An employee who is passionate about his job there, explained their complex, well thought out process to create french fries that melt in your mouth. He also gave me a free sample of plain fries, as I ordered the cajun... Be sure to add their fresh jalepenos to your burger. It is a crime not too. Very pleased with this "burger joint"

You just need to go to understand, words are not enough. FRIES don't order a large you will have enough for 5 people, like milkshakes...Amazing... and of course build your own burger, made fresh on the spot.

First time having a 5guys burger, why did I wait so long! Had a small cheeseburger and fries. Soo good. Covid info: everyone was social distancing and tables/chairs were wiped down 2x in the 30 min I was there. Faint smell of bleach, but to me that equals clean.

The most solid five guys on long island. We actually have another five guys much closer but after they were so rude to my pregnant wife whilst she had a toddler we don't go to that five guys. Anyway this place the staff are always friendly, the burgers always yummy (bacon cheeseburger are just so damn good). And help yourself peanuts, obviously. Keep it up and we keep coming back

While the food here is pretty expensive, the portions are large and the food is always quality. Cashier was very friendly and made sure we got everything we wanted. Even brought my shake out to me after it was made. Overall a good experience and would recommend this place to anyone. Great for once in awhile

They don't do much, but what they make, they do really well, good for a less expensive gluten free stop. Fair warning, their regular "hamburger" is a double patty, if you only want a single ask for the "small hamburger". It would be nice if the big board menu made that very clear and obvious.

It was good...the guy who was putting my food together was great. I asked for no salt on fries and it was not an issue with him .he made sure he dropped extra cause he knew they would fall out of the basket while he was putting them in the bag ...thanks..will be back ......this was on Monday March 26 2018 around 7pm

I love this place. They have great monster size burgers and awesome fries free peanuts while you wait with paper bags to take some home. The service was great. The atmosphere is basic fast food style with choice of high top table or standard. Would definitely recommend.

Five guys is always a good option. Everything else was closed in the area, and we fell back on burgers. I won't eat burgers at most places, b but I like the burgers here bec they're crispy and have that great texture. I just love it w mayo. I will say the cheese is nothing to speak of, to the degree that next time I will prob get the burger without the cheese. The fries are so abundant it's crazy, that could be the whole meal. Easy to park, not crowded at all.

Hello everyone. I was really hungry and order the sandwich. I picked up an the order that was completely wrong, but all servers and managers were terrific and so polite and accepted their mistake. Amazing part they remember what I like to eat.. Manger all kids are there so kind, humble and friendly. Mistake never be mistake if we deal with properly.

I am a new customer to Five Guys, I located the nearest Five Guys I went on their website registered as a new customer place my order online I was told that my order will be ready at 7:50 p.m. when I arrived at Five Guys I was told that my order was not ready yet that it will be a few minutes. The last time I checked a few minutes was no more than 5 minutes! It was an additional 13 minutes! All in all I can't complain about the food it's not the best burger that I've tried but it is one of the best! I can truly say that the french fries are awesome I just learned that they were fried and peanut oil and that it peanut oil is very healthy for you! So I do give them five stars for the food and I give them three stars for there on time performance.

Classic 5 guys, just doesn't get any better. Quality food great tasting fast service what more can you ask for? Highly recommend if you've never had. This location I didn't have any issues with and will definitely be back when in the area.

Five Guys is one of the best burgers, if not the best burger, I've ever had. Everything is made fresh as they don't even have refrigerators, only coolers. Nothing is frozen. There's nothing fancy about these burgers, but they are done right. I would recommend placing your order online, that way you can take your time choosing the toppings you want & they're a lot of toppings to choose from. At no extra charge! The thick milkshakes are also delicious. They do a great job at maintaining the restaurant clean. I noticed tables being cleaned as soon as customers left. While you're waiting for your order, feel free to snack on some free peanuts.

It feels like a classic 80's restaurant. They serve the best burger in the country. My grandfather would always tell me how good this place was when one opened in his home town and I am so glad there's one near my town

Energetic, smiling, positive employees, not one of them seem to dislike their job! I always get the veggie with a lettuce bun. This is grilled onions and peppers, and mushrooms, crisp lettuce and 2 juicy tomato slices with a lettuce wrap. You could also choose this on a regular bun. My date, Frank the slim Carpenter always gets the little fries, and there are plenty to share. The beverage selection is tremendous, dispensed from giant Coke machines. I always get the caffeine free Barq's root beer. There are plenty of other beverage selections including several caffeine and sugar free selections, iced tea, lemonade and sweetened carbonated sodas. Before you eat help yourself to some peanuts in the shell which are complementary.

