You are looking for a burger. You are in Ingram. You need it fast. Whataburger in Ingram is the ideal fast-food burger place despite being one of the only options here in Ingram. You won't be disappointed.

Everything from the Monterey double junior to the whataburger double cheese double meat is the best. We usually due carryout since we live close by. But I would drive a long way for a what a burger!

Almost always something familiar and comforting to look forward to, this location lived up to my expectations. Dining area was clean as was the restroom, employees friendly and helpful and the food was warm and prepared with pride. Makes me hungry right now as a matter of fact.

What-a-greatplace! Had to hang out here for a while waiting for a trailer with a flat tire on my motorcycle. Everyone was so kind and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable while waiting. Plus, their taquitos are HUGE! Thanks guys!

Although I had to wait in the drive-thru for 30mins. I found out that the lady before me was being extremely difficult. The guy at the window was very nice and offered me an apple pie for the inconvenience. I was going to leave a 1 star review until I was given outstanding customer service by this gentleman. I cant speak on the day shift but the night shift is good to go, they don't short you on your sauces they don't get sloppy when making your food. A custom service is good to go also very attentive. Also not sure what his name is but the younger Hispanic guy who is shift lead give that man a promotion really down to earth guy who you can tell makes the best out of any situation

Food was good. The girl taking my order looked like she didn't want to be there and was very dry. Also saw her putting fries in a bag for an order and some fries fell out of the box onto the counter. Bare handed she grabbed the fries and threw them into a random bag. Sweet tea was out also. Other than that food was great and hot.

They let me order a kid combo, even though I am over 50 and I appreciate not getting it in a kid oriented box with a toy or gizmo that I have no need for. It's about dignity and kindness. The gentleman was friendly who took my order and understood my dietary special needs, the young lady at the window was quick with the rest of the process and offered me a smile and "have a good afternoon!" It's nice just living in this beautiful area where people have not forgotten their manners, enjoy helping others, and are quick with a smile!

I stopped here on my way home and had the best experience!! Yes my food was good and all, but it was the workers who made it great. I had to quickly grab something to eat before work at 2pm and had spent the whole morning with my dog at the vet- we found out she has a tumor and may not live much longer. I was devastated. Truly devastated. The sweetest woman worked the drive thru here and saw my dog in the backseat and asked if she could see her better. I rolled the window down and the lady was gushing over my sweet dog! She called over her coworkers to come see my dog, who all gushed over her too, and then she asked if she could give her a piece of bacon! I was so surprised and heart warmed at how kind everyone was and Sierra (my dog) was thrilled to have some bacon of course! I’ve never had an experience like this at a drive thru before. They had no idea what I was going through and this little experience left me feeling so grateful to be a part of this community. There’s still some good people left y’all ❤️ I wish I had gotten their names, but either way…God Bless them!

Burgers are AWESOME 👌. I Like ketchup not a mustard guy. Make sure you know they only use mustard so tell them if you want another condiment. Love whataburger!!!

Nostalgic heaven! Friendly service. Clean and comfortable. The burgers are wide and packed with whatever you like: onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, mustard. Fries were fresh hot! There is ample parking and then more pull through style RV and trailer spaces. Good times in the Hill Country.

Great Whataburger in Kerville! We only get to stop by 5-6 times a year when we pass through. The employees make a difference here. They are so nice and go the extra mile to help you with anything you need. Our orders are always correct and our burgers are great. Thank y'all

I'd like to say that whataburger is a go to location. Food is generally pretty good, but not without having to go back in to get a drive through order fixed. Not sure how to fix that. We just make sure to check everything before driving off. Again food is always good...when it's right.

JUST make sure you're order is right other than that your order will be great I would go to the drive thru as last resort that's where mistakes are made due to hearing inside no problem food and service is good.

Had a small problem today. Menu at drive had a bacon cheese burger (Ala carte) listed at $4.33 As I begin driving forward she says total will be $6.27. I get to the window and ask why the difference? She gets the Asst. Mgr. I explain again.. he goes away for a moment. He returns and I say I'll pay the larger amount but he should check his outside menu. I was holding up the line. He apologized, said he would check the outside menu, and had included an apple pie for my inconvenience.

Has a couple items on their menu I like but there are several more in competition with them so I usually choose other places. Their parking lot is pretty filled up during lunch time so they must be doing a good lunch business.

Whataburger is what it is. The food was hot and fresh and the customer service was very good. The knock is that my triple burger was made very sloppy and the third patty was a smaller burger than the rest. I would've gave it a one star because I drove 12 miles both ways only to get a sloppy burger but the service was excellent and the fries were piping hot and fresh.

This location had too many flies flying around for a fast food place. That is my only issue. Food and service was good. The bathroom had flies as well.. oh and the dining area seemed a bit warmer unsure if the Texas heat was the issue or if they were having air condition issues. But I will not return to this location.

