We’ve been coming here for years. Great food and great atmosphere. Always are welcomed by smiling faces. Every time. Turns a bad day at work into a great day. Usman is the best!!!! The entire team there will put a smile on your face. Highly recommend!!!

Me & my bf come here for the bogo wings on Tuesday and let me tell you, they never miss. The food is always bomb and the service is great. We live 30 minutes away, have a bww next to our house but choose to come all the way to this location just because the service is always good. We never have issues or long wait times! Give the cooks and the servers a raise cause they doin the damn thaaaaang! 👏

The wings are really good, we ask for them extra crispy and they were perfect. The burger we ordered was also delicious. Great place to come watch any game. Parking was not an issue.

We love Buffalo fried chicken wings and all the variety of sauces and rubs. My family of 4 often orders take away on Thursdays to take advantage of the deals (BOGO bonless wings). We rarely go eat at the restaurant, not because we don't like it per se, but because it's too loud for us. But we definitely recommend both the brand and the specific location.

I had the best service from our waitress, Cortney! She made the dining experience enjoyable and I'm excited to go back soon. The food is always great but wanted to especially shout out Cortney for her great service and being so kind. :) Thanks Cortney!

Great experience on Champions League Finals day. Staff was friendly and hard working. You could truly see the effort and care they were putting in. The front desk lady with the blonde hair was efficient at seating people even with a packed house. Jenna was a great waitress as well!

The manager Steve is awesome. My son lost his green Xmas Teddy has sentimental value and he was able to go above and beyond to get my son the same exact teddy. My son is so happy. Reunited and it feels so good. The food is always awesome. He deserves a raise going above n beyond.

Me and 3 other friends (with 3 small toddlers) went for their AYCE on 5/29 at around 8pm. The service started out pretty slow which is understandable for the deal they had going on. But once the manager (I think his name was Michael according to another employee) everything was super speedy! We saw him handling so many tables, inside and outside. He was hustling and making sure that his customers were taken care of. We even saw him accommodate an originally group of 8 that then turned to 16. Other staff was super friendly too but Michael just ROCKED IT! Very rare that you see a manager hustling even if it super busy. I appreciated his customer service!

Matt & Cody had great customer hospitality, service, and appreciation. My date and I had an amazing time and the food was so good had to take some home! Will be back!

I came in on a Sunday full house 2 sports on the TV baseball playoffs and NFl football we had an amazing waiter who was fast exceptional costumer service if they treated my like this on there busiest time of the day that is incredible! The manager and the staff of this location went above and beyond for our group. We are the Orange County Liverpool supporters club and when our team clinched the Premier league championship on 4/27 They probably weren’t expecting the restaurant to be at capacity! Since our games are during England’s time zone, they open up early on our game days and even created a couple breakfast items for our group. It was standing room only on the 27th and their off duty staff came in to make sure there was enough Support to serve our enthusiastic club members. The Kitchen did a superb job and our server, Lilly, Was one of the ones called in last minute And did a spectacular job serving the Reds!! #YNWA

The food: It's pretty good albeit I've only had the wings but the place is called Buffalo Wild Wings. I recommend the Asian Zing for a wet rub and lemon pepper for a dry rub. The whiskey sour is also very good here. The service: Very friendly and accommodating. You will not have a problem The atmosphere: Pretty good for a sport's bar. Plasma TVs everywhere, memorabilia everywhere, and all the good games will be on.

Don't pay much attention to spicy levels, They're not accurate. Some items in the middle are more spicy than the ones above it. I loved the flavor. If you want your wings to have more sauce, ask extra wet, it's better. The staff is super friendly and polite, ready to answer questions from the menu.

Fun experience as always, went here with 6 co workers for the raiders game, food took forever and we thought maybe they forgot about us. The restaurant was only maybe only half full at the time too, my blue moons seemed a tad over priced compared to other BWW I've been too before. As a group was nearly 180$, myself was almost 50$.

The food came out surprisingly fast. I don't know if we were lucky or if that's really common at this one but I had my food brought to me within five minutes. And as you can see it was quite a bit.

