I drive 20 minutes to this TB from Fort Worth, out the numerous TBs I've been to through at least 5 states this is my favorite location, best portion sizes and friendliest staff you'll find from any other location in the area

I went inside to order because I order some things for my husband that they don't offer anymore. But you can build it yourself. Specifically Meximelt and I had been ordering soft tacos removed lettuce etc. However the counter cashier lmk that could do cheese roll easier. Lot less removing and adding that way. Was a great tip. The atmosphere was calm and friendly. The staff knowledgeable, and approachable. Food was fantastic 😋 as usual.

This Taco Bell is literally perfect they have never let me down. Did a mobile order for the first time today (drive thru pickup) and it was exactly correct and it came out quickly. Staff is also always friendly and to those who think otherwise- I’m very polite to fast food employees so maybe try that. Thank you pipeline Tbell for always coming in clutch! 🧡💜💛

This is the ONLY Taco Bell I like, I live two cities over and still prefer this one. Every time I try to go to another location they are lazy and mean. These guys absolutely rock! Always nice, always get it right. Thank you !

We have been out of the country for the last year and more than anything we missed crazy bean burritos from taco Bell! We were not disappointed. We had bean burritos with extra cheese, extra sauce, and extra onions along with taco supreme with black beans. They were all delicious. Especially the HOT SAUCE. Crazy when you come back to Texas and your comfort food is Taco Bell. They are open late, always give plenty of hot sauce, and fill their burritos full. The drive through was quick and easy and the drive thru attendant was very nice. Thank you.

I've never had any problem with this taco bell, the drive thru line is long and the area is kinda small, however, the employees always handle things pretty fast and my order is always correct. At the window iim always greeted with a hello, and I'm either told my hot sauce is in the bag or they ask if I need any!

They are consistently friendly, accurate, and quick. I've never come through here and not gotten hot food. Other Taco Bells will serve really old beans and rice, but I haven't had issues here. The line for the drive sometimes has a few people waiting, but we've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for our food.

First time ever eating here at this location. Employees were awesome! Fast, fresh food. Dinning room clean. And super friendly. I was impressed. Lots of workers and moving quickly

It’s Taco Bell what can I say. it’s consistent it’s relatively cheap. It gets the job done when I don’t have time and I don’t have much money.

I've gone to this taco bell at least 20 times. Never screwed up an order. I've always asked extra meat on the 5 layer pack, upgrade a box with Baja freeze, the food is fresh and correct. I'm happy to write a review for it.

Love this Taco Bell! The staff is always so polite and courteous. My orders are always hot and almost always correct. But if ever an issue, they are very quick to make it right. Thanks for your kindness in my day!

I love this location. The managers there are amazing. There’s one manager named I think Barry, he’s the sweetest, most polite guy. He also never judges me when he sees me for the second time in one day 😂. Guys like Barry make you have a favorite Taco Bell.

We are repeat customers! Cleanest taco bell ever! Kiosk ordering system is super easy to navigate. The employees are so friendly, they have a great vibe, full of positive energy and even when they are really busy the teamwork displayed is great! Quick service, & hot food. My favorite is that all of the modified food requests my picky teenagers make, are always done perfectly.

I went at 11:20pm and The lady at the drive through was very friendly and sold me on trying garlic ranch for my fries! They forgot a part of my order, but when I went back they were very apologetic and gave me 4 taco coupons! 5/5 customer service!!!

Stopped by to pick a quick bite for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. Out of all the Taco Bells in the DFW area this one is by far the absolutely the best. I went thru the drive thru, the replacement was great repeated my order and then asked if I needed anything else and was really quick service. I ordered a regular crunchy taco and a bean burrito extra toasted and let tell you the food was so delicious. The taco 🌮 was so fresh and absolutely delicious lots of meat lettuce and cheese, the bean burrito was made perfect! I don't usually drop into Taco Bell because I've never had a good experience, but I thought why not this one and I am so glad that I stopped. I recommend this Taco Bell and definitely will be going back. If just the taco and burrito were so delicious I interested to try something else. Great service and absolutely fresh delicious food. Must try!!

Out of 100s of visits(I like TB, okay) only a handful of those orders were incorrect or not up to standard. No matter what time of day I go, I feel I can trust that my meal will be made with the same consistency.

I tried the new vegan nacho cheese fries and they are tasty. Even though it’s only for a limited time, I’m glad Taco Bell created this option for people who don’t consume dairy.