Chicken strips were pretty dry, fries were decent but nothing special. Burger was large but not great. McDonald's burger was better. Dr. Pepper shake is pretty good. Service was average. I love their breakfast and wish it was available all day but other meals are just average.

Not a corporate store. More expensive and open/close when they feel like it. Shallow labor pool and lack of owner presence create a “Russian Roulette” experience. VERY exciting but 1 in 6 visits is messy

And then WHILE i was waiting everybody else that came after me gets their stuff before me!?! All i got was my drink first. I guess I don't get the all the hoopla. Tried the patty melt this time.. is that toast? No care in sandwich prep. A glob of grilled onion and a tiny sauce. Fries have been cold both times we stopped. Line folks should think about how their sandwich tastes....bite by bite. And the sandwich has 940 calories. Yikes!

They forgot part of my order. I live 25 miles out of town and will not go back for gravy and cookie but am certainly disappointed .There were 6 to 8 workers and only drive through buisness.

Every time I go there they get my order wrong. Even if they repeat it back correctly, they make it wrong and put it on the receipt wrong. There are also people who work there who are really rude with an attitude in both employee and management positions.

Is this a Whataburger or 'Whatthehellisthisburger'? There are several instances in life where 3 strikes makes you OUT. Baseball, Felonies, and serving hamburgers that have been smashed flat! I have contacted Whataburger corporate and spoke with upper management twice in the past about this location. On Labor Day, I stopped by the Drive Thru for a Whatameal. Once again the burger looked like an upside down Pizza or some sort of new wave Tapatiila or maybe 2 pancakes with a giant sauage patty. It smelled like a burger but I was too pi**ed-off to eat it. You work hard for your money, spend it somewhere else.

This Ingram location is going to lose business. The gal working the drive thru window, "Keely"...major attitude! She's young, but no excuse for rudeness. I waited 10 mins for doneone to come on the intercom & take my order. I finally drove up to the window and Keely had an attitude from the moment she opened the window. I asked if the drive thru intercom was working and she replied that it was. I rebuttaled that no one ever came on to take my order. So, I drove up to the window. She/Keely replied, well we are real busy! I just said ok snd asked to place my order. Twice while taking my order, she cut me off and shut the window during mid-sentance. I let it slide and finished giving her my order. She messed up reading back the order, so I corrected her. That ticked her off and she shut the window on me a 3rd time. Finally, got my order placed and she told me to pull up and they'd bring it out to me. Sigh...this same sour gal brings my order out and hands both bags to me and hurries back inside. My drinks were spilled over in the carrier. I spoke to Amerie...another young employee manager. I told her about Keely's rude attitude and she kinda sighed and attempted to act like she would talk to her. Got home with my order's annnd...my burger wss totally messed up. I asked for #8 mayo & lettice only...got it all the way with mustard, mayo, the works...onions, I despise onions!! I called again and told the manager that Keely messed up my order. I explained that I don't want a refund or another meal...just talk to the young gal and let her know that being rude is unexceptable.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible! We were the only people in the restaurant at 3:45 and nearly every table was dirty. The staff ignored me when I asked them if they could wipe one down. Fries were cold. Burgers had cheese slices on them…unmelted. The staff is lazy and could care less. Will never go back!

Got to be the worst Whataburger around. Just spent 32 minutes in line and went to tell the guy at the window how long it took and he said Ok and closed the window on me. Very rude.. The breakfast taco was crusty and wasn't even rolled up properly, just balled up then wrapped. Order is almost always wrong at this place when I go or the food old and hard. Definitely not up to par with other Whataburgers in my opinion.

This is the worst Whataburger out of the three in Kerr county. Bad service, bad food, bad experience. If you are craving Whataburger, you are better off just going into Kerrville and having your food made promptly, properly, and handed to you with politeness.

Service service service.... They didn't have service. Their rude and they cut you off when you're ordering your food. As well as they don't have any fuze tea or sugar. Everytime I go they don't have sweet tea. They will also say they don't have your order when u do curbside as well. I refuse to go to the whataburger in Ingram now. Never have a good experience

The last 5 times I have gone there it has taken over 20 minutes to get my food and my fries are under cooked every single time. If you want actual fast food and good fries you could probably just drive to the one in Kerrville and save yourself some time

Nobody wears gloves on evening shift. Ive asked the shift leader why they have gloves but no one uses them... Response was "its their choice" . The man with the ponytail on the board is very entertaining, looking like he spun out of his mind. Come on Whataburger step it up. No gloves will make people sick.