Same as every other 5 Guys. Good burgers and fries. Location is easy to get to and has ample parking. Little pricy for fast food but still better than Burger King and McDonald's.

I came to five guys in Hauppauge recently for the first time and I can say that my experience was great the employee that took my order was very patient and kind as I looked over the menu everything was brought out quickly and tasted delicious my over all experience was amazing and I can’t wait to come back. My only suggestion is to get bigger cups for the fries as hen I opened the bag my fries were everywhere

Nice person taking orders. I asked about the peanuts they used to have and he gave me a bag of peanuts. The hamburger, as usual, was tasty and had all the toppings that l asked for.

Haven't had these guys in years but I was jonzing for a good burger the past week or two. So I order a bacon hamburger with fries and a vanilla shake. Burger was really good, but it's the type of greasy where you definitely can't eat like this more than once a while or you'll die. The fries were pretty good and the shake was solid.

Five Guys rocks and love the free peanuts as it takes me back to old school days eating at Ground Round. Cajun fries are perfect blend of spices and make sure to get side of hot sauce to dunk your little bacon cheeseburger. My son loves the milk shakes just hold the bacon

I like the idea that you can order the hamburger your way. The burgers are fresh, juicy and delicious. Milkshakes are very good. The place is clean, and speedy service. Great place to enjoy lunch.

The burgers and fries is what I usually get when I go with my girl and they are the best!!! The only thing is that I hate/ dislike onions and sometimes I get a bite that taste like onions or it will have a little piece mixed with the salad. It could be any little piece you can think of but when you don't like onions you can taste it and it happens to often. Other then that I like this local spot. I would give it about 3.75 stars to be honest. This is still a good spot though. One of my top spots I go to if I'm hungry late night. Wish they were open till 11 but I guess I'll deal with it.

It's a Five Guys-- that means you are going to get a great burger here. Five Guys is the best burger chain in the country, with the possible exception of Shake Shack. I enjoy a Little Cheeseburger with raw onion, pickle, and a ketchup. A small fry and a milkshake are nice too, if you don't care about your arterial health. I forget whether this location has milkshakes. Look at other reviews for that, or give them a call to find out. Staff is always friendly, food is always great. The prices are high, but worth it for the quality of the food. Anyone who begrudges paying $10 for a great burger and fries doesn't deserve a great burger and fries.

The food is very good for fast food. The French Fries are the best fast food fries around and the burgers are a good size. I would give 5 stars but the price a few bucks higher than competitive alternatives. I spent 19 bucks on lunch for just me, which included double cheeseburger with bacon, regular fries and milkshake.

The burgers are very good when compared to other fast food franchises, and you can select a variety of burger toppings to fit your preferences. They also have alternatives to burgers, like their corn dog, but lack a chicken alternative. The fries are the absolute best fries among any fast food enterprise in my experience, and you have the option of malt vinegar that's what you desire. The price is a bit expensive, just over 20 bucks by the time the bacon cheeseburger, fries, and a soft drink are considered. However, you do have the option of dining in and enjoying free refills. The staff is pleasant.

Good burgers; typical Five Guys quality. BUT...some of the clientele is very sketchy. They appear to be MS-13 gang members. Use discretion when deciding whether to dine here.

Food was great...staff was not. Took forever even though we were basically the only people there. Insanely expensive for burgers and fries.

Took a while to get the food which is why I only gave it 3 Stars. Maybe I'm being harsh - But - it was made fresh so that's a big plus. The place is clean and the bathroom was well kept up with. The only thing is .... You have to like greasy food. If you're okay with this one thing, then you'll like this place and you can definitely put an extra 🌟.

Ordered cheese burger, taste good. Not as good as that of Shake shacks. However it is more ban for the buck. If you really hungry it's the place to go. Fries are rusty type, but again is a lot for even the regular size. Just too much salt on each fry I had to wipe them off. One plus point is that they give you free peanuts on the side. You can fill yourself up if you don't have peanut allergy. The environment is cheap looking kind compared to shake shack's. Therefore only give 3 star.

Best Burgers. With all the free toppings the smallest burger is best for me. No reason to get double patties. Hot Dog is also very tasty. I wish they served Turkey Burgers as I would go there more often.

$19.01 for a bacon cheese burger and fries, no drink. The window says "voted best value". I don't know what best value means but a $5 biggie bag is much more affordable

First time trying Five Guys just because of the distance to one. For all the hype, I felt it was Average at Best. Got a Bacon Cheeseburger, I'll give it to them the bacon was crispy and crumbly. As for the burgers themselves, they were overcooked and had no seasoning. Also the bun was flat as paper. Fries on the other hand were Delicious. In all I'd much rather a Wendy's Burger if I'm doing fast food. Basically a straight forward burger that needs all the free topping to elevate it to an average burger.

