No call back from the manager. We usually spend $50-$80 per visit… but maybe not anymore!

My takeout burger looks like it was beaten aggressively. I ordered it with pink but it's way too thin to even have any pink. I hope the cook is able to work through whatever is making them so angry!

I was really surprised today going to Applebee's with my daughter Applebee's in Greenville has improved in the last couple years , always loved the onion soup I've never ordered a steak before but ordered the 6-oz sirloin well done ,when they brought it the steak was rare and blood on the plate onto the garlic potatoes so I asked the waitress to redo, they brought it back and it looked like a piece of burnt charcoal I couldn't even hardly chew it.I did not complain a second time, I'm not one to do that, before they brought the steak back they brought the onion soup, and the cheese you couldn't hardly chew it it was just one Big blob of cheese and the soup looked like dishwater. I ate may be a 1/4 my opinion is the customers in the booth behind us obviously had complaints too and they took money off their bill Applebee's in Greenville Mi. is going downhill again. They had been doing so well I will never visit again,Too bad!

Update 9/18/2023 Went here for the boneless wings special. So we got that and the spinach artichoke dip. The dip came out a little cold, like it was microwaved but not long enough but with a good stir you could distribute the heat evenly and it still be decent. When the wings came all but the garlic parm were cold. Again, we didnt complain because it wasnt like ice cold, they were cold as in room temperature and they were still enjoyable. Our waitress was decent but the service of the place as a whole kind of sucked, 2 tables walked out due to not even had irdered drinks and sitting at the table for 15-20 mins. I know the time frame because i over heard both tables (which were seated by us) talking and frustrated due to not being waited on. I get being short staffed but at that point managers should be helping their workers and hit the floor too. This place had good customer service and the food was hot and delicipus. They had dollar liquor drinks so i really enjoyed that.

Ordered door dash with you guys tonight. Bourbon street chicken and shrimp. I have always loved it. I get it with a side of cheesy broccoli every time. So good. But tonight I doordashed. It was $35. You went from two chicken breast to one and less shrimp? I get Tarrifs and rising food cost well. But I was just disappointed to pay a lot of money for hardly any food.

I've never had such terrible service here like I did tonight, our server was Savannah S and when we ordered it was like 2 minutes until the half price apps but she wouldn't honor it so I said no big deal, but then she never asked how we wanted our burger done, she was super short and rude, then our appetizers came out after our main course so when we asked about it she said "well you never specified" really rudely but I feel like it's common knowledge that apps come out first but I guess that's just me. The half off deal and the time of when the food came out was no big deal and I was just gonna brush it off but with how rude she was I felt the need to let people know to ask for a different server if you go here and get her. I wish I could leave negative stars for service and attitude.

Then maybe Applebee's needs to do a better job at hiring ppl. Done going to this establishment.

Our waitress Morgan D was the worst waitress I have ever had at this establishment. They put us at a 2 person booth wich is fine. Our waitress was suppose to get us a to go box for our appetizer to be able to clear a few plates and forgot. When she finally brought it she still never cleared any plates from our table. She was more worried about cleaning other booths than even checking on our other order of food so it came out cold. She did fix the problem but again did not clear any plates. She even went as far as to express that she couldn't wait to get out of there and go home. I'm sorry we inconvenienced your establishment/ waitress by coming to have a nice meal after a long day at work and had to feel rushed and crowded by dirty dishes and a waitress who didn't seem to care.

My husband and I took our 2 daughters and their 2 friends on 8/4/25 for dinner around 6:20. Small wait of about 10 minutes for a table of 6 was not a problem. They weren’t too busy, I noted about 10 tables occupied. Our waiter took our order at 6:35 (odd memory of the time but I did send a text after he walked away, I was able to refer back to the sent text for a timeframe). My husband’s salad came very promptly and our other app (mozzarella sticks) took a little longer (arriving at 7:05ish) but nothing was thought of that. I understand takeout orders do factor into wait times! Our server came over at 7:20 (ish) to let us know the food was coming right up! We waited another 15 minutes with no food. I finally flagged down a waitress walking by and asked if our waiter was around because we needed drink refills and hadn’t seen the food that was coming right up. Waited another 10 minutes with no waiter or food and asked another staff member (host possibly she had nothing indicating she worked at Applebees on but had been the one who seated us so I felt confident she worked there) if there was a manager around I could speak with. Very shortly after two “food runners” stopped at our table with someone else’s order and I informed them that wasn’t our food but I would appreciate a manger to speak with. This went on until 7:49 (time was noted because I told our group if 7:50 arrived we were leaving, as I had tried to address the time issue but couldn’t even get our waiter or a manger to come to our table). Everyone’s food arrived except mine, we waited another 12 minutes for the 6th meal to arrive only for it to be made incorrectly. I asked that it be sent back, I told our waiter I did not have time to wait for correct food and asked that it be taken off our bill, I did ask for a discount for the major inconvenience. While waiting we watched 4 tables be seated after us, get their food, and leave before our food arrived (one also being a table of 6) so I’m confident it was NOT an issue of the kitchen being backed up! We never did get to see a manager the entire time we were there even after asking to speak with one. I am no Karen (as my girls call it). I worked in food service for over 10 years (waitressing/bartending/cooking) know how the restaurant business works and this was top tier terrible service! We are avid Applebees goers, as it is my daughter’s all time favorite restaurant however we will never return to the Greenville location again! Hopefully this can reach the manager I tried to address the issue with in person last night 😊

