It makes me sad that most of the locations have closed so to find one that was open was a welcome sight! It's pretty healthy and the people were friendly.

Best togo's ever. I've been coming here for 15 years always satisfied and happy. The staff (Tania, Fili, Jenny) has largely been the same all these years and they are wonderful and personable and I always look forward to their great service.

I'm in Heaven. I love their Lemon Pepper Tuna sandwich. It only is offered during the winter months. Miss it the rest of the year. The lemon and pepper are wonderful complements to the tuna. I had mine on sourdough bread. Perfect.

Went in with my family for lunch. The workers behind the counter were extremely busy. But we were greeted and treated like we were the only customers there. The food was good and expeditious. This TOGOs did a fantastic job!

Hadn't been to a Togos in years, I thought I would try this one out for the first time. Very impressed....all employees were very outwardly warm and friendly, and the sandwich was great, as I remember. Will be back for sure.

A higher-end chain compared to subway. Although the prices are basically the same, the quality here is undeniably better. Get anything avocado because they dont charge extra and they will put loads of it.

Best sandwich I've ever had, I ordered the hot pastrami with parmesan bread. The bread quality is what really surprised me. It was easy to chew and complimented the flavor of all the ingredients in the sandwich. Staff was really patient and nice. They also were the ones that recommended me the hot pastrami. Will be trying to come here more often on lunch breaks.

This very small Togo's has lots of outdoor seating, which was very nice. Employees were very friendly and fast. I didn't look or find a restroom. The food was high grade. Covid times means no brewed tea, but there i are plenty of places in the marketplace to find some.

Not a bad meatball sandwich. Staff were polite, restaurant was clean. All good for a chain sandwich/sub shop. Only complaint would be the whole wheat bun was too sweet, but not that big a deal.

This Togos is not bad. Had a melt which was pretty soggy but tasted great regardless. Had chips and a soda and had $5 left over on the GC. Service was very friendly and could converse happily

Pastrami was great. Generous portion. Only problem was the counter person overcharged me and wasn't going to give me the difference back until another employee told him to.

Great place, always satisfying. Only Bummer is they don't have spinach but otherwise they make a great sammich.

Got an Italian 9”. Could not taste the dressing. Was a little pricy, but was filling.

It was okay, but it's basically like subway, just more expensive and not as good. And they got my order wrong in multiple ways.

Very dismal spot, dismal counter people but good sandwich

I used to go here for lunch after shopping at Daiso. I ordered online to pick up in the same exact way multiple times and always had the order done correctly. One day, the order wasn’t done like usual which wouldn’t be a big deal except the owner was very condescending when he got the order wrong. He said he was gonna remake one, but I’m pretty sure he only took out all the stuff that was squished into my sandwich instead of making a new sandwich because when he gave it back to me it was all smushed up and tasted like peperoncini juice (I was too short to see what he was doing). I liked eating here before but I don’t want to have that experience again so I have now switched to Chan Chan across the parking lot as my main food place for post-Daiso shopping (which is really good!!)

Want something different from Subway? Come here! I grew up going to TOGO's over subway. The quality was great growing up but waned for a while. Since they are still in business at this location I think it is safe to assume that they have straightened this out. For me when I've gone I decide whether it's a good day to eat there or not based off the employees working and the smell of the shop at the time. If it's no good there are plenty of other things in the area to eat.

Food was decent, tasted fresh. Wraps are a little blah. Service was nice, but sooo slow!

Quality is going downhill....ordered a reuben. Was asked if I wanted seiss and sauerkraut....said yes. Yet sandwich did not have any. No more togos for my family.....

Food is amazing as usual. Although the employee working was not very welcoming at all. We walked in and we weren't greeted or even asked if we wanted to order. I had to get the guys attention to order. This employee also had a beard and wasn't wearing a hair net despite his hair being unhygienic. Compared to other togos, the customer service here is EXTREMELY POOR.

The sandwiches are always tasty. Today I bought one for my wife and got in trouble. There was hair in the sandwich. Basic stuff......

Ate the roast beef sandwich once, bit into it and blood was gushing out.