Ordered the sampler. A big meal. Chicken nuggets and cheese sticks were good, especially with the sauces. Nachos were substandard and didn't have enough cheese. A big sports bar, with many TV screens showing sports events and in-house games. Most tables tall with bar stools, unfriendly to handicapped patrons. Server was sporadically attentive but had too many tables to service. Place was VERY noisy, as is typical of many sports bars.

I absolutely love this place it's never too packed. Service is great and the wings are by far the best in comparison to any other BWW I've been to. I'm literally here almost every Tuesday with my three boys for that 2 for 1 deal. Can't beat that.

Service and wings are good. Other finger-foods are good too (mini corn dogs, nachos, etc). Beers are standard and could be better. Its really all about the ambiance for game nights because there are TV's and sports fans everywhere. So go with with your sports buddy and it will be fun!

The host was pointless, pointed at the table we should sit at along with where the menus are. Maybe this is the norm but felt pretty ride. Our server Cassie from Chicago was pretty rad though. Very on top of it. Asked the right questions. Food was tasty, lots of beer choices.

Good choice of wing sauces, from zesty, sweet, hot, and combinations thereof. We were there on Tuesday, and there was a buy one and get the second for half off on the bone-in. Apparently Thursday is the no bone wing deal. We had also had the happy hour Stout beer on tap and the French fries. All good and about 60$ out the door tax and tip for two.

I've been to this location several times for lunch, usually around 11:30 or so. I don't remember a time that I needed to wait for a table. The place is usually pretty empty when I go. The staff had always shown great service and attentiveness, especially in the bar area. I've had inconsistent experiences with the wings and that is why I'm deducting a star. On some occasions, the wings are cooked spot on, on some others the wings are over cooked or not enough sauce or something. It would be nice if the wings came out consistently good if that makes sense. I feel like the snack lunch size wings are typically the ones that are inconsistent whereas if you order the non lunch wings those seem better.

I miss Chicken Wings and the chilled beer here!!! Never tasted similar taste again since left Irvine. T.T

Good food, cool environment like most. Staff was nice. I ordered a Dr Pepper once to our main server, she said she’d get it but never brought it, another Server came to ask if we needed anything so we asked for it again but He forgot about us, we ended up getting our check and never received our Dr Pepper. They didn’t charge us for it so was obvious they never put it into the system.

The location is nice and clean. Very busy at times and parking can be a pain. Once you find a spot your experience improves greatly. You are able to get that sports bar feeling that is also safe enough for a family night out. The food service was a little slow.

Quality food. Great atmosphere. Front employees didn't greet right away. Focused on to go's vs sit down customers. Instead of asking how can I help you, they said what did you need. Bar and wait staff were courteous and customer friendly.

This place is good when you find the flavors you like, and we've always had great service at the bar. Ordering from the app or at the counter has provided very mixed/bad results. Also when that Korean restaurant across the lot is complete I would give up all hope of being able to park in that already tiny cramped parking lot. Short of renovating the lot, they need to at least re-math their lines to actually fit a normal compact car. Pretty goofy. I recommend ubering here and sitting at the bar. The whole restaurant should be bar.

Place was busy, bar area seating only as we arrived later in evening, manager was on the floor taking orders and pitching in and doing so with an awesome personality with all guests. The staff were all working together to take care of everyone, Great to see and experience this!

Great location next to the 5 freeway. BWW has made a lot of changes to “elevate” the dining experience and justify the high prices. My group and I ordered appetizers (pretzel knots, mozzarella sticks, cheese curds), and beers. The food was good and the beer was cold. The place wasn’t packed and we opted to sit in the main dining room because we had 2 kids with us. The staff that assisted us were friendly and quick.

The food was hot and fresh and everyone enjoyed their food. We ordered boneless wings with sauce on the side, fries were extra. The chicken was very crispy. We ordered the chicken sandwich which was hot and juicy, the bun was fresh and Tots were subbed for fries. The avocado bacon burger was juicy and filled with lots of avocado and bacon, cooked to perfection it came with fries. Our server was nice and efficient, this definitely a sports bar I can only imagine how loud it can get when there's a game on the TV.