This is our favorite Taco Bell in the area. We have one in Bedford, but gave up on it long ago food sucks. This Taco Bell always has great food and great service. No matter the time of day this is a great place to eat!!!

I have loved Taco Bell since I was in high school in the 1970s. For fast food it is inexpensive, consistent in quality and has a flavor palette (TexMex) I like. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but it is mine.

First visit since remodeled. Very clean, modern look. Mexican pizza was good. Dr. Pepper great, but Pepsi was watery. Disappointed that senior discount isn't given, only half price drinks.

Better than most other locations. So far after multiple visits all of my items have been in the bag. It sounds simple but the location was closest to my last house would mess up on every order so the drive thru wasn't an option. This location has there stuff together and I visit with confidence.

Consistently good example. Sometimes the kiosks are down and the staff isn't very knowledgeable of the menu. However, the order has been correct, hot, and well enough made every time I've ordered there. Will gladly return.

Have to say I kind of like this Taco Bell. I know some people don't much care for Taco Bell but this one is pretty good and consistent. Appreciate their customer service too. Whoever is at the drive thru window is usually really friendly. They can get kind of busy in the evenings but the line moves pretty quickly considering.

The order taker seemed irritated or upset about being at work and kinda rushed me to order. When I got to the window I paid for my food however the food did not seem very fresh and was still cold I had to take it home and warm it up.

Whoever the black lady running the window tonight around 9 was rude. Couldn’t even say thanks or you’re welcome back to me. Just stared at me took payment or gave me my food and closed the window on me twice. Other than that this place is fast and the food tastes good.

I only do breakfast here. The rest of the food has change for me years ago. I have come to like the breakfast menu. The breakfast crunch wrap with steak and the steak and potato breakfast burrito are my go to. My issue with the pipeline location is I never know when they open. Online and the door say 8 a.m. but then some days they don't open till 9 a.m. It is unclear if they are open unless you go there to verify. My second problem has been there website for online ordering. The last 3 times I tried ordering my breakfast ahead of time it tells me the items I have chosen are only available during breakfast hours. It 9 a.m...

I usually don't have an issue here. The drive thru personnel today was frustrating..kept making me repeat my order, and she repeated back incorrectly..thankfully, it seems like order ok. We went through drive thru..we ordered the $5 boxes..she starts handing them out one at a time..had to ask for a bag...she seemed put out when I asked....no napkins, no sauce..had to park and send my daughter in for those..frustrating. Bumping up a star..the triple double crunchers box is great! See photo..includes drink..excellent, food preparers!

The food is great except the burritos. Nacho fries hot and fresh, and hot chicken nuggets. However the five layer burrito not great. it seems like they don’t know how to make a burrito. it’s not layered correctly. all of the meat would be in one bite, and then the next bite be all of the beans the next bite would be all of the cheese and so forth. That how every burrito I get here is, I need to stop getting the burritos. Lastly, there are no baby changing tables.

The staff are always friendly and service great and is fast. My issue though is with some of the food choices. Don't order their pintos and cheese - complete joke and waste of money. You get not even 1/4 of a container; see pictures. Also, don't order the nachos... the chips have been stale the last 3 times we ordered here.

A little skimpy on the chalupa toppings, but this is why I only go to taco bell if everything else is closed. No taco bell actually fills the taco/taco shaped items. I had to spread the toppings myself so all the sour cream isn't in one corner.

Great service and great location. Miles different than some of the other Taco Bells Edit: This location has a serious problem with putting hot sauce in the bag. It is habitual. I also never get any kind of apology. I would be furious if I got all the way home with no hot sauce.

This place is not that great compared to the Tacobell on rufe snow and the one on Denton hwy. Every time I order a bean burrito the chunky dry beans always smell burnt. The cooks back there definitely have to dry bean to water ratio off and it just not good. I shouldn’t be biting into dry bean chunks🤢 and I am a nurse and sometimes I get off late at night and the bean burritos are even worse than what they are in the daytime. I’ll stop going for awhile but every time I give it a chance it’s still the same outcome. Disappointment.

CHECK YOUR DRIVE THRU ORDER...This review is based on two separate drive thru visits that were two weeks apart. Both times I ordered tacos with NO lettuce. 1st time I let it go and thought uh, probably just honest mistake. Second time, I emphasized "meat and cheese only, no lettuce." The employee even repeated it. Got home and low and behold, lettuce on Tacos.