The hot pastrami is still good, but quite expense. Get a lot more at Jersey Mike. People in Irvine can not drive. They are lost and quite annoying.

Soulless over priced food microwave heated

after i wasted 50 dollars and i asked for a cup of ice one of the employees asked her co worker, (short lady, with dark eyebrows) said no. then my sister asked for napkins and the guy with extremely messy hair responded to her in a rude way and told her to wait they’re busy. RUDE RUDE WORKERS HERE! even the new employees here seems to get the rude attitude this is not the first time they give me and family that nasty attitude and they seem to never have pastrami.

Poor service. The proprietor does not seem to have any proficiency in the art of service and customer satisfaction. However, he was glad to charge me the price of an expensive dinner for a couple sandwiches. Thanks for the last sandwich I'll eat there.

The staff was extremely rude while making our sandwiches!! After spending $50 for my husband, myself, and 3 kids the staff told us the bathrooms were not for customers.

Salad quality is very poor, I had to take almost all of lettuce away. Maybe sandwich is better but definitely not the salad anymore at this place. Disgusting.

I came to this Togo’s and had one of the worse customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The employee, Tina, refused to take my order for three sandwiches at once, saying she could “only do one at a time according to policy.” I’ve worked at Togo’s myself, and that’s not true. It came off as dismissive and lazy rather than policy. When my sandwiches were made, they were wrapped sloppily. I asked for extra wrapping papers, and she threw them onto the counter instead of handing them to me properly. Then, when I reached the register, I noticed one sandwich was missing. I asked her to make a tuna sandwich, and she brought all of the other sandwiches over to the same prep area, mixing meats and tuna on the same cutting board. That’s unsanitary and shows no care for food safety or presentation. What made this experience even worse was what happened after. I actually went back inside to calmly explain why I was offended and share my prior experiences working at Togo’s, hoping for an apology or at least understanding. Instead, I was met with a cold “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Anyone with basic customer service competence knows that’s not an apology. It’s condescending and insulting. When I asked for her name, she said, “It’s on my hat.” I looked, and there was no name tag. I then asked the manager, and he told me, “You don’t need her name", only after saying I wasn't leaving without her name was I able to get her name. I understand wanting to look out for coworkers, but as a manager, that should’ve been a moment to take accountability and address the situation professionally. This location needs serious retraining on customer service, food handling, and basic professionalism. I hope the owner sees this and takes the time to address it because this experience was completely unacceptable for a brand like Togo’s.

As am looking at the menu my friend said she really needed to go to the bathroom so I kindly asked the lady “oh can we get the key to the bathroom” she looked at me and angrily said “the bathroom is for customers only” so I replied back by saying “oh im going to order am still looking at the menu to decide what to order doe, doesn’t that make me a customer” she said “you didn’t tell me that how am i supposed to know ur going to order?” Her tone was just so rude I literally just told her I was still looking at the menu, she snapped back at us when i told her my friend wanted to use the bathroom. I told her I wasn’t going to order anymore because her attitude was just not it as am walking away with my friend to deescalate the situation she kept talking back to me saying “what did I do wrong what did I say blah blah!?” With a smirk on her face like she had no clue as to why her attitude was unacceptable, I just said it’s ur tone and ur attitude it’s just not customer service appropriate I proceeded to leave even doe she kept talking back to me which was crazy I’ve never experienced anything like that before :/ we tried speaking to a manager who then transfer us to the the store manager ? To which they all said they couldn’t do anything and “to have a nice day” pretty shocking and disappointing so i guess am never trying that place out ever 😭

I’m truly disappointed and hope the management addresses this kind of behavior.

Then she proceeded to shake her head and very overtly roll her eyes at me. When I told her I didn't appreciate that she started literally SCREAMING. It was such a bizarre experience and I have also contacted corporate about this as well.

I came in to quickly buy some chips and waters and the lady didn't know how to operate the card machine. she was just staring at me standing there so l asked a couple times if it went through and then she started laughing at me with her coworker and told me I was "nervous" and to "stop".
