They don't include the sauce in the order. You have to ask for it. They don't put sour cream in the tacos or just a tiny dot only. Once i orderered the Mexican pizza. The dough of the pizza tasted like it's old. I hope they don't sacrifice the quality just becos of the pandemic.

I listed food and decor as "good" because its just plain taco bell food. I don't know what the deal is with this drive through but they messed up our order again. Friggin COOKIES!. The only thing I ordered was oatmeal cookies and they couldn't even get that right. I got home and they were chocolate chip (normally I wouldn't care but I got them for someone else who wanted oatmeal). Seriously? Do I have to check a friggin cookie to be sure they got it right? There are one or two good people there but the rest are not too bright :(

Go to the next Taco Bell to still have that Taco Bell taste and vibe. I've tried several times to think it was just one time but they are guaranteed to make you not even want Taco Bell.

First time tried this Taco Bell/KFC, just for KFC's new Fried Chicken Sandwich. It was lunch time but very few cars on the parking lot and no one on drive-thru except me. Just wonder if the following could be one of the reasons. "Not like on TV commercial, the chicken patties we got were so small they did not even reach the edge of buns."

I already fisliked this place because their drive thru line takes like 10 mins at least.Today I was there for 15mins for a order of chalupa combo with my Aquafina water bottle then I added Jalapenos at the window. After the long wait then when I got home I noticed I didnt get my Taco from my Chalupa combo a. And last time I went there I asked for a salad w/steak they charged me for jalapeños on my salad but gave me whole jalapeños like I was suppose to comp on it while eating my salad. Well I called the store this time once I noticed but no one answered and their is no voicemail. They just really stole from me!

It has been 35 minutes. Started off with 6 cars in front of me. One car left. Unacceptable! You can't go inside to order. Just got the food after 40 minutes. I will never go again. Both Foothill and Jackson Street allow you to order inside and never a delay like this. It happened last week but I didn't realize this is the way they are running their business. They should have a sign warning of the delay before you get stuck in line.

I blame it on the owner first for not providing enough people and second on the management, because the altitude of one woman here is very poor. But I blame it on the toxic environment.