This place has gone down hill since they've opened. I read one of the other reviews, saying how filthy the place it...that's pretty accurate. They do get people in, so the the tables are going to get dirty, but you gotta get your staff out there to clean the tables off. Peanut shells, ketchup, soda all over the tables. In my visit last week, it was pretty bad. But as we ate the crowds died down and in the 30 minutes before we left, not a single worker came out to wipe down a table. So this place has seen better days. In any case, the food that we ordered was good, we bought a bag of fries and shared it among the 4 of us...and I think there was some left over. So unless you REALLY like fries and want to have leftovers lunch and dinner the next day, just order one regular sized fries and you can feed a family of 4. The free peanuts are a bonus for me. So no real complaints about the food, it was good and prepare well. But they need to take a look at getting the cleanliness part down. We ended up busing the table and wiping it down before we left. Maybe they were watching. :/

I’m giving 3 star because I have called the restaurant and requested the guy to put hot sauce and bbq sauce on the side but he just put lots of ketchup. Very disappointed. The burger was good and flavorful. Fries was lil cold. But I heat it up. But they really need to follow the instructions.

I spent $43 for a double patty burger and a single patty burger, large fries and 2 shakes, I had high expectations since a lot of people claim it’s good. American cheese is the only cheese you could get on a burger. There’s no dining plates or a dining service. The fries are too salty and honestly for the price is not worth it. You could get a better dining service at chick fill a or Wayback burgers. Food shouldn’t be the only service Five guys provide. Five guys should have a DINE IN thing for those people who look for quality service and choose to eat in the restaurant. I had to get up and get my food after my number got called when I said it was to stay. Overall service is garbage, food decent, prices crazy expensive.

I placed an order online for dinner and went for pickup. The staff was not very friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant felt like a regular commercial store compared to other stores. When I got home and ate my food, the hamburger bun was already so wet and the fries had so much salt sprinkled on them that my son, who loves fries so much, said he would eat just a little bit and not eat it.

Normally, I love Five Guys - the food is great and consistent through it's locations. This location, however, is the exception. First time I've ever had my order wrong - toppings on receipt different from sandwich on 2 items. Cajun fries were so over-seasoned that they were inedible, and neither of the two soda machines had any ice.

I came here for lunch and it is definitely on the lower end of Five Guys I've been too. My burger had no seasoning (tasted like it at least) and the bun was really dried out. I ordered a little fry Cajun style and they were also very dry like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for way too long.

I don't go very often went tonight and a few months ago. Both times they charged me for bacon. And never got no bacon. Just upsetting being charged for something you don't receive. Just make sure you check your food before you leave.

My last experience at this location I was a bit disappointed. When I go to 5 Guys I'm used to getting fries that are made on the spot. I bought my burger and my fries were lukewarm. they were obviously not made when I placed my order. I will give this location another shot, if there is no change, I will find another 5 guys to go to!

(Edit on 10/10 - So after complaining on their website about the below issue, which happened on 10/9, an owner swiftly responded to me, apologized, and explained what happened. Bravo to the ownership of this location. Despite this, I still won't be back to this location.) Lazy workers lied to me. Walked in and ordered about 20 minutes from closing. Was told there were no fries. Ok. So I sat down and waited. Then saw the same guy that told me there were no fries taking several racks of uncooked fries away from the fryer. Uh wait? Are there no more fries, or are you refusing to cook fries? So two customers come in AFTER me, and both place their orders, and both order fries. ??? Ok. I see this and am immediately pissed. I go up and order the fries I initially wanted, from the same kid that told me there were no fries. He takes my order and doesn't even acknowledge what he told me earlier. I get my burger, my fries, and my milkshake with the whip cream I told him I DIDN'T want, and decided that was my last trip to this 5 guys location. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Used to love 5 guys. Every burger used to be 2 patties. Apparently they changed it to 1 patty for the same price. When you place an order now they ask you to choose a tip amount. I chose $0 because I don't like being pressured to tip people for pushing a few buttons and doing nothing special for me. I ordered a little bacon burger with sauteed onions. They gave me a little burger with sauteed onions and MUSHROOMS and no bacon. I love bacon and am allergic to mushrooms. Just came to order in person and found ants all by the ketchup station. Drink station on left doesn't look cleaned, looks very sticky. Floor was swept at least Sat down and the tables felt sticky. Didnt get offered a discount for the bugs, they just said thanks when i told them about it and cleaned it up. A bit. Didnt place traps down. Ive been to this place quite often, so I'm a little disappointed to find it in this state. Hoping this reaches someone important so that it can look a little cleaner next time
