Lunch today was great. Our waitress Heidi, is friendly, kept our drinks full and made sure we had what we need. Wish I could give her & the establishment more than five stars. The food was great, the blackened tilapia was perfect.

Heidi was our server today and she was amazing! She was on it and super friendly and fun! We had a large table and she took great care of everyone! We will come back to see Heidi again!

The food came to the table hot and ready to eat. The service was second to none with no shortage of helpful servers. We even held a baby shower in their spare party room which they (Ashlei) wonderfully hosted and brought the meals out in a timely manor. Even the atmosphere was welcoming with plenty of room to sit anywhere you choose.

My wife and I dropped by for the first time, on a whim, to eat at Cotton Patch and the food & service was great. Just moving back south after 3 years in Alaska, the Cajun pasta hit the spot. Our waitress Chante was very kind and really good and suggesting items and answering questions about menu items, she seemed knowledgeable about the restaurant and the menu.

My boyfriend and I went and had dinner here on 11/12/2025. Didn’t have any wait time friendly customer service and food was perfect. Layla who was our server was very patient and very kind. She did everything with a smile. I got a steak fillet with baked squash and a baked potato. My boyfriend got a ribeye steak with cinnamon apples and okra. Everything was excellent although I personally didn’t like the squash cause it was a bit sweeter than what I’m used to but again it was okay. It’s a definite winner restaurant in my opinion but everyone has different opinions.

We were traveling from Arkansas, and we just happen to pick this restaurant from a Google maps list. It was worth it, I had a BLT and baked squash and it was delicious. The waitress was friendly, and I was given multiple refills, and that always makes me happy.

Waiter was such a nice professional young man meant to catch his name. Anyways, I had my toddler with me and it was so refreshing to see how engaged our waiter was with me and my kiddo made for a delighting experience. Food was great, got the meat loaf plate. We met for a birthday party. Got seated right away Waitress was great, food was fantastic.. They had a special that night, which were chicken tenders 9.99. I've never seen chicken tenders this big in my life!!! She could only eat one of them. I had the chicken fried chicken, small portion, with baked squash and brocoli rice casserole and let me tell you it was yummy!!

This was my first time ever eating at a Cotton Patch and let me say. I would go here over any restaurant. And let me say, we had the best server in the entire earth. Her name is Heidi and she was so sweet and nice, she checked up on us during eating and gave us refills when we needed them, she was extremely fun to talk to and I've never had a server like this before. One of the best sit downs i have ever come across. This was my first visit ever. I don't normally try new things when traveling, but I made this exception, glad I did. The chicken and dumplings were delicious, omg the fried mushrooms and tomato the bomb.the wings where very good. You have some great food, the pork chop was fire. Your cooks need a raise. On 2/12/26, I was working in the Greenville area and this was one of the few restaurants open after I got off work (but closes I think at 9:00). I arrived around 8:30 p.m. and ordered a baked potato to keep kitchen staff from having to do a lot of cooking before closing time. My waitress said they were out of baked potatoes, but a voice a distance away of a female who was working hard said they did have some. That same person, who I later learned is one of the managers, Aleiza, even walked over and made my cocktail for me (delicious). Because I travel so much, I see a LOT in restaurants and businesses. I can say I have NEVER witnessed a person work so hard the entire time of my stay there. I knew she was young but from her maturity and the way she could multi-task I figured that she probably had at least three children. :) Before I left, I spoke with her and learned she is only 21 with no children, which impressed me even more. I hope this restaurant knows what they have in this young lady. If I had a business in Greenville, I’d somehow manage to get her to work for me. Super good experience.

The ambiance matched the restaurant's vibe and was greeted by every worker walking in. Food was homestyle cooking and it definitely did not disappoint! My child ordered the Patty Melt and said it wasn't dry was grilled to perfection. My spouse got the meatloaf and the country fried steak. He said the meatloaf is giving me a run for my money. I had the Cajun pasta and everyone on the table loved taking samples out of my plate. Next time, we will definitely order double of, was the fried mushrooms. It is now our favorite compared to the ones at FW stockyard. That batter was amazing and it stayed crispy. Their dinner rolls are now my top favorite, TX roadhouse is no comparison by a landslide! They were warm, soft and had great flavor. Waitress recommended the apple cinnamon butter. Perfect! What made this overall experience 5 out 5 was our waitress! Heidi did an amazing job recommending the menu to us and was always tentative to our tables needs. Her amazing service and the great food will have us coming here each time we're in Greenville!

Cotton Patch Greenville - Tasty as Always Out party of five had a good lunch here on a Tuesday afternoon. Being right on the freeway, there were plenty of customers already in the restaurant. We were seated quickly and served by a friendly wait staff. The food came out piping hot and very tasty. The only negative was that there were no hush puppies available for our fried catfish dinner. Our dinners came out with extra fries and no hush puppies. When we asked the waiter, he said they were out of hush puppies, so they decided to give us a double-order of fries. It would have been nice to give us the option of a different side or maybe a dessert.