I have had it with this location.... I come here ones a week... I gave them a good review in the passed. But after being let down time and time agin I have had it. To night was the last straw. I order the sweet and spicy bacon burger last Friday hardly any souce. That’s being nice there was zero souce on my sweet and spicy burger.my wife did not even eat the burger she was mad! To day was Monday night I get off of work around 9:30 my wife wants a burger so I go pick one up. Same burger sweet and spicy bacon burger and guess what!! One yes one peces of bacon ! Is this a joke ? Not only that it took them 15 minuets to even give me my burger ( I was in drive threw they made me pull up and park wile they took out 3 cars...) Things have just been getting worst When i order the #1 I get extra raw onions and pickles on the side. (If you say on the burger they give you about 2 extra pices of onion and one more pickle) Whitch to me and everyone else should mean I want them in my burger and extra of both on the side for me to add on my else. When ever I ask for this I also tell them “I want them on the burger and extra of both on the side” I also tell them plz go and tell them. Why because since there is not a button on the screen they can’t figure this out. Even with all that I get home 80% of the time and there is of course no onions or pickles on my burger... I get off work 9-9:30 I get there order my food drive home.. by the time I get home there close .. I work at a restaurant I know how hard it is to be 20 tickets deep. The number one thing they tell us is READ THE TICKETS!!! It’s not like they never get this order info there ones a week some times more. The girls know me by name since I use my Whataburger app all the time. And I order one of 2 things. I mean what do I have to do to get what I order ??????

Where to begin… No ice/ice machine broken, water tasted like bleach, out of green chilis. My burger was served upside down… cheese and meat on the bun bottom vs the top. It tasted fine but just weird. The avocado they put on my daughters burger was laughable. Literally a tiny amount. Our order took forever. People that ordered after us got their food first. My sister in law only ordered a hamburger patty and fries and hers took the longest to be brought out. They were completely inconsistent with bringing out the ketchup/salt/pepper tray with our orders… either bring it out or leave that stuff out so we don’t have to rely on others to get something as simple as ketchup. The employees here seemed miserable and had zero sense of humor. Will never return! Go to the one in Kerrville so much better.

Order # 293882. 07/16/2022 - Cashier not trained to handle Whataburger coupon. She asked for help but two employees did nothing to assist. She mostly just stared at the register screen. Team Leader was cooking but she finally asked him to help. Total time to receive one burger must have been 25 minutes minimum. Just ridiculous customer service. No apology for delay and no thank you for business. Love Whataburger but will never come to this location again.

If you get food from here check your bags it'll be wrong just know that but they will fix it with no questions so that's good the fries were soggy and under cooked also

Had more bad experiences than good and I've been alot. But anywhere in Kerrville seems to be just as bad as far as fast food. Wow it's been a year since I have been to this whataburger. Here I am again waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru with only an hr long lunch.

We went for breakfast this morning and while we pulled in the parking lot we had a truck behind us (remember this since this would be important later). Anyways, we pulled into curbside slot number 1 (the rating on the parking lot would be a 1 as well) and we got there at around 10:18. At this time it’s 10:26 and that same truck had already gotten his food and left. At 10:30 everyone had left in the drive-thru and at this time my mom had enough waiting and went inside where she had met with a lady about to head outside to give us our food. Didn’t even ask us and just said,” here you go.” Plus our two hot coffees weren’t filled all the way to the top. Again as someone who worked in the food industry this is bad customer service and bad system. I can understand if you were short-staffed. But I would go to the Whataburger closer in town. It has a shorter wait time and would fill your coffees all the way to the top.

They over salted our food to death. My husband's patties were raw. The manager didn't care but had them remake it. To which it was over salted amd even more raw than before! The cherry on top was an employee throwing a fit. Cussing, throwing his headset across the floor. I don't expect waffle house behavior over a mistake on their part. I paid a lot of money for a simple order. Do better, whataburger ingram.

Poor management angel Sosa was a man with. No words I asked why my food was late and requested a refund he told me thier was a wait on spicy chicken I asked for a refund he didn't apologize for the wait he didn't care at all just gave me my money I worked for whata burger I know chicken drop time about 8 min I waited for 30 min I will attach the purchase time receipt and the refund time receipt to prove I was thier for my whole lunch break and didn't even get to eat 30 min wait

Went to Whataburger in Ingram Texas @ around 10 pm.on a Friday night. There were 4 people inside waiting on their food and the drive theu was pretty busy. The workers were working as fast as they could to get the food out while the manager who's name is Micheal was talking down and being very rude and unprofessional to his employees. I watched for about 20 mins as we waited for our food never once did he try to help just kept being very rude and down down grading to the people trying to do their job. It made me very unset and I even told one of the employees that I see what is going on and how they are treated and that o would be sticking up for them. He should not be in a management position if he is going to act that unprofessional and treat his employees like he does. I was pissed and will be calling the corporate office in the morning if we don't stick up for these people he will just keep getting away with it. On the bright side the food was very good!!!

I don't know if they only hire brain damaged people for employees but I have fine here two nights in a row and both times my order has been wrong, like how dumb are y'all that you can't read a ticket correctly?