The food is good. Great wings and flavors. You can get a flavor on the side to try just in case. The street tacos are good with chipotle southwest sauce. Service is hit and miss. We go to the bar area most of the time. Seems like when its a little slower they take it easy and forget about tables. Overall its a good place for beers, wings and the game

This place is simply awesome! If you love ping pong or if not, this place is hip! Ask for Josh and tell him Bernardo from San Diego sent you. Great place for lunch and to hang with friends for a game or two with drinks. Make sure take a dive in the tub of ping pong balls and take a pic with the colorful hippo. Also, you have to visit the back wall and see the cool historic celebs.

Nice place to hang out lately. Buffalo wings n onion rings are amazing. Even the drinks are good too. Usually crowded on tue n thu days , so wings quality will not be at its best in these days... I suggest to try all their wings flavors.

Had a lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. I had the 10 piece regular wings, with half lemon pepper and half medium buffalo sauce. I also had a side salad with blue cheese and a tall Michelob Ultra. Later, I had chips with 3 dips; queso, salsa and guac. A lot of football games and many screens throughout the restaurant to see and enjoy your favorite game/team. My server, Joseph, was fast and attentive. The total tab with tax and tip was just under $58.

It was really good. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is a few of the wings were overcooked. A little too tough for my liking. I've gone to probably 10-15 different BWW so I'm familiar with their quality. The staff was VERY attentive. Never an empty glass. Plenty of napkins.

It was ok at best but nothing special. Their onion rings were good but they didn’t have enough for an order so u could only get them w the house sampler & the nachos weren’t that tasty either just eh specially if your spending $60+ dollars for food that not really good

The atmosphere at this particular restaurant in Irvine, California, is a bit ''industria" for me, the decor and overall ambiance is dry and empty, feeling although, this place gets busy on Sunday football and sporting events, for me, it's not a place that I would hang out at. The service is great, too. The wings, on the other hand, are really good. We ordered garlic spicy and bourbon BBQ sauce, both were delicious but I'd definitely try a different sauce option since these were on the "tangy-ier'' side of flavor rather than a savory/HOT flavor that I prefer. But, there are no formidable complaints but only personal preference. Since we ordered take-out and brought the wings home I'd suggest, if you do this, then order them dry with sauces on the side so you can dip the wings rather than eat drenched soggy-steamed wings when you reach your to-go "place to dine". Or, eat inside the dreary restaurant to enjoy the wings hot and crunchy rather than "to-go" and "steamed-soggy." If you're a wing lover, then definitely try out Buffalo Wild Wings. I recommend it. Next time, I'd dine in🙏

Didn’t expect very much, service was okay. Food was okay, wings were tossed in basically sugar. The sauces are mainly sugar so it was crazy sweet, not balanced but didn’t really expect it to be. I had honey bbq and jammin jalapeño. The savor was the golden road hazy ipa, that was so good! Glad they had that on the menu

Service was mediocre. Asked for utensil and water and the waitress forgot about us and can be seen talking to other customer. We order bone-out and they gave us bone in, but they were able to switch it out for us. Overall the food was good, especially the new chipotle bbq dry rub. Good food, okay service.

Service is always slow. When placing an order on the app it is never ready when I get there and when I do get it, it’s cold. Condiments (veggies and dip) are always off - we request 4 and get 2. If only they took as much care in packing an accurate order as much as they do on checking your ID at pickup. This is definitely an eat-in establishment as the to-go process is horrific.

Came to watch La Galaxy game. Called and said they were going to show it. Asked at the front to confirm upon arrival and was told they are. Got seated and was told by the manager they aren’t showing the game I was that I was told twice by employees about. Food was pretty good.

I had previously given this location 4 stars, but had to update my review after my latest experience on Thursday evening. As always the food was great, beer was great, and our waitress Dallas was fantastic!!! Our waitress friendliness is actually what convinced us to stay and spend money here this evening. The small stature manager, with a slight beard, and tight shirt on duty this night is what made it a bad experience. He lead us to our table near the middle of the floor and we noticed a open booth. I asked if we could move to the empty booth and he thought about it for a few seconds with a bothered look on his face before telling me ummm no the waiter has a party of 6 so if you want that empty table you will have to go back to the lobby, wait 15 minutes, and we will reseat you( it was just my fiancé and I dining btw). We overhear a waitress say “I can help them and then move them over when the other waiter is ready with the booth”. He shut her down immediately. I manage in service for some time now and have learned that you never let policies get in the way of making customers happy, unless it puts you in a position of liability or doing something illegal. This was neither. The table stayed empty for maybe another 5 minutes before another couple was sat there, so not sure why it was a issue in the first place to sit someone there. I hope this manager is smart enough to not retaliate with the waitress that offered to assist us, after reading my review, because retaliation is kind of a serious matter. So anyway, I love bdubs wings and so does my fiancé so I will be back the next time we crave them, but I will definitely be ordering take out instead of dine in and give the opportunity to receive this type of service. If we feel like having drinks with our wings we will go elsewhere. I’m now noticing other 1 star reviews for service at this location…interesting Update April 2024: Service seems to have improved👍🏽

