We had a birthday party at Cotton Patch Cafe-Greenville. We were given an area that was perfect for such an event. Our server, Kelsey was amazing! Our orders were perfect and we did not lack for attention. I had chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans which was delicious. My husband had the shrimp basket which he enjoyed. Based on my experience, I recommend this restaurant.

Our first experience here was amazing! The food was excellent and fresh. The main highlight of our experience was our waitress Taylor who was very helpful, friendly, and checked on us frequently! She handed us fresh rolls when our rolls were already had were getting cold. We will definitely be coming back not only for the delicious food but for the excellent service that Taylor provided. Thanks Taylor!

We had a party of 16 for a birthday party. Our server Sephera was amazing. Our appetizers and food came out fast and 100% accurate. Our drinks were refilled quickly and she made sure we had everything we needed. Sara, the manager on shift also checked to make sure everything was well with our table and brought an extra knife for the cakes. Overall great experience!

Chante’ was the best server we’ve ever had at this location. She was all smiles ,very proficient and professional. She checked on us and was always very polite. I had a great experience at Cotton Patch Restaurant! The Pork Chop dinner was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. But what really made the meal special was our waitress, Taylor. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. It’s rare to find service that genuine these days! If you’re looking for good comfort food served with a smile, Cotton Patch is the place to go, and if you can, ask for Taylor. She’ll take great care of you!

Always passing Greenville but want a sit down place to dine at? This place exceeded our expectations on everything. The ambiance matched the restaurant's vibe and was greeted by every worker walking in. Food was homestyle cooking and it definitely did not disappoint! My child ordered the Patty Melt and said it wasn't dry was grilled to perfection. My spouse got the meatloaf and the country fried steak. He said the meatloaf is giving me a run for my money. I had the Cajun pasta and everyone on the table loved taking samples out of my plate. Next time, we will definitely order double of, was the fried mushrooms. It is now our favorite compared to the ones at FW stockyard. That batter was amazing and it stayed crispy. Their dinner rolls are now my top favorite, TX roadhouse is no comparison by a landslide! They were warm, soft and had great flavor. Waitress recommended the apple cinnamon butter. Perfect! What made this overall experience 5 out 5 was our waitress! Heidi did an amazing job recommending the menu to us and was always tentative to our tables needs. Her amazing service and the great food will have us coming here each time we're in Greenville!

Interesting southern fare. I was hoping for catfish as it was in another person’s review. but didn’t see it on the menu. instead, we had the chicken fried steak. The gravy was great smothering the mashed potatoes and steak. My steak was a little underdone, but my brothers was good. The green beans and bacon were cooked well. Came with a bun. That was hot. Soft and delicious. We got the Texas caviar which is a kind of salsa and it came with delicate crisp chips. Very yummy. It was my favorite dish. Overall I’d say it was good not great.

Well, we said we would give the Greenville Texas Cotton Patch Restaurant another try. We won't be back. The rice was so overcooked that it had no flavor. The grilled chicken had a layer of fat. The okra was sent back to the kitchen because it was soaked in grease and cold. They brought it back out cold and greasy after we finished our meal. The service was slow, and the food wait time was ridiculous, only to arrive cold. We will NOT be back. And we told a woman who appeared to be the manager, and all she said was, "sorry".

All of the dishes we ordered looked great. Good rolls! The waitress was awesome! I ordered the turkey club I took a bite and noticed 3 hairs on my plate and in my food. The manager came to the table after I complained to the waitress. She said we have another sandwich on the way. By then my appetite was gone, and I couldn’t eat. I later tried to eat the new sandwich but I couldn’t, the hairs were still on my mind and made me sick. I wish the manager would have offered a refund for the sandwich instead of making another one for me. She didn’t give me any options. She just made the decision without asking.