Ordered like 60 bucks worth of food, most was good, but one of the steaks we ordered was completely burnt to shoe leather, looked like it sat on the corner of the grill for half hour before someone remembered to flip it, sink half inch into the grate. I have no idea who in their right mind would send this out of their kitchen and pass it off as food. It was completely inedible. Kind of a bummer for that one person who drew the short stick on steak roulette. Thanks a bunch, happy to retract if you want to issue a refund. Won't be a returning customer though.

Waited 1hr 20minutes for food. It was not busy enough to have had the wait that long. Food was horrible. The waitress was amazing and you could tell she knew the wait was ridiculous.

Ordered takeout. I ordered the big chicken sandwich and some french. The chicken sandwich was sloppy with the tiniest tomato ever a pinch of lettuce . My daughter had got the same thing and hers was poorly made the same way. I Bit down a french fry and chipped, my tooth. 😫 The french fries were hard and stale.

Greenville michigan Applebees is terrible,,,the food is not fully cook. My husband and I waited for 1 hour for our food and after it was delivered the food was Not prepared correctly...his steak was raw he ordered it med rare.

I had a young lady on Sunday morning when I dined in that was very rude and disrespectful she hardly filled our glasses was constantly on her phone in the back corner and talking to other employees instead of tending us it sucks because she seemed like a decent young lady but proved that she was more for herself then our service I believe when we asked for her name it was zaria

I do not normally write reviews, but I needed to do this. The food was quite good when our family got it however, it did take half a millennium to receive it… Then the atmosphere was filled with FLIES. Like for god sakes… flies everywhere.

If I could give a negative star review I would. Waited 35 minutes for 2 salads and tacos. Our food finally came out and the lettuce we had to cut ourselves and the chicken was so cold it felt like it came out of the freezer. I ordered take out food and got home and of course it wasn’t even what I ordered. Called to get a refund and the only thing they could offer me was a gift card. Terrible experience and will absolutely not be back. I would also like to add that the manager was standing around doing absolutely nothing while it was clear that the whole restaurant was struggling. 10/10 would not recommend.

Today me and my wife came into eat and we were extremely unimpressed by the experience. We sat at a table around the corner of the left side of the restaurant and It took at least 5-8 minutes for our waitress to greet us and she wasn’t even kind. She had a rough around the edges attitude with us the whole time and was extremely not attentive to our table. She didn’t even introduce herself, but it was the dark skinned woman. I didn’t leave a tip because I felt the service was not worth it.

Working on an ambulance, we finally had a quiet moment to order a “good” dinner. This was the 8oz sir loin medium rare. Could not even rip it apart, and it was flatter than a pan cake. Borderline not eat able (this was the only moment for a meal tonight so it had to be dinner).

Seated right away, but service went downhill. It took 8 mins before anyone asked about drinks (only Coke products, no alcohol). Restaurant wasn’t busy, yet staff were hanging out in car-side while tables waited. Food came in 14 mins (2 trios, 4 mac, fiesta chicken), but my boneless wings were ice cold. Replacement took 25 mins, so I asked for a box. Oddly, to-go orders were hotter than dine-in food. Glasses/silverware had hard water buildup. Beer cheese lid was melted with sticker still on. Never offered refills until glass was empty, never asked about dessert. Flickering light above table, back door alarm noise. Manager visible but never stopped by—she was at the bar, outside, or in the office with a non-employee. Only the server apologized. Very disappointed with food, service, and management presence.