I had to re-edit this review because of the experience I had here today. First of all, I walked in and sat at the bar and wasn't noticed by either of the 3 girls working around the bar for about at least 10 minutes, when I finally had to raise my hands in the air to get one of their attention. I finally got some service and got a beer. I was working at the time and was on lunch so I was somewhat limited on time and this happened to be the new record holder of the longest wait for service or food at any of the several BWW's I've visited. Normally the big guy behind the bar is there and is great, my luck he wasn't on yet. So I finally get my food after what seemed like a half hour, and wanted to get another little cup of ranch , because 1 doesn't quite cut it for that many wings, but was informed that they would have to charge me for it. I've eaten at several Bww's and I don't think I've ever been charged for an extra dip. Anyway, I ask for the tab once I was finished and I couldn't believe my eye's, the bill for a snack size order of wings and "1" glass of beer on tap was $20. One beer on tap was $9+. I was told because minimum wage was going up , so were all of the prices. That's a bummer because I really like BWW's. Guess I'll just buy the flavor sauce I like and make them myself at home. Major disappointment !!There were other things I could add on but this is long enough as it is. Maybe it's the management?

Food is good, lots of TV that usually very load. Very Over prices. Spent $100 for 40 wings, basket of fries and 2 Soda drinks).

Pros: happy hour with 3 dollar "herd" beer special. (Seriously this cheap priced, basic tasting brew is an equalizer for this chains other diminishing qualities). Buffalo Wild Wings has nailed the corporo sports bar motif. Dim lighting, with great friendly attentive bar staff will keep bar patrons happy to seat after a long day of work. Also the original buffalo sauce perfectly walks that fine line of spice/vinegar/savory. Cons: Nearly $20 for a ten piece wing set. And the wings are dismally tiny. I'm not joking when I say the baby carrots had more meat on the bone than these wings. I can understand inflation and price adjustment for southern California neighborhood; but there's no way to ignore it. If you're a classic bone-in wing fan, you're going to walk away from this place feeling robbed. I promptly left this place after finishing and went to 'Fire Wings' in the same plaza to finish the game I was watching.

The food was great but that was about it. I understand it is a sports bar, but it was so loud. I had to shout to talk to the people at my table. Not only did we have to contend with the loudness of the screens but the tables were so close together that had to sit through dinner shouting over other people's conversations. I also thing it might have been a fire hazard to have the tables so close. The service was just okay, our server Mikaela seemed to be unhappy and came around infrequently. We had to flag down other servers multiple times to get things. This is definitely NOT the place for you if you are an introvert or don't like louder places.

I visited this location on a Thursday and was served by Leo. I ordered the Ultimate Sampler (wings, mozzarella sticks, and spicy chicken dippers), boneless wings on the side, and a large fry. When ordering the sampler, I wasn’t asked which sauces I wanted and was told the sauces were automatically assigned. I requested two marinara and two hatch queso’s instead. When the food arrived, we realized we never received the bogo for the wings. I also noticed the chicken dippers were regular instead of spicy. I spoke to the manager, who asked me to follow up with my server, but we waited quite some time and ended up just eating the food as-is. The server only came back near the end to ask if I wanted a drink refill. At that point, I was already disappointed and just asked for the check. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating—especially since I’m pregnant and was really craving the spicy chicken dippers. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and attentiveness going forward.