Look I'm like everyone else who goes to taco bell. Cheap and quick. But it gets annoying after a while constantly dealing with the same non caring attitudes of the employees. On top of that don't you think it's a little rude to blast music with explicit language to where I can hear it outside the drive thru window? 2 stars. 1 for being cheap. 2nd for being quick. That is all.

I ordered delivery with doordash. I did not receive my two beef tacos and my chicken quesadilla was so cold, the cheese wasn't even melted.

Taco Bell used to be the place where you could get a bunch of food for not much money. Not anymore. If you get anything on the value menu then it's going to be mostly tortilla. I spend way more here than going to McDonald's or other fast food. Their "new" items they always come up with are always $3-$5 & they are super small. Like yesterday, I tried one of the new Chicken Cantina tacos. The flavor was really good but it was just SO small for $3. I could've easily eaten 5 or 6 of these mini tacos & I'm not trying to spend $20 @ the Bell. They finally brought back the green salsa w this one but you gotta pay for each packet. That's weak sauce... It's become too expensive for me to go very often anymore. Bring the prices down - it's just the same Taco Bell that used to be cheap.

The workers were nice but the food was kind of cold and the cheese was not fully melted on my Chicken Quesadilla (see pictures for reference). And my mom's Beef Crunch Wrap Supreme barely had anything in it. It was just mostly tortilla. A little disappointed in this location because last time I came in the middle of the night around 2am and ordered something, they did a really good job on it.

Ordered my food just to find that i was was missing 2 items. Super mad! I didint stop to verify cause the line was full and Didint want to hold them up but i should’ve! Didint even give me straws! Deeply dissatisfied!

Absolutely the worst customer service. I mentioned at the window that some of their prices in the menu outside were incorrect, so maybe they can contact management to get it fixed. Wasn’t arguing about it, just wanted to be informative in the event someone argues over it. Well, the young man turned to tell this woman behind him and her response was that it’s because tax is added. I mention that tax is added at the end and then she gets upset, shrugs her shoulders, and says “well I don’t know then... not my problem.” Nice way to keep it classy.

This restaurant and it's owner are thieves. Their ordering kiosk took our order and removed the money for it off the gift card my son won at church. However, when we got to the counter we were told our order did not exist. The manager treated us like liars and scam artists. I contacted the owner who assured me she'd look into it and call me back. When she did I missed her call but called her right back. It went to voicemail just like it did every time I tried to call her from then on. They took 15.00 from my son. I hope they are proud of themselves for taking money from a child!! We will NEVER go back there and I'll tell everyone I know to avoid it as well.

Me and my mom went to Taco Bell and ordered 5 burritos and 4 nachos for our big family, when we tried to leave I overheard the rude staff make fun of our order saying " who orders for beef and cheese ". When we finally left the store and went home we realized the staff only gave us 1 of the 5 burritos we paid and ordered for. This isn't the first time that this has happened and I'm starting to feel like they are purposely taking our money.

Staff at this location cares more about closing the store early and going home than working the store posted hours. I went here today around 10 minutes before closing and seen a male and female staff on the grill, I attempted to order food and they told me the store is closed, the stores posted hours and hours online stated it was still open for close to another 10 minutes. Don't go here, staff don't honor their posted hours of operation.

It's 12 am I'm a Uber driver I go through drive thru . They say come inside to pick up order and say that there will be 3 order before me. So I come in and wait 15 min. They now say that they are purposing by passing my order because they can't stop doing drive thru and will take even longer.

Messed up my order twice after confirming it with me. Have paid for extra condiments several times and didn’t get them. And then, tonight, their system just dies after I put in an online order? Three strikes, you’re out. The one on Grapevine Highway is not too far away.

It even says here, "dine in or drive thru" I had a taco Bell gift card, which unfortunately cannot be used for doordash. I don't have a car. I walk in ,mask on,another lady was standing there. I know nobody at Taco Bell cares about customer service so Taco Bell you’re probably not going to read this. You need to stop advertising delivery and making people wait several hours for the order and then tell the delivery driver that there is an hour wait for the order. That’s not right to make somebody wait several hours for the order and not ever get it. You need to turn your delivery options off if your restaurant is so far behind.