It was an enjoyable experience. A young woman was washing the windows when we arrived. She opened the door for us. Welcomed us found us a table where my walker wasn't a problem. The waitress was there right away with warm rolls and a big smile. Tea was just right. The manager found out that I had never been there before. He greeted me personally and even gave me a free appetizer. For appetizers we ordered fried green tomatoes and a queso and salsa. Both were very good. I ordered the daily special hamburger steak with 2 vegetables from their menu. I think the veggie portions are a little small. The meat was tender. It was good. My friend ordered a rack of ribs with a salad and extra veggies to take home. She handed me one. It was very good. We didn't get any alcohol or dessert. We took a lot home. The bathrooms were clean. The whole place looks clean. My only comment is we asked for rolls several times during the meal. They were never ready. At the end she gave my friend rolls and brought me cold cornbread. Also as I said the veggie portions were a little small. I checked it was a little over a 1/4 cup. Would I recommend them? Yes I would. The menu had a lot of great choices. Also they don't honor Senior citizens discounts. But I'm Proud that they offer Military discounts. Get busy creating a Senior citizens discount!😉

Our server was amazing. She was super friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was super hot and fresh and the portions were large. The mashed potato’s were dry and nothing to rave about, but the broccoli cheese casserole was decent. The rolls, and fried mushrooms were delicious and the brisket queso was just average. Overall, I’m glad we stopped by. You can’t beat the bang for your buck as you’re passing by.

Interesting southern fare. I was hoping for catfish as it was in another person’s review. but didn’t see it on the menu. instead, we had the chicken fried steak. The gravy was great smothering the mashed potatoes and steak. My steak was a little underdone, but my brothers was good. The green beans and bacon were cooked well. Came with a bun. That was hot. Soft and delicious. We got the Texas caviar which is a kind of salsa and it came with delicate crisp chips. Very yummy. It was my favorite dish. Overall I’d say it was good not great.

Well, we said we would give the Greenville Texas Cotton Patch Restaurant another try. We won't be back. The rice was so overcooked that it had no flavor. The grilled chicken had a layer of fat. The okra was sent back to the kitchen because it was soaked in grease and cold. They brought it back out cold and greasy after we finished our meal. The service was slow, and the food wait time was ridiculous, only to arrive cold. We will NOT be back. And we told a woman who appeared to be the manager, and all she said was, "sorry".

All of the dishes we ordered looked great. Good rolls! The waitress was awesome! I ordered the turkey club I took a bite and noticed 3 hairs on my plate and in my food. The manager came to the table after I complained to the waitress. She said we have another sandwich on the way. By then my appetite was gone, and I couldn’t eat. I later tried to eat the new sandwich but I couldn’t, the hairs were still on my mind and made me sick. I wish the manager would have offered a refund for the sandwich instead of making another one for me. She didn’t give me any options. She just made the decision without asking.

Never again! The service and food was way beyond the norm. Not once did the server come by to see if we needed anything else. Don't waste your time and money.

I went to eat at this location a couple of times before it was pretty good but this particular night it wasn’t they started me off with some burnt rolls it took my server forever to come back so I could tell him about it my food came out good the server was not good he never came back and asked how the food was I ordered a blackberry cobbler to go and when the server bought it to the table it was ice cold I made him take it back I could buy a cold one from the store then I was ready to go he had given my check I waited about 15minutes while he took other orders just to pay so I got up and paid the manager never asked how was the service it’s not a good sign if you see a customer sending stuff back and getting up to pay for there ticket you guys really need to do better

I ordered appetizers, sides and two entrees. the Texas caviar did not come with the tortilla chips that the menu said it would come with. The chicken fried chicken did not come with gravy nor did the mashed potatoes. I showed up early so that I could wait for my good to come out so it wouldn't be cold. It was cold. When I called and let them know that they left out the chips and the gravy I was told to eat the Texas caviar with a spoon. I went back to get my gravy leaving my food to get even colder and was told that they would give me some coupons. A free appetizer and free dessert, I spent a bunch of money on cold subpar food and had to take two trips. Yet I get an appetizer and a dessert. Very dissatisfied. Will not redeem the coupons not going back.

Came in got seated, waitress hands my wife a menu that was covered in gravy or ranch dressing. We ordered an appetizer and was decent enough , serving plates still had food on them. The waitress brought us 5 forks, 3 knives and two napkins threw them on the table ( there were 3 of us). It took a while for the appetizer to get to the table so my wife had a free dessert coupon and I told her to get it ordered since things were going slowly. Finally our waitress came by and my wife gave them the order for the dessert and told them it was to go. We got this free dessert from our initial visit when the bartender spilled and mix drink all over my wife while sitting at the bar ( she was wearing white clothes). They sent another person to deliver the dessert and it was on a plate, had to go get a go box to put it in. Waiting on our order to arrive chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and green beans, after 20 minutes or so the manager came out and said they were out of mashed potatoes, would a loaded potato work? We accepted the replacement and waited for a while for our food to arrive… We got our order, gravy would cover a quarter (.25 cents) food was cold, no refills on our drinks were offered, I had to hunt down someone to pay the overpriced meal that we received and to top it off it was our anniversary lunch. Worst service ever, if you want food poisoning … this is the place! Should have went to a Convenience store and bought 2 day old sushi… Worst service ever, facility was nasty, health department should be investigating without prejudice, don’t know how this place is in business!

Food was overly buttered/greasy, therefore the food lost its flavor. The table had MOLD GROWING and the lamp was dirty. Our waiter was nice, service was a bit slow and the place was almost empty. Not sure if I’d come back to give it a second try.