We used to come here often for the fun atmosphere and wings - even though typically mediocre, they were still edible, but we ordered from the Buffalo Wild Wings on Culver today via DoorDash and the kids meal ($10.29 + tax) which included lemon pepper chicken wings and onion rings could not be eaten. As seen in the attached pics, I don’t think a knife could go through those wings bc of how dry it was and the onion rings also seemed like they were left out for a week or two. Taking a bite out of the wing was a mistake - no one could typically make it that bad if they tried and there is no way it was fresh. We called to ask for a replacement and were put on hold for over 15 minutes until the manager came on and said they wouldn’t remake it if we came in and brought the meal back or do any replacement as we ordered from a third party, even when I told him we ordered from there (directly) often. It was a waste of a meal and even worse than that was the manager could have been nice about it (even while saying no) as it was a small ask, but he wasn’t….at all.

Waitress literally rolled her eyes at my group twice for wanting to switch tables. All we wanted was a slightly bigger table so that we could stretch out and order more food. You can tell she wasn't having a good day and I felt really bad for her, but if you're going to be waiting on people, I think it's important to bring high quality customer service. The chicken wings tasted just ok, but that night I got terribly sick and had to call out from work. Needless to say, I won't be going into a Buffalo Wild Wings again.

Really disorganized servicing. I paid online at 5pm. Pickup scheduled for 530pm to bring to a game that starts at 6pm. Get there at 524pm, tell them I'm there to pick up a paid order. They continue taking other walk in orders after me, ring them up answer phone orders then go to check on my order when they feel like it. All the while my order has been sitting on the kitchen counter getting cold. I had enough time to type this up for 20 minutes. Poor excuse of a management. Not buying here again.

The worst out-of-town experience ever! I recommend Rock n Brews down the street to avoid the risk of encountering the "donkey" of a manager we encountered Sunday afternoon. I was so shocked that the manager did not seem to want the business from my family of 8 after barely reopening in-door dining from COVID. The workers were very accommodating. We wanted to sit with our tables in line, not all together as we know the new rules. The manager came in and decided he was going to be unprofessional. Ultimately, we ended up leaving in the middle of our drinks and moving our party to the ever so friendly Rock n Brews to eat, drink, watch football, and conversate on our last day in town.

I’m never coming back to this location ever again, the manager Michael Parra is very disrespectful and unprofessional for lying to us regarding the offer that was given to us. I dined in 2 days ago and noticed there was a offer on the wall by the restroom to text the number and that I would get a free snack size wings, so I did and I got a text message which I have proof of that states I can redeem up to 3 days and to show the message to the server. I came in today with my family to dine in, I bought a meal for my daughter and then I showed the message to the manager yet he told me that they don’t honor that and that it has to be on the same day that we got that text message. I told him and showed him the message that states can redeem up to 3 days after the order, he still refused to honor and said that because their franchise they can’t honor it. This is false information either from the corporate or from that manager lying to us cause no where in the message does it state that and no where on the wall in their restaurant. Even before all that happened, the manager had a bad attitude towards us at the beginning when we were ordering the food cause he had a awkward and irritated look on his face, for whatever reason he doesn’t like us it’s discrimination and I will report this matter to the corporate.

Just order a large order and I must say these wings are not fresh at all! They are dry and over cooked. My fries taste like they have been sitting up for a while and they taste like they were warm up instead of cooked freshly. I’ve had them in the past and they were freshly cooked. Every since this pandemic the price went up and the quality went down. I will not be a returning customer . I’ve called in at let them know they have serviced me over cook and dry food and they young man said ok! SMH!!!!! $45 down the drain. Quality is everything and must stay consistent as I know of this as a business owner myself . HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! Food High and Quality Is Trash !!!!!!!!!! Extremely disappointed especially for this AREA!

Take the water bottles and medications. You'll find the reasons below. I'll give five stars for the cook, but zero to everyone else works in this restaurant. Be prepared the waiting times to be seated, not because they are busy, it's the people work in there want you to be starved. Also, good luck to find the servers after. Afterwards, read all small fine print outs in the menu and memorize them that's when you going to recognize that there are servers working in this restaurant. Don't believe your server will come next after taking the orders from next tables. Remember, they just worked 5 minutes, so they need 10 minutes break. Drink your water bottle and take the medication that come you down. Just be patience and imagine that you are in the doctor's office. 😅 Don't suggest to go there when you are hungry and thirsty. You'll be upset

Ordered a takeaway today for 15 boneless buffalo wings with 3 variety of sauces. The wings were just terrible!! Cold, Overcooked, too dry and over salty! They were so bad that I had to throw them away after consuming 3 of them (one each from the 3 different sauces). Even the sauce was not spread properly. I do wish I can give benefit of doubt to the staff after a long day handling SuperBowl rush but I just can't compromise on the food quality when I am paying over $20 and it is the last meal of the day I am about to have!