Came here to pick up an order for delivery, first it took them 15 minutes to start it but the worst part is they were making orders with no gloves. Touching cheese, Lettuce, tomatoes and all other condiments with their bare hands…

I just took my family to this location after a long day. I looked up and witnessed an employee walk out of the restroom, texting on his phone, with his gloves on. I then watched him walk to the prep food area and start working on an order for drive thru. I promptly told my small children and husband to throw the food away and politely asked for a refund. The manager on duty was nice but insisted that what I saw was "ok" because he was the one that prepped our food. I assume the whole staff understood how disgusting this was because he (the employee from the bathroom) immediately shucked his gloves into the trash. I did receive a full refund but while me and my small children and husband were waiting for our refund, the said employee decided to stare me and my family down like he had intention to harm us. I then said "do you have something to talk about to me?" To which the manager put up his arm and prevented him from continuing. We just got home and my seven year old daughter is crying and extremely upset because she also saw his face and the way he acted. I will never return here and I hope that this young man learns one day what it feels like to be so scared of someone else.

I like Taco Bell so I was excited to try the new Cantina Tacos. Don't bother they are gross ,stick with the regular menu. My chicken taco hardly had any meat the cheese had been all squished out in the process to grill the taco shell which had gotten over grilled and was too hard to eat. My husband was eating the locos tacos which I should have gotten instead! Taco Bell you can trash your cantina menu along with the chemical cheese dip it is not worth $10 it is not even worth free. I did like the avocado salsa.

So I like Taco Bell, but all the jokes Bout what it does to your stomach I think I finally figured out why. Usually we go through the drive through but at 12pm on 1/9/23 the wife and I met for lunch. While we ate we watched a gentleman do high dusting above the cooking area, including wiping vents, dropping florescent light covers to clean the inside and cleaning dirty vent covers. While cooking is going on. That should be an after hours function to give time to clean down/ clean cooking services. Super nasty and disgusting. Where was the manager to stop this from happening, or wait, could that be him doing it? Terrible timing Taco Bell. I appreciate the cleaning effort but the timing and view point from a customer stand point is ridiculous.

Came here Friday evening with 5 friends we all ordered chicken tacos (separate orders) when we got home they gave all of us beef. If you don’t have chicken tacos available just say that if we wanted beef that’s what we would’ve asked for careless workers but it’s fast food so it doesn’t matter right? Why create a problem? Food is fine but I’ve tried to get a 10 piece nugget twice now and each time they’ve charged me for 10, gave me a box labeled “10” and only put 5 in :( definitely go somewhere else!

This is by far the worst Taco Bell! It’s the closest one to us, and we keep thinking surely, they will get better. The customer service is decent, it’s the food that we have issues with. They literally put nothing in their burritos. I order bean burritos with extra cheese and red sauce every time, and it’s like eating a dry tortilla. The Doritos Locos Tacos are great...but, it would be nice if they actually put cheese on them. I’m not sure what has happened, but It seemed like this location is only allowed to use a tiny bit of everything and call it good! Disappointed AGAIN!

Horrible customer service the employees forgot to put some of the order in the bag so we went back to let them know and get what we were owed and the employee there called my 14 year old son the N word and laughed a grown man when I asked for the manager the manager refused to do anything and blamed my son on why his employee calling my son the N WORD! This is the second time I’ve gotten a crunch wrap supreme with NO MEAT! it’s just cheese, I didn’t order a vegetarian and my ticket clearly says Crunchwrap supreme. What’s going on ???

I have been to this location twice already and I'm never going back.. The first time I ordered 2 party packs and they gave me 12 packs of sauce.. Today I had ordered a chalupa Supreme and I get a chicken strip and they didn't even give me my cinnamon sticks I ordered..

This is supposed to be a Cheesy Gordita Crunch... Did y'all eat half of my toppings?? I'm honestly disappointed because this Taco Bell usually has good service, but I can guarantee that I won't return after this.

Always missing at least one item when I order and the items I do receive lack being filled and are often dry or contain broken shells. The Taco Bell on Denton highway is the one to go to, this one lacks the management to complete a fulfilled order.

Ordered a Doritos Los Tacos supreme and literally got 5 strands of cheese. They need to do better at this location. I have gone to plenty other locations for the same item and never has my cheese been spread so thin.

I noticed the cashier had on gloves and asked if they were latex. I was informed by her they were nitrile. A few other employees have come out from the back, one with the box for the gloves. At this point I have already handed this woman my bank card, and received it back. He informed me they were latex, and asked why I needed to know. I explained that I am allergic to latex and exposure causes anaphylaxis and sepsis. The employee informed me he didn't know what that meant. I will not be returning, as I couldn't eat the food prepared for me.

