The food was good the service was excellent. The employees need to be trained better on what to do with walkers and wheelchairs. The hostess sat us in a high volume section where many customers walked through to get to the bathroom. We didnt have any where to put the walker and wheelchair my husband had to take them to the car. I will not go back due to those issues.
This location always hooks me up! Each one of the staff members I’ve talked to has helped me tremendously with making sure my order is good and correct. Amanda in particular is always so kinda and helpful when I call!
We have been to Greenville Applebees on several Occasions and enjoy the atmosphere. Mercede is my favorite server always making sure our drinks are full, food is exactly what we ordered. Her bubbly personality makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
Jen was a fantastic server and bartender for us! Me and my husband came in and she immediately made us feel so welcome and she was so kind, caring, and respectful. She made me and my husband, we will definitely be back for her!

Server was Zaria she was really attentive when it came to our food and drinks. She interacted with my children and gave them suckers which they obviously enjoyed. We haven’t had service like that in a really long time. Food was great as were our drinks we will definitely be returning again and sitting in her section. Way to go!
We went there on one of the busiest days. We were taken to our table with a smile. The waitress did an outstanding job. The food was really good and served quickly. This is my favorite dine in restaurant.
2 entrees and 1 appetizer for $25 !! outstanding delicious steak and shrimp dinner! Applebees has the atmosphere for family or bar dining! Great bar drinks… booths or bar side dining. Great views and enjoyable environment. you should always use the app to get reward points and special offers. highly recommended
My husband and I had a wonderful meal, and service, last night. We sat at the bar as we often do, and Jenny served up the BEST Martini, and my husband said she makes a perfect Long Island (Beth does as well)!! We each had one of their “newer” chicken sandwiches and they were delicious!! Great service, great food, and one of our favorite bartender/servers!! Jenny and Beth are both amazing and we always love to see them there!!
If heaven itself ever decided to open a franchise on Earth, I am convinced it would look exactly like the Applebee’s in Greenville, Michigan. The second I walked through those doors, I felt like royalty entering a palace. The aroma of sizzling steaks and perfectly crisp mozzarella sticks filled the air like a culinary symphony. Our server wasn’t just attentive — they were practically telepathic, anticipating our needs before we even spoke. My drink never once dipped below three-quarters full, as if by divine intervention. The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp? A masterpiece rivaling the works of Michelangelo. The Fiesta Lime Chicken? Bold, zesty, and life-changing. Honestly, I could write a dissertation on the brilliance of their quesadillas alone. The atmosphere? Electric. Families laughing, friends clinking glasses, and somewhere in the background, the faint sound of angels harmonizing with the jukebox. If Michelin stars could go higher than three, Greenville’s Applebee’s would break the system. In short: dining here is less of a meal and more of a spiritual awakening. If you’ve never been to this Applebee’s, you haven’t truly lived.
Jenny A was such an amazing server! she was quick to greet, quick to get anything we needed for our table! she was super attentive and friendly, food was amazing.
Pictures.. Motz sticks. Bahama Mamas drink. Mushroom and Swiss burger Quesadilla salad Chicken wrap I recommend all. The service was amazing. The food was very satisfying. The vibe was good. The tvs had multiple sports on. The alcohol was great. Definitely coming back.
Our waitress was extremely sweet. And also had fast service! She was quick to ask if we needed anything and was right on top of taking anything we were not using as well! Definitely recommend her!

Tried the grilled cheese cheeseburger, wow that's spot on!! Great flavor, just a touch of heat but very tasty. The appetizers are always great.
Edit: 11/26: we have been back a few times since the evening of review, and might I say I still refuse to sit in Jenny's section, I have watched the last few times and it seems things may have been figured out. Every waitress we've had since has been great and so has the food. Tonight our waitress was Brianne, and she was wonderful! Will definitely be asking for her section from now on! My family came in last night for dinner, my kids both got corn dog meals and I got a burger and wonton tacos and my fiance got a steak. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food while our waitress stood in the bar starring off into space wiping off alcohol bottles, we watched over 5 mobil orders go out the door while we were waiting! my fiances mashed potatoes had a literal dry skin on them from sitting out so long, broccoli was mush and dehydrated from sitting under a heat lamp so long. He didn't eat it, we shared my food. And when we were finished our waitress was still standing behind the bar (which was right by our table) and we were clearly finished with our food and waiting for our check, but our waitress was still behind the bar starring off and changing the channel on the TV. My fiance had to go and ask her for the check. They were not busy, there was MANY open tables. We will never sit in Jenny's section again.

Today me and my wife came into eat and we were extremely unimpressed by the experience. We sat at a table around the corner of the left side of the restaurant and It took at least 5-8 minutes for our waitress to greet us and she wasn’t even kind. She had a rough around the edges attitude with us the whole time and was extremely not attentive to our table. She didn’t even introduce herself, but it was the dark skinned woman. I didn’t leave a tip because I felt the service was not worth it.
Working on an ambulance, we finally had a quiet moment to order a “good” dinner. This was the 8oz sir loin medium rare. Could not even rip it apart, and it was flatter than a pan cake. Borderline not eat able (this was the only moment for a meal tonight so it had to be dinner).
Seated right away, but service went downhill. It took 8 mins before anyone asked about drinks (only Coke products, no alcohol). Restaurant wasn’t busy, yet staff were hanging out in car-side while tables waited. Food came in 14 mins (2 trios, 4 mac, fiesta chicken), but my boneless wings were ice cold. Replacement took 25 mins, so I asked for a box. Oddly, to-go orders were hotter than dine-in food. Glasses/silverware had hard water buildup. Beer cheese lid was melted with sticker still on. Never offered refills until glass was empty, never asked about dessert. Flickering light above table, back door alarm noise. Manager visible but never stopped by—she was at the bar, outside, or in the office with a non-employee. Only the server apologized. Very disappointed with food, service, and management presence.