Terrible service and food quality is awful. Dry hard wings. Constantly will get your order wrong with no apology. Ordered some food, they missed items, after informing them so, they literally laughed at at me. Maybe it is because I'm a minority? Update 12/4/22: I actually received what I ordered for once! It's sad when you celebrate that you got what you ordered and paid for, but hey, small things I guess? Update 02/10/23 - I retract my previous positive review. Wow today was bad. They are clearly intentionally "forgetting" items. The "response from owner" was also bogus. I filled out the form and received no response. This has simply become a scam company.

Went for the Superbowl and it was incredibly noisy with bad service. I felt like the food was not even as good as KFC, for a much higher price. Had a much better, tastier experience at BJ's in Laguna hills for the Superbowl last year.

I was here on work and arrived nearly after they opened at 11:00. It was MLK day, 2022. I want to preface this with I don’t often write reviews or was in a bad mood when I arrived. Nobody was working the front desk and I waited a few moments before being directed to the bar area. No problem. I seated myself close to the bar but not at the bar. There was two gentlemen at the bar and another table and me by myself at another. This is all who was there, not a packed place by any means. It was more then 5 minutes before a waiter came up to me and said “what’s up man?” Being a frequent Bdubs patron in my hometown, I understand this is a chill place but the guy could have brought me a menu or started me off with a water or something. I asked for a water with lemon and they brought that back immediately. Good. I ordered my food and it came out promptly, however the person who brought it to me did less then set it on the table and didn’t say a word to me and walked off. It was pretty much dropped in front of me, they didn’t confirm my order or anything. So at this time I started to feel unwelcome. The energy amongst the staff was hostile as I could hear them behind me just off to the right of the bar talking negatively (and loudly) about past customers. I had to turn around and ask for napkins (because I’m eating wings) ketchup (for fries) and the energy felt and the faces made, made me feel as if I shouldn’t have even asked because I was interrupting their conversation. I had to turn around several times for them to pay attention to me to fulfill requests. This location is approximately 300 yards from a “Fire Wings” in a business complex and I can see this Bdubs location going out of business. The owner needs to nip the complacency here in the butt. I felt unwelcome and left feeling worse then when I came in to eat. 1 star for extremely poor service.

Horrible service and worst quality food we've had. Our waitress (Jennifer) literally threw the check on our table and left. She only came to our table once during the whole hour and a half we were there. We witnessed our waitress and 2 others workers messing around on their phones and chit chatting instead of taking care of their tables. We waited for 20 minutes to ask for ranch and silverware to eat our food and the waitress did not come by, so our food got cold. We got up and went to the the front to ask to speak with a manager and the lady up front was also sitting and playing on her phone while there were people coming through the door to be seated! The manager came out and did not seem concerned or considerate at all. Clearly no level of differentiation between management and servers. The manager comped one of our meals and ripped that receipt right in front of us. Didn't even apologize for the terrible service. The wings are clearly MICROWAVED and the carrot sticks are immitation carrots. Overall horrible experience. Go watch games at Yard House.

My rating and review is solely based off my experience with the server named “Usman”. Congrats, you made this whole restaurant a place myself and coworkers will never visit again. Usman was a server for the night for a table of 5. My coworkers and I just got out of a jobsite and we’re exhausted and hungry, ready to eat and hang out. Our server came to take our orders and I instantly noticed the demeanor he was giving us just asking if we wanted waters, un-inviting and like we were a nuisance to him. We then tried to order and were given more attitude because we couldn’t find where to find the sauces on the mobile menu. He explained where it was like we were children. Shortly after he comes back to take the final orders and we asked to get some carrots and celery with the food. He then says “ I asked if you wanted them earlier, but you guys were talking about what sauces you wanted, so for next time make sure you tell me before you’re order.” We all looked at each other in disbelief with the tone that he gave us, AGAIN talking to us like we were missing half our brains! My coworker asked for a refill on our water and Usman advised us to hold our cups over the tables edge. Never being told to do that before my coworker was visibly annoyed, and Usman then goes on to over explain why it’s a “requirement” to do that at Buffalo Wild Wings. The remainder of our dinner was unenjoyable and we were sure Usman would give us even more attitude and debate our every request. And yes you guessed it, he almost had an aneurism when we asked to split the check. Overall, the service was deplorable. Although the food was fantastic, I don’t think Usman had anything to do with the actual cooking. He solidified the thought of never going back to this location for 5 people in the span of an hour.

