This said, I sometimes go on with multiple kids and get some tacos and chicken using both menus. The location is typically clean, service is quick, staff has always been very nice to us. It is located in a very convenient place along the mission that is perfect to stop by for a quick meal!
I actually had 3 piece KFC grilled chicken with 2 side and a drink & they were soooooo good. It tasted like just came out of oven. The young lady with a cute hat who took my order was very nice & professional. Another lady who cleans the tables and chairs was diligent. Bathroom was very clean and the atmosphere was warm, nice & very clean. I would go back!! Good job KFC for good food & excellent service!!!!! KFC hired the right people in this location.

They don't include the sauce in the order. You have to ask for it. They don't put sour cream in the tacos or just a tiny dot only. Once i orderered the Mexican pizza. The dough of the pizza tasted like it's old. I hope they don't sacrifice the quality just becos of the pandemic.
I listed food and decor as "good" because its just plain taco bell food. I don't know what the deal is with this drive through but they messed up our order again. Friggin COOKIES!. The only thing I ordered was oatmeal cookies and they couldn't even get that right. I got home and they were chocolate chip (normally I wouldn't care but I got them for someone else who wanted oatmeal). Seriously? Do I have to check a friggin cookie to be sure they got it right? There are one or two good people there but the rest are not too bright :(

My HUGE gripe is that this location randomly decides to close their lobby at 9:30pm instead of 10 like their door and website both list. By the time I get off the bus for work it's just passed 9:30, I've rarely been able to get it after work

First time tried this Taco Bell/KFC, just for KFC's new Fried Chicken Sandwich. It was lunch time but very few cars on the parking lot and no one on drive-thru except me. Just wonder if the following could be one of the reasons. "Not like on TV commercial, the chicken patties we got were so small they did not even reach the edge of buns."
I already fisliked this place because their drive thru line takes like 10 mins at least.Today I was there for 15mins for a order of chalupa combo with my Aquafina water bottle then I added Jalapenos at the window. After the long wait then when I got home I noticed I didnt get my Taco from my Chalupa combo a. And last time I went there I asked for a salad w/steak they charged me for jalapeños on my salad but gave me whole jalapeños like I was suppose to comp on it while eating my salad. Well I called the store this time once I noticed but no one answered and their is no voicemail. They just really stole from me!

Service is slow. Be prepared to wait for a long time for your food. I’ve been sitting in the parking lot for more than 10 minutes with about 10 other cars. Pay your workers decent wage Taco Bell and maybe you’ll get more workers. Being short staffed is poor business management. The Taco Bell in Jackson St does much faster service.
It has been 35 minutes. Started off with 6 cars in front of me. One car left. Unacceptable! You can't go inside to order. Just got the food after 40 minutes. I will never go again. Both Foothill and Jackson Street allow you to order inside and never a delay like this. It happened last week but I didn't realize this is the way they are running their business. They should have a sign warning of the delay before you get stuck in line.
I live next door to this taco bell, and I will drive to the one in industrial because of the huge wait times. There will literally be 20 minute wait times here in the day time, and there is a woman here very frustrated. I wish they would hire more staff here. They would frequently give me the wrong food too. I blame it on the owner first for not providing enough people and second on the management, because the altitude of one woman here is very poor. But I blame it on the toxic environment.