Just got a DoorDash and this was the shitiest meal I’ve ever got! Bacon in cheesy beef burrito instead of potatoes and a cantina bowl with no chicken nor beans!!!!

Attempted to get my family something to eat before we went to see the lights. It was 8:14( I’m aware of the holiday hours closing at 9pm). As I pulled up to the intercom, the worker(female) claims, they are not taking orders because they have to catch up on the other orders they have and they may run out of food. While I do understand that explanation, what bothered me was I saw one worker sitting in the corner on his phone (white male) and another worker sitting in his car (possibly Hispanic). There were no other cars sitting in line and there was a Nissan Altima blocking the window that never left. If what the worker was saying was true, then wouldn’t it be beneficial for other workers to help if that was the case? If she was telling me a lie, I am very disappointed in Taco Bell for allowing there workers to behave in that manner. This would need to be addressed immediately!!! If I could give 0 stars I would .

The manager, after I ask the cashier how much was the lettuce," free I think, "she said. So she charged me $.40 without telling me. I mentioned why ,... so he the manager then got mad with no apology and gave me all my money back and didn't give me my order at all! I was insulted and hungry, they were so rude this Taco Bell doesn't deserve to be open, because poor customer service, rushing people orders etc.! "They were like take it or leave it. If I could give them none I would. I ordered on the app, I have the confirmation number, my bank statement reflecting the charge, but was refused my order. Not good customer service. They could plainly see what I ordered, and that it was paid for. Had to go else where to feed myself and my daughter.

my kids and I go to this taco bell AT LEAST 2-3 times A WEEK right after school for a after school snack, and i have to say, the last 2 visits including today have been TERRIBLE to say the least. Now I will say the staff at the counter are very nice and apologetic as it's not their fault but get the brunt end of it all. whoever you have in the back prepping the food clearly cannot read the orders on the ticket and make a simple order correct. ITS NOT HARD to make a taco or a burrito. I'm a nurse at a children's hospital and I know if I gave your kid the wrong dose of meds you would have something to say about, am I right? so, when i come in to eat and pay for food I expect to get what I ordered and correct. Few days ago, I ordered 2 of the same burritos one WITH sour cream and one with OUT sour cream. when we got our food, they both had sour cream. today I ordered the supreme luxe box which came with the CHICKEN chalupa supreme and tell me why i got a steak chalupa supreme?! So of course, I let them know about the mistake and that this was the second time within THIS WEEK my order was messed up. This man in front of me came into the restaurant to order to make sure his order was right because we know also how the drive threw is he left and 10 min later he's walking back in the store letting them know they messed up on his order too. LIKE SERIOUSLY get somebody different back in the back prepping the food, This is ridiculous and getting very old. I think ill just take my business to Taco Casa, thank you very much!

I wouldn’t refer this place to my worse enemy , I have never felt like I experienced racism like this and I ended up canceling my order because I couldn’t even sit and eat here , I came to the counter to order my food and myself , my family and another African American lady were in line , we went to order our food and Logan told us he is unable to take our order with no reasoning behind it and turned and went back to doing what he was doing but 30 seconds after that 3 Caucasian families walked in behind me and he greeted them and took their order and they got their food immediately me and my family waited about 15 minutes and still have not received our food so I went to cancel the order ! THIS IS NOT A SAFE ENVIRONMENT FOR CHILDREN , families nor AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALES ! Ladies stay safe and do not I repeat do not spend your money here , Beyond upset and frustrated that my children at ages 8,7and 5 had to experience this and NIRNA the manager after talking to her she did not care at all and BARRY THE MANAGER STATED AND I QUOTE “well I don’t know if that’s true let me investigate because Logan doesn’t have a racist bone in his body “ well today he did ! And instead of making me and my family and other feel safe BARRY BRUSHED IT OFF , I have never ever in my whole life experienced this . I’m Disgusted

i have bought 5 burritos and 4 nachos for my big family. All beef and cheese when going back to the car. I overheard the people behind the counter said "who eats beef and cheese." (my is really basic when it comes to these things) Keep in mind this isn't the first time this happen. Now today hoping everything would change they only give me one burrito. Please anyone gonna shop here please please be cautious these people play games with you. The food was aten obviously my kids were hungry.