Took 30min to order then 1 hour to get food. 30 min for check. Asked for take out box which never came. Asked for appetizer which never came and then the waitress billed us for it. Terrible service. It wasn’t busy, maybe 1/3 full. I’ll never eat here again. Boneless wings weren’t good.

Website and door claims that the restaurant is open until 12 o’clock but if you show up at 11:30 for takeout, they will turn you away

Disappointed that they had me waiting for almost 1hr outside the parking because the sign says you open at 11am on Sundays. As I walk in I see that there is already people sitting enjoying the games. Why don't they put a sign that says you open earlier on Sundays for the games. Even online it doesn't says you open early. The employee I asked didn't even apologize for that or anything! You guys need to communicate better with your customers if you want good reviews.

I really give this establishment 0 stars. I sat myself at the high chairs in the corner. Then wasn't spoke too or asked if I needed help for about 10-15 minutes. A red headed horrible excuse of a server named "SAHARA" walks up to me and then immediately cuts me off and says "why don't u move over there or you want to stay here". I say I'd like to stay here (bc it's in the corner). She goes "I'm going to go get my manager". She then never returns back to me but ignores and avoids me WHILE taking other orders from tables in front & across from me. Then, icing on the cake they took my card before I ordered my food and wanted to run it for $1 "deposit" (basically what the next server said). Absolutely HORRID. I will make sure to never ever come here again but also to tell people to avoid this place !!

Everytime I go to this place, I notice that, all employees are not ready to work. They move slow and taking their sweet times. It's always the challenge to finding the seat, order the food, look for the servers even though slow days when there's many empty tables. You can definitely tell that they are not ready to work. Only time you see the smile on their faces is when you are leaving the restaurant.

I ordered on the mobile app, i went in to pickup my order and told the employee my name and offered to show the order number but she demanded that she needs to see my name within the app. I told her this is very strange and that i feel like I'm being accused of lying, she told me that her manager requires everyone to show their names from their phone. I don’t think this is good way to treat customers cause it makes people feel like their being accused of stealing or lying, even providing the order Number and name should be enough not having to show total strangers our phone screen.

I only give 1 star because they use door dash to deliver. I have been going to this location for years. Not a single problem. They are always great. I have ordered 2 times from here for delivery. Both of which were completed by door dash. By complete I mean my first order the driver ate my food. The second order the driver was 20 minutes late. My food was cold and all my boxes of wings were crushed like if someone sat on them. This location is always great for pickup and dine in. I refuse to do delivery as long as they use door dash. I feel bad for all the employees of this location who get the backlash of unsatisfied customers because of door dash.

Very disappointing, we had to wait a long time just to be seated even though there were almost nobody in the restaurant. The food was too salty and overcooked. We also have been charged $4 for tap water, I have been in a lot of restaurants, I have never been charged for tap water, If i knew I would have take a soda or a bottled water

Saturday take-out with missing vegetable order, full charge of $53 and $8 tip. The guy who checked me out asked me to check if everything I ordered was in the bag. Isn't that your job, buddy? It's Saturday, and we're hungry. Got home without veggies. Why did we tip?

Came here with a group to use a web promotion on BWW website. Server said we can’t, manager said we can’t try a different location. We stayed this time and ordered full price off menu, server never came back, at end went to server to ask for check. There are better places, too bad! Never coming back!

Gave this place 3 chances and every time the food was overcooked, the wait times were ludicrous, and the staff was grouchy. Never again.

