Tom's is great, I have​been eating here almost weekly for 10 years and the food and service is consistently top notch. Try the Tom's burrito and breakfast burrito, also the 50/50 burger is fantastic.

Great alternative to the nearby Norm's which can be full on weekends. Great prices and delicious food! Brought my family on a day they wanted Norms which had no room for anymore cars. They were skeptical but once they tried the waffles and french toast they were sold! They've been going back ever since. LOVE this place.

I've started to eat at this place almost daily now. Their service is good, they deliver the food quickly, and their meals are pretty hearty. As a vegetarian, I enjoy their egg burrito for lunch and sometimes their garden salad, which includes egg, peppers, roma tomatoes, some mixed greens, and other goodies beyond the usual diner dinner salad.

That waffle is everything and chicken fried to perfection. And they have parking!

The few times I have been there I was treated with respect. They actually make eye contact while taking your order. I used the Drive-thru for the first time yesterday and the voice behind the speaker was very polite. Oh and my chicken burger was the best. Thank you!

I would always drive by this place but never took interest. I thought it was an old run down restaurant. Boy was i wrong!!! Place is really clean on the inside and the food was delish! I always struggle with finding a place to eat because all my boys have different tastes! But here all of us ate! Truly recommend visiting this small but comfy place. Service was also on point! Theres enough parking for all.

tombers gives you the best quality I mean if you want a real burger with onions onion rings pickles lettuce tomato and the good old thick Patty that's the place to be I'll go to Tommy's anyway for my burrito steak sandwiches my pastrami's you name it and plus I know the boys they make me feel like family to the old-fashioned way

Good food. I just wish when you ask to remove something off a sandwich you don't eat, they would honor your request. Asked for NO Mustard on a chili cheese burger and it looked like a double portion on my burger bottom and bread 🤢🤢🤮🤮 Otherwise, it was a good burger and fries.

Through out the years we all have seen many people work here and have had good experiences. Today however we found out that one of the most amazing employee’s (Lidia) was leaving. She works hard, is very attentive, and is takes all orders fast. Getting people in and out immediately with no hesitations at all. We as well enjoy the food we are given every time. Thank You

Yes it's expensive but would you want a burger that looks like a burger that's big like you would make for you at home with fries you couldn't possibly finish or one that looks like you made from ready made flash frozen ingredients that 7-11 charges 2 for $3 but the name brand chain charges you what Tom's charges plus friendly table service. Maybe Carl's Jr./Hardees.

I love this place. There's a different kind of cheese burger specials on weekdays. Great breakfast almost as good as norms.

It was at almost closing time. We we're taking a ride on our bikes, I needed the facilities. They gave me a smile and a very appreciative your welcome. The restraunt was clean I ordered a taco combo! It was delicious! The beans were very tasty and it all came together heavenly.

Good spot to grab a quick bite. The service you get from all the staff is phenomenal! The service they provide is what makes me go back.

My visit there was pleasant, ordered the double cheeseburger family pack and it was really good at a decent price, the fries were fresh the burger was hot and they brought all our food to our table and gave us free dressing for our fries which was a plus because most burger joints charge extra for dressing. Prices are decent. $10 for burger, fries and coke. Food is good. Service is not so good. Employee gave my food to someone else. Had to wait twice as long for my food. She never even apologized. It didn't occur to her about apologizing.

Closing time is at 9:30pm right? If so, why would they not attend me through the drive thru when I got there at 8:40pm? I love this place but this isn’t the first time. Kinda upsetting when you’re looking forward to eat a burger from here.

Worst service overall...waited over an hour and still no food ..my familys food was given to other tables and when asked for food twice waitresses still did not bother to rush..we asked for our money back and only given store credit..no manager on site and was told unable to get his number...will be back for money never eating here again...once home I called to speak with Peter the so called manager and I ended up speaking with a cook who passed himself as the manager...after all this drama I returned to toms for my money no manager same crew who were rude and wld not even admit to the mistakes..peter if you read this review you need a new crew who knows how to treat faithful customers..who have experience in the food industry...

Placed an online order 2 pastramies and a order of onion rings. Received one pastrami... They only charge me for one pastrami on a online order? Threw the pastrami in the trash, the onions rings tasted better than the pastrami. Not ordering from this Tom's again.

I use to like it here but , not until the girl on the drive-thru ignored me . All I wanted was yellow peppers ! And she said I already put them inside your bag and straight up closed the window on me ! Umm why would I lie ,I stayed there no one was waiting in the back so I kindly asked again mind u I made a big order and I even honk my horn like I know u have a cam. For sure and a guy opens window this time I kindly told him I never got the yellow peppers ok let me get them for u just so you’ll know extras are charged and I’m like about to say I never got them n he shuts the window ! I’m waiting a bit and nothing again …at this point I just took off …Thank you for not caring and been stingy with you’re customers ..make sure you charge them atleast and not be waiting for nothing lol. I have to edit my review. Giving it 1 star. I came here about 3 weeks ago, (ordered through the drive thru) and I got food poisoning from either eating the fries , taking a few bites of the burger or both. I've been to this location plenty of times and never had an issue. Unfortunately, I wont be consuming any food from this locating after this.

Maybe the worst burger ever. Obviously frozen patties that were like rubber. Mcds beats them hands down. Not quite sure how that is even possible??? Chili cheese fries were lackluster. Threw 1/2 the burger away not worth even taking home! Same goes for the fries, in the bin is where they went and belong. It's a shame right up the street from work. Seeing a lot of positive reviews had me wondering if they changed something lately? If they did for the love of God change it back!!! Reviews of the rude staff is spot on. I was there for carryout had to wait 5 minutes for the cashier to get free to help me she wasn't friendly either. Other workers ignored that I was standing at the counter by the delivery driver sign. Jee wonder why I was standing there to get prepayed pickup.

We usual get great service but arrived at 8:30pm and we were made to eat outside in the cold while the sign says that it closes at 9:30pm. I just know that our money will now go to the tacos at Pacific and California where we can eat inside and warm with no games.

Be careful when you pay with a ebt card they charged me taxes even though with a ebt card they dont charge taxes i told the cashier and she didnt know/ cared i emailed them to fix this and havent heard back from them they even punish you with a 4% on your bill to cosume there smh im never coming back

The cashier with the classes was rude. And another thing if she knows she's working with customers she should at least try to be more nice She should be trained again. One more thing she should fixed her messy hair it's a food place you should be clean!!!

This place will not check who came first to order when dinning in, the cooks will take orders from customers coming behind you, and will not bother to consider who's in line at the register ready to order. Cashier dont consider to care either. I finally got my order but made it to go, and all this after the ones behind me got served first and leaving me rushing back to work.

I use to go atleast 2 times a week but ever since they accept ebt and i paid with it they charged me taxes i told the workers there they didnt care even got mad at me you guys do know if i report this to the dpss you guys would get a violation because you cant charge taxes on ebt they had me going to the restaurant like 4 times always givving me different excuses that the manager wasn't there very unprofessional .
