Ordered from this location through favor, received our food and was extremely disappointed, while the salad was apparently good, I ordered a double Dave combo and what I received looked more like Krystal or White Castle burger than what a double Dave burger IS. I will definitely go to whataburger or even a Carl’s Jr instead of ever ordering from here again

Wish I could post the video of sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins with no one saying anything. I call the store and they say they are super busy inside and will get with me shortly .. 5 mins later still sitting there.. come inside and there are 2 people .. no one even acknowledges me for another 5 mins. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience for a new business here in Hutto. These kids need some supervision!!!

I can't begin to explain how often I come to Wendy's for the coffee. At first I would get the large and it actually be the large cup of coffee. The amount of times that my food order is wrong and it doesn't even phase me because of the coffee being good. Now Everytime I order the large coffee it's always a different size. So training needs to be done because how many other people are being ripped off from size descrepencies. YOU ARENT GETTING WHAT YOU PAYED FOR. ESPECIALLY AT THIS WENDYS.

Didn't put ice in my drink, took 10 minutes to get my tap to pay to work, and one of the workers who wasn't working the window came up and tried to hit me with his sales pitch for his side business and asked me for $30. Terrible service every time I have come, it seems like they exclusively hire ghetto. Also recently have had fraudulent purchases on my debit card and suspect it was from visiting this location. Worth the drive to a different location, this store needs to be shutdown or fire everybody including management and start over.

The store has a large sign advertising $1 soft drinks of any size. I ordered a drink, was charged $3 and change. I asked about the window ad, the worker argued with me and wouldn’t honor the price. I took a photo and came BACK through the drive thru, and he was STILL rude. I got a refund but come on y’all, that was so uncomfortable.

Horrible service ! I ordered in the morning Francisco and I got one honey buddy chicken combo and French toast sticks and I asked if they have 4pc and a 6pc? All he kept doing was charging for both multiple times and I kept telling I’m asking him and he just kept charging and then someone helped him and then I get home with our food and the no chicken my sandwich that I got. I paid $9 and all I got was a drink and season potatoes I have called this location literally 10 times and all it says is this wireless customer is unavailable. Don’t get here and waste your time !

What is really going on with Hutto, I am new to the area and unfortunately fast food is all about what they have here in this city. What a disappointment honestly. I went to wendys and picked up a chicken sandwich, they didn't have anyone in the lobby nor the drive-thru so the fact that I still had to wait 18 mins was beyond me. I only have 30 mins of lunch time so by the time i got back to work I took a couple bites and my chicken was raw. I've tried calling them over and over and it kept going to vm like if it was someone cell phone. So I been trying to get ahold of corporate since Sept 28th and till today noone has reached out about the raw chicken or my refund. Who do I speak to????????????????

I am not a big fan of fast food restaurant. Hubby wanted Wendy's here we are. But honestly got disgusted! I watch an employee go into the restroom with gloves on... and tell me how in the world did that employee walked out with the same gloves on! He didn't even wash his hand! Very UNSANITARY! He when along to the kitchen grab himself a fries with the same gloves! So disgusting! Y'all need to train your employees when going to the restroom... you MUST wash your hand, and wash your hands in the kitchen again! Then put a new set of gloves! The gentleman that took our order seem like he was the manager. Super friendly and interactive with customers when taking orders.

I don’t know if it’s the management or the people that they are hiring just not caring about their quality of food, but the food has been terrible for sometime now. They don’t get the orders right but they charge you right!! You get home to find that your french fries are like petrified wood and the sandwich was disgusting and not even what you ordered!! As opposed to driving all the way back in town as I was and fighting the traffic and endless stop lights, I was starving and I fought the fear of another possible food poisoning episode and ate the sandwich, but I couldn’t even finish the fries they were so petrified. I tried calling multiple times and no one answers the phone. Wendy’s is my Is one of my favorite restaurants, and I was so excited when they came to Hutto, now I will drive all the way to Louis Henna Blvd to get Wendy’s because I know the food will be cooked correctly. I have restrained from going to the Wendy’s in the Hutto for a few months because of their poor Quality of food, but thought I would give the benefit of the doubt, man was I WRONG!! For a fairly new establishment, this is unacceptable!

I spent 53 dollars for my food to be overcooked and inedible. I can eat the potato it's hard. The combo meals were not fixed correctly. My sister had to drive all the way back to get Chili that was not in the bag. I am pist off! Wendy’s won't get a dime of my money anymore. This is not the first time I have to spend 50 to 100 dollars because my family is large. Worse experience once again! Done

This location recently opened so I gave it a try. It was no better than any of the other locations. Don't waste your money unless you really love their food.