Went inside to speak with a manager because I applied online a few weeks ago and no response. I waited a couple minutes until a young boy with long curly black hair came to the front. I told him I wanted to speak with a manager and he said, “yeah what do you want.” I just responded with my name. He came back and immediately answered “we’re not hiring” I asked for the manager again and he just answered no. They were not busy at all, not even during peak hours because it was around 4pm. It was my mistake not to ask for his name but the service itself was disrespectful. Not a pleasant experience at all.

This is a very honest review. On Monday April 28th, I and 5 of my friends went there. There is a server guy named Usman. This guy has attitude with everyone. I come here at least once every 2 weeks and this time would be the last time this person is serving me tbh, next time I will ask for someone else politely. Please address this issue with your staff. This is the best BWW location in the area by far with only this staff member exception.

I really wanted to enjoy my visit to Buffalo Wild Wings, but unfortunately, it just didn’t live up to expectations. I ordered wings and fries, and wings wrap (barley you could see wings on it) and all came out cold, which was pretty frustrating. They didn’t just lose heat on the way to the table—it felt like they’d been sitting for a while before even being served. Seems the foods had been reheated several times. The quality wasn’t great either. The wings were dry and lacked flavor, and the fries were soggy and not seasoned well. For how pricey everything was, I honestly expected way better. We sat out on the balcony hoping for a nice vibe, but the lighting was so poor we were practically eating in the dark. It definitely took away from the atmosphere. Although we moved some tables but it was still dark! I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but for the price and overall experience, I just can’t recommend this place. I won’t be back and never let any friends to waste their time and money.

It's been awhile since I've eaten here, and this was my last visit. First, they had us stand and wait in the lobby for 15 minutes after the table was ready. But I've never in my life been to a restaurant that has an entire drink menu with no pricing on it. Not only did they go on to deceive us about the pricing, they wouldn't explain why they keep all the prices secret until after you purchase. The pricing is arbitrary, manager told me everything on the drink menu is $10.75, the waitress said that's BS but didn't know what the pricing was. If you are going to charge an outrageous $2 per wing, why be nefarious about publishing your ridiculously high drink prices?

So... if it weren't for the TV's I wouldn't have stayed. Horrible service from most everyone there except the 1 guy with the smile and teeth on his mask. I had to ask for a menu and them I had to ask the waitress to stop to take an order. Food tasted good but was small order for the price. This is a reflection of management, clearly as the staff was there for themselves and not the customers.

BW3 has really declined over the years. First thing, $17.00 for 10 wings is rediculous. The wings were dry, and did not taste fresh at all. The restaurant was dirty, and service was extremely slow. I regretted ordering almost immediately and I knew I should have just left. Instead I paid rediculous prices for stale chicken and a stomach ache. I’m officially done with this franchise.

It was my first time to try buffalo wild wings in Irvine. I ordered bogo 15 boneless with chiken quesadilla. When I ate one piece of wing (no sauce), I was really surprised. It was super salty. I could not believe this one becasue I tried buffalo wild wings in other places several times and all the foods there really tasted good (no salty at all). So I have loved buffalo wild wings so far. But this time it is really disappointing. Even my daughter refused to eat this one. So I called this restaurant because I thought that they might be cooked wrongly this time. However they said that the salty problem ight be caused by fry oil butno problem for cooking. I cannot believe it because i feel that salty from chicken tender not from fry. Also I cannot understand why there are big differences of taste among buffalo wild wings restaurants. Next time i wont go to this store anymore. I will go to other buffalo restaurant.

I time to time stop at buffalo wild wings restaurants for some wings and drink, recently they heavily advertised their all American hamburger. Last night i stopped at their culver and 5 free way restaurant and ordered the horrible oily greasy all American hamburger. This is just another food scam by buffalo wild wings restaurants, the $20 burger was nearly 70% beef and 30% fats, very greasy and oily, thin beef patty's, oily grilled onions setting on chopped lettuce, the Cesar salad i ordered was 50% croutons and very bad quality lettuce, very terrible salad. The burger was not only tasteless but very fatty and oily, their fountain Pepsi drink @ $3.79 plus tax is more expensive than Morton steak house soft drinks, a total ripoff. Looking at my experience, it was terrible from lousy host at the door to the service provided and horrible food, i don't recommend this Restaurant neither i do recommend the horrible all American hamburger, putting the $20 for the lousy burger and $5 tip the Restaurant is total ripoff.
